Friendly and fast service. The food was delicious.

A very cozy cafe. Delicious food. Large portions. Polite and attentive staff. We ordered three portions for four people. We were full and had some leftovers.

This is about me: the food was more or less satisfactory. The ambiance wasn't my thing. The waiter repeatedly stood at the counter instead of checking if the guests wanted anything else.

Highly recommended, a location that is unparalleled in Bad Oeynhausen. You can sit inside, which has a modern, young, and contemporary design. There's also an outdoor terrace with tables and chairs that match the spot and exude a special ambiance. If you want to sit outside, you should reserve in advance; in our case, we were lucky and were able to get a seat inside. We were there for dinner and were greeted and served very warmly by the staff. Although the Cult was only a few seats full, we waited a maximum of 20 minutes for our food, and the wait was worth it. A small menu (which I think is a good thing), high-quality products prepared very tastefully. A delight for all the senses. I had the pork fillet tips with creamed mushrooms, hash browns, and salad. I will definitely stop here again on my next visit to Bad Oeynhausen. They also offer a varied breakfast from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., which I definitely have to try.

We were looking forward to a relaxed lunch – instead, we were treated to charred finger food, a half-raw baked potato, and drinks that were served at different times. The interaction between the manager and the waitress was unpleasantly toxic, creating a truly stressful atmosphere. People were smoking and chilling outside, barefoot with their feet on the chairs – right in the middle of eating. And €55 for that? Honestly: never again.

The food is good. It's a chain restaurant, but it tasted good. The service, in my opinion, still has a lot of room for improvement. Aloha

So, the food was okay, but it didn't blow me, or rather, our feet away...but where we sat was so dirty, I haven't seen that in a long time. It made me want to leave right away. The corner bench was absolutely covered in crumbs and various food scraps, and the cushions were also stained; the covers could use a wash. I mentioned it, and they'll apparently forward it...it's a shame, really, because the location itself is very nice, but it definitely needs improvement.

Three of us went to this café today. The food was really delicious, but the service was unfortunately anything but hospitable. We were completely ignored for a long time, even though the café wasn't full. My husband signaled for us. The employee at the counter told a colleague. Her reaction was, "Yeah, let them wait" – loud enough for us to hear. She stood arrogantly at the counter, her mouth open, eating, and then served other guests who arrived after us – with a fake smile. We weren't even looked at. It wasn't until much later that another employee arrived and served us. I understand having to wait sometimes – but this demonstrative ignorance and disrespectful tone are completely unacceptable to me. My father also immediately said that he didn't want to come here again under these circumstances – despite the good food. Nonetheless, I would like to mention that the waitress with the glasses and a bun (blonde) was the only girl who was genuinely polite to us. Her smile was genuine too :) Best wishes to you. What a shame.

When the weather was good (a few days ago🤷🏼‍♂️) we sat outside and ordered three different dishes (there were three of us). The food, two different bowls and the currywurst arrived at the same time, hot and (as far as possible), nicely prepared after about 20 minutes. I've been to this café many times for breakfast and it was always great. Today, however, I was served moldy sliced ​​cheese🤮 that's not possible!!! There wasn't even an apology, just: "I'll bring new ones" Very disappointing🤨

I was here for breakfast yesterday morning. The conditions were very friendly and the food was great.

When I entered the restaurant I didn't know what to expect. When I looked at the menu, I was surprised that there was an extensive selection. Then I decided on the rice bowl with falafel balls. It was a colorful mix of different vegetables on herb rice. This was served in a bowl, which visually didn't look as good as on a plate. But it tasted very good and the taste is more important than the look.

I "only" had breakfast, which was vegetarian and very tasty, so I can't comment on other dishes. Nice service.

Without breakfast, on the verge of starvation, Google saved us from complete exhaustion by pointing out CULT in the afternoon. We were quickly served ciabatta with aioli and fell in love not only with the food, but also with the wall design. The main courses (pork loin and veggie burger + crispy fries) were super tasty and the quantity was also good. Unfortunately there was no more room for dessert, which prompted us to leave. After a digestive walk we went back to CULT, magically drawn by the memories of the dessert menu. The apple strudel and the iced chocolate were a dream and we were able to leave this wonderful place once again happy and satisfied. But if you think that this story is now over... Far from it! After all, it's hard to sleep without dinner! So in the late evening we went to the CULT again, to the amusement of the employees, who gave us a warm welcome. The bruschetta didn't skimp on parmesan, the goat cheese was wonderfully garnished and deliciously refined (mango chutney), and the homemade lemonade and smoothie were very tasty. Now we're thinking about whether we can make it to breakfast tomorrow before we set off again. If we end up in Bad Oeynhausen again, we will definitely come back. Thank you, we felt very comfortable.

It was a lovely afternoon with a delicious piece of cake and coffee. The service was very good and the ambience is also nice. It's a bit of a shame that the café has a lot of seating and there are steps to the toilets. This makes it difficult for people with restricted mobility to move freely. In addition, when the café is full, it is extremely loud and disruptive to have a quiet conversation.

The restaurant CULT, EAT, DRINK, CELEBRATE was recommended to me. Tried it out. It was great. Great staff, first class service and the food can only be recommended. Really delicious. The place just the way I like it. The next time I'm in Bad Oeynhausen I'll come back to your place. Thank you for the great service and the excellent food.

The Cult in Bad Oeynhausen is convincing across the board. The location in the middle of the pedestrian zone – and right in the Christmas market at Christmas time – is unbeatable. It's a lovely place to sit, whether outside with mulled wine or inside to warm up in the cozy atmosphere and enjoy the Christmas spirit. The food is always delicious, the value for money is great, and the service is extremely friendly. Absolutely recommended, not just at Christmas time!

Like the name of the restaurant, The atmosphere is so cultic. My food was delicious and was served in a reasonable time.

You immediately feel comfortable. Everything fits there. Food was delicious, the Aperol had the right mix and wasn't watered down. The service was friendly and accommodating. If we are in the area again we will definitely know where to stop.

Damit das Mittagessen nicht stressig wird, habe ich mich entschieden vor Ort mein Mittagessen einzunehmen. Doch das war gar nicht so einfach, denn zur Mittagszeit haben noch viele Restaurants geschlossen. Hier war geöffnet und die Google Bewertungen waren auch nicht schlecht. Da ich nicht im Freien sitzen wollte ging ins Lokal, die Ausstattung ist wirklich CULTig. Schnell war eine Bedienung da und nahm schon mal die Getränke auf. Ich entschied mich für eine Bowl mit Hähnchenstreifen, eine gute Wahl wie sich später zeigte. Die Qualität und Frische der Zutaten ist wirklich gut und auch geschmacklich konnte die Bowle überzeugen. Die Portionsgröße könnte etwas größer sein und auch der Preis ist mit fast 16 € eher gehoben. Die zwei Kugel Eis für 3,60 € als Nachtisch, waren dann schon eher ein Schnäppchen.

When it comes to lunch, this is one of the best locations in the area. Great, central location and still reasonable prices. The evening program is another highlight if you want to get away from the 08/15 and would like to be entertained by live music, for example. All in all - definitely worth a visit.

Small salad served as a main course in an impractical bowl (€18). Unfortunately the lettuce leaves still had sand on them. The description was wild herb salad, but there were no herbs in it. The bread was cheap baked rolls. The service was very nice. Maybe you just ordered the wrong food.

I actually like going to the cult and haven't had any bad experiences to date. Today, after consulting the waiter, I ordered a fruit bowl. With mango, pineapple, peach, banana and blue algae. The waiter said that there would always be rice. We were three of us and I got my food a little later... no rice and no fresh fruit... but blue liquid with dry bananas and a slice of dried mango with a teaspoon of muesli... 11.90 euros. You just couldn't eat it. I let it go back. The waiter cleared it away and didn't even ask for a replacement. BUT of course I was allowed to pay the full price!!!!! I noticed no signboard for this store and got a grin. Very unprofessional.

Um den Reha-Aufenthalt etwas aufzulockern bin ich heute mit meiner Frau, wir sind beide Mitte 70, durch die Fußgängerzone spaziert und haben dabei, eher zufällig, das "Cult" entdeckt. Wir haben es nicht bereut, dort eingekehrt zu sein. Nach einem vorzüglichen Aperolspritz haben wir uns, zum Abendessen, meine Frau für die Garnelen und ich für das Cordonbleu entschieden. Alles war optisch und geschmacklich hervorragend angerichtet und sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war absolut freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsveehältnis geht voll in Ordnung. Wir fanden auch das Ambiente sehr ansprechend, einfach schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Service was great. I have Lactose intolerance. They make sure that my food is free from Allergens. And they kept on coming if my food was fine , if I need something..etc. Too bad I don't live there. Cos I was just there for 3 weeks rehabilitation. Anyway. Good ambiance. Highly recommended.

We were there on Sunday for breakfast at 10:15 a.m. There were around 10 guests sitting in the garden at this point, so in other words, there was nothing going on yet and we have 50 minutes! waiting for our breakfast! We had to ask the young girl, who had the imaginary sentence "I don't feel like working, doesn't bother me" written on her forehead, to clear the table of used dishes every now and then... we won't go there for breakfast anymore. I'm sorry!

It's ok so far, unfortunately I have to add it here. Currently (2024) I have to say that the restaurant has deteriorated. No change in the menu, drinks were sometimes carelessly thrown together. The service seems to be suffering from a lack of staff. Very unfortunate! But maybe things will get better again.

Gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, gemütliche Sitzplätze, nette Bedienung. Wir hatten zum Mittag verschiedene Gerichte (u. a. Grünkohl) da gab es gar nichts zu meckern. Auch Kaffee und Kuchen Süßspeisen waren top. Hier würde ich auch bei jedem weiteren Besuch in Bad Oe. gerne wieder einkehren.

Minimal teurer aber auch sehr gutes Essen. Nette Bedienung und schönes Ambiente. Danke für das tolle Restaurant.
