13 people (restaurant barely occupied, early Friday evening) - Card payment not possible - About 30 minutes after ordering drinks we asked if we could order food or if we had forgotten. - the first ones were finished when the second ones got food. The second ones were finished until the last ones got. - First server didn't know whether the beer was non-alcoholic Pilsner or normal. After we said we ordered shandy, it was shandy. - Second waitress didn't know which salad was with or tuna. After the first round of guessing, the food was swapped. After asking and taking another look, she decided to swap the guests' plates again until it was right. - Pizza extra without anchovies was also noted by the gentleman. She came with anchovies. Please remake. Now there are two options: new pizza or try to take the fish down. - The first ones are ready. Three plates meant that the waitress tried to balance things out with one knee - standing like a flamingo. Now finally. The "new" pizza arrived: However, this fish-free pizza... well... in my opinion, tasted extremely fishy. If I didn't know better, I would say...like anchovies. But it couldn't have been and it was definitely a sensory error on my part. The pizza, which was only partially eaten, was ultimately paid for - in cash, of course. Card payment not possible at the end of 2024 - Hunger... - Instead of parmesan schnitzel there was a children's schnitzel. - When the waitress came and asked if everything had been okay, she was amazed when four meals (!) weren't there, even though they had already been cleared in two rounds. - The food that came right was okay. We were given salt/pepper. - Portions felt very, very small, the salads in particular were not well received. - Our request to speak to the boss was given to the gentleman who took the orders. He didn't come. - Not a word of apology from him. Neither for the incorrectly brought food nor anything else. That would have been the least we would have expected after this magnificent chaos. We initially decided on just 1 review instead of all 8 adults individually. However, we can submit this later if requested.

I was looking forward to a schnitzel with fries and salad. The meal was offered at lunchtime for 13.90 euros. In the evening, an undressed salad, undercooked fries and a standard schnitzel were charged 18.90 euros for a salad that wasn't fresh. A cafeteria meal might be even better.

Four of us spontaneously went to eat there after the thermal baths and were greeted and served in a very friendly manner. The food was very tasty, pizza and also the salads.

Boss not friendly welcome absent expensive and very bland dishes to avoid

Delicious pizza, salad, etc., unfortunately the atmosphere is more like a congress center or city hall. High ceilings, bare floors, wide spaces, it echoes like a train station hall. The coziness is simply missing.

Arriving at 6:30 p.m. to eat pizzas, we were very disappointed by a somewhat "distracted" service. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to come take our order, we waited again for 45 minutes(!) to be served. It seems that our pizzas had gotten lost in the kitchen... In fact, they were not very hot and a little soft. We ate them anyway because after 1 hour of waiting we were really hungry.

Very good pizza and spaghetti. Rarely eaten so well. Nice and super friendly staff.

Located in the spa park. If the weather is good, you can sit outside. Ate soup (minestrone). Really big plate with all sorts of things on it: chopped mushrooms, corn, cucumbers, peppers, etc. It tasted excellent and looked great too. The only drawback: No bread was served with it.

The food was very very tasty! However, the service was just bad. Drinks were served incorrectly several times and you had to wait a long time until you could order something.

For anyone interested, our experience today: - Our order was served incorrectly. There was no apology. Almost as expected, the incorrectly delivered and even more expensive food was also charged. - The starter was not as described on the menu. In addition, the ingredients were quite old. - Unfortunately we still have to mention the unmotivated staff. We will only visit other (and more recommended!) locations in the future! We wish all other guests a better experience!

Ate pizza, toppings were tasty, base a bit too thick.

More appearance than reality! Food was "okay", but there was a lack of seasoning everywhere and the prices were clearly far too high for the portion size. A man doesn't necessarily get fed up with it either. The service had to be called to the table several times (I don't usually like doing that) because something was always missing. Service in general takes some getting used to. Ambiance is OK. Clean, but not comfortable. We won't come again.

We only waited an hour for the food. Service is overwhelmed. Quality of the food is poor, just slapped on the plate. Very disappointing!

Nicely located by the park, delicious food

Food was perfect. Taste and quality. Service typically Italian. Everything was very clean. We were there at lunchtime. Will definitely come back.

A smaller group was there to drink coffee ☕️ some got the coffee, the others got the cake. After a complaint, what was ordered gradually arrived. An iced coffee that wasn't one cost €8.90 Conclusion: Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Service very unfriendly, long waiting times, incorrectly served, no question as to whether the food was okay or whether we wanted something to drink. You should actually get up and go. It's a shame for such a nice restaurant. And then comes the bill. As a Bergzabern resident, I'm seriously considering whether I'll go there again.

Absolutely top-notch gastronomy with excellent daily specials for a uniquely affordable price. Great ambience and very friendly service as well as lovingly set tables of a classy kind.

Too expensive for what it is, more appearance than reality

We haven't been to such a bad service and restaurant in a long time. Despite Corona and the lack of staff, everyone has provided good service so far! We have been sitting here for over 1.1/2 hours and out of 5 people only 2 have received food. Unfortunately there are 2 children with us who are very hungry, otherwise we would have gotten up and left long ago. One child received the lukewarm spaghetti and the other, unfortunately, is still waiting for food. And that after asking 3 times! Unfortunately, I can't recommend the Tagliatelle Don Giuseppe plate either! Zero taste, neither the beef strips nor mushrooms & noodles! Unfortunately, all of this ruins the beautiful ambience (for which we get the one star)!

We were there on New Year's Eve 2023 with 4 people. Food was very bland, not seasoned well. We had ordered a meat dish, you had to look for meat. The “meat rolls” too dry. Price/performance wasn't right. Tiramisu was just a white mess, even after our complaint, nothing better was served. Since it was New Year's Eve, we expected at least 1 glass of champagne or Seko from the boss. There wasn't! We were also not asked whether we were satisfied. A pity....

It was always very comfortable, the food was delicious, what more could you want. Everyone is very, very friendly.

Lasagna, Cola Zero and spaghetti for the child were ordered. We got Diet Coke, burnt lasange (without taste) and spaghetti was out (so they just served something else on their own decision without consulting them). This restaurant is incredibly bad and we will definitely not visit it again. They also demanded money for all this audacity. Poor Bergzabern!!!!

When we got there not all the tables were occupied. Food was okay, but nothing special. There was only a reduced menu with 4 dishes from each category. Service was poor because: - we only got 4 tickets for 8 people - After 45 minutes a waiter came to order - after another 45 minutes the first drinks arrived - It took another few minutes to complete all the drinks At this point we had been sitting in the restaurant for an hour and a half. - the food didn't come at the same time - Pizzas arrived 10 to 15 minutes before the rest The food was okay. But it wasn't fun being halfway through the pizza before the others could start eating. In the end the calculation was also wrong. Of course there was overcharging. I would try all the other restaurants in town before coming back.

We were scheduled for Christmas and had a discussion in advance about what there would be and how we would do it. When we were there, everything was thrown out the window and only the given card was used. Honestly, no one here has anything promised. At least 2/3 if not all of the people absolutely didn't like the things we got and couldn't be compared to the normal quality here. The waitresses can't do anything about it; the manager and, on that day, the chef probably failed. It's usually very tasty here. The children were allowed to order pasta with ham and cream sauce and the adults were denied it, either to make more money or to have less effort. The food was extremely staggered and I personally didn't like the margarita pizza. My vegetarian friend didn't like it either, mind you, due to allergies and a vegetarian diet, she could ONLY choose the pizza... All in all, we are disappointed with our former favorite restaurant.

Nach dem Besuch in der Südpfalz-Therme hatten wir Hunger und haben uns für das Culinarium entschieden. Als wir das Restaurant betreten haben, dachten wir uns "oh das wird sicher teuer werden". Geschuldet war diese im Nachhinein unbegründete Vermutung, das vorherrschende Ambiete des Restaurant. Nach der sehr freundlichen Begrüßung des Kellners und dem durchstöbern der gut gefüllten aber nicht überfüllten Karte, entschieden wir uns für Bruschetta mit Rucola, Pizza und als Nachspeise Tartufo und einen Kaffee. Das Essen war absolut 1. Klasse und mit 56€ für 2 Personen, ein absolut gerechtfertigter Preis so wie ein gelungener Abschluss für einen schönen Tag.

Schönes Restaurant, leider war die Fischauswahl Sonntag Abends sehr eingeschränkt trotz Tagesempfehlung... daher einen Punkt/Stern Abzug. Die Bruschetta hatte geschmacklich Luft nach oben, das kann ich besser. Die Bedienung war darüber hinaus etwas ungeschickt.

Kommen immer wieder gerne ...gutes Essen - schönes Ambiente - netter Service... Bis zum nächsten - wenn es wieder heißt " wir fahren in die Pfalz " ..... Liebe Grüße !

Freundlicher Service, schönes Ambiente, recht umfangreiche und dochvansprechende (Inhalt) Speisekarte. Wir hatten Bruschette und Fischsuppe, Culinariumsalat und Pizza - und es fand sich aber gar nix auszusetzen. Alles wirklich sehr gut.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal das Essen ist reichlich und lecker preis Leistung ist angenehm.

Ich empfehle es, dort eine Mahlzeit zu sich zu nehmen.. Wir waren nur kurz dort, um schnell etwas warmes zu essen, da wir wenig Zeit hatten und eine lange Zugfahrt vor uns hatten. Hatten das Tagesmenü.. Preislich absolut in Ordnung und für ein Kurort der Hammer.. Leider gehen wir davon aus, das für die Tageskarte, weniger Aufwand betrieben wird. Das Schnitzel war niht schlecht, aber nicht so frisch.. Die Pommes waren irgendwie nochmals kurz erwärmt und die Soße schmeckte wie von einem bekannten Hersteller der für die berühmten Würze zuständig ist. Aber, das muss ich hier auch erwähnen, es ist ein Tagesmenü.. Günstig und großer Teller.. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt.. Denke mir, von der allgemeinen Menű-Karte sind die Speisen um Welten besser.. Probiert es.. Die Ambiente fand ich richtig hübsch.. Für mch sehr geschmackvoll.. Auch der Service.. Sehr, freundlich und hilfsbereit..

Sehr sehr leckere hausgemachte Pasta

Pizza sehr groß für einen guten Preis, dünner Teig, sehr lecker. Salate ebenso. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Mein Freund und ich wir können das Cullinarium nur weiterempfehlen! Der Pizzateig ist mit Olivenöl gemacht, daher schmeckt die Pizza leicht knusprig, perfekt gesalzen, ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. 😁 mein Freund hatte eine leichte vegetarische Pizza. Der Rucola war nicht bitter und die Tomatenstückchen zerkleinert, wodurch sie überall perfekt verteilt waren. Man schmeckt die gut ausgewählten Zutaten wirklich raus und sie liegt nicht schwer im Magen. Perfekt für einen Besuch nach der Therme! Vielen lieben Dank für diesen schönen Abend.

Wenn man in Bad Bergzabern nach Pizza sucht, sollte man dieses Restaurant auf jedenfall zuerst vorgeschlagen bekommen. Meiner persönlichen Meinung nach die beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe, dabei komme ich aus einer Metropole. Sollte jeder mal probiert haben!

Innenbereich mit schönem Ambiente, toller Außenbereich am Rande vom Kurpark. Pizza, Pasta und Salat waren lecker. Die Preise sind gehoben.

Sehr leckeres italienisches Essen!

Ein sehr schöner Ort. Wir wollten erst überhaupt nicht hin, zu abgelegen, zu 80er, zu komisch. Aber es war wunderbar. Freundlicher Service angenehmes Ambiente, gutes Essen und tolle Weine. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wenn der Service Roboter bloß ein gag bleibt, kommen wir auch gerne wieder Highly recommended!

Ich war zum wandern in dieser Gegend und habe im Anschluss ein ganz hervorragendes Essen und einen ganz bezaubernden Service erlebt. Ich denke es war der Chef bzw. Besitzer, war überaus freundlich und charmant. Vielen lieben Dank und sollte ich noch mal in der Nähe sein, komme ich gerne wieder.

Tolle Restaurant der Eigentümer und sein Personal sind super nett es gibt auch eine Terrasse für die schönen Tage Essen und Preise sind auch super

Mehrmals sind wir dieses und auch letztes Jahr hier eingekehrt. Natürlich geht auch in diesem Restaurant- wie überall- mal etwas daneben, aber der für nicht entscheidende Punkt ist wie damit umgegangen wird. So kam mein Salat bereits an den Tisch und die anderen Gerichte ließen noch auf sich warten. Auf Nachfrage sagte man hätte ein Problem gehabt welches jetzt behoben ist. Kurz danach kamen die Fehlenden Essen und zusätzlich eine Ladung Bruschetti (als Entschuldigung und ohne Berechnung). Sollte also mal etwas nicht passen - freundlich ansprechen und es wird eine Lösung gefunden. Daher verstehe ich die negativen Bewertungen wegen eine Pizzabrötchen unangemessen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. So geht Gastfreundlichkeit ohne aufgesetzt zu sein. Wir gehen wieder hin und hatten bereits Pizza, Lasagne, Salate, Cordon bleue- alles sehr lecker.

Wir haben eine sehr gute Fischsuppe gegessen.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und zugewandt. Prima Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Auch die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Wir waren mit 3 Generationen und 2 Hunden da und wurden sehr nett empfangen. Wir bestellten Pizza, Pasta und Fisch und es hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt.
