Unfortunately, I have often seen that his wife puts the kebab meat raw in the kebab. She usually doesn't wait until the kebab meat has a slightly dark color. The man, on the other hand, always waits until the meat has a slightly darker color. He also turns up the temperature when someone orders, but unfortunately his wife doesn't.

My wife and I are regular customers there. “Mama” always serves Marlies and Dieter very well. But not just mom. Also “the boss” and the sons are always great. Very satisfied.
