We celebrated our son's 18th birthday last night with 8 people from different generations. Everyone felt very comfortable, the food was very tasty and there was something for everyone. The service was very friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back.

Very nice outside area and also very cozy inside, there is an additional room where we sat as a large group. Very tasty food, also vegetarian and vegan options available. Today we had dinner with 10 people. There were 4 other guests in the restaurant. We have never experienced such poor service. Forgot the beer, forgot the Peffermühle order, with every order we had to ask for service so that we could reorder something. When asked about the poor service, we had to put up with reproaches. Instead of being understanding and apologizing for the extremely poor service, we were told that we were bad guests. Arrogant to the extreme. Here the management would have to explain how they should take care of a paying guest so that sales happen and are not prevented. The four other people also had to go to the kitchen to explain that they would now like to pay. We regularly eat out in Erlangen 2 or 3 times, but we have never experienced anything like this. Such employees should never work in service because they do not understand what service means in the catering industry.

We ordered. The pizza wasn't good. Soft, too thick dough. Extra ingredients at 2 euros are way too expensive (e.g. 2 euros for six olives). Service/delivery was fine. Too bad.

We have ordered there several times now, the tortellini are highly recommended! The portions are large, the food always arrived hot and the delivery times (via Ubereats) were always met. We had different experiences with the pizzas, but overall we are very satisfied.

I ordered Tortellini Panna e Prosciutto but gluten-free. But I got normal pasta and no tortellini, which is what you would actually expect. If you don't have that then you can add it :)

A pizza burned, a pizza not received as ordered and extra side dishes charged even though other side dishes were provided to the same extent. No apology by pointing to the boss. Then you just don't go there anymore. Too bad!!!

AUDIOUS! A valid voucher was not accepted by the restaurant on the flimsy grounds that this could no longer be recorded in the cash register. As a customer, I certainly won't let myself be taken for a fool here again.

Went there with the Schlemmerblock as a couple. Everyone ordered a fish platter, the waitress came and told us that it wasn't possible because it was too expensive (it's nowhere). Then we just ordered a fish platter and a cheaper dish. We had to wait forever, and in between the waitress came twice and said she had already asked in the kitchen what was taking so long. After about an hour my husband said we will wait a short while and then leave if no food comes. The boss came to our table in an absolutely outrageous manner and immediately asked us to leave the restaurant because he no longer wanted to serve us. That's not how you treat guests! We won't be visiting the restaurant again. Very unfortunate. We don't know Napoli from previous visits.

I've eaten there a few times - it always tastes delicious and, above all, it's gluten-free, which is very important to me. My wife and I have now also ordered our wedding meal through Cucina di Napoli. On the one hand, everything was well packaged and arrived hot - on the other hand, the massive order of 40 dishes was complete and to the complete satisfaction of our guests. Around 50 people also say: Go ahead and go here if you want it to taste good and possibly also have to be gluten-free. Thank you very much for your enrichment and see you again soon.

There were eleven of us there and everyone was very satisfied: delicious food (fine weekly menu), nice atmosphere and very nice and fast service. Absolute recommendation!

First of all: since I don't believe in negative public criticism, I tried to contact them directly in advance. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any feedback on this - it's a shame and, like some other reviews, confirms my impression. Briefly summarized: no response to online reservations, unfriendly reception on site, loveless service, food ok, but nothing more, but quite expensive. Ordered two main courses (pizza + pasta), which were served at a significantly different time and therefore could not be eaten at the same time. But the icing on the cake was that the gourmet block was not accepted because we had not pointed this out when ordering. And this is just about the way in which this was communicated to us: snippy, unfriendly and completely uninterested in finding a solution or explaining it in a customer-friendly way (even the guests at the next table looked at us a little surprised because of the reaction of the... The service staff was very unfriendly). Conclusion for us: people like to use the gourmet block for advertising and one-off sales, but have zero interest in permanently winning guests. It's a shame and unfortunately I can't recommend it.

Located in the pedestrian zone, parking nearby is difficult but possible. Seating inside and outside, well attended. The volume is pleasant and smoking is only allowed outside, like everywhere else. You should take a little more time to eat, takeaway is possible.

The staff was not at all kind and attentive, having seen our plates still full, we weren't even asked if everything was ok. Bottles of water filled by who knows what water, even if the menu said Acqua Panna. None of the staff spoke Italian. We no longer expect to find these fake Italian restaurants in 2024

I ordered a pizza and an antipasti plate for myself. Pizza €12.80 / antipasti plate €15.50 I got a limp little pizza and an antipasti plate that has nothing to do with Italian antipasti. 2 pieces of cheese that tasted like soap, 2 pieces of octopus, plus a tomato with a piece of mozzarella and all for over €15! If it had at least tasted good then you could still handle the mini portion at such an exorbitant price, but unfortunately it was extremely disappointing! And I say that even though I really don't have high standards.

The worst gluten free pizza I've ever eaten. Buying Schär products, proving them and believing that they are delicious...it's a shame. Given the big advertisement, I expected homemade dough. Then I would have loved to pay more money for the pizza. I'm not coming back anymore.

We always enjoy trying the weekly menu and are often surprised by the taste and really beautiful appearance of the dishes. Food from the normal menu is of course also good.

The bad rating only because we were there with an Erlanger voucher booklet. We ordered 2 pizzas and a mixed salad. When the friendly waitress asked if we would like the salad first, we lightly said it would suffice with the pizza. A note pointing out that the salad counts as a main course if it arrives at the same time as the pizzas (so we ate 3 main courses with a group of people) would of course have been very helpful, then we would have had the salad come beforehand and simply left it there until then. until the pizza arrives. When asked, it was confirmed that with this approach the second pizza would have been taken off the bill instead of the cheaper salad. Unfortunately, we also received no signal from the operator to change the bill. Unfortunately, this approach (one could almost assume it was deliberate) misses the point and purpose of participating in the voucher program. So be careful if someone has something similar in mind ;-) With a voucher booklet, always order the salad explicitly as a starter!

It really has nothing to do with Napoli. The vegan salcicica was a cheap bratwurst from Aldi or something. Dough totally random, tomato cheap. You can do it, but nothing for which you should charge 10 or more euros. "Napoli" misleading.

There is gluten-free pizza 🍕🥲 As a celiac, I'm always happy about it. Unfortunately, the surcharge is now really cheeky, considering that the pizza is smaller than a “normal” pizza. It's a shame ☹️

We went there with the voucher book, the food was fantastic. We will definitely come back - even without a voucher book!

Outrageous!!! We visited this restaurant because of our gourmet block. The furnishings are modern, but we were not greeted warmly at the reception. We ordered a pizza and pasta. Since we went there as a couple, we also wanted to eat together. The pasta came 5 minutes earlier, followed by a burnt pizza. When asked about it, they took her away without saying anything and brought back a pizza that was much too soft. That wouldn't have been so bad (it can happen), but we had to pay the full price when we paid because we didn't point out when we sat down that we had a Schlemmerblock voucher. Instead of communicating with us in any way, they simply turned us away and demanded full price. This is a very clear ploy to lure people there. For us it was the first and last time in this location.

SCHLEMMERBLOCKlers pay attention - we take things very seriously here! My companion and I had reserved in advance and were served quickly after our arrival. The order was taken - with pen and paper - and a few minutes later the drinks were brought to us. We pointed out to the waitress that we would like to use our SCHLEMMERBLOCK to place our order. We were now informed that it was too late for this because the order had already been placed. Cancellation is also not possible under any circumstances, which surprised us very much since our order was a few minutes old and was recorded on a piece of paper. Very annoying for us because we only visited the restaurant because of what was on offer. From a purely formal point of view, this is of course also correct, but insisting on this was new to us. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to our expectations either: We're far from being gourmets, but the pesto was clearly missing that certain "something" that sets a visit to the restaurant apart from eating at home. The table we were sitting at was also very sticky - well, it was busy, something like that can happen. All in all, my companion and I unfortunately went home very disappointed.

Wir waren zur Weihnachtsfeier dort.Die Antipasti waren sehr gut.Und das andere Essen war auch sehr lecker.

Wir waren zu dritt essen und hatten Antipasti, Vitello Tonnato, Parmigiano Melanzane und eine Pizza Tonno bestellt. Das Vitello schmeckte wie frisch aufgetaut, war aber ganz ok, so wie auch das Parmigiano. Die Antipasti waren unterirdisch, fast nur eingelegtes komisches Zeug und nicht so wie wir das von Italienern kennen. Aber der Oberknaller war die Pizza, die so übel nach altem Fisch roch, dass wir sie sofort zurückgehen ließen. Die Reaktion des Koches: Das ist normal so und wir hätten keine Ahnung…. (Nur nebenbei: Wir führen selbst eine Pizzeria und die Lieblingspizza meines Mannes ist Tonno, er weiß also wovon er spricht). Mein Mann bestellte daraufhin eine andere Pizza und wurde einfach nicht mehr bedient. Er musste hungrig das Lokal verlassen - gnädigerweise ohne die schlechte Pizza zu bezahlen, wow! So eine unverschämte Behandlung haben wir tatsächlich noch NIE irgendwo erlebt!!!!!! - Der Service bekommt dennoch 2 Sterne, weil die arme Bedienung nichts dafür konnte…

Beste Meeresfrüchte Pizza die ich bis jetzt gegessen habe.

Hatten Familienfeier mit 25 Personen dort, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Planung, separater Raum schön gedeckt. Extrawünsche wurden geduldig und engagiert erfüllt. Hier wird leidenschaftlich und typisch italienisch gekocht und serviert, Gäste waren begeistert.

Vom Essen bis zum Abiente einfach Top! Dekor der Tische ist Rustikal gehalten genauso wie die Innenarchitektur, die Atmosphäre angenehm und warm, als wäre man bei einem Freund zu Gast. Die Kellner und das ganze Team arbeiten schnell und es wirkt so also wären sie ein unzerstörbares Uhrwerk. Alles in einem für mich auch geschmacklich die beste Pizza aus Erlangen. Great gluten-free vegetarian pizza with garlic and chilli

Optisch sehen die Pizzen lecker aus, aber der Teig ist nichts besonderes, nicht knusprig am Rand. Die Meeresfrüchte-Pizza war furchtbar, Tintenfisch hart und zäh, kaum essbar. Hinzu eine ziemlich unmotivierte Bedienung, nicht unfreundlich, aber weit entfernt von dem was man sich von einer netten Bedienung erwartet. Haben das erste Mal kein Trinkgeld gegeben - unsere Tochter arbeitet ebenfalls in der Gastronomie, sie weiß, wie wichtig Freundlichkeit und Umsicht ist. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit dem Gutscheinbuch hier und haben trotzdem für eine Pizza (32cm), einen Aperol, Leistungswasser, Spezi und Latte Macchiato knapp 35 Euro bezahlt - das empfinde ich persönlich als zu teuer. Der Boden der Pizza war etwas zu weich. Gut fand ich aber, dass zur Pizza auf Wunsch sowohl Knoblauch- als auch Chiliöl gereicht wird. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist schön und rustikal gemütlich und der Service nett. Parkplätze gibt es keine.

Maja essen ist okey aber die Getränkepreise sind sehr überteuert zum Beispiel: Schnäpse und Aperitifs (kleines Glas Ramazzotti) 4,50 ... Das geht gar nicht !!!!

Das Ambiente und der Service waren in Ordnung respektive sogar gut, aber die Pizza... jeder Pakistani-Koch beim polnischen Lieferdienst um die Ecke bekommt das besser hin. Das hat nichts mit italienischer Küche zu tun. Das ist eine Zumutung an den Magen und Beleidigung der napoleonischen Kochkunst! Die Gnocchi waren zwar schön angerichtet, aber die Tomatensauce fad als hätte man die Tomaten-Dose kurz erwärmt und dann ohne Sie zu würzen über Gnocchi geschüttet.

Wir sind regelmäßig in Franken in der Gastronomie "unterwegs". Diesmal waren wir mit größerer Gruppe in der "Cucina di Napoli" in Erlangen. Wir hatten alle unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt. Die Pizzen und Salate waren so lala. Meine "Tris di Pasta", ein Standard-Gericht aus drei verschiedenen Pastasorten und abgestimmten Saucen, welche zusammen auf einem Teller angerichtet werden, war einfach schlecht. Weder stimmten hier die Garzeiten der Nudeln, noch waren die Saucen besonders schmackhaft. Ausgenommen die Tomatensoße, die wohl eine "Passata di pomodoro" sein sollte. Das darf eigentlich bei einem Italiener nicht passieren. Wir haben auf dem Heimweg beschlossen, dass wir hier nicht mehr essen gehen.

Essen gut, aber ein unmöglicher Kundenservice. 2 Bestellungen reklamiert, keinen Ersatz bekommen. Dafür nur ausreden. Es wurden Tomaten aufs Essen ohne das es in der Beschreibung stand. Derjenige war allergisch auf Tomaten. Kein Verständnis kein Ersatz. Nie wieder

Super leckeres Essen. Es gibt glutenfreie Speisen und auch vegane. Wirklich sehr leckerer Italiener! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Essen ist gut, dauert allerdings sehr lang. Bei dem Schlemmerblock haben sie Probleme gemacht, obwohl wir am Anfang gesagt haben,dass wir ihn haben.
