Incredible burger diner!! *.* I have to admit, those were the best burgers I've had in ages. Crocodiles had been recommended to me by so many people, and I went with high expectations, which were absolutely exceeded! RESPECT! Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, and simply incredibly delicious. I've known the Ehehalt butcher shop for a long time and know that's where they buy their meat, and you can definitely taste the difference – quality always pays off! By the way, the fried chicken with the mango chili sauce was also outstanding! Great job, guys, keep it up, and I'll definitely be back. Best regards, Gregor

This is a real shame! I've been a regular customer since day one and order 3-4 times a month (mostly on weekends). Unfortunately, the service and quality are nothing like they used to be. The patties aren't smashed properly anymore, resulting in a squashed, half-baked, dry patty. Then, I'm always thrilled when the driver arrives, only to find he's already made three other deliveries, so my food arrives ice cold and takes almost two hours to arrive. For €50 (for two people), I expect the burgers to arrive warm. Sadly, until this changes, I won't be ordering from them or recommending them to anyone. What a shame...

Update January 3, 2026: I still regularly go to Crocodiles with friends and family and am very happy with it. I tried the new "Crocodile's Fittest" burger (whole-wheat bun, grilled chicken breast, and other toppings). It was the tastiest and "healthiest" burger I've ever eaten! The place is also great for families; there's plenty of seating and a kids' corner with toys. The burgers, chicken wings, chicken popcorn, and sides are still absolutely delicious 🤤🤤🤤 The meat is bought FRESH from the butcher and then prepared into patties. That's UNIQUE. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. Keep up the good work 💪💪💪 They've recently added delicious salads (chicken and falafel), see photo. Come and see for yourself – you won't regret it. I promise. I highly recommend it! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The food was driven around for 30 minutes, passing three other delivery points in the next town ahead of me. As a result, it arrived ice cold. The burger was half raw. The meat was thick and not smashed at all. There were nutshells in the cookie. Absolutely disgusting. What's going on with you guys? You used to be really good – but I will definitely never order from you again.

We waited over an hour for our food with a small child. Absolutely unacceptable! They should be honest about the long wait when you order. Very disappointing…

Update December 29th: Since my last honest review was unfortunately deleted by the owner, here it is again: I hope the owner is open to criticism. The food was not at all convincing. It wasn't really hot. The restaurant was also rather cold and drafty. The chicken was completely dry and tough. The cashier was very rude. The smell of the food lingered on our clothes afterwards.

I placed an order through Lieferando on August 28th for €84.99. The order was placed at 8:12 PM and didn't arrive until 9:48 PM, 96 minutes later. At 9:19 PM, I called the restaurant and was assured that the food was already on its way. This alone shows that it was in transit for at least 30 minutes – and that's exactly how it arrived: cold, inedible, and simply not up to the expected standard. The fries were soggy, and the burgers were cold and hard. I requested a refund through Lieferando, but it was rejected because the restaurant didn't agree to it. Lieferando then referred me directly to the restaurant. I wrote a detailed email to the owner but haven't received any response to this day. Very disappointing, especially since I generally like the food when it's fresh and hot. EDIT: My review has since been removed by Google after the restaurant owner filed a complaint. However, I submitted the necessary evidence (order confirmation, call log, email history) to Google. Since all the information in my review is correct and verifiable, it was republished after a further review.

We ate at Crocodiles today. Aside from the delicious burgers, we were particularly impressed by the staff. One was blonde, the other brunette. Both had super-friendly smiles and were very personable. We always enjoy coming back, especially when the two young women are working.

I ordered something last Sunday, and it was delivered exactly at the time indicated. The food was still warm, and the fries (for delivery) were still relatively crispy. In my opinion, the burger could have used a bit more seasoning; it had a somewhat bland flavor. It wasn't exactly a cheap burger, either. I also ordered boneless wings with BBQ sauce. They were very smoky, a bit too much for me. The meat was juicy, though, and the breading was crispy.

I waited 10 minutes in an empty establishment. There was no one there. I wanted to have a snack, but this wait is tiring. I can't rate the food. The atmosphere inside is pleasant, but the service is simply 0.

Yes, the food is super delicious, exceptionally good burgers🍔🍔🍔🍔 It's also very comfortable to sit there, and many people come in all the time to pick up food. It's very hectic in the kitchen, which is also visible from the outside. The prices aren't justified in my opinion. But everyone has to decide for themselves. There's a table in the middle seating area where boxes are being folded. An outside seating area would be advantageous.

By far the best burger/chicken joint in the area, in my opinion. I've been there three times now, and every time everything has been absolutely fantastic. Even when ordering and having it delivered, the food is still warm, and the portions aren't smaller. Everything is just as good as when you walk in. The food tastes really great, the burgers are amazing, and the chicken popcorn is truly amazing! A one-minute walk away is a parking lot where you can park for free for 1.5 hours with a parking disc. Service has always been friendly and competent. I definitely recommend it if you're craving good burgers and fried chicken. The price, I think, is really reasonable for the top quality and the quantity you get. Big praise to the whole team there! Keep up the good work!🙏🏼

The selection sounds very good, and the shop also looks good. Unfortunately, the food was only okay for the price. The fries were very soggy and not tasty, the burgers were also only mediocre, and the coleslaw was very expensive for the amount. Overall, the shop has real potential and could be a lot of fun with a little more effort.

5 stars really doesn't do the store justice... usually restaurants do one thing well and the side dishes/sides are just side dishes/sides. Here every dish/side/side dish is something special. And as someone who really enjoys preparing and grilling burgers, I ask myself every time: HOW DO THEY DO THAT? Well, no matter how you do it, please keep doing it 😄 good to know that sometimes you can order something that you - just not - can do much better at home 😄 P.s.: Try the Magic Johnson. The content doesn't sound crazy at first, but the burger proved to me that sometimes less is more.

They are by far the best burgers in the Rhine-Neckar region! It's a bit noisy on site, but there is a children's corner and super nice staff. Food ordered at 6:50 p.m., it should be there at 7:40 p.m. At 8 p.m. there was nothing there, then we called and was told it would be coming soon, 20 minutes later we called again and they said food was coming soon. At 8:40 p.m., 1 hour after the actual delivery time, we called again, no one answered and we got no food and no money back. All the employees on the phone were unfriendly and in the end my number was blocked by crocodiles.

We spontaneously ate here after work last week and were more than satisfied. We received a great welcome and received very good and competent advice. Our order was ready quite quickly and really satisfactory. Our menus filled us all up. Our burgers, chicken popcorn and remix fries were really delicious. Definitely we will come again.

We spontaneously went there for dinner at the end of the competition bodybuilding season with 11 people (3 professional bodybikers, 5 amateurs and 3 partners). The order was therefore extreme 😎 If I remember correctly, 18 burgers from XXXL and normal, 4 bowls, 3 portions of chicken wings and umpteen portions of sweet potato fries, wedges and fries. The staff handled the order calmly and routinely. The burgers came relatively at the same time and were super tasty. The staff accommodated all the extras perfectly (with fried egg, without onion, extras...) and everything was provided in a friendly manner as ordered. Thank you 👍🏻

Decent shop. Unlike many other smashed burgers, the meat here has a distinctive taste. The buns are also very tasty. However, I felt the sauces were a bit lacking in kick. Otherwise the store is definitely one of the better ones. What I and my companion didn't like was that people were constantly coming through the back door, which didn't give a good impression at all if each of these people behaved as if they owned the shop.

Everything is really good and has a lot of potential! The base itself is a complete success! Homemade patties from the butcher, side dishes that I have rarely eaten so well and a really great atmosphere in the shop. I always enjoy ordering food there. I would especially recommend the O Neal Burger and the New York Fries. Every time I was impressed with the taste. The quality is at the top level. The food usually arrives at Lieferando on time at the specified time. Very few other burger restaurants in the region can compete with you.

We were immediately offered to eat these burgers with BBQ sauce and bring us 2 new ones. Unfortunately nothing out of the ordinary, sufficient for gluing. Unfortunately the child seat was dirty (hair) as was the play area. Unfortunately, the tables were also sticky, the staff wasn't well organized as to who was doing what work, so no one felt responsible for anything. Unfortunately disappointed. Personally, I also found the music much too loud.

We just went to Crocodiles Burger for the first time. The burgers, the vegetarian one (we're not actually vegetarians but it looked so tasty) and the cheeseburger were very, very tasty and the vegetarian one was something completely different thanks to the wholemeal bagel bun and the dates. Avocado and the farlaffel made it complete. We shared both so we could form an opinion about both. The meat of the cheeseburger was deliciously fluffy and left me wanting more. The fries were nice and crispy. The whole thing was served attractively on wooden boards. We'll definitely be back and have our new favorite burger in the area, after our old one just felt like the meat was getting a lot worse. And not to forget, the staff was very nice and the burgers were on the table quickly.
