Smell, colors, consistency... everything is just disgusting. Selling this food to people should be seriously discouraged. I'm just speechless and would like to report it to the health department. Jo's food now tasted like it did from the frozen section of the supermarket. I ordered hot wings but they tasted just like the normal wings from a friend. So I'm wondering...are you kidding me. So I think. The price was okay for the quantity, but it's no use if it doesn't taste good. The ambience is actually just the neighborhood and not the store itself. The interior designer smeared it on the house facade and then smeared it nicely, this is what it looks like. The table from previous visitors wasn't cleared. The employee was having a lazy time or something like that, I think. I won't eat here again. Completerino 👌

I bought chicken parts twice today. We threw it straight in the trash. I have a mistake there, I didn't check my recommendation in front of the house of the store, check it properly otherwise you'll throw it in the trash too 🤮

I couldn't find any customer toilets in the restaurant. Tables too small (if more than 1 person wants to eat together, forget it) I ordered the partner menu 1 (with chicken pieces). The food wasn't cooked enough... The outside wasn't seasoned enough. and overcooked, while the inside of the parts were still almost raw (at least that was the case for me). Also, and this was the least bad thing, I ordered 2 chilli and 2 garlic sauces, and I only got 1 of each + ketchup and mayo. Unfortunately I noticed this too late Editing: I've edited it so it's clear; Outside overcooked while inside not cooked enough. I assure you that my review is not spam.... Of course I can't say anything about other things on the menu.... But chicken pieces didn't meet my expectations. I hope you take my criticism as something constructive ... and wish you all the best, I'll come to you sometime and if it's better, you'll be happy to give me 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the chicken has been sitting in the warming counter for too long. It's better to make the parts fresh in small portions more often rather than leaving them out for too long. I understand that the goods can lie a bit, that's what the warming counter is for, but if it's completely greasy, it's barely crispy and it's not edible! Then you just have to replace it! I don't go to a store that specializes in a product and it's stale. I also received an email from Google saying that my review violated the store's personal rights. Great scam to get rid of negative reviews. If you don't respond to it within a week, it will be deleted. And I can also rate other branches of yours negatively if I have had bad experiences there. You should work on your quality, not on making reviews mouth death.

UPDATE: received a take-down notice from this business, be aware they are using shady tactics to improve their score, so, I'm changing it to 1/5 rather than 2/5. The food was so bad that, almost 7 years later, I still remember it. UPDATE2: proof of the take-down notice issued by this business, since they claimed otherwise.

Sometimes chicken seems to be dated, not very fresh. They are also requesting critical reviews to be deleted from here(!), so I’m downgrading to just one star.

West bucket quite ok. The sauces are delicious. It would be much better if someone (employee) didn't constantly smoke right in front of the door, so that all the smoke goes into the shop. After a while everything just tastes like fag 🤢 Prices ok

In this restaurant there are some people who are very disrespectful and treat customers very badly, especially people who want to deliver orders to customers like Uber and Wolt

Ordered via Uber Eats. Cheese sauce had MOLD on it. FILET PARTS have been gray and hard. FRIES wobbly. Unfortunately I threw away the cheese sauce too quickly otherwise I would have pinned a photo for you. Called no answer EVER. Ps: we live 12 minutes from the store so nothing should have been wobbly or gray and certainly not mold at all!!!!

So since you want to delete my review because it's not justified. Then I'll briefly describe why we were disappointed. 1. We both had raw chicken (my wife was pregnant at the time)2. Even while correcting the mistake they had served us raw chicken. Whenever we asked her about it, we were insulted and told that we had no idea about good food.

This is my favorite fried chicken place in the area. I like their "CHILI HOT WINGS" and their fried are Ok for a fried chicken place. Every now and then I crave for fried chicken wings and it is here where I get them. The service is always fast and friendly, and the wings are on point 😋

Hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Update: Die Betreiber wollen es genauer wissen. - Ich war am Abend da und das Huhn hat nach altem Fett geschmeckt. Außerdem hat das Huhn auch zusätzlich leicht "tranig" und nicht wirklich lecker nach Huhn geschmeckt. Ich nehme an, dass eine mindere Qualität verwendet wird, anders wären die Preise auch nicht zu halten.

Auf Uber Eats bestellt. Dann wurde die Bestellung pünktlich zur geplanten Lieferzeit storniert. Echt super uncool wenn man Hunger hat und einfach nur was essen will. Aber naja, dann bekommt jemand anderes mein Geld!

Ich hatte die Chickenteile bestellt und war schockiert, wie angebrannt sie waren. Die Chickenteile waren alt und wurden offenbar mehrmals aufgewärmt. Überteuert und alles andere als gut. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Auch über Uber Eats bestellt, Fahrer war sehr freundlich, Essen kam schnell, das war es aber auch schon. Filets extrem überwürzt und bisschen trocken, wigs haben uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und die pommes waren auch nicht wirklich lecker. Irgendwie hat alles unterschiedlich "muffig" geschmeckt... das war echt garnix, man kann es irgendwie essen mit ganz viel not aber es ist einfach nicht lecker. Für mich nicht noch mal.

Schlechtes Essen hätte man zuhause viel besser hinbekommen und wir hatten in mehreren chicken Wings Haare sowas ist doch nicht normal

Hänschens sind mit ein sehr dicker Schicht von Paniermehl gebraten wurde dass drinnen noch roh&blutig ist und Mega fettig 👎🏿

Die Pommes und die Panade waren sehr stark versalzen, die Konsistenz war gut, aber trotz Hunger haben wir nur wenig gegessen und normalerweise bin ich da nicht so empfindlich.

Leider sind die Arbeiter dort echt unmotiviert und hören nur mäßig zu. Das Essen is ok.

Zum Glück habe ich für eine ganze Bestellung nur 9€ bezahlt, da UberEats mir 15€ gut geschrieben hat! Würde nicht einen Cent mehr ausgeben...viiiiiiiiiiel zu salzig (besonders die süß-sauer Soße) , extrem fettig und der coleslaw Salat war ungenießbar...werde nicht nochmal dort bestellen! Bestellung kam zeitlich wie über die app angegeben!

Habe direkt über die Seite bestellt und nach 2 Stunden und ein Telefonat kam heraus, dass Sie nur über Uber Eats liefern. Warum kann man dann über deren Internetseite bestellen? Mal gucken ob ich wenigstens mein Geld zurück bekomme.

I would never come to this shop anymore even if they serve free food! The guy who worked there had absolutely 0 manner, very very disrespectful to me! Habe die anderen Rezensionen, welche ziemlich identisch sind, leider nicht gesehen... Ich gebe ihnen aber nur Recht und würde abolut niemals dort Essen gehen oder, wie wir es tun bestellen - bei Uber Eats bestellt und nach 1,5 Std und mittlerweile Ladenschluss nichts... einfach nichts... Kontaktieren bringt nichts, weil die zwar ein Telefon haben, dieses aber anscheinend in nem Tresor mit 3 Zahlenschlössern einschlieesen damits ja keiner hören kann! Pure Enttäuschung! Saftladen! Ich habe über Uber Eats bestellt, am Ende kam das Essen eine Stunde später als angegeben und insgesamt fast 2 Stunden nach Bestellung. Auf mehrmalige Kontaktversuche per Telefon sowohl von mir als auch von Support Team von Uber Eats gab es in der Zwischenzeit keine Reaktion. Ich wusste also nicht: Kommt das Essen noch? Wenn ja wann? Als es kam, war alles komplett kalt und ungenießbar.
