Excellent welcoming restaurant, authentic feel and friendly staff. We would certainly recommend the pizza, we very much enjoyed it

Die guten Bewertungen kann ich so leider nicht teilen. Meine Pizza war sehr knusprig (Rand total verbrannt) dafür umso saftiger (Es lief Öl von der Pizza auf den Teller). Service auch Potential nach oben, denn Getränke zu bekommen war nicht einfach. Alles in allem Luft nach oben.

Frechheit. Angefangen vom Service, der Sauberkeit bis hin zum kassieren - unglaublich. Pizza war ok, aber das war es dann schon. Spinnweben, überall alter Dreck, WC noch nie geputzt, Tische dreckig, usw.... Unverständlich, dass dieses Lokal gut bewertet wurde... Rechnung gab es sowieso keine... Absolut kein Besuch wert!!!

Die Pizza war okay... Leider war es das schon mit den positiven Punkten. Das Lokal ist schmutzig und chaotisch, der Service unterirdisch. Die Toilette war verstopft und am Schluß wurde noch versucht, uns um 10 Euro zu viel zu verrechnen. Dahin gehen wir ganz sicher nicht mehr.

Sono sempre restia ad avvicinare un ristorante italiano quando sono all’estero ma passeggiando ho visto queste pizze che attiravano! Ho mangiato una Pizza Ottima, proprietario napoletano gentilissimo personale disponibile che ci ha serviti con attenzione e premura, in particolare un giovane ragazzo che parla molte lingue!

It wasn't bad, but I've had better pizzas

Super nice staff, super delicious food and value for money too! We will come back :-) Unfortunately, two years later I have to revise my rating.... We made a reservation by phone 3-4 weeks ago. When we arrived we were told we had to sit inside (in midsummer temperatures) because there was/was nothing free outside. From the window we could see how things were constantly being freed up and people taking their seats. When we asked if we could sit outside, we were told again that it wasn't possible. Well, that shouldn't ruin our evening. We were given the menu and ordered the drinks and food. The daily menu wasn't presented to us... what a shame... From then on we had to wait an hour for our drinks and the bruschetta, which there was a hair on... I actually didn't feel like it anymore at that point. We decide to stay after all. 20 minutes later our main course finally arrived. We were very disappointed! Ingredients were missing and my pizza was cold. However, the waiter apologized for the long wait. At the next table we noticed how an entire family was constantly being served the wrong food (by the pizza maker, who was wearing a very dirty apron...). Burnt pizza was brought to another table and no table was cleared, the dishes were piled up everywhere . We then quickly ate our pizza and just wanted to go home! Card payment wasn't possible either... It's a shame, I remembered the restaurant completely differently. Maybe it was because the boss wasn't there?! In any case, that doesn't work at all! I won't spend my money on that anymore...

I went to this pizzeria by chance. I met Peppe and his staff... nice and helpful people. Excellent pizza with quality products and excellent dough. What can I say...I was in Naples!

Early in the evening I and my daughter spontaneously looked for a place where we could eat something. The choice was on pizza and therefore on 'Da Peppe'. Although many tables were reserved, one of them was offered to us. The service was great; very friendly staff, pizzas were ready quickly and very tasty. More people came without reservations and a place was found for everyone. It was our first visit to the pizzeria, but won't be the last.

Excellent food, kindness and great hospitality

Despite the lunch break, we as a family were spontaneously served by the boss and provided with excellent pizza and drinks. Great service and an espresso that is second to none. And I'm familiar with that. Gracie Maestro.

There were five of us there at lunchtime, the shop was empty. There were 2 employees there. Both smelled. We ordered a bottle of water, two tuna pizzas and two with garlic and onions. We got 2 tuna fish and two margheritas which were burnt. We told him we didn't order margharitas and that they were burnt. He brought us 2 Margherita again. And as compensation, a free Coke. The pizza was ok. There weren't enough onions on the pizza and there was also a lot of skimping on tuna. Rock music was also playing loudly in the background. I also spotted 2 hairs on my pizza. Disgusting. When we wanted to pay, the man only spoke Italian; he couldn't speak a word of German. He couldn't even do math. Because he said that the drinks were on the house and still wanted €40. If the drinks had been bought from the house we would have had €36.90. Very unfortunate

Passing by chance in that town, we decide to stop in the first nearby place. As luck would have it, we found Peppe who said something incomprehensible outside the restaurant in a language unknown to us. After a moment of our hesitation he changed his tone, speaking an Italian that was much more familiar to us😂😂. In short, despite the kitchen being closed, he forced the poor pizza chef to make us an extra pizza, thus making us eat and drink. The welcome was fantastic, he was an exquisite and polite person and the 4 chats we exchanged were really pleasant. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. Ahhh the beer was spectacular, mellow just the way I like it ❤️❤️

Had a medium portion of wheat spaghetti with parsley, oil + 1 clove of garlic. I hardly eat any salt anyway, but this meal tasted completely unsalted and upon request there was a small amount of parmesan, even without taste. My Parmiggiano at home tastes like Parmesan. Why is that? I paid €14.90 for it WITHOUT salad. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to my GARLIC spaghetti because of the many very good reviews

Mauro and Sabrina from Trentino ate at Peppe's, Italian cuisine. An excellent Neapolitan pizza and very good spaghetti with pesto "PS. if you are Italian suggest al dente to the chef"....the staff were very nice and cheerful, we felt at home 🏠 we will be back.

The edge of the pizza was burnt on one side and the remaining crust was not crispy. The calzone had a bottom that was not completely cooked. Tables are very close together and small. I would not recommend the restaurant and the food.

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and there's even gluten-free pizza - so basically not a bad choice. Now, during our visit, we've already run out of ingredients twice, which seems really unprofessional... And there's never soap in the toilet.

Unfortunately, my companion had to eat alone because my order was wrong. I didn't want to do it anymore because my companion had already finished eating. Nevertheless, my food was brought to me, which I had packed for me. The kicker, however, was the bill. My companion ordered aglio e olio and a salad with a glass of wine. 30 euro! 16 euros for aglio e olio!? Was marked as various dishes on the bill. So my failed first pizza was included again. All in all, not recommended, the portions were small and the quality... poor, you can't say. Ambiance is more of a storage room character. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor, have a nice evening and don't go here! It's enough if my evening was a mess. Update due to response from the owner.. however, the experience remains bad and regarding the price of oil and oil, noodles with oil and garlic are the most primitive and simplest. More than 7.50 is simply not justified. The salad was barely dressed and the portions were generally very small. The quality of my pizza or calzone was borderline ok, but in terms of craftsmanship it was definitely not a calzone. I would like to say something positive but unfortunately this was truly the worst restaurant experience in a very long time

I was surprised to find an Italian restaurant in Landsberg. I just went there by chance. I liked the food very much, the Italian atmosphere with a happy boss and very committed staff. It was a great place to go.

I've been to Da Peppe several times, but unfortunately the quality has been declining significantly (!) in my opinion compared to previous times. The dough is no longer as beautifully Neapolitan as it once was, and the base is unfortunately rather crispy. This is not Neapolitan pizza for me. The pizza itself could have been spicier, but unfortunately that has diminished considerably. I added salt to the pizza, something I've never done in any pizzeria before. There is also no longer any hot oil but chili flakes, strange development... I have come to you regularly and have already expressed my criticism personally, unfortunately nothing has changed. Offering card payments again would also be a great service idea (yes, the server is broken, but it has been that way for quite a long time...).

In itself a nice little place, but quite run down and unfortunately a bit dingy When we ordered, ingredients that were not available in the pizza were simply replaced with others without asking Pizza tastes good Service doesn't seem to be very familiar with the processes and is sometimes overwhelmed...

We went to Landsberg for a spontaneous visit. The Italian was recommended to us and was convincing. Food and service top. The prices are great.

We stumbled across this restaurant in the city Center and we are definitely glad about it. The Chef was very cheerful and kind to elaborate the menu in detail. He also recommended a wine of his choice Giordano which was great. Definitely a must visit place if you want good Italian food and a friendly smile.

Very good Italian food. The Chef is super nice and very funny. This makes the whole experience very engaging and fun. We tried Pizza and Spaghetti. Both were great. The Bruschetta was less quantity wise. The chef recommended a wine for my friends and that was also good. All in all if you are in this city and in city center and have an Italian hunger, go for it.

The food was amazing and the most delicious I've had with tons of flavor. The wine suggestion was top notch, the owner really know their stuff. They were even accommodating with food adjustments. The food was normal and served cold. The staff was disorganized. The menu we were given only had pizza on it and when we asked for pasta we were told we had to go downstairs and look at the wall. The drinks were warm and we had to ask for ice. A screw sticks out of one of the chairs and ripped my pants and scratched my leg.

On my first visit to Landsberger am Lech, my family and I discovered this wonderful place where we had the opportunity to eat the best pizza i had ever eaten in my life. The pizza dough is excellent and the products used are all of the highest quality. The people working in this restaurant are very friendly and are very well prepared to provide you the best suggestion on what to eat. I strongly recommend it. You will be very satisfied to eat here.

I love it!!! As always, every time we come we eat very well.... From pasta to pizza the food is always high quality and very fresh, the staff is fantastic! It feels at home. A true Italian tavern. The place is very nice and welcoming. Now with the arrival of summer there is also the possibility of eating outdoors. Thanks to Peppe and he has all the time! 👍

2 pizzas to take away. Pizza was cold, when I asked I was insulted, people spat on a pizza in front of me and I was told to leave now. Since I had already paid beforehand, I was basically powerless. Not recommendable.

Service is very bad, food edible, never again 1: The lasagna was served and I already had my cutlery in my hand when the waiter wanted to take the lasagne away from me and bring it to the neighboring table. Hygienically very borderline! The other customer then agreed to wait. 2: The portions, especially the lasagne for €16.90, were too small! 3: the waiter was unfriendly, e.g. slammed the glasses on the table or loudly placed them on the table, he probably wanted to show his presence... 4: no EC payment possible 5: It was entered in the cash register, but a receipt was not printed until requested 6: no toilet paper 7: dirty glasses 8: very small menu, dishes from the daily menu were no longer available even though we were there at 6 p.m.! We went because of good reviews and were very disappointed!

We met up with our friends at Pepe's. When we greeted us, the waitress told us that there was only pizza and 3 starters. Reserving a table and ordering the food wasn't that easy. Because the waitress probably didn't speak German very well. Unfortunately, the wrong pizza was also brought to the table... I think actually because of the language barrier. Otherwise we really enjoyed the pizza. Price was okay.

Service at the start was horrible. We had to eat in a table with a dirty tablecloth. I think it was communication barrier. Also looking for spaghetti and found just pizza in the menu. We were ready to leave when a nicer person came, best guess is that he was the boss. Tried the pizza and despite low expectations, the pizza is really good. Best Italian pizza I have ever eaten. No wonder the place was very busy on Friday evening. Later on we discovered that spaghetti offer is on the day special menu. But definitely will go back for the pizza 🍕 The branding on the pizza is eatable.

The pizza tasted good, on the whole it was recommended, but what I saw afterwards was not acceptable, I was eating with someone, one of them ordered a Sprite and said while eating that the drink tasted strange, well the drinks have them We took it with us because they were still full and later realized that the Sprite tasted really strange and had expired since 06/23...that's why only 1 star for the meal

Addition to my review on Google Maps: Confusion and lack of staff should not become a problem for guests. As a guest, I was very dissatisfied with the behavior of the waiters. I pay money and expect appropriate service in return. Or should I only pay half in such cases? Please don't blame the guests, just apologize ..... This restaurant impresses with its cozy and spacious hall on the second floor as well as delicious pizza. However, my last visit left a bitter taste due to some service issues. We came in a group of about 30 people without prior table reservations, but our appearance didn't seem to surprise the staff too much: there was enough space and we were able to sit comfortably. However, it was obvious that not all of the waiters spoke German, which made it difficult for us to communicate when ordering. A huge misunderstanding arose when one of our friends, who was looking for a parking space, was initially refused entry, claiming that the restaurant was not prepared to accommodate such a number of guests. It was only with difficulty that we convinced the staff that we would stay, assuring us that there was enough food and there was enough space in the hall. But even after our efforts, the tension remained in the air. One of the waiters started making comments about how we hadn't taken our seats as he had planned, even though it was impossible for him to explain in German. This created additional pressure and guilt for us. When it came to food, the promised 12 pizzas turned out to be only 10, and other dishes were already sold out. This led to disappointment for us and our friends. Part of the group decided to go to another restaurant to avoid further inconvenience. After they left, it turned out that there were still a few pizzas left, but by that time our mood was already spoiled. We regret that our visit to this restaurant was so unfortunate, especially since our goal was simply to have a good time together.

Almost perfect Italian pizza. I had the Da Peppe myself and I can only recommend it. The only (small) drawback: There's nothing to pick up. The pizzeria is located in the middle of Landsberg city center, where active action is being taken against car drivers. So you have to take your time, look for a (very expensive) parking space and, ideally, eat in the restaurant - but it's worth it. I felt like I was on Lake Como.

I am very happy that we chose the restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and helpful and the pizza was very good. Also baked in a stone oven. I can't cook something like that at home, "even though" it's vegetarian. The dessert was good. The mood was harmonious and calm. Gladly again.

The two of us were there on a Saturday evening and were lucky to get a table. The food was great, especially the pizza dough was phenomenal! It was really busy and despite the hustle and bustle, everyone in service was friendly and in a good mood! Would come again at any time (but make a reservation next time)

The best carbonara in Landsberg, prepared with guanciale. Friendly staff, with typical Italian manner. When the weather is nice, this small osteria also offers a few tables outside on the main square. The only drawback: no brown sugar (zucchero di canna) at the end of the espresso.

I was in Landsberg for work and then ended up there spontaneously. I liked that very much. The service staff is super friendly and the pizza also tasted very good. Completely convincing in terms of price. Rather inconspicuous from the outside. If I'm ever there again, I'll definitely go again.

Yesterday we ate at "da Peppe" for the second time and I can say it couldn't be better. The staff is super friendly and funny, especially the boss. We each had an aperitif, both of which were very tasty and original so not the run-of-the-mill drinks like on most menus. Then each of us ate a pizza and a mixed salad. The salad was very crunchy and freshly dressed with vinegar and oil the way I like it with just a few ingredients, typically Italian. The pizza is an absolute dream! For me the best pizza north of the Brenner Pass and maybe even south of it! Apart from the excellent dough, you can also tell that a lot of attention is paid to the ingredients and the preparation and baking time is also perfect. For me, Da Peppe is the best Italian far and wide and I will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you Da Peppe team please keep it up.
