I'll only talk about what I tried: (Food) The shawarma was below average, unfortunately. The pickles in the serving dish were old, soft, and unappetizing. The crispy chicken was excellent. The cheap, low-quality fries found in the supermarket were good, but there are better options. The falafel was excellent. (Service and Cleanliness) When you sit inside, your clothes smell of food after a few minutes, and it was cold outside when we came to eat. The bathroom was in a very deplorable state; there was no cleanliness or maintenance whatsoever. To be fair, the young men working there were polite and their service was pleasant. We hope for improvements on our next visit to Munich.

The portions are generous, and you can tell they care about quality. The service was friendly and quick, even when the store was busy. The store itself is clean and pleasantly decorated. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied. The shawarma plate was served without any salad, and even though I specifically requested more portions, I only received a small amount. I didn't want fries, but they were served anyway. When I pointed this out to the employee, he reacted disrespectfully and claimed it was my order. This was a very disappointing experience for me.

Taste: The meat was dry and tasted like it had been sitting in the hot case for a while. The seasoning was completely missing – it seemed rather bland and lacked character. The bread was partly dry and partly a bit chewy, which didn't exactly improve the overall impression. Freshness and quality: The side dishes, such as salad and vegetables, were not fresh. The salad seemed wilted and poorly prepared. The sauces were also rather disappointing in taste and lacked authenticity. Portion size and price: For the price, I would have expected a larger and, above all, juicier portion. Unfortunately, the shawarma was very small and hardly filling. Service: The staff was friendly, but unfortunately unattentive. It took forever to take my order, and they reacted rather irritated to my questions. Ambience: The restaurant feels very simple and uninviting. The decor is worn, and the place doesn't seem particularly clean, which obviously doesn't leave a good impression while eating. Conclusion: If you're looking for a truly good shawarma, you shouldn't go here. Unfortunately, the taste, freshness, and service leave a lot to be desired. There are much better alternatives that do a much better job of the dish. I won't be coming back.

Was there on Saturday and had the Scharwama Wrap. Price 7€ and super tasty. The person had fun at work and was nice. So it tastes great. Everything you need in there. Lots of choice of salad etc. It's worth stopping by. Highly recommended. When I'm there again I'll come back. Keep it up.

The gentleman gave cash to 5 people in front of me and I asked him to change his gloves before he put the ingredients on my sandwich with his hands. He refused and said he was just wiping the gloves with the towel. I have taken my order back. You should know the basics of hygiene in the food industry... disgusting

It was not a meal, we waited for 30 minutes, the food was not good at all, I would never recommend it, it is cheap but the taste is disaster.

Unfortunately, the place isn't very nice; our table was dirty. Shwarma Arabi usually comes with cucumber and pomegranate sauce, but ours didn't have any. No coleslaw salad with the shwarma plate. Price/quality 👎🏻

The restaurant has a large threshold, so I called you and booked a table in Ramadan, and when I arrived, you told me there was no table and there was no empty chair.

The place is way too small, and the prices are extremely high for what you get. The quality doesn’t match the cost at all, like the Shawarma, which is ridiculously expensive but really bad in taste.

The staff is not well qualified and the prices are completely overpriced compared to the quality. I had to pay around 25 euros for two small sandwiches with drinks!

Very good and consistent Syrian Shawerma. The best in Munich in my opinion. Try the sandwich platter. The fried chicken is also top notch especially with garlic sauce. Eating inside is a bit of smelly experience unfortunately.

I mean, frankly, I don't want to put a star on a very, very bad restaurant that ignores the food, whether it's clean or not. Bad treatment. Even if you order on the phone, you have to wait an hour to take your order and bad treatment. On top of that, the customers are annoying and they never move, and they're not there for me. So the burger was very nice, but the fact that my delivery person asked me for a tip wasn't that cool (I gave 30% in the app), and since I don't live in such good circumstances, the atmosphere wasn't that ideal either! The food was still delicious, next time there!

It's really good and crispy chicken, just like Jollybee from my home country, but without the gravy.

Hygiene poor. The waitress handled food and cash with the same glove, and a day later I felt pretty bad. Not recommended this restaurant!

I just tried today and it was a very awful experience. Both the burger and krispy chicken were bad. There was too much oil in the fried chicken, and it was really hard to eat such chicken with too much oil and bad taste. *This place is Not Recommended at all* Even the staff is also rude.

Highly disappointed and not recommended at all! Crispy chicken has excessive oil there is more oil than usual it was difficult to eat so we left half uneaten. You can see the oil in tissues. The staff is unprofessional, rude and non-cooperative.

I would give 5 stars to the crispy chicken. Usually I am very picky with the chicken and I add so much sauces to cover the taste but here in this restaurant, I literally tried without any sauce and it was perfect so tasty. The shawarma also is very good.

I’ve been looking for a fried chicken place in Munich for many years and found this place. Overall, the waiting time was excessively long(40 minutes) for a my order. See attached receipt. The food was quite dry and has a strong middle eastern flavor. It’s unique but not a standard fried chicken flavor direction. I would rather go to KFC. The staff is rude specifically after waiting for 30 minutes and asking home when will the food be ready, he said “when it’s ready” and the quality of the place is below average. Would never go again. I won’t recommend.

Great price/performance ratio, the best fallafel sandwich in Munich because the chickpea balls are homemade and fresh (and not frozen as thalers from the factory). You can freely choose toppings (e.g. onions, hummus, beetroot). The kebabs are also delicious and there is the delicious Fritz Cola. You can also sit outside when the weather is nice. Closed on Tuesdays.

The best food in Munich is shawarma and shawarma. It has a really good taste, like Levantine. It is not particularly rancid, with the taste being different. It is clear that the skewer is a homemade seasoning, and God knows best. But for more credibility, the falafel needs to be improved. The disk has become large, and the bulgur is as it is, not fragile and crunchy. 1. As I write this text, I'm sitting on the toilet after eating my chicken plate in this place an hour ago. I'm really not feeling well and I'm just waiting for it to come up. 2. In my opinion, hygiene is non-existent. It didn't look clean. It smelled really hard of eau de fryer and you could also see the smoke from the fryer spreading around the place. We took the harsh smell into the car and it didn't go away at all. Put clothes in the washing machine immediately. 3. Food was ok in terms of taste but nothing for which I would ever have to come back and even less for which I would pay €14 for 4 pieces of chicken including a handful of fries and a dollop of coleslaw. 4. I'm about to puke while I'm finishing the text. Never again! I have never left such a negative review on Google before and that may be saying something.

The quality is great, the ingredients used are really good and all fit together. ⛔ None of the gentlemen wear headgear, unfortunately there is not much emphasis on hygiene. The gentleman at the cash register takes money with gloves on and then touches the food, which is a no go ⛔ An employee came to his shift while we were there, didn't wash his hands, didn't change clothes, straight into the kitchen and of course without a hat. ⛔ As you can see in the pictures, nobody cleans up, everything is lying around
