So leckere Pizza! Mega knusprig und so toll, dass es eine große vegane Auswahl gibt!

Ungenießbar und verbrannt!Die Pizza war leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Sie kam völlig ausgetrocknet bei mir an und war zudem an vielen Stellen komplett schwarz verbrannt. Eine verbrannte Pizza an Kunden auszuliefern, geht gar nicht. Das Essen war ungenießbar und landete im Müll. Absolut keine Empfehlung, hier gehe ich nicht noch einmal hin.

Mir hat es leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Ich hatte Pasta und Pizza. Im Innenhof waren sehr viele Insekten.

Wir waren gestern während eines Städtetrips zum ersten Mal im Cucina di Napoli. Wir waren vor allem dort wegen der glutenfreien Pizza und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr achtsam mit dem Thema. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und das Essen hat allen geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind.

Sehr leckeres Essen, Lautstärke manchmal sehr hoch, wenn (zu recht) viele Tische besetzt sind.

Das beste Restaurant in Erlangen! Hervorragend in jeder Hinsicht.

Die Atmosphäre und der Service waren fantastisch, und das Essen war sehr lecker. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir haben hier jahrelang regelmäßig bestellt, aber die letzten Male waren eine absolute Enttäuschung. Es scheint, als hätte man hier das Interesse am Kunden komplett verloren. Die Kritikpunkte unserer letzten Bestellung waren Lieferung: Die Pizza kam früher als bestellt (unpassend für unsere Planung). Qualität der Pizza: Die glutenfreie Pizza war vom Teig her ungenießbar und die bestellten Oliven fehlten komplett. Hygiene: Sowohl das normale als auch das glutenfreie Tiramisu (für stolze 9,40 €!) schmeckten intensiv nach Zwiebeln. Offensichtlich wurde hier dasselbe Messer verwendet, mit dem zuvor Zwiebeln geschnitten wurden. In einer professionellen Küche ein absolutes No-Go! Außerdem bestanden beide quasi nur aus Biskuit und waren viel zu trocken. Wiederholte Fehler: Schon beim letzten Mal wurde eine komplett falsche Pizza geliefert. Wir haben gehofft, es sei ein einmaliger Ausrutscher, aber es wird leider immer schlechter. Der absolute Tiefpunkt – Der Kundenservice: Als ich mich telefonisch beschweren wollte, wurde ich extrem unhöflich behandelt. Der Inhaber meinte nur, er könne nichts machen, ich könne das Essen ja zurückbringen. Bevor ich das Gespräch klären konnte, wurde einfach aufgelegt mit dem Satz: "Dann bestell halt nicht mehr." Diesem Rat werden wir nun folgen. Es ist schade, da die Qualität früher wirklich gut war, aber ein solcher Umgang mit Stammkunden bei stetiger Qualitätsminderung ist inakzeptabel. Fazit: Wer Wert auf Hygiene, korrekte Bestellungen und freundlichen Service legt, sollte woanders bestellen!

Tolles Essen, sehr nette Bedienung und tolles Ambiente. Parkplatz am Theaterplatz in der Nähe ist kostenfrei am Sa. abends und am So. komplett. Die Pizzeria ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und kommen wieder.

Glutenfreie Pizza wie immer sehr lecker

Die Pizza super lecker, sehr knusprig bis zum letzten Biss. Mit Hähnchenfleisch, Mais, paprika und Curry. Der gemischte Salat auch mit Hähnchen und leckerem Dressing. Das Brot dazu einfach lecker und knusprig. Der Service total nett, sehr freundlich.

Aldi-Belag, nichts italienisches. Teuer, keine Parkplätze. Wie der Freisitz ist, weiß ich nicht, war zu kalt. Nebenraum wie eine völlig überheizte Garage, Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Nommol ned.

Tolles Essen, prima Service!!! Das Angebot an glutenfreien Speisen ist groß und es schmeckt wie "normal". Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr zu empfehlen gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen.

Haben heute hier bestellt. Geschmacklich war unsere Pizza ok. Aber wir mussten fast 1,5h (18:28-19:51) warten und die Pizza kam lauwarm und mit zähem, labbrigen Rand an.

Ich hatte eine ganz wunderbare Pasta (Nr. 203 von der Tageskarte) 🍝 Lage, Service, Ambiente und Preis/Leistung sind hier top. Wir waren hier zum 1. Mal mit dem Schlemmerblock aber schauen definitiv wieder vorbei.

WARNING: AVOID THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU WANT GOOD PIZZA I ate the worst pizza I have ever had in my life at a "pizzeria." What they serve here as pizza is an outrage. It's on par with the cheapest frozen pizza, with just a bit of chopped-up vegetables thrown on top. The dough tastes like a run-of-the-mill, pre-baked pizza from Netto—no flavor, not airy, no proper crust, just cheaply thawed and thrown in the oven. When I asked if the dough was homemade, they simply dodged the question. It's a disgrace that this restaurant has "Napoli" in its name; with a name like that, you'd expect real pizza expertise, not a rip-off.

If I lived in Erlangen, it would be my favorite Italian restaurant.

I have never eaten such a disgusting pizza. Don't be fooled by the name "Neapolitan pizza". It seemed rubbery and raw. Frozen pizzas from the supermarket are delicious in comparison.

A lovely, cozy Italian restaurant with delicious food. A wide selection of pasta, pizza, salads, and more... perhaps with a glass of wine or something else. It was a wonderful evening, and I highly recommend a visit!

Today was my first time at this restaurant, and it certainly won't be my last. The food is incredibly varied, and what we had was absolutely delicious. The food on the other tables looked delicious too. The restaurant is very clean and pleasant. You immediately feel at ease. The owner is a wonderful host who takes great care of his guests. Simply a perfect evening.

We had reserved a table for lunch this Saturday; it was our first visit. The cleanliness and atmosphere are excellent. The service is second to none—extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. The pizzas are the most delicious I've had in a very long time. Neither burnt nor soggy, just perfect. You guys are absolutely top-notch, keep up the great work! We'll be visiting you more often now :-).

Super nice restaurant. We've been coming sporadically for many years, always good quality. This time on Sunday lunch, surprisingly few customers, but as usual, cozy, top-notch food! The beef fillet with mushroom cream sauce was really good (and I'm a bit picky about steak). Recommend!

Today, the three of us were shopping in Erlangen and fancied Italian food, so we stumbled upon this restaurant while Googling. We got a seat in the garden, and the waiter quickly came over with our menus. After a brief moment, he asked about our drinks and whether we had already chosen... We then ordered Antipasto Rustico as a starter, Rigatoni Mare e Monti, Tris di Pasta, and my wife's Calamari alla Griglia. The starter was ordered for one person, and they immediately asked how many plates we wanted. We had enough for the two of us, and it was fantastic. After a short break, the main course arrived, and the meal was a delight for everyone, fully meeting our expectations. The waiter asked for dessert, but we only had room for an espresso because the portions were generous. For the meal, 1 wheat beer, 1 apple spritzer, 1 liter of San Pelegrino, and 1 Campari Orange, we paid approximately €94.00, which, in my opinion, is reasonable, given the quality. Unfortunately, pizza is often undercooked, so I've tried to give them a chance again and again. Today I ordered pasta for the first time, and unfortunately, it was swimming in oil.

I ordered a Gorgonzola Pizza and they sent me a burnt Pizza. I called and sent the photos, they disrespectfully said the Pizza was not burnt. I will never order it again, I did not eat the Pizza, it went in the trash, my money went in the trash.

Unfortunately, the pizza arrived burnt or stuck to the cardboard. Otherwise, it tasted very good. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic, delicious food, a super-beautiful courtyard; you briefly forget you're in Erlangen. The staff is super friendly and on the ball.

Do not be fooled by the name. The owner wouldn't be able to point to Napoli in the map, let alone make authentic napoli pizza, the pizzas were soggy, drenched in oil and had a plastic feel to it, you would think it was deep fried but no they just can not cook, the sauce tasted like a 3 day old leftover pasta sauce, these kind of "pizzaz" that shouldn't be eaten by animals let alone humans do not have any correlation with napoli, do not make the mistake of ordering in this "restaurant". 1 star review because there isn't a lower option.

Wow. What an inner courtyard. Beautiful ambiance and great atmosphere. Super friendly service. The pizzas were very good, but there was a bit too much water on the pizza. It might happen, but that's why it's one star less. Still a great restaurant.

I've known Cucina di Napoli for at least 25 years, and I personally consider it one of the best Italian restaurants in Erlangen. The only place I actually liked better was Trattoria Bruno, which is around the corner, but unfortunately, it's no longer there. I was just at Cucina di Napoli with my son on Father's Day to enjoy delicious pizzas and bruschetta. The taste was top-notch!

Very nice outside area and also very cozy inside, there is an additional room where we sat as a large group. Very tasty food, also vegetarian and vegan options available. The pizzas are very well topped and the prices are reasonable. Very nice and attentive service, despite the large group, almost all of the food came at the same time, so we were able to eat together. We celebrated our son's 18th birthday last night with 8 people from different generations. Everyone felt very comfortable, the food was very tasty and there was something for everyone. The service was very friendly and attentive. We'd love to come back.

Today we had dinner with 10 people. There were 4 other guests in the restaurant. We have never experienced such poor service. Forgot the beer, forgot the Peffermühle order, with every order we had to ask for service so that we could reorder something. When asked about the poor service, we had to put up with reproaches. Instead of being understanding and apologizing for the extremely poor service, we were told that we were bad guests. Arrogant to the extreme. Here the management would have to explain how they should take care of a paying guest so that sales happen and are not prevented. The four other people also had to go to the kitchen to explain that they would now like to pay. We regularly eat out in Erlangen 2 or 3 times, but we have never experienced anything like this. Such employees should never work in service because they do not understand what service means in the catering industry.

We ordered. The pizza wasn't good. Soft, too thick dough. Extra ingredients at 2 euros are way too expensive (e.g. 2 euros for six olives). Service/delivery was fine. Too bad.

We have ordered there several times now, the tortellini are highly recommended! The portions are large, the food always arrived hot and the delivery times (via Ubereats) were always met. We had different experiences with the pizzas, but overall we are very satisfied.

I ordered Tortellini Panna e Prosciutto but gluten-free. But I got normal pasta and no tortellini, which is what you would actually expect. If you don't have that then you can add it :)

Food is delicious. The service staff is absolutely unfriendly. We won't go there again and won't order any more. Service staff should rethink their customer friendliness and communication. In my opinion, it is very difficult to say that the boss does not want to deal with the customer's concerns. Especially if the fault was with the service staff. AUDIOUS! A valid voucher was not accepted by the restaurant on the flimsy grounds that this could no longer be recorded in the cash register. As a customer, I certainly won't let myself be taken for a fool here again.

Vegetables rock hard. Calamari also not tender. Food not warm. Longer WAITING TIME. Salad not cleaned and prepared well.
