Absolut solide und mal was anderes! Das Essen ist wirklich gut und bietet eine willkommene Abwechslung zum Standard. Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich, und die Location hat einfach richtig viel Charme. Komme gerne wieder!

Ein toller Ort! Sooooo leckere Gerichte, sehr nette Bedienung. Kann Cuervo echt nur empfhelen! Probiert auf jeden Fall die leckeren Coctails :)

Ein guter Ort, um Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen

Leider hatte ich keine Bargeld dabei und musste für 1 Bier! 10 Euro mit Karte bezahlen. " Steht so in der Karte"..... wieder was gelernt.

Wir sind dort regelmäßig zur Karaoke gekommen, dies findet wohl nicht mehr statt schade.

Immer wieder Referenz für leckeres Essen und Getränke

Wir waren nach Jahren mal wieder im Cuervo. Früher war es wirklich gut, aber mittlerweile würde ich nicht noch einmal hingehen. Wir mussten sehr lange auf unser Essen warten – sogar die Vorspeise (Aioli mit Baguette) hat länger als 30 Minuten gedauert. Bei den Getränken mussten wir zweimal nachfragen, wo sie bleiben. Das Essen selbst war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes oder Spektakuläres. Schade, wir hatten es deutlich besser in Erinnerung.

Der Service ist super und das Essen wird schnell geliefert, meine Bewertung ist 💯 gut.

Sehr gute Gaststätte, Personal sehr freundlich, das Essen lecker - und das beste finde ich das man ab 20 Uhr dort rauchen darf! Dies ist und bleibt meine Kneipe, bin fast jede Woche hier, nicht nur weil man hier rauchen darf aber hauptsächlich. Wer es nicht mag kann gerne in dem Nichtraucherbereich speisen, eine suuuper Lösung! Vielen Dank an das ganze Cuervo Team, weiter so!

Wir kamen um 21:45 Uhr ins Cuervo. Das Lokal war gut besucht, aber mehrere Tische waren frei. Es war Samstag, Essen Abholung bis 22.30 Uhr laut Internet möglich. Über 25 Minuten hinweg wurden wir von zwei Kellnern konsequent ignoriert, obwohl sie mehrfach an unserem Tisch, welcher direkt an der Küche war, vorbeigingen und andere Gäste, die nach uns kamen, bereits Getränke erhielten. Erst gegen 22:10 Uhr kam eine Kellnerin zu uns. Auf unsere Bestellung hin wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, die Küche habe bereits um 22:00 Uhr geschlossen. Bemerkenswert war dabei, dass weiterhin Essen aus der Küche an andere Tische serviert wurde, während wir zuvor keine Möglichkeit hatten, überhaupt eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Eine Entschuldigung oder ein kurzer Hinweis blieb aus. Online wird zudem „Speisen abholen bis 22:30 Uhr“ angegeben, ein früherer Küchenschluss ist dort nicht ersichtlich. Wir haben das Lokal daraufhin verlassen. Ein Restaurantbesuch scheiterte hier nicht am Andrang, sondern schlicht an fehlender Organisation und Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber Gästen. Gastfreundlich, wenn man vor Küchenschließung kommt…ignoriert wird und durch fehlende Organisation gehen muss?

Nach mehreren Jahren waren wir heute wieder im Cuervo. Wir hatten für 5 Personen reserviert und auch zunächst einen größeren Tisch bekommen, der für uns zugedacht war. Leider konnte die 5. Person nicht erscheinen. Dieses fiel wohl auch den Servicekräften auf. Man bat uns, einen kleineren Tisch zu besetzen, weil sie wohl noch weitere 5 Personen erwarteten. Das taten wir auch zähneknirschend. In der Tat erschien dann auch eine Personengruppe, die unseren vorherigen Tisch bezog. Allerdings auch zu viert. Und das änderte sich auch nicht, bis wir gingen. Wir bestellten alle die Fajitas. Damit nahm das Chaos seinen Lauf. Jeder bekam einen riesen Teller mit Beilagen plus je eine Pfanne. Man sah auf dem Tisch nur noch Teller und Pfannen, so dass wir sogar die Getränke auf eine hohe Fensterbank abstellen mussten. Wir hielten mit unserem Unmut nicht hinterm Berg und brachten das auch dem Service gegenüber zum Ausdruck. Die Antwort ließ uns sprachlos werden: " Naja, wenn alle Gäste das selbe bestellen, wird es halt eng". Was ist das für eine Aussage??? Soll man demnächst so bestellen, das zwei nur ein Süppchen bekommen, damit Platz auf dem Tisch ist? Das Essen war lecker. Zumindest wenn man von oben herunter aß. Das Fleisch und Gemüse, welches in einer heißen Pfanne serviert wurde, schwamm in einer Öllache und war zum Schluss nicht mehr essbar. Trotzdem hat uns der überflüssige Tischwechsel am meisten geärgert. Wir aßen, tranken jeder ein Getränk und gingen. Dieses Geschäftsmodell der Gewinnmaximierung, auf Kosten des Gastes, können wir nicht gutheißen. Zumal man uns zum Überfluss noch falsch informiert hat und doch nur 4 Personen an diesem Tisch saßen. Da kann hingehen, wer will. Wir jedenfalls nicht mehr. Diesen Entschluß haben wir noch vor dem Essen gefasst. Das man um jeden Preis den Laden vollstopfen will und dabei die Qualität eines schönen Abends für den Gast auf der Strecke bleibt, scheint dem Betreiber egal zu sein. Zum Glück gibt es im Umkreis noch weitere Lokalitäten, wo der Gast noch als Gast und nicht als Gelddruckmaschine angesehen wird.

Nachdem ich jetzt noch zweimal da war ein Nachtrag: was mir jedes Mal sehr negativ aufstößt, ist dass die Leute tatsächlich direkt neben einem am Tisch rauchen. Während man isst. Und die Plätze sind recht eng, es gibt zwar einen Nichtraucherbereich, der ist aber er Warte-Hallen mäßig. Das war's wahrscheinlich früher auch. Und ich hatte zum dritten Mal, nachdem ich hier gegessen habe. Schade, eigentlich gehe ich gerne hin, da ich ab und an in der Gegend bin, aber vor allem wegen dem Ambiente. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich

Essen: Es gibt nicht wirklich viel zu sagen. Es ist gut, aber auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Ab und zu mal ist es Leider etwas angebrannt, aber das kann ja jedem passieren :) Service: Der Service mag zwar etwas langsam sein, ist aber trotzdem sehr nett. Ambiente: Sehr schön gestaltet! Es reproduziert den Stil eines Straßenrestaurants das man in Süd-Amerika finden könnte echt gut. Es ist zwar etwas komplexer als bei solchen Läden, aber es erledigt den Job immer noch gut. Generell gebe ich dem Restaurant 4/5 Sternen. Gut, aber nicht 5 Sterne wert. PS: Die Cocktails sollen soweit ich weiß echt gut sein, da ich aber kein Alkohol trinke, kann ich diese Leider nicht bewerten.

Vorab einmal, das Essen war in Ordnung, der Service soweit auch ok. Wir hatten reserviert. Es wurde mir keinem Wort erwähnt, dass wir in einem Rauerbereich sitzen würden. Ich hatte ein kleines Kind dabei und um 20 Uhr (immerhin nachdem wir schon gegessen hatten) haben ohne Vorwarnung um uns herum alle angefangen zu qualmen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass dies ein Raucherbereich sei und dass auch kein anderer Platz verfügbar ist. Also mal ganz ehrlich: mindestens 3 Mitarbeiter haben gesehen, dass ich mit der Kleinen dort saß und niemand hat uns vorgewarnt. Es mag ja sein, dass das dort erlaubt ist zu rauchen aber es ist auch verboten, dass unter 18jährige Zugang zu einem solchen Bereich haben! Sowas ist mir wirklich noch nie untergekommen und am schlimmsten war, dass es allen einfach egal war. Wir hätten eigentlich gerne noch Nachtisch gegessen...

We went to Cuervo for the first time yesterday, and unfortunately, I won't be able to eat there again. As someone with allergies, it was extremely difficult for me to find anything, and the waitress had to ask several times to give me an answer. Unfortunately, there was no allergy menu for me to consult. Even substitutions were extremely difficult. Almost 20 minutes later, after a lot of running around and asking the waitress, I finally found something. The fajitas were good, and the portions were very generous for the price. The mocktails were also good, especially the large selection. I found it annoying that the tables were extremely close together. If a guest wanted to get up and leave, their backside would be in your face while you ate. It was also incredibly loud; they didn't even turn the music down. So my husband and I practically had to shout at each other. The waitress was very friendly and made a lot of effort, despite the restaurant being full.

Since we're from Rödermark, we've been going to cuervo every now and then for several years. So far, there hasn't been anything we didn't like, except for the burgers. A week ago, we gave the burger another try and were very pleasantly surprised. The meat was perfect, even with the cheese. They used burger buns instead of flatbread. We really liked it. The terrace is a dream in the summer. The atmosphere is fantastic, even in the smoking area. There's no smoke in the air, and it doesn't smell bad. We've always enjoyed coming here and will keep coming back. 👍🏽

Pretty tasty and cool restaurant, but then half the place started smoking indoors and everything just stank.

Very tasty food and always fast and reliable, even when it's busy. Top-notch. Today, I accidentally got a large piece of nacho stuck in my throat, and the problem was solved very expertly. The very friendly, short-haired blonde waitress helped me immediately, in a targeted and intuitive manner. Even the fact that we arrived spontaneously was absolutely no problem, despite the restaurant being fully booked. The only thing I really don't like is the really uncomfortable seating, but the food easily makes up for it. I'd go back anytime.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait almost two hours for our food. It's understandable that restaurants can take longer during busy times, but such a long wait without advance notice was very disappointing. As a result, we didn't get to eat until around 9 p.m., which is simply too late for a hearty meal. The service was very friendly and attentive, which made the evening a little more pleasant. However, we wished we'd been informed in advance about the long wait. That way, we could have been better prepared. The food itself was okay, but unfortunately, it didn't make up for the long wait.

My first visit there and I won't be going back! There were 15 of us there, and we waited a full 2 ​​hours for our food! There was no communication whatsoever about where our food was. Only after asking several times, after an hour and a half, did we receive a basket of taco chips as a token of apology. But that didn't change our displeasure and our hunger. The kitchen staff apparently has poor organization. I felt sorry for the two waitresses, as they had to deal with our anger, but they really couldn't do anything about the kitchen. The food finally arrived at 9:50, and unfortunately, it wasn't even good. A shame.

I was there for the first time today and would love to come back 😊 We had the beef fajitas, which were a real treat. The churros are the perfect dessert afterward. You can also enjoy drinks there, of course. The bar has a top-notch bartender, and the friendly and competent service completes the drinking experience. A quick tip: Kamikaze Shot – one of the few places that can pull off this iconic shot. 😉💪👌

What a lovely restaurant! 👌 When you're standing outside, you can't help but notice how cozy it is inside. The food was excellent! And the service was very friendly and good. Highly recommended. We sat outside on a Tuesday evening and it was quite busy!

All in all, I'd describe my experience at Cuervo as okay. The ambiance was quite nice, and parking is easy. If you arrive by train, the station is right in front of the restaurant, so it's easily accessible. However, the service was relatively slow and the food mediocre. I also found it a bit overpriced for the quality of the food. There are a few vegetarian options, but they could definitely expand the menu to include them. The mocktails, however, are really delicious and reasonably priced. Bottom line: You can do it, but you don't have to.

Service only 2 stars I know the food is good there. After ordering food after an hour of waiting, our food was forgotten. Unfortunately, we went home very hungry.

Friendliness was above average. The young woman who served us was friendly, helpful, and quick, finding a few minutes to chat. The food tasted good, but there's still room for improvement. The breaded mushrooms could have used a lot more seasoning in the coating, the dip was unfortunately a bit bland, and the chicken sticks were dry, although they tasted good. I would still come back and try other dishes; perhaps my choice was unfortunate.

I went there with my friends on their recommendation, and I have to say I was very disappointed. We ordered food and waited about an hour, which is quite reasonable in a crowded restaurant. The waitress unfortunately had a mishap and dropped our food on the table and my legs (the contents of the pan from the fajitas dish). I burned myself, but that's not the worst part. Accidents can happen, and we're all only human. She apologized, of course, and that was the end of it for me. But everything that happened after that was awful. My friend's food, which had already arrived, was also hit by my dropped Coke, and we asked if she could get new wraps. They said yes, and nothing happened. They walked past us five times afterward without reacting. Then they walked past us five times without reacting. When we asked how long the food would take, we were told they would ask. We never received an answer, and in that time, about 20 other guests were served. After 30-40 minutes, we asked if their food could be reheated, as it had already been sitting for 40 minutes and our food had been cleared away due to the mishap. They said yes, and again there was no response. We didn't get anything, not even a small appetizer or anything else. After 45 minutes, we said we didn't want to wait for our food again. We sat there for almost 2 hours, each got a Coke and nothing else. When we asked if we could speak to the manager, the answer was to go ahead because he couldn't leave the bar. They didn't even bother to apologize or even bother to engage with us. All they said was: What's left? At least we got our 2.5 Cokes on the house after the incident. 👍🏼😅 I have to say, I never write bad reviews, but the service was absolutely terrible. I didn't expect our food to be free or anything, but when a guest is doused with the contents of a hot pan and hot grease, you might expect more than just sitting around for another 45 minutes, asking multiple questions, and getting no answers. I can't rate the food because it never arrived, but overall, I wouldn't recommend a visit. 😀

Nicely decorated, the waiters are really attentive and friendly, the food is really great and the portions are worth the price. The food was ready quickly and you don't have to wait long to order. Extra wishes are taken into account. The outside terrace is also beautifully designed. The toilets are very clean and the bathroom is very modern. I haven't had any complaints so far!

Unfortunately, it's far too cold in the lower area and there's a draft. It also smells like smoke when people smoke upstairs after 8 p.m. And yes, you can smell it as a non-smoker. The door is open, so no vent helps. Unfortunately we won't be coming back because of that.

Really nice location with delicious food and great service! We were there last night with 4 people. Arrived in time for the cocktail happy hour and used it straight away. The cocktails were delicious and a good start to the evening. Then we continued with nacho plates, enchiladas and fajitas. Everything was really tasty and beautifully served. The service was absolutely outstanding, served by 2 girls in the upper restaurant area. Both had everything under control at all times and small things were taken care of promptly. An absolutely successful evening for us, we would love to come back!

We have been guests several times and have always ordered the same thing, which was relatively quick. I work in the catering industry myself and know that sometimes it takes longer, but in my opinion an hour is already too long. Of course, during this time my drink was already empty and no one came from whom I could order something again. Our table was looked at several times and I personally notice when guests don't have food after a long time. Nobody came to us and explained to us that it might take longer or that something had gone wrong. Then we wanted to leave and canceled the food. They said that the food would be ready soon. When we said we didn't want it anymore because of the long waiting time, there was no apology or anything else. During the whole event, the waitress talked to another table for a long time and also drank a round of shots. Maybe they should have focused more on other guests. It's a real shame because we've been guests many times and actually enjoyed coming.

Very tasty food. Large portions. Great cocktails. The service is always friendly despite the full hut. We always enjoy coming here. However, it is a bit noisy as the bar area is often visited by groups to just sit together like in a pub. You should be able to do that. You can smoke at the tables in the back area. As a non-smoker, it has never bothered me.

Have been there again for 7 years. 4 adults + 2 kids (5 + 7 years) waited for 1 full feature film length 90 minutes!!!! on the food. Admittedly, it was very crowded on this Saturday 9 days ago, but they could have at least had the 2 portions of fries brought from the kitchen for the children!! So we had 2 VERY hungry mob kids at the table and our "entertainment program" came to an end at some point! By the way: fries were average, the spare ribs had to be laboriously pulled off the bone, chicken burger was okay and the tostadas were very good. Conclusion: Not again so quickly (maybe in about 7 years)

I gave the Cuervo in Urberach another chance. The last time the fajitas were so poorly filled, you really had to look for more vegetables and meat. This time I took 20 spare ribs. There were 4 packages of ribs that were ideal in terms of quantity and price. But unfortunately the price also says a lot about the quality of the ribs. The quality of meat is no longer possible. Totally bad taste... Ribs that are done really well should also fall off the bone. With these ribs, there's no answer whatsoever. Sorry Cuervo team but please take the ribs out of the program. Modest meat, modest taste and mega poor preparation.

I'm really torn about this place and I'm trying to stay as objective as possible. In bullet points - The welcome was very good and we were given a table straight away. Thank you very much for that. The store was very full and very loud, due to the fact that the tables were placed close together in order to maximize sales per square meter of store space. At the same time, music was played that evening (karaoke). I had to yell at the person sitting next to me so that he could understand what was being said and no, I wasn't drunk. I waited about 30 minutes for the first drink order, although two nice waitresses were at the next table with me independently of each other within the first 30 minutes and I drew their attention to me. I was informed by both of them independently that they would come over again shortly. They didn't come, so I spoke to the boss or coordinator, who also greeted me very positively, and asked him to take my order. That worked really well and I had my drink at the table 20 more minutes later. So far so manageable. When the table was full we wanted to order. That worked out relatively quickly. Not so with the delivery of the order. And what's coming now is "not" a joke. We waited for our food for almost the entire length of 80 minutes. In between we were asked twice what we had ordered because there were problems with the allocation and as far as the duration was concerned we were told "Sorry, there are only two people in the kitchen". For the sake of completeness... - No greeting from the kitchen. - No aperitif on the house. The food was solid (a grade of three, although you would rather give the standard salad a five as a side dish on the main course plates). After the meal we wanted to pay in three attempts, because the food and/or drinks were not allocated correctly, which took almost half an hour. It is important to me to emphasize that the service staff was polite and nice at all times. If the karaoke event hadn't been there, we would have left after not being able to order a drink for 30 minutes. So we were there at 7 p.m. and planned to spend the whole evening there until closing time, but after our experiences we left shortly before 10 p.m. In conclusion, the restaurant deserves another review during the week when there is less going on. At the weekend, if you want to go out to eat and have a little chat, I would advise against it.

Ended up here by chance due to a rail strike. There was nothing else here on Monday - that's why it was well filled. Burger very tasty. Good selection of draft beer. And all reasonably priced. Very nice service and attractive ambience.

We were very disappointed that evening. The service was super unfriendly (older woman with blonde hair) and treated us badly. The answers were stupid and later she took a €20 tip for herself and her colleague from a friend's wallet. This can no longer be surpassed in terms of audacity. We were shocked. Never again!

The food was very good, but there was no vegan selection at all, not even the guacamole was vegan. You should move with the times and also offer vegan dishes. A little too much oil for my taste, otherwise delicious. Despite a reservation we had to wait for a table and the service was snippy. It's very dark and noisy, it's hard to have a conversation and reading the map is difficult because of the darkness. Bed was that the dish could be ordered so that it was vegan.

We go to Cuervo every now and then. I've never eaten there as bad as today. The main course was so spicy that I had to return almost all of it. And then we had to pay for the meal in full. Real cheek. I was here for the last time!!! Never again.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend dort, nur haben wir im Nichraucherbereich sitzend sehr gefroren.Die 2 Eingangstüren sind nicht durch einen Windfang geschützt!!!

Tolles Ambiente/tolle Location. Sehr leckeres mexikanisches Essen zu verträglichen Preisen. Personal sehr nett. Nur sehr dunkel drinnen.

Einer meiner Lieblingsrestaurants. Es schmeckt super. Die Bedienung ist immer freundlich.

Ziemlich leckeres Essen und sympathische Bedienung. Ein echt gutes Restaurant mit vielen vegetarischen Optionen!

Essen war ok aber kalt. Lange gewartet auf Getränke und Essen. Leider wurde darauf auch nicht reagiert. Bedienung so lala. Habe kein Trinkgeld gegeben, da wurde man erst recht nicht angeschaut. Schade, wir kommen nicht wieder!

Heute mal wieder im Cuervo und das seit Jahren immer mal wieder mit gleichbleibenden Qualität bei Essen und Getränken. Das Essen kam zügig und alles war frisch…mein Tip, Burrito Carne. Gibt auch fast täglich gute Aktionen, die auch sehr zu empfehlen sind. Alles in allem freue ich mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Es war wie immer lecker. Die Portionen sind groß und schmackhaft. Wir waren jetzt schon oft dort und wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Bei gutem Wetter kann man gut draußen sitzen.

Cuisine excellente et pour le prix c'est top. Je conseil vivement.
