even though we ordered all you can eat without drinks, they charged us for a whole menu. for two persons it makes 12 euros more. since i realized after we come home, i wrote a email to them but they said they can only refund if i can go there. i live almost 2hours away. even though i explained to them and give my bank account details, they did not send my money back. not recommended at all

We were there on Sunday, everything is grilled together on the grill, pork, beef, veg frogs. This is crazy. It needs to be clarified better so that you can decide better whether you eat fresh and pork meat, grilled fish want it or not. So it's a shame

We were there on New Year's Eve and felt very comfortable. Great food, very nice service. A nice evening. Only the tables are sometimes very cramped - especially the ones by the window. But there were still enough alternative places that evening.

01/01/25, unfortunately dishes are only replenished sporadically, so some of the food is cold. The buffet is also partly dirty and is not cleaned sufficiently by the staff. The top of the ice cream maker's lid is so dirty that you don't want to eat out of it. A shrimp lay on the floor the entire stay and was not picked up. The counter is also in poor condition, broken and falling apart. Unfortunately, the Mongolian buffet is also unappetizing. Overall, everything was very bland, not very appetizing and not very clean.

So for such a classic all-you-can-eat, the shop is great. Great selection, nice service, quick and friendly. It is constantly being replenished - the selection is huge. Drinks included are really great. The price overall is very moderate. The restaurant is quite large, but attractive. The toilets need improvement. What's really tiring are the large families, who not only cause "normal" children's noise and loud table conversations, but also a constant roaring, screaming and stomping sound that is very unpleasant. Maybe different on other days, we just got annoyed at some point. But we would come back at any time, maybe we'll have a "quieter" day. But still 4 stars.

I had reserved a larger group by email for my medium-sized company's Christmas party there. This reservation was also confirmed in writing. When our bus arrived the reservation was not there. We showed the confirmation and were insulted as to why we reserved by email and not by phone. It would be our own fault if nothing happened.

We made a reservation for 12 people for my wife's birthday, 10 days in advance. However, when we arrived we were hugely disappointed. They had put together a small round table for us and another small 4-person table by the cold front door. Even though we had reserved 10 days in advance and many other places were available. Nevertheless, the person in charge told us: “Today is Saturday, there is only room here, you can't sit anywhere else.” So that everyone at the table could sit reasonably comfortably. If you really value your guests, you shouldn't even make a reservation here or go there. By the way, no one enjoyed the food. If there isn't a single Chinese customer in sight at a Chinese restaurant, you can guess the rest. :) .Think about it not just twice but thrice and stay away so you don't embarrass yourself with your money.

Very mixed overall impression. The restaurant was completely overcrowded on the evening we visited. Many family celebrations also generated an incredible overall volume. The food was good and varied, but didn't stand out. Due to the concept, the service was unobtrusive and more in the background.

Delicious all-you-can-eat buffet, optionally with included selected drinks that you can take from the refrigerator or extra drinks that you can choose from the menu. We always choose the buffet without drinks as it is usually cheaper if you only have one or two drinks.

The food at the buffet was good and was always freshly replenished. The staff friendly. The space is very large with 300 seats, all of which were occupied. The extreme volume made the whole thing very unpleasant and made it impossible for us to linger and enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, there are not enough parking spaces available for the many guests. However, there is a connection with public transport.

Inexpensive :) In terms of quality, the buffet food was above average, especially when it came to sushi, but it was still buffet food. Also cleaner than most buffets. Huge selection - definitely something for everyone. Would go again!

I can't say what the food is like. We didn't get to it. We were greeted quite unfriendly even though we had a reservation, were escorted to the table and asked how old the children were. After I answered, someone who supposedly said so came and asked us for the children's insurance cards to check how old the children actually are. And then I was really blown away when I was told that 10 years and 6 months is actually 11 years and not 10😉. So people please!!! It's not about the 2€ more or less. It's about the arrogance that reigns there. Instead of saying “fits, thanks for showing” and that’s it, the person tries to convince me that my daughter is 11 years old😳. I find it ridiculous. Immediately drove on. Never again. Would recommend avoiding the store. This really saves you an unpleasant experience.

It's very open to all ages, and the service is excellent as well, no wonder they have a lot of customers. The amount of food is worth the money, the bathrooms are very sanitary as well . Recommendable .

The restaurant is terrible! The service is a 0/10. It was 7:40 p.m. and there was nothing to eat. We waited 1 hour for it even though we ordered it including waiting times. The boss is just completely disrespectful. The boss doesn't speak German and she didn't understand anything. She also cursed in Chinese the whole time. A tip: waste of money if you go there.

We were there again yesterday. All the dishes were very good, if you dare you can try frog legs and zebra meat. The restaurant is large, but certainly not romantic. The costs are manageable. Also suitable for birthdays, everyone will be full. Everything is there, from salad to dessert. Ice cream and cake are still there too. You get a lot for your money. Everything is always refilled. It got really crowded around 7 p.m. We'd love to come back.

So fresh means something different to me. It may be that we were there on a Tuesday at 8 p.m. but it still has to be fresh two adults and a child 75 euros is also a house number. In addition, we had all you can eat. So for almost €27.00 per person the quality must be good but that was absolutely not the case.

I visited with my friends here .The food had no taste at all. The fried items seemed like soaked in oil and salt. The cake and dessert was not fresh. The ice cream was sugary with just color and no flavour at all. The service was extremely poor with the buffet containers being empty and not filled up proactively. You have to wait until it gets filled up. Overall vey bad experience. Though the overall look of the restaurant is nice which tempts to try this restaurant once. But the food is not worth at all. Waste of money and time. Would not recommend this place to anyone

We regularly drive here from Ingolstadt just to eat because it tastes really great. The price for the buffet including non-alcoholic drinks is really great. Service is super friendly and fast. However, a small suggestion for improvement would be the toilets. These could be a bit clean and could use a little renovation. But another plus point is that there is even a small changing table (without accessories) for babies. Can only recommend the store

We had lunch during the week and chose the buffet with a drink. The prices are very fair and the staff is courteous. Some of the dishes prepared were good, some could use improvement. But overall a solid 4 star rating.

Food is, well, some things were unfortunately cold. But you have to pay attention to one thing: the boss can really lie to you! got 10€ more supposedly my son is 5 years old🤣🤣 he is actually 3 and (unfortunately) can't speak and the gentleman thinks that my son told him that he is 5 which is not true at all!! I was really disappointed with my visit to this all you can eat restaurant. Unfortunately, the sushi was a big disappointment because it contained far too much rice and therefore completely lost the taste. The breaded and fried dishes were also of poor quality. The overall selection was very sparse, and the tiramisu looked like it had been there for a long time. After just two small plates I felt sick and had to cut my visit short and go home. I really hope the food quality improves soon. A more balanced preparation of the food and a better quality of the ingredients would be urgently needed. But the ambience and staff were okay.

The restaurant is pretty tired and somewhat run down. The food was okay, but wasn't refilled. We were there for Sunday lunch (11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) from 1 p.m., and some dishes were already out and were not recooked. At around 2:15 p.m. we were told that the buffet would now be dismantled and at 2:20 p.m. we were asked to pay. I probably won't go there again.

DISGUSTING! COLD! RUDE! DIRTY! Went there for dinner 2 hours (8 p.m.) before closing time. The buffet was already ice cold and almost empty. After an hour we asked if fresh food was coming. The owner then made the outrageous statement: “I have to work economically, there is still enough to eat. If I have to refill it, it costs extra. Please what?!?! Absolute waste of time. Reserved a table which wasn't even considered. No tables, over crowded and no care or concern that they Wanted to give us a table that wouldn't even accommodate my family together.

The entire restaurant is not recommended for several reasons: 1. Almost all of the dishes on offer are ready-made products, mostly frozen goods, some of which are not even bothered to hide them. An example: The cake (probably from Coppenrath & Wiese) was still frozen in the packaging (if you look at the pictures on Google you can see that too). Every single ice cream was from an industrial cup. The warm dishes were also all in bags. It was particularly noticeable with the spring rolls. The only thing that didn't come out of the bag was fruit. 2. The second problem was that even these ready-made cones weren't even prepared properly. Everything was sticky, poorly seasoned and some of it was still frozen. And you also have to be careful about what you eat, because: 3. The hygiene in the store is a disaster. When we arrived, our table stuck when you touched it. The cutlery wasn't perfectly clean. The plates stood around at the next table for 30 minutes, in midsummer. There were fruit flies all over the store. In general, the organization in the store is a failure, which leads to point 4: 4. The service is a maximum disaster. You have the opportunity to freshly prepare food on a live grill (to be fair, that was the only bright spot). The only problem is that you don't get what you give at the counter. You get something, but not what you gave in. Overall, absolutely not recommended and quite honestly a health risk to eat there. I had to throw up while I was eating. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Yesterday we were seriously disappointed. We went to this restaurant for a lunch buffet based on a recommendation. The selection of dishes was relatively large, but the taste left a lot to be desired. Everything either tasted artificial or was too salty. The desserts also seemed to have just been taken out of the packaging and placed in the display case. Not even the drinks tasted good, apple juice, blackcurrant juice, etc., everything had a strange artificial aftertaste. Conclusion: It was the first and also the last time. The buffet was always fresh and empty containers were immediately refilled. The dishes at the Mongolian BBQ were freshly prepared and brought to the table. Unfortunately, the negative thing was that the child is only valid until the next 10th year of life. A child of 11 years old will never be able to eat the same amount as an adult!

If you are extremely hungry then you have come to the right place. You choose the buffet including drinks and then get a tip of between 28 and 30 euros per person.
