Poor restaurant uneducated staff and I order online by liferando my order was late one hour o went to them the guy was just simply smiling please dont visit ever here he gave me number was off

Anyone expecting typical American fried chicken will be disappointed. It's not crispy, and the taste has absolutely nothing to do with typical fried chicken. It tastes like a regular rotisserie chicken from a street vendor. The service seemed bored, and the place itself isn't very appealing.

Unfortunately, the chicken has been sitting in the warming counter for too long. It's better to make the parts fresh in small portions more often rather than leaving them out for too long. I understand that the goods can lie a bit, that's what the warming counter is for, but if it's completely greasy, it's barely crispy and it's not edible! Then you just have to replace it! I don't go to a store that specializes in a product and it's stale. I also received an email from Google saying that my review violated the store's personal rights. Great scam to get rid of negative reviews. If you don't respond to it within a week, it will be deleted. And I can also rate other branches of yours negatively if I have had bad experiences there. You should work on your quality, not on making reviews mouth death.

I've rarely eaten such bad fries. They were incredibly soft, the potatoes and sweet potatoes were completely tasteless, and I've never seen fries so unevenly seasoned. I would have returned them for a refund if it hadn't been so cold outside. I'm very disappointed :/👎🏻 Edit: I had some left over the next day, and they were just as soft as if they'd been freshly made.

The staff was very nice, the chicken was very juicy and spicy and the raspberry iced tea was refreshing

The chicken is raw and bloody, we were offered our money back if we showed more evidence, when we showed more we got nothing and were told never to come back for dinner.

The "food" gave me a stomachache, and the hospitality was generally unpleasant and not recommended. All the food was ready-made, simply reheated. You won't see me in this place again.

Very rude, we went there by 12am even though the closing time is 1am. They were not interested to take the order, were rushing and also asked us to leave very rudely.!!

The chicken is good, but the staff isn't very friendly. When trying to order, it seems our pronunciation isn't clear, which is also a source of laughter for the manager. They serve you as if they're doing you a favor by selling something.

I ordered through Lieferando, got a 2-for-1 deal, but only received one item. The food was delicious, the delivery person only spoke English/broken German, all in all great. Except that half of it was delivered :( Calling them doesn't help at all; no one answers.

For 9.20 euros you can get crispy fries and delicious hot wings (not too spicy) that will definitely fill you up.

Well its normal that a person can sit outside as we are not in the shop.

I was now visiting Berlin and tried it out there. The food was really very nice. The employee was very friendly and had a very cool manner. He prepared everything fresh and new for me. The only small downside is that the shop isn't that big for a larger group, but you don't have to eat on site.

Hotwings were completely bloody inside and not cooked through. Coleslaw does not correspond to the picture. An imposition in all respects. I already complained to uber eats! It's a shame that this branch can't maintain the usual standard.

Fries were mediocre not really crispy, tasted like it was fried in old oil, chicken wasn’t really fried well, we asked him to refry the chicken and it still wasn’t fully cooked. He was even in a little rude. Wouldn’t recommend eating there.

Just disgusting, €12 for limp wings. They simply tasted like they came from a freezer.

I definitely understand that many people prefer to order food out of convenience. Then you don't have to complain about the lower quality of the food due to the delivery. I always eat locally and have always been satisfied. The employees are friendly and the food tastes good too. The fries are crispy and well seasoned. The chicken comes from the hot counter (like everywhere), but is usually still crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. If you're not terribly hungry, just order a Kids Box, which also includes a Capri Sun and the 3 fillets (you usually get one more) and the fries will fill you up. In any case, I would like to come back.

I visited the shop around 8 pm on a tuesday. The cashier was polite and prepared my order quickly 5/5 stars for the service. My order was 12 pieces of fried chicken strips (West Bucket) which cost around 18€, which I consider pricy. The issue I have is the chicken was bone dry. It was not something I enjoyed eating at all. In the past I ordered from other crispy chicken places where the chicken was not as dry. There are many potential reasons for this but as a paying client getting dry chicken is not something I can praise, which leads to 1/5 stars for the food. It's a small place with very little atmosphere 2/5 stars for this.

Every Friday I take the wings, they are always deliciously crunchy, moderately spicy, I recommend them!

Jo's food now tasted like it did from the frozen section of the supermarket. I ordered hot wings but they tasted just like the normal wings from a friend. So I'm wondering...are you kidding me. So I think. The price was okay for the quantity, but it's no use if it doesn't taste good. The ambience is actually just the neighborhood and not the store itself. The interior designer smeared it on the house facade and then smeared it nicely, this is what it looks like. The table from previous visitors wasn't cleared. The employee was having a lazy time or something like that, I think. I won't eat here again. Completerino 👌

Worst fried chicken of my life. Change your oil; it was sooo dark. Staff was lovely but had to wait because it was around midnight which was okay, but I was hoping the quality would have been better than it was.

I bought chicken parts twice today. We threw it straight in the trash. I have a mistake there, I didn't check my recommendation in front of the house of the store, check it properly otherwise you'll throw it in the trash too 🤮

I couldn't find any customer toilets in the restaurant. Tables too small (if more than 1 person wants to eat together, forget it) I ordered the partner menu 1 (with chicken pieces). The food wasn't cooked enough... The outside wasn't seasoned enough. and overcooked, while the inside of the parts were still almost raw (at least that was the case for me). Also, and this was the least bad thing, I ordered 2 chilli and 2 garlic sauces, and I only got 1 of each + ketchup and mayo. Unfortunately I noticed this too late Editing: I've edited it so it's clear; Outside overcooked while inside not cooked enough. I assure you that my review is not spam.... Of course I can't say anything about other things on the menu.... But chicken pieces didn't meet my expectations. I hope you take my criticism as something constructive ... and wish you all the best, I'll come to you sometime and if it's better, you'll be happy to give me 5 stars.

Sometimes chicken seems to be dated, not very fresh. They are also requesting critical reviews to be deleted from here(!), so I’m downgrading to just one star.

UPDATE: received a take-down notice from this business, be aware they are using shady tactics to improve their score, so, I'm changing it to 1/5 rather than 2/5. The food was so bad that, almost 7 years later, I still remember it. UPDATE2: proof of the take-down notice issued by this business, since they claimed otherwise.

West bucket quite ok. The sauces are delicious. It would be much better if someone (employee) didn't constantly smoke right in front of the door, so that all the smoke goes into the shop. After a while everything just tastes like fag 🤢 Prices ok

Ordered via Uber Eats. Cheese sauce had MOLD on it. FILET PARTS have been gray and hard. FRIES wobbly. Unfortunately I threw away the cheese sauce too quickly otherwise I would have pinned a photo for you. Called no answer EVER. Ps: we live 12 minutes from the store so nothing should have been wobbly or gray and certainly not mold at all!!!!

So since you want to delete my review because it's not justified. Then I'll briefly describe why we were disappointed. 1. We both had raw chicken (my wife was pregnant at the time)2. Even while correcting the mistake they had served us raw chicken. Whenever we asked her about it, we were insulted and told that we had no idea about good food.

This is my favorite fried chicken place in the area. I like their "CHILI HOT WINGS" and their fried are Ok for a fried chicken place. Every now and then I crave for fried chicken wings and it is here where I get them. The service is always fast and friendly, and the wings are on point 😋

Hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Update: Die Betreiber wollen es genauer wissen. - Ich war am Abend da und das Huhn hat nach altem Fett geschmeckt. Außerdem hat das Huhn auch zusätzlich leicht "tranig" und nicht wirklich lecker nach Huhn geschmeckt. Ich nehme an, dass eine mindere Qualität verwendet wird, anders wären die Preise auch nicht zu halten.

Food was okay, UNTIL THERE WAS A HAIR IN THE CHICKEN. If the hair would not have been in my chicken the food was 7/10. Was annoyed that they did not take accountability that there was hair Inside the chicken. Over all would not go to this location again.

Ich hatte die Chickenteile bestellt und war schockiert, wie angebrannt sie waren. Die Chickenteile waren alt und wurden offenbar mehrmals aufgewärmt. Überteuert und alles andere als gut. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Auch über Uber Eats bestellt, Fahrer war sehr freundlich, Essen kam schnell, das war es aber auch schon. Filets extrem überwürzt und bisschen trocken, wigs haben uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und die pommes waren auch nicht wirklich lecker. Irgendwie hat alles unterschiedlich "muffig" geschmeckt... das war echt garnix, man kann es irgendwie essen mit ganz viel not aber es ist einfach nicht lecker. Für mich nicht noch mal.

Schlechtes Essen hätte man zuhause viel besser hinbekommen und wir hatten in mehreren chicken Wings Haare sowas ist doch nicht normal
