THINGS WERE MISSING!!!!!!!!!NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!!!! THE FOOD IS COLD. Shame on you. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was shown as delivered after waiting forever past the scheduled arrival time, but it never arrived. And no one answered the phone. 30 euros wasted could have been donated, to be honest.

Was just my experience and I feel not so happy. The person do very think fast but spoke very low I had difficulty to understand what he Sayed.

Good for those who like chicken

A huge disappointment, and I'll never go back to that store! They refried the chicken pieces to keep them warm! Everything was always fine at the other Crispys chains! So far, every Crispys has given you free wraps, except for the one who wanted €2 for two wraps! No greeting, and the people working there were unfriendly.

This kebab was a little piece of happiness in bread. At first glance, everything seemed inviting – the sauces were applied with a wonderfully spontaneous slap, as if finishing a painting. The vegetables were so fresh and crisp that they almost danced when you bit into them. And then this skewer: not an overly elaborate behemoth, but a true gem – harmonious, delicate, and full of flavor. The chicken was tender, juicy, and so aromatic that every bite evoked a comforting feeling. A kebab that not only fills you up, but also makes you feel like someone cooked it with love and pride.

I love chicken, but this was a huge disappointment. The fillet pieces from the warming box were anything but crispy. The meat was no longer juicy either. The seasoning was okay. The staff were completely unenthusiastic about their jobs. Long faces and a less than friendly atmosphere. After a fourth!!! employee appeared from the background, I asked myself... Guys, why did everyone have to wait up to 15 minutes for their food? Even when my boyfriend wanted to run after a Coke, they preferred to chat, while he stood there waiting forever at the checkout.

Absolutely disappointing and not recommended! Today I bought a wrap at Crispy Chicken and discovered it was a cheap, quickly heated pre-made wrap from Kaufland. A disgrace for that price! At Nhas Chicken, you can get much larger, freshly prepared wraps with their own dough for the same price. Here, however, they rely on cheap supermarket goods and still sell them at a high price. To me, that doesn't seem honest or customer-focused. This was definitely my last visit!

Very nice place to get some crispy chicken as the name itself but also very nice durum and kebab as well. Maybe a bit spicy and salty sometimes but really good. Service also nice.

Takeaway kebab. The chicken was amazing, but the beef didn't convince me. The meat was heavily seasoned with salt. The kebab itself was okay. 👍

Fast food... sure, the kebab looked good, but I tried the chicken. Two pieces of chicken were unfortunately not very fresh. One fillet was incredibly tender. The hot wings weren't hot. Fries, well, fries. You can eat it. It used to be better when the place first opened. But maybe the weather is to blame for everything... But for a quick snack... okay....

One of the best kebabs I've ever eaten. Not THE best, but right up there with the best. Very fresh vegetables and herbs, good bread, perfect sauces. That's exactly how you want a kebab.

Perfect for lunch. The chicken was tasty but dry. The hamburger was dry and poorly made.

The value for money here is absolutely spot on. The prices are reasonable, but the portions are generous and delicious.

THE BEST Döner I'VE EVER EATEN!!!

Not recommended! Look at the pictures!!! I went there yesterday with a friend and we ordered menu items 42 and 43 – unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. The food was absolutely disappointing. The "crispy chicken" was obviously old, fried several times in old oil (the oil probably hadn't been changed for weeks or months). Instead of crispy golden brown like at KFC or McDonald's, it was dark brown to black and unappetizing. The taste was also bad – the meat was poorly seasoned and the texture was odd. On top of that, the table wasn't clean – there were leftovers from the previous guest everywhere. The overall impression was simply unhygienic and unpleasant. When I asked the employee where I could wash my hands – they were completely dirty from the greasy food – I got the answer: "Unfortunately, there is no restroom." Instead, he gave me a single wet wipe as a solution! In a restaurant where you eat with your hands, there should at least be a restroom or at least a sink. Incomprehensible and absolutely unacceptable. We were both extremely disappointed and will definitely never return. It's a shame, because we were actually looking forward to the food.

Fat chicken, old fries with a lot of oil, doesn't taste that good 😕

I can 100% recommend this Crispy's Chicken Berlin. Great kebab and, as far as I can tell, competent staff! The prices are still acceptable despite the current increase. Salad presentation always clean. And you also get a ten card to stamp, where I then get a kebab for free.

Small shop with a few seats, all of which were occupied, so I took the food back to the hotel. The 6 Chicken Crispy were very crispy and tasty, still very warm despite walking for 10 minutes. Points were deducted for the fries because they were not freshly made, were under a thermal bridge, and were cold and soft when unpacked. Otherwise everything looked clean and the service was very friendly. The price of €9.70 including 0.33 l of Cola (returns €0.25 deposit) was ok! So it can be recommended if you eat straight away.

Crispy's Food is black, as if it was fried in motor oil, or as if the oil was inherited from the previous owner of the shop. I cannot recommend this store at all.

For me one of the tastiest halloumi kebabs in the area. Employees are always nice, even though there is a lot to do.

Chicken wasn't crispy, but dry. The sauces are pretty run of the mill, the cheese sauce was really bad.

The chicken was so big and stiff that I shoved it deep down my throat. I hope next time it will be even hotter 😉 The sauce dripped out of my mouth while I inserted the hot chicken like a jitter.

Brought chicken pieces, tasted very good - size and breading were also great, but as some have already written, it's on the verge of being really well done. The closer you get to the bone, the more pink it becomes - really no fun with chicken - I think it was done - but just barely - that's not good. I know it's a dilemma too long it's too dry but it's better to leave it in longer

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time via Uber Eats, but my order was not delivered. When I contacted the restaurant I was told there was no order in my name. Only after further communication with Uber Eats was the order finally found. Unfortunately the food was a big disappointment. The Crispy Chicken was undercooked - it seemed almost raw and there was even blood visible in some pieces. This raises serious doubts as to whether the meat is actually halal or whether hygiene standards are being maintained in this restaurant. I can only strongly warn against ordering here! Bad service and inedible food – absolutely not recommended! 🚫

Fries were delivered with no ketchup, no mayo, no dip whatsoever. Just plain fries. Also, coleslaw portions are ridiculously small - two bites and it’s gone. Chicken was delicious tho

Unfortunately, my visit to Crispy Chicken was a bitter disappointment. The chicken was dry and had hardly any flavor – far from “crispy”. There was no ketchup or mayonnaise, which severely limited the choice of sauces. Unfortunately, the sauces on offer weren't convincing either, especially in combination with the fries, which were very soft and gooey. The service was also disappointing. The employees were rude and unfriendly, which further worsened the impression of the store. Even though I ordered the food for pickup via UberEATS and it was raining outside, I was refused seating in the store. Instead I was sent outside in a very rude manner. All in all, the food was unsatisfactory and the service unacceptable. I definitely won't be coming back and unfortunately I can't recommend the store.

Because the price of a kebab is rising despite falling inflation, it is no longer justified. The employees used to be friendlier. Since the renovation, I no longer feel comfortable there...

Really solid kebab. There is a choice of chicken or veal. The prices are reasonable. The meat was nice and crispy and still juicy. The garlic sauce does what it promises and so when you burp you get a nice head of garlic hours later. Stable!

SCAM! I ordered food here, but didn't get enough and when I told them on the phone, they said that the employee had no idea why, but that they always deliver the wrong quantity for such an order. In absolute terms, there is not enough delivered here, even though an extra charge was paid for it.

I ordered fried chicken from this restaurant. Unfortunately the chicken was old and dry. The taste was very bad. As you can see in the picture, the skin was fried so badly that it was almost black, as if it had been fried several times. If you want to eat fried chicken, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Bad!

My girlfriend and I got different kebabs. We were both full, but the kebab hardly tasted like anything. And unfortunately there weren't enough seats, so you had to sit in a continuous entrance hall.

I bought a kebab (for the second time) and got a stomach ache again. The meat is very soggy, has no taste and the wings are sweating in the glass display case! The corner/Landsberger Allee really needs a decent fast food restaurant, and instead of “opening a new one”, please give a new shop/team the chance.

This place used to be the bomb a couple years ago. It had fried chicken to match KFC. Obviously something changed, new cook? New management? The chicken is dry and overcooked and "crispy" is not always true either. I have given it several tries in between, hoping quality would improve again, but the last time i ordered i got a chicken teil that was obviously too old to serve from the smell and taste, maybe this is why it's being cooked to death? That does it for me; never again. It's unfortunate since there is no KFC in delivery range for me.

We got 2 burger menus and some chicken tenders. They forgot our fries and the dips for the chicken tenders. The food was alright but would not buy again. They also have a store in Schöneberg which was way better.

I ordered from Crispy Chicken because it is halal. However, unfortunately the food didn't taste good at all. The chicken was cold and the fries were a bit soggy instead of crispy. My menu should also include ketchup and mayo, which were missing. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the food and in my opinion it was €30 for nothing.

Stale goods, super greasy and old. Having your scam deleted via Google Review because of a violation of private rights is very embarrassing. And yes, I can also rate other branches of yours negatively if I have had bad experiences there. You should work on your quality, not on making reviews mouth death.

1st and last time ordered via Uber Eats. The fillets and wings are very dry and old. Not eatable. Fries weren't the best either but they were 80% edible.

I ordered a crispy filet menu (delivery) only to receive the wrong order. Additionally, the chicken looked to be fried twice as seen in the pictures. I do not recommend ordering online from this place.

The vibe of the place is good and the prices are also reasonable. But the food quality is very average. The doner kebab is still decent but the chicken wings feel very stale and hardly have any taste. I can imagine that their other chicken bites must also feel the same.

Attention rotten meat!!! Had food poisoning after eating a doner there. At the end I noticed when I ate a single piece of meat that it tasted rotten. Lay out of bed for two days with diarrhea, vomiting and organ pain. I assume that the skewer was used for several days instead of taking a new one.

Absolutely bad. I was there after 10 p.m., told the guy my order, he wanted 24.40 from me even though the whole thing: 1 bucket and 6 filet bites only cost 20 euros, I only noticed that later. Then I had garlic sauce that tasted like mayonaise, which to my taste turned out to be aioli. Wrong again. And the salespeople laughed stupidly when I asked a few questions and I just thought, "What an idiot." I also thought about turning around and attacking him. So really, really bad, and the chicken was extremely over-seasoned and extremely expensive and a disrespectful shop.

Servizio e cibo ok. Il pollo e la patatine erano ben fritte e calde, porzione abbondante e salse comprese. Unico appunto riguarda la pulizia dei tavoli che risultava essere molto unto.

I ordere a menue and added mozzarella sticks. Came without fries… charged extra and if you wanna tell me that 6 wings are worth charging 12€ that’s hilarious. Go to another franchise. Its cheaper and even the service on the phone is awful.
