I was very excited because I had only heard good things. So spontaneously. Service was very friendly. Young people. They still need something and have to learn something. Tuna tartare was really not good. For 20 euros I expect top fresh tuna. And no Tk Tuna onion salad that wasn't seasoned. with great orange slices. Nope. The beef tartare tasted better but was too expensive at 20 euros. So the starter was nothing. The Pizza Luis was very tasty. Unfortunately the cherry tomatoes were not baked or warmed. Luckily there was delicious olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper on the table. The aioli with the pizza was absolutely not my taste. No good mayonnaise for 3.50. Tjoah... The ambience was quite okay.

I had the pleasure of dining at Da Sergio Restaurant in Vechta and it was a fantastic experience. The ambience is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The menu offers an excellent selection of Italian dishes and every dish we tried was superbly prepared and tasted on point. The service was attentive and friendly, our waiter made us feel completely comfortable. Of particular note were the steaks, which were simply heavenly. The wine selection also left nothing to be desired and rounded off our culinary experience perfectly. Overall, our visit to Da Sergio was a highlight and we are already looking forward to the next time. Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere!

Was a “guest” today. The food was great, the service tried hard right up to the main course. After several rounds of ignorance, I was allowed the second glass of wine and asked about it. But then it was over! Dessert was offered at the full tables around me...not mine. Maybe you don't trust a lonely business traveler to want a dessert or even a digestive? I can't shake the impression that the German service desert has arrived in the catering industry here too...then I'll just go eat somewhere else tomorrow and try my luck again. Kitchen very good, service not so good, therefore no TIP and 3 stars!

We (7 people) were there for the first time on Thursday (Da Sergio in Vechta), a bit unsettled by the reviews. I can't confirm the "nagging" in the other reviews. Very friendly staff, great food, no exorbitant prices. €15 for a pizza is a lot, but it's pretty normal these days. Therefore 5 stars for the food. That the cappuccino takes 30 minutes, yes my God. Everyone just has few staff and lots of guests. 4 stars The restaurant has lots of glass surfaces and is bright and friendly. Unfortunately we didn't have any curtains and we had to squint against the sun for the first hour. 4 stars To the other reviews: Daily special without price? For us, the daily specials were clearly stated in every menu. Just like salt, pepper and oil. Everything on the table. Expired food: Why not immediately say that it is inedible? We ordered a non-alcoholic yeast and one with alcohol was delivered and was replaced immediately and without any problems. I'd love to go there again.

The price is definitely too high for the food delivered. That has to be said. Homemade fries, great. Potato slices. There are already. No salt and pepper on the tables, big cars in front of the door but unfortunately they can't deliver. The person opposite me also had a ridiculous carbonara pasta that couldn't be beaten in terms of humor. It was just a water sauce and only tasted like broth. Was the cook at that Sick day or something? Was there the first and last time. I've received better quality from delivery services for a fraction of the price Of the price.

Tried the restaurant recently. We had previously read pretty mixed reviews and later realized why. The starter platter “Antipasti Misto” was really great. It was enough for 2 people and was particularly diverse, nicely presented and extremely tasty. The main course was sage ravioli and tagliatelle with salmon. Unfortunately both are totally over salted 😞. I already had problems eating the tagliatelle, I would never have been able to eat my partner's ravioli... It's a shame, actually not acceptable for the price.

Today we were able to stop at Da Sergio. The service was friendly and quick, the food was taken and after a short wait we were delighted with a fantastically delicious pizza, pasta and salad. We were also able to sit outside, highly recommended. If we are in the area again we would be happy to come back.

Die Vorspeise…Garnelen… war sehr gut. Der Grillteller mit Pfeffersauce war perfekt. Zartes, saftiges Fleisch. Die Pfeffersauce hat den Nomen verdient.

We were guests on a Sunday and ate pizza 🍕, extremely delicious. The prices are quite high, but still justified when it comes to the selection. Fresh ingredients, great atmosphere, staff very friendly and charming. The red wine and the service is actually very good, but that evening the head waiter was very hectic. We had made a reservation and were supposed to leave the restaurant after 2 hours, so to speak. The tiramisu is not recommended because it was not made with mascarpone but with cream and therefore does not correspond to the original # a matter of taste! But not our case... It's a shame that our voucher wasn't accepted even though we had previously received confirmation that it was still valid (the provider's bankruptcy was the argument). We expect a credit and would be happy to receive a short response. Our favorite is definitely Da Sergio Wildeshausen😃🔨💛😍, of course we would love to come back.

Unfortunately we weren't so happy the food was very good, but unfortunately not everything around it, we had reserved a table for 5:30 p.m. It took forever until the aperitif we ordered was brought, The dishes we ordered didn't arrive until 7:20 p.m., we would also have liked to have a dessert, but we were informed that this was no longer possible because the table had already been reserved for 8:00 p.m.... It was our first time at Da Sergio Vechta......Very chic ambience...top...We had reserved and were very friendly shown to the table by a young man....The selection The food is very good, although the price is rather higher... We were there with 4 people. and everyone had chosen a different dish... I had the sea bream [26 euros] and I have to say... ***.. Excellent taste and deliciously prepared... My wife had a pizza [15.50 euros ]......However, we found the dough/pizza base much too voluminous........You should consider making the pizza base a little thinner.......But we recommend DE Sergio definitely continue and will come again... We reserved the table at 5:30 p.m. Were there at 5:40 p.m. The first drinks took forever. Then the meal lasted until 7:10 p.m. And at 7:45 p.m. the waitress told us that there was no more dessert for us. The table should be free again by 8 p.m. Not again!!

Not cheap, but very tasty Italian cuisine and very friendly staff! Pizzas and Tiramisu dessert are highly recommended. Also very child friendly.

I was there with foreign guests who wanted to invite me to dinner. Without asking, we were offered a rib-eye steak, which was not on the menu. To be on the safe side, I asked for the price, which was no less than 42! should be euros. This created a very unpleasant situation for everyone. Great atmosphere and the staff gives you a “nice to have you here”! Even as a single guest I didn't get a penalty table where I had to eat... The service is extremely professional. Very competent head waiter and extremely lovely girls!!! The quality of the products… a pleasure!!!! I had vitello and scampi. Both prepared so deliciously. I had to keep dipping the bread into the garlic sauce... 😉 The wine... well, unfortunately German... not that I don't like it, but I would have preferred an Italian... For us a culinary discovery in Vechta. An Italian restaurant with fine dining. The inside area is tastefully furnished and the outside area also invites you to linger. We were there with three people. Bruscetta and, on recommendation, a swordfish carpaccio were chosen as starters. Both were excellent. Now to the main courses: I ordered monkfish with pasta and a Pernaux sauce. Fried salmon with spinach and boiled potatoes, as well as a ribeye steak with a really great porcini mushroom sauce and potato chips. Everything was great and very tasty. Dessert was a cappuccino and a chocolate souffle with vanilla ice cream. The price of the food was absolutely acceptable. We were very satisfied and certainly not the last time there.

Great restaurant - recommendation

Expensive Italian restaurant because the food is no better than other Italian restaurants. In addition, unfriendly, cold service from an older male person. Was there for the third time and wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, the menu is well structured and there is something for every taste. Not too overloaded but extensive. We had two pizzas that tasted really good and were first class. Nice team, fast service and good espresso.

Very nice ambience, nice service and very tasty selection down to the smallest detail. I will come back more often and recommend the restaurant to everyone. The portions were large and the price was appropriate for a service with lots of homemade items.

We were here on Saturday evening with a group of 15 people. Nothing works on the weekend without a reservation. It was correspondingly full. We were asked directly about our drink requests. They also came shortly afterwards. The food took a good hour to arrive. But it was worth it. I had the grill plate with great pieces of meat. The fries are homemade here. Delicious! The other dishes also looked great and a “very tasty” came across the table here and there. The prices are also absolutely reasonable. All in all, a successful and great evening. We recommend.

I like the restaurant itself. Ambiance is great. Food is good too. Unfortunately the operation and service is not good at all. Totally unfriendly and cold. For that reason alone I will probably avoid the restaurant. What a pity. Because I like it there. An older gentleman also has to learn how to deal with customers. That's not possible in a restaurant. The owner should think about this. Service comes first!!! If the service is good, I would give it 5 stars, but unfortunately not.

I would happily give 0 stars for the service. Served by 3 different people: Very cold and unprofessional. No please, thank you, smile or apparent effort to offer guests a pleasant atmosphere. In addition, glasses are touched with the hand near the rim instead of using a tray. Food doesn't live up to the price. Maybe the kitchen should be tried before the food is served.

Yesterday I was in the restaurant for the fourth or fifth time. What is noticeable is the changeable “performance”. On some days I was thrilled with the food, on other visits I was disappointed. I mostly ate pizza, so a comparison is definitely possible. Yesterday, for example, there was an extreme lack of salt in the dough. The prices were lavishly high. The service is just as inconsistent. Sometimes very friendly, sometimes growly and rushed. Overall, it's actually a nice shop, but I still don't feel warm all the time due to the reasons mentioned. Finally: I have already been to the branch in Wildeshausen a few times. I like it much better.

Great restaurant right at the train station and integrated into the IBIS Styles on site. Not exactly cheap, but it's worth it! The food (we had 3 pizzas and a starter plate) was plentiful, very tasty and well prepared. One star deduction actually for the ambience - we sat at the back of the room and had very, very bright light in the room. It's a shame, unfortunately it didn't make for a comfortable experience. Dim a bit and then it doesn't get any better! You can pay in cash and by card, credit card was also possible. Tip: Make a reservation in advance, it can get full quickly. Mondays are a rest day.

Nicely decorated and fashion interior. Looks nice from outside and inside. Walking in the place is busy. Seating for 5 we get drinks but the server acts hectic and stressed. Ordering appetizer and main course, drinks and appetizers come quickly but main course takes almost 1 hour. What’s annoying is all the pick up action with tons of people at the entrance area and keeping the kitchen extremely busy. Also, doors stay open which makes it freezing cold inside. Food is good and delicious and greatly presented. Except pork filet which came in bloody. Ugh. Took it back and put it back in the stove. All good but it shows the hectic in the kitchen. Pricing is fair and good. Parking along the street or use train station parking. All in walking distance.

War gestern zu Silvester mit einer lieben Freundin auf Empfehlung von Kunden von mir dort, und war sehr zufrieden. Toll das man sofort meinen Wunsch einer vegetarischen calzone nach kam und diese schmeckte unsagbar lecker. Die Dame die uns bediente war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das beste was ich bisher gegessen habe. Service schnell und freundlich. Sind nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Auch meine ganzen Kollegen waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort waren alle begeistert.

Wir waren mit unserem Team zu unserer Weihnachtsfeier im Da Sergio und es war ein rundum gelungener Abend. Die Vorspeisen und Hauptgänge waren sehr lecker und schön angerichtet. Die Fisch- und Fleischgerichte waren auf den Punkt gebraten, die Pastagerichte und Pizzen waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Getränke und der Service waren hervorragend. Waren gestern da mit 7 Männern. Essen war soweit in Ordnung. Was da fehlt ist die Gastfreundlichkeit das man mal nen kurzen ausgeben bekommt. Einfach nichts.

Ambiente top, Service zuvorkommend, Gerichte lecker. Etwas schade, dass es keine veganen Gerichte auf der Karte gibt, aber man bekommt auf Nachfrage etwas Leckeres gezaubert. Ich fühle mich immer pudelwohl und gehe glücklich und satt nach Hause oder in die Paddockbar nebenan ;)

Wir waren an dem Abend vor ein paar Wochen mit 8 Personen Abendessen im Da Sergio. Bei der Ankunft im Lokal wurden wir freundlich und herzlich begrüsst und wir würden zum Tisch gebracht. Das Restaurant ist in warmen Tönen, stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl wir alle durcheinander bestellt haben, bei den Speisen und bei den Getränken, kamen unsere Bestellungen ohne zu lange Wartezeit. Die Kellnerin hatte die gesamte Karte perfekt im Kopf, könnte zu jedem Gericht etwas spezifisches sagen und wusste, welches Gericht zu welcher Nummer gehört, dabei freundlich und herzlich, wirklich beeindruckend. Die Getränke waren genau richtig, die Anti Pasti sehr lecker und die unterschiedlichen Hauptgerichte von sehr guter Qualität und geschmacklich wirklich lecker. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist hier definitiv gut. Ich kann nur sagen, für diesen Rechnungsbetrag hätten wir bei diesem Niveau in Bremen wohl eher nichts gefunden. Ein toller und köstlicher Abend mit der Vechtaraner Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir saßen sehr beengt, entsprechend der Bestückung mit Gästen war es unangenehm laut. Die Pizza Salame überzeugte; der Preis war in Ordnung. Der Service wirkte sehr ungeduldig und beim Zahlen wurde sich über Kartenzahlung beschwert. Nun ...

Wir haben dort einen Geburtstag gefeiert und es war sehr, sehr schön. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Egal, ob Nudeln, Fleisch, Vorspeisen oder Fisch, alles schmeckt hervorragend. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön designt, man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Top!!!

Wir wollten einen gemütlichen Abend verbringen , leider war der Kellner (älterer Herr) sehr hecktisch völlig genervt wir durften nicht in Ruhe aussuchen, dann war gerade die Vorspeise weg , gab es sofort den Hauptgang kein Besteck kein Pizzamesser . Man merkte das er uns schnell wieder los werden möchte um dem Tisch noch mal zu vergeben , er lief immer hecktisch um die Tische rum . Sehr ungemütlich wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Tolles Ambiente und toller Service. Das Essen war auch super, hatte jedoch für mich wohl nicht die ganz richtige Wahl getroffen.

Wir waren das erste Mal da und können die negativen Bewertungen über unfreundliches Personal absolut nicht teilen. Wir wurden zuvorkommend und absolut freundlich und nett von allen Kellnern bedient. Das Essen, in unserem Fall Pizza, war sehr lecker. Super Teig und toll belegt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Ein wunderschöner Laden aber, es kann nicht sein, wenn man in der Mittagspause dort hin fährt (selbstverständlich mit Arbeitsbekleiung) das man gleich unheimlich unhöflich empfangen und auch bedient wird! Auch Arbeiter haben Hunger, das Essen ist fabelhaft genauso wie das Ambiente, bringt nur alles nichts wenn der Service beschissen ist wenn man mit Arbeitsklamotten dort hinein geht! Das habe ich jetzt in den letzten Monaten ziemlich häufig getestet und ja, es liegt an der Kleidung. Nun ja, ich werde dort nicht hingehen wenn ich in zivil bin😈denn dann brauchen die mein Geld auch nicht.

Mein erster Besuch im Da Sergio hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Zu essen hatte ich ein Filet Steak vom Rind mit Salatbeilage und Kartoffelspalten. Zu trinken gab es einen trockenen Grauburgunder. Das Essen war sehr gut zubereitet und schmackhaft. Das Fleisch war von sehr guter Qualität und sehr zart. Es wurde medium rare serviert. Als einzigen Kritikpunkt kann ich anmerken, dass der Service nicht nach dem gewünschten gar Punkt gefragt hat. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

Alles super besser geht es nicht

Wir haben das Essen von Da Sergio ins Paddock (Hotelbar mit im Gebäude des Da Sergio) nebenan "liefern lassen". Die Vorspeise war okay. Man musste die Bruscetta stark nachwürzen und die Tomatensuppe war nur lauwarm. Die Hauptspeise war eine Katastrophe. Von 6 Essen kam eins gar nicht, eine Pizza war falsch und 3 Essen waren kalt. Als wir uns beschwert haben, haben die Kellnerinnen an unserem Tisch mehrere Minuten darüber diskutiert, wer Schuld war. Seeehr unangenehm. Die kalten Essen wurden dann doch zurückgenommen und neu gekocht. Dann waren sie in Ordnung. Schade nur, dass wir getrennt essen mussten.

Wir haben zu viert dieses Lokal an einem Samstagabend besucht. Wir wurden nach einer Begrüßung einer Servicekraft ebenfalls von einer arktischen Kälte begrüßt, denn die Klimaanlage war auf Eiszeit gestellt. Da wir Angst hatten nach dem Hinsetzen an unseren Tisch durch das Anfrieren an den Stuhl nicht mehr aufstehen zu können, wollten wir entsprechend auf der Terrasse Platz nehmen. Unglücklicherweise war in einem Park, der sich an dem Lokal befindet, gerade eine Art Techno Beach Party zur Gange von der aus ohrenbetäubende Bässe die Gäste, die auf der Terrasse saßen, durchgerüttelt hat. Wir haben trotzdem die Plätze draußen gewählt, um einen Erfrierungstod zu umgehen. Eine Servicekraft kam relativ zügig zu uns und nahm unsere Getränke auf. Nach 10 Minuten kam der Mitarbeiter wieder, jedoch waren noch nicht alle Essensentscheidungen getroffen und wir brauchten nochmal 5 Minuten. Dann jedoch ließ uns der Servicemitarbeiter 15-20 Minuten warten. Die Reihenfolge der Bewirtung war sehr fragwürdig, da anstelle "endlich" unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, wurden Gäste bereits bewirtet, die sich lange nach uns gesetzt hatten. Beispielsweise wurden die Gerichte dieser neuen Gäste einem Tisch weiter aufgenommen und anstatt direkt auch unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, ist die Servicekräfte erstmal wieder in das Lokal gegangen und nach weiteren 10 Minuten dann endlich zu uns gelangen. Nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar. Das Positive war, dass ich ein Gericht bekommen habe, was nicht auf der Karte war und das das Essen relativ zügig serviert worden ist. Eine Pizza und drei Nudelgerichte. Die Menge war allgemein sehr gering, jedoch vermutlich aufgrund meiner "Sonderbestellung" war meine Menge des Gerichts wirklich arm. Geschmacklich konnte das Essen leider auch wirklich nicht überzeugen. Die Penne eines Gerichts waren leicht hart und nicht ganz durch und meine Bandnudeln Arrabiata sowie die anderen Gerichte waren wirklich Geschmacksarm, so als hätte man Zuhause das Gericht selber gemacht und nicht gewürzt. Salz, Pfeffer und Chiliöl haben leider nicht geholfen. Abgesehen von dem Geschmack, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis etwas unausgeglichen. Eine Pizza, drei Nudelgerichte und vier Getränke mussten mit 71 Euro bezahlt werden. Ich habe für viel günstiger schon viel besser gegessen. Zusammengefasst eine teure, nicht-sättigende Enttäuschung.

Leider ist bei unserem letzten Besuch bei Da Sergio in Vechta so einiges schief gelaufen. Wir waren spontan in der Woche abends dort und haben auch problemlos noch einen Tisch bekommen. Mit der Bestellung hatte es der etwas wuselige ältere Herr recht eilig, aber das Restaurant war auch ziemlich gut besucht. Also durchaus okay, dass er die Tische abarbeiten wollte. Die Empfehlungskarte, von der wir ein Gericht bestellt haben, war nicht mehr aktuell. Das wurde allerdings erst in der Küche bemerkt. Ärgerlich, aber kein Drama, wir haben uns etwas anderes ausgesucht. Der Kellner kam kurz danach noch einmal an den Tisch, um die Bestellung erneut zu checken. Spätestens da hätten wir uns vielleicht wundern sollen, wieso er, sonst ganz beflissen im Umgang mit Block und Kugelschreiber, ausgerechnet unsere Bestellung nicht aufschreibt. Die Getränke kamen zügig, ebenso das Besteck. Dann haben wir allerdings mit ansehen dürfen, wie etliche Gäste, die nach uns gekommen sind, ihr Essen bekamen und teilweise bereits fertig waren. In der ganzen Zeit kam niemand an unseren Tisch, um zu fragen ob wir schon bestellt haben oder ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten. Scheinbar ist es üblich bei Da Sergio, dass die Gäste mehr als eine Stunde auf ihr Essen warten. Erst der verzweifelt von uns abgefangenen Koch konnte noch etwas retten. Wie sich herausstellte, ist unsere Bestellung einfach vergessen worden. Nicht toll, aber auch das kann passieren. Der Kellner hat sich entschuldigt und die Gerichte kamen dann relativ zügig. Um einen Löffel zu den Nudeln musste allerdings nochmal extra gebeten werden. Die georderte zweite Getränkerunde hat unseren Tisch dann leider wieder nicht erreicht. Dafür ging es mit der Rechnung schnell. Wenn man anderen Rezensionen Glauben schenken darf, liegt hier wohl das Hauptaugenmerk des Restaurants. Die georderte Pizza war lecker und absolut zufriedenstellend. Der Tomatensugo zu den Spaghetti (die wie ganz normale Fertignudeln schmeckten) war leider sehr fad und es waren lediglich zwei halbierte Kirschtomaten auf dem Teller zu finden. Also gerade genug, damit das Gericht laut Karte „mit Kirschtomaten“ auch als „mit Kirschtomaten“ durchgeht. Insgesamt haben wir uns leider nicht besonders wohl gefühlt. Obwohl das Restaurant sehr chic und modern eingerichtet ist, bleibt ein gewisser Bahnhofscharme bestehen und auch die teilweise stark befahrene Hauptstraße bzw. den Parkplatzverkehr direkt neben dem Aussenbereich muss man mögen. Wirklich überzeugt haben uns weder der Service noch das Essen. Vermutlich werden wir das nächste Mal für Pizza und Nudeln wieder eine gemütlichere Alternative in der Innenstadt wählen.

Sehr leckeres Essen serviert von zuvorkommendem, freundlichen Personal. Die Preise sind gehoben aber okay. Für ein kuscheliges Essen zu zweit eher weniger geeignet, dafür sitzt man zu dicht am Nachbarn. Alles in allem aber einen Besuch wert.

Ambiente und Service sind gut, Sauberkeit ist auch in Ordnung. Leider ist das Essen nur sehr mittelmäßig. Es fehlt an Charakter und leider auch an Geschmack. Kein Vergleich zu Da Sergio in Wildeshausen! Parkplätze rund um das Restaurant sind reichlich da, auch Lademöglichkeiten für eAutos sind vorhanden.

Wir waren heute mit sechs Leuten dort, drei Vorspeisen, diverse Hauptgerichte (Pasta, Pizza, Steak/Fleisch/Garnelen) und einiges an Getränken. Keinerlei Wartezeit, alles mehr als im Rahmen. Super nette Kellnerin, die weiß, was sie tut. Über das Essen brauchen wir gar nicht sprechen - alles, egal welches, 1A. Fleisch ganz tolle Garpunkte. Herzens Empfehlung, toller Italiener - wir würden IMMER wieder kommen! (Tipp: Trüffelpasta!!)
