The service leaves a lot to be desired! The food is not tasty! I don't recommend visiting this place!

So selling a chicken skewer for €7 that only has a few pieces of chicken with 3 fries in it and the wrap has more holes in it than Swiss cheese is really crappy in my opinion. Directly threw away the snot.

We can't get enough of our shawarma meal with the flavor of safflower and oil Honestly, she never bleached her face at all. I hope they improve on the matter 🤷🏻‍♀️

Shawarma is just oil The smell of food is not appetizing at all. Of course, I could only eat two bites from the amount of exhaled food in the meal. Even the toasted bread with fattoush is fried in the same oil and is not eaten I mean, honestly, the first time and the last time

Just ate there, No. 27 & 28 the best part of the meal was the mayo and ketchup from Heinz, the side dish on the plates was cut so thickly that it was definitely not digestible. Cucumber 5-6mm and carrots 🥕 up to almost 2cm thick. RAW FOOD as a side dish is a good idea, but please prepare it very thinly with a little more love. Service seems to have fallen asleep for us. It's a shame we relied on the many good reviews...it's a shame 30€ is definitely 20 too many.

Unfortunately we won't be going there anymore. The quality, the portion and the taste have deteriorated a lot, either people are making radical savings here or they no longer value good taste. Absolutely disappointing!!!

As a side salad there was a pickle, I couldn't choose what to put on the kebab, some of the chicken was still raw, it was a great experience again and again

We had a spontaneous meal here today. The restaurant is on a side street off two main streets of the pedestrian zone, so unfortunately we didn't notice it beforehand. The atmosphere and the staff are very pleasant. The food was very, very good. The taste was 10 out of a 10. We had a schwarma plate with beef, a falafel schwarma plate and fries for our daughter. The daughter had ordered mayonnaise with it and she didn't need it. Garlic sauce was served with the fries, which was probably included in the price and it was better than the mayonnaise in the end ;). The portions of the food were more than enough. A big plus point goes to the toilets. Very clean!!! We have never found a toilet so clean in a restaurant in Koblenz before and that's where restaurants in the upper price segment come into play. Big praise. We'll definitely come back next time 🤗

I love Arabic cuisine, I cook it and I know it very well. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it because the tabbouleh was full of red rubber band pieces. This makes me question the hygienic conditions.

We had to wait a really long time and the food didn't taste good, not at all like Schaurma. Meat was half raw. Unfortunately not recommended.

The shawrma sandwich was not well filled and contained lots of burnt pieces of chicken. The delivery took about 2 hours for a shawrma sandwich and gas even though the address was only about 5 minutes away by car. I won't order from there again.

By God, it was a very good experience. The staff is wonderful and the chef speaks Russian, Arabic and English, so there is no excuse at all. I always recommend it.

I don't recommend ordering takeout. The meat was a bit dry. Not many fries. If I were to comment on the food there, I think there probably isn't a better restaurant in the area. They control the climate. I don't know what happened today that we got such mediocre takeaway food. :(

Positive: friendly staff, snack bar with service, quick preparation. But still not recommended, because - the starter came after the main course - the meat in the chicken shawarma plate was far dry - the onions and tahini were missing from the beef/veal shawarma plate - the Diet Coke wasn't cold - There was balsamic cream on the bread, which is probably not typical of Arabic cuisine It's a shame, we had hoped for more sophistication in the taste and less "snack level".

Drinks served in plastic cups, water in plastic bottle without glass. There was no cola at all. The taste of the food was a disaster, the roll with beef was inedible and the sauce had no taste. EC payment was not possible when paying at the checkout, you would have to point this out beforehand. The only positive thing was the food was nicely prepared

There is no taste at all and the mayonnaise is a sample for the dessert 🙂 The cheese sauce is disgusting if they don’t serve it better And the smell of shawarma bread is like the smell of cheese sauce, which is disgusting. The sandwich contains only a little meat, which means stinginess has reached the sky😀 and it is being spread empty. The potatoes are old and new. The presentation is the only nice thing.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. It is shameful that a place that bears the name of the Syrian capital is so bad. I always try to highlight the positive, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything positive here. I ordered Broasted Chicken - worldwide this dish consists of four parts, including a chicken leg. However, there was no leg here. The Coke was served in a small plastic cup - firstly bad for the environment, secondly not enough and thirdly Coke is usually served in a glass or can. The biggest problem, however, was the seasoning. It was extremely bad, with no taste and no salt at all. It was absolutely tasteless. The portion of fries was very small, as was the amount of garlic sauce. I wish I could mention at least one positive point, but unfortunately I can't find one

The restaurant is cozy but the music is too loud. The shawarma was okay, but the sauces were delicious. Unfortunately I received my drink in a plastic cup and the cola was not carbonated. But the staff was super nice and friendly. Unfortunately you cannot pay with an EC card here. Compared to my last visit it was much worse. I think I won't come back.

More than half an hour until we could order and a lot of time passed until our food arrived. The food was cold and bad. There weren't many customers so we can say it was busy. I believe that the selection of employees should be more precise so that they can be more polite with customers, because it is unreasonable that I ask for my order and the employee answers me in a loud voice that I did not ask for He only placed this order because he didn't hear correctly (I'm talking about the person who wears glasses).

The best restaurant and the best world

Today I ordered two travel broasted meals, and to be honest, the order was better than great, the service was fast, and the dealings of the restaurant owners were excellent. I hope the restaurant owners maintain the same quality of orders, and good luck, God willing.

I ordered a meat shawarma or it came out dry. The meat was both dry and burnt or not good. Or the fattoush was bad, it had no taste for fattoush, or the turnip falafel had no taste or was very ordinary, unfortunately.

Special food. Something completely different. Not a conventional kebab shop ;) Unfortunately it was very warm inside. The climate fails to cool...

Had a Lamb donner roll today, it was good and tasted different from any of the 100s of donner places I have ate from over the span of my short life. Even the food was presented properly on the plate. Photo attached.
