Everything is really good and has a lot of potential! The base itself is a complete success! Homemade patties from the butcher, side dishes that I have rarely eaten so well and a really great atmosphere in the shop. However, there are still 1-2 little things: - It's best to make partitions between the seating groups and, above all, make smaller table groups. It feels slightly weird as a guest to share a table with two other groups and be stared at from the other corner of the store. - When it comes to burgers, it's apparently really a matter of taste, but there are a lot of them with mushrooms or one with very coarse nuts on it. Maybe your regular customers like it and I'm the clueless one, but I would definitely come back just for your chicken! This is incredibly well seasoned! Keep it up! 👌 Prices are difficult to estimate at the moment, with two people each having a burger, fries, extra dip and 1-2 drinks it was around €60. Update: I still regularly eat at Crocodiles with friends and family and am very satisfied. The location is also suitable for families, there is enough seating and a children's corner with toys. The burgers, chicken wings, chicken popcorn and the side dishes still taste really delicious 🤤🤤🤤 The meat is bought FRESH from the butcher and then prepared into patties. I always enjoy ordering food there. I would especially recommend the O Neal Burger and the New York Fries. Every time I was impressed with the taste. The quality is at the top level. The food usually arrives at Lieferando on time at the specified time. Very few other burger restaurants in the region can compete with you.

Unfortunately nothing out of the ordinary, sufficient for gluing. Unfortunately the child seat was dirty (hair) as was the play area. Unfortunately, the tables were also sticky, the staff wasn't well organized as to who was doing what work, so no one felt responsible for anything. Unfortunately disappointed. Personally, I also found the music much too loud.

We just went to Crocodiles Burger for the first time. The burgers, the vegetarian one (we're not actually vegetarians but it looked so tasty) and the cheeseburger were very, very tasty and the vegetarian one was something completely different thanks to the wholemeal bagel bun and the dates. Avocado and the farlaffel made it complete. We shared both so we could form an opinion about both. The meat of the cheeseburger was deliciously fluffy and left me wanting more. The fries were nice and crispy. The whole thing was served attractively on wooden boards. We'll definitely be back and have our new favorite burger in the area, after our old one just felt like the meat was getting a lot worse. And not to forget, the staff was very nice and the burgers were on the table quickly.

Edit 2024: We asked on Instagram and the meat is not halal... very sad about it... Reducing 3 stars until they switch... Very good place to eat a great burger! Btw, the representative informed us that the meat is Halal (2023)! I ordered a Lebron, which typically has bacon, so I requested it without bacon and the guys there doubled my meat patty as a compensation since the price is fixed! I honestly find that very thoughtful from their side!! On another occasion, I ordered a Jordan burger, which directly became my ultimate favorite burger! Crispy chicken in a burger is amazing! The sweet potatoes are crunchy and tasty! Today I tried a Jordan burger with their Cheetos buns, and damn it was amazing! I highly recommend this place, these guys are hard working and deliver a great burger for you to enjoy!

Crocodiles is by far the best burger I have eaten in Heidelberg and the surrounding area! The store has a cool atmosphere, the employees are cool, the desserts are extremely good! The food was great, but more than half of the special requests were not implemented. The music on site was too loud, it wasn't possible to have a proper conversation and the information about when we could pick up the food was extended by half an hour.

Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars. The burgers were really good, but the side dishes were actually disappointing. Price/performance doesn't fit. €41 for one person was simply too much for the quality. An extra sauce costs €1.90. For such prices I would have expected table service, we had the fries brought to the table, they came when we were finished eating. The towels in the toilet were empty and they weren't particularly clean either. The shop is busy with orders and therefore less time for the guests coming to the restaurant. So I can recommend the burgers.

The burgers were quite good, the selection was limited. Vegetarians don't have much to choose from here. An open space with the ambience of a kebab shop. One side is covered with sheet metal like a container, and individual panes of glass separate the passage where the shop is located. The result was that it was very loud and drafty. Many guests sat at their seats with jackets on. The ordering and payment concept is that you write what you want on small pieces of paper. These come back with the food that you have to pick up and you have to take them to the checkout to pay. For us, 15 people paying in different groups, it was rather confusing. Why don't you do it like in a kebab shop and simply ask what the guests had. Drinks billing works according to this principle. On a positive note, there is a play area for small children.

The burgers are only half good... You have to get everything yourself and even open the wrong ones yourself, so the service is not so good. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a container and unfortunately it was quite drafty…

Bester Burger den ich bis jetzt essen durfte! Der Burger ist eine 10/10 und das chicken Popcorn toppt sogar den Burger noch für mich. Bedienung sehr entspannt gewesen trotz gutem Besuch & das Ambiente ist einladend und ich hab wohl gefühlt. Preis für die Leistung auf jeden Fall angebracht!

Wirklich sehr leckere Burger! Ich bin süchtig nach dem Chicken Popcorn Bacon Honey BBQ! Auch die Süßkartoffelpommes sind der Hammer. Genau richtig und schön Cross. Auch wenn es wirklich alles gut schmeckt muss ich sagen, dass es dennoch recht teuer ist und man muss meist länger auf sein Essen warten, wenn man Vorort isst. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug. Nichtsdestotrotz esse ich sehr gerne hier und werde wiederkommen!

Sehr gute Burger und Fritten. Aber die Räumlichkeit hat den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle, dazu viel zu laute Musik und demzufolge müssen alle Anwesenden ebenfalls viel zu laut sprechen. Fazit: Man kann eigentlich nur Essen abholen, vor Ort Essen ist ein No-Go

Ich hab schon viele Burgerläden probiert. Joe Molese, die Kuh die lacht, Hans im Glück etc. Alle können diesem Laden nicht das Wasser reichen. Der erste Biss in den O‘Neil Burger war wie aus einer Szene aus dem Film Ratatouille. Gänsehaut. Abartig gut. So müssen Burger schmecken!

Der Burger ist richtig, richtig lecker, aber die Ambiente leider nicht so toll.. sogar nichts besonderes.. gleichzeitig hat das Personal daneben auch Burgerboxen gefaltet.. na ja.. Es wäre auch sehr schön, wenn sie nicht Do viel Strom sparen, sondern der Dunstabzug einfach einschaltet, damit man der Rauch und der Geruch nicht nach Hause mitnimmt. P.s. Die Süßkartoffelnpommes sind besonders lecker!

Ich esse sehr oft im Crocodiles in Leimen und bin immer wieder aufs neue sehr zufrieden. Alles passt, sei es das essen selbst, die Ambiente im Laden oder die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter

War jetzt schon öfter vor Ort essen und ab und zu hab ich’s mir auch liefern lassen. Es ist wirklich immer sehr sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet😋 die Lieferanten und auch das Team vor Ort sind immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich 👍👍👍

Gegessen wurde der O'Neal und dazu der 3er mit Pommes und wedges. Sehr lecker!

Wir waren gerade eben zum ersten Mal da und ich muss sagen: der erste Eindruck ist sehr positiv! Zum Essen: Super lecker. Ich hatte einen Hähnchenburger, mein Freund den LeBron, beides im Menü. Nach der Bestellung war das Essen auch schon ziemlich schnell fertig. Optisch ist das Essen echt cool serviert auf einem Holzbrett. Mein Hähnchenburger war super saftig innen und außen richtig knusprig, also perfekt getroffen finde ich. Hier fände ich aber nach meinem Geschmack eine kräftigere/würzigere Soße besser, da die Currypanade (zumindest denke ich war das eine) nicht gerade einen Curry-Geschmack gibt. Aber das ist wirklich meckern auf höchstem Niveau, trotzdem war der Burger ultra lecker! 🍔 Auch den LeBron Burger von meinem Freund habe ich probiert und ich muss sagen, dass auch dieser super saftig war und eine sehr leckere Soße(n) hatte. Auch eine definitive Empfehlung! Uns haben beide Burger sehr gefallen. Meine Pommes waren alle super knusprig und gut gesalzen. Ich muss sagen, dass diese Pommes meinen persönlichen Favorit der Five Guys Pommes vom ersten Platz drängen konnten. Props an euch! ;) Die Wedges von meinem Freund waren größtenteils auch sehr kross. Die größeren/dickeren Wedges hätten vielleicht noch ein wenig länger in der Fritteuse vertragen, während die kleineren bis mittleren Wedges perfekt waren. Ich denke, das ist aber schwierig beide "Größen" gleich hinzukriegen. Zum Ambiente: Das Theme ist echt cool und wird einheitlich durchgezogen. Die Musik ist auch sehr passend und hat nicht gestört, auch die Lautstärke war angenehm. Ich finde es auch echt geschmackvoll und innovativ eingerichtet. Auch eine Spielecke für die Kleinen Gäste gibt es hier, sodass die Eltern zumindest ein wenig Ruhe genießen können beim Essen. Warum also keine vollen 5 Sterne? Das ist nun auch wieder meckern auf höchstem Niveau, aber ich fand, dass es noch etwas sauberer sein könnte. Manche Tische sahen klebrig aus und Krümel gab es auch auf manchen Polsterbänken. Ich verstehe es aber auch voll und ganz, wenn man an einem sehr busy Abend nicht sofort dazu kommt, den Dreck wegzuwischen. Wie gesagt war das Restaurant aber im großen und ganzen sehr sauber. Ich kann Crocodiles Burger nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! 🐊

Ambiente: An sich eine schöne Inneneinrichtung und gutes Ambiente, dies wird allerdings von einer äußerlich nicht so schönen Location getrübt. Dazu kommt das bei unserem ersten Besuch direkt ein Mitarbeiter Fotoshooting stattgefunden hat was während der Öffnungszeit vielleicht nicht ideal ist. Die Leergutkisten sind offen ersichtlich was auch nicht so nice ist. Vielleicht haben wir hier einfach einen schlechten Tag erwischt weil wie erwähnt hier man erkennen kann das viel Fleiß und Liebe im Restaurant steckt. Service: Viel Service gibt es im Grunde genommen nicht da alles per Selbstbedienung funktioniert, die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt, da der Monitor mit dem Menü leider abgeschaltet war. Essen: Wir haben aufgrund der Bewertung und Bilder doch einiges erwartet und wurden an sich nicht enttäuscht, die Pommes sind seeeehr gut knackig und in verschiedenen Varianten angeboten. Die Burger sind dann eher oberer Durchschnitt, lecker aber nichts außergewöhnliches speziell die vegetarischen Variante wir haben 40€ ca. bezahlt und haben es als recht teuer empfunden wenn man alle Aspekte mit einbezieht. Insgesamt eine 7/10, kann man mal machen aber kein unbedingtes Muss. Als Lieferant würde ich Crocodiles schon weit oben einstufen.
