Ein wirklich wunderbares Erlebnis. Das Essen war köstlich und frisch, die Portionen großzügig, der Service exzellent und die Mitarbeiter sehr professionell und freundlich. Das Restaurant war sauber und die Atmosphäre entspannend. Ich danke allen Mitarbeitern für ihre Aufmerksamkeit und werde das Restaurant ganz sicher wieder besuchen und es jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Qualität und außergewöhnlichen Geschmack legt.

Der beste Shawarma-Koch Deutschlands!

Der Zwischenhändler verlangte 80 Euro, und ich sagte ihm, ich wolle ein Brot. Er meinte, er könne mir keins geben, und ich bot ihm an, extra zu bezahlen. Er sagte, das ginge auch nicht. Der Service war sehr schlecht.

Es war und ist immer noch eines der besten syrischen Restaurants.

Ein wirklich tolles arabisches Restaurant! Das Shawarma war unglaublich lecker – außen perfekt knusprig, innen saftig und voller Geschmack. Die Zutaten waren frisch und die Portionen großzügig. Das Restaurant war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und der Service war schnell. Besonders eine Dame, die dort arbeitet, war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Sie hat sich liebevoll mit unserer kleinen Tochter unterhalten und ihr viel Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Dadurch haben wir uns sofort willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend – für die Qualität und die Portionen sind die Preise mehr als fair. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

Ehrliche Meinung: Ich bestellte ein ganzes Grillhähnchen mit Reis (auf der Speisekarte gab es nur Pommes frites) für 20 Euro. Mir wurden aber 25 Euro berechnet, obwohl der Kellner bei der Bestellung nichts von den zusätzlichen 5 Euro erwähnt hatte. Das wäre ja in Ordnung gewesen, wenn das Essen lecker gewesen wäre, aber das Gegenteil war der Fall! Ich empfehle dringend, in Dortmund ein anderes Restaurant aufzusuchen, wenn Sie Grillhähnchen essen möchten.

Ich bin gerade so happy. Lange nicht mehr so eine leckere Falafel gegessen. So wie sie sein muss mit Lifet, sauren Gurken und Sesamsoße 😍 absolute Empfehlung. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Ich bin schon lange Stammgast in diesem Laden, und ehrlich gesagt ist das Essen meistens gleichbleibend gut und besser als in anderen Restaurants. Allerdings sind die Geizigkeit und Gier unerträglich. Die Preise steigen ständig, und wir dachten, das sei in Ordnung, aber dann werden die Portionen immer kleiner! Ich hatte Brathähnchen bestellt, und es war furchtbar! Heute habe ich arabisches Shawarma bestellt, und sie gaben mir ein winziges Sandwich, in fünf Stücke geschnitten, wie eine Kinderportion, und es war überteuert. Obendrein habe ich Brathähnchen statt normaler Pommes bestellt, und sie haben mir 2,50 Euro extra berechnet! Das liegt alles am Besitzer und seiner Geizigkeit. Viele Einheimische und unsere Freunde haben ihn kontaktiert, aber er reagiert nicht. Die kleinen Portionen sind eindeutig Sparmaßnahmen. Eine Zeit lang gab es zum Brathähnchen zum Mitnehmen nur noch ein kleines Glas Essiggurken und ein kleines Glas Knoblauchsauce, bis sich viele Leute beschwert haben. Dann hat er den Salat und alles andere wieder eingeführt.

Habe zum Mitnehmen Shawarma bestellt und dann wollte ich aber ohne Gurken und siehe da es waren trotz extra Bescheid geben mit Gurken und mein Sohn hat es dann nicht gegessen. Schade aber es sollte mal Rücksicht nehmen auf solche Sachen. Daher nur einen Stern!

Das Essen ist gut, besonders das Cordon Bleu. Leider ist die Atmosphäre furchtbar; das Lokal ist eng, klein und im Sommer heiß. Die Tischanzahl ist begrenzt.

Ich bestellte Brathähnchen, das außen verbrannt und innen roh und ranzig war. Es war eine furchtbare Erfahrung. Wir bestellten außerdem gegrilltes Kibbeh, das genauso aussah: Es sah von außen fantastisch aus, war aber innen steinhart gefroren. Gäbe es weniger als einen Stern, hätte ich ihn vergeben. Gehen Sie lieber woanders hin; in Dortmund gibt es viele Alternativen.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und haben mehrere Broasted-Menüs bestellt. Leider waren sogar zwei der Menüs unvollständig und es haben jeweils Stücke gefehlt. Das Broasted selbst war eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hähnchen war sehr hart, trocken und überhaupt nicht lecker. Mit richtigem Broasted hatte es kaum etwas gemeinsam. Auch der Service war schlecht. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert. Zudem war die Sauberkeit im Restaurant mangelhaft und wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass auf Hygiene ausreichend geachtet wird. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Wir können dieses Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Trotz Termin musste ich extrem lange warten. Die Organisation wirkt chaotisch und die Wartezeit war überhaupt nicht angemessen. Man fühlt sich als Patient nicht ernst genommen. So etwas sollte in einer Praxis besser geregelt sein. Ich würde diese Praxis wegen der langen Wartezeiten nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wahrscheinlich haben sie die Hähnchensorte oder die Marinade geändert. Es war einfach nicht gut. Auch das Mandi-Hähnchen war nicht gut. Früher war es immer sehr lecker, aber als ich da war, war es leider nicht so gut. Der Service ist aber insgesamt super, die Kellnerin ist wirklich sehr nett.

Gäbe es eine Bewertung unter einem Stern, würde ich ihn vergeben; er ist es nicht wert. Ich bestellte ein 7-teiliges Fertiggericht mit knusprigen Hähnchenteilen, und trotz des horrenden Preises von 13 Euro waren nur zwei der sieben Teile winzig.

Ich denke, das müssen diejenigen entscheiden, die es ausprobieren.

Das Restaurant war super, aber das Personal war unmöglich. Wir haben über 50 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. Reicht Ihnen das?“ Ich sagte ihm, er solle seine Arbeit machen, und er meinte, ich solle mir nicht so viel Zeit lassen, da andere Gäste warteten. Ehrlich gesagt, wenn der Besitzer dieses Restaurants so etwas für seine Familie akzeptieren würde, verlange ich mein Geld zurück.

Ich habe über Wolt eine große Portion Hähnchen bestellt. Der Beleg war korrekt, mit meinem Namen und der bestellten Ware, aber die Box enthielt nur eine kleine Portion. Ich habe das Restaurant kontaktiert, und es bestand darauf, dass ich mich an Wolt wende, obwohl der Lieferant die richtige Bestellung geliefert hatte und der Fehler beim Restaurant lag. Ich habe schon oft dort bestellt und bin sehr enttäuscht.

Aber heute ist es schlimmer als in jedem anderen Restaurant, in dem ich je gegessen habe. Nichts stimmt, alles trieft vor Öl, und Sie tun so, als wären Sie reich. Sie haben einen guten Preis verlangt, also verbessern Sie endlich Ihr Essen! Früher waren Sie ein echter Geheimtipp unter den Restaurants, und heute ist der letzte Tag, an dem ich Ihr oder irgendein anderes Restaurant besuche.

After years of enjoying this restaurant, I was extremely disappointed today. The service was so unfriendly that I felt like I almost had to apologize for being there. Just because they have a lot of customers doesn't mean they treat them badly. We ordered food and they were an hour late. We went to pick it up anyway and waited half an hour. Our work break had already ended, and we were late for work. They didn't care at all that we were on our break. When they first took over the place, they were all smiles, and now they treat customers like dirt. I've only heard negative things about them lately. I haven't wanted to go there for two years. A coworker wanted Syrian food, and they were delivering. Everyone at work said never again to go to a place like that. The workers are all yelling, there's no order, everything's a mess. Never again.

If there were a rating lower than one star, I'd give it. Unfortunately, today I traveled two and a half hours and ordered a broasted chicken meal. It was dripping with oil and the chicken was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. I also ordered a shawarma sandwich (araya) that smelled like chicken, and I was eating bread instead. I had also ordered shawarma for my family, and I took it home. We were eating bread instead of shawarma. When I was at the restaurant, I told the cashier about the broasted chicken and the shawarma sandwich, and he said he'd talk to the waiter and fix my takeaway sandwich, but he didn't, and the waiter didn't fix it. Besides that, the service was terrible. I got up and took a fork, knife, and cola from the fridge. There was no one to bring you your order, and everything was overpriced—drinks, shawarma, and meals—all costing one or two euros. And the food was barely edible. A terrible experience. A good and inexpensive snack bar serving Syrian-Arabic specialties. It's usually quite busy, and you often can't find a seat, but after a short wait, you usually get something quickly. The food is hearty, tasty, and reasonably priced, and the portions are generous. I especially recommend the crispy chicken and the mandi chicken (grilled on gas, not charcoal).
