I'm really surprised every time I come, I'm surprised by the amount of attention, the clean, good food, the taste and presentation, and the kind treatment from the employees, like the waiters or the teachers on the floor. I was visiting yesterday and I couldn't describe the best restaurants I eat at, and honestly, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Food is OK, but they're biased. Non-natives are treated less favorable.

Food was ordered via an online platform Lieferando. The order was accepted - there was an order confirmation via Lieferando including the order number via email after the order was placed. After almost 2 hours there was still no order. Telephone contact via Lieferando did not initially work because none was stored. You had to find them on the internet first. Called the store. A nice lady explained to me that there was nothing she could do - I should cancel the order and place it again. When I asked whether I could get the money back, I was told that I should contact Lieferando - you had nothing to do with it!?!? What kind of service is this? What kind of understanding of entrepreneurship is this? If a company is not able to properly process orders through an external system, then you are not allowed to work with the system. In the end it is always the system or the other person who is to blame (in this case Lieferando). Not unprofessional. No recommendation. To be fair, I can't say anything about the quality of the food. Too bad.
