Crispy Food in Berlin

It's enough to fill you up, but from a culinary point of view it's not enough to jump into the air. Fries were okay, the chicken was a bit dry and, above all, not very seasoned.

Even though the food is freshly prepared, the large pieces of chicken should have been cooked a little longer or fried, they weren't completely cooked yet But otherwise it was delicious

The staff is very friendly and the food is extremely tasty! I can only recommend!!!

I ordered 2 hours ago and nothing arrived, I call and the employee tells me without knowing what I ordered that it will be there in 10 minutes and that there is just "a lot of traffic jam". The food probably tastes good but since it didn't arrive I can't know.

Ordered a menu containing of a burger, fries and a small coke. The fries could use more seasoning cause they tasted with very little salt only. The burger was okay and looked like one of these delievery burgers. The drinks were a bit expensive comparing to other restauraunts in relation to the amount of liquid you get. Overall not bad but not very good

Never again, despite the note there was a tomato even though there was an allergy. Called and only got rude answers. I should bring the burger back. Service, really bad.

Worst service I have ever experienced! I ordered at 7:22 p.m., delivery time supposedly about 30-40 minutes. I called for the first time around 9 p.m. to ask how much time I had left until delivery. It said the order would be prepared and delivered in 10-15 minutes. Now it's 10:05 p.m. and the food is still not there. After several calls, a call was finally answered, which was immediately ended. The next time I called I was immediately pushed away. 10 minutes later my last call. Direct mailbox... I don't have to say anything more about it. Definitely not recommended!!!

We had the food delivered and it was sooooo delicious! The fries were crispy and the chicken was incredibly flavorful. The meat quality is also great!

Delicious chicken dishes with good mix offerings. Staff very competent and friendly. Unfortunately, I developed digestive problems, but this doesn't necessarily have to be due to the food, but rather the tolerance of so much fatty food.

It took me 3 hours to get food, it was unreliable and I couldn't be reached by phone.

Waiting time was over 3 hours, totally rude employees, couldn't be reached by phone, the food didn't taste good at all + drinks were missing, and I was supposedly aggressive because I asked where it was on site, whoever ordered it was their own fault 🤮 🤮 and that is for orders over 60 euros

Waited 2 hours for my order, food was cold and dry and for the money it's really a disaster.

Delivery took over 3 hours, couldn't be reached by phone and said: don't give me a headache. Rude, unreliable,... Never again, not recommended. Who orders it's their own fault!!!!

It took 2 hours for my order to arrive instead of the stated 30-55 minutes. When I called after more than an hour to ask where my food was, they said it would come in 15 minutes, 20 minutes at the latest. After another 45 minutes it came. Cold and burnt. It probably felt like that for some people today. If I don't have staff to deliver it, I can't offer the service that day. I received a burnt burger as a thank you for calling. Unfortunately, the customer is the weakest link in the chain and thus suffers the frustration. So you definitely can't order!

Food tasted good. Service-MA was very nice. Ambience rather rustic but sufficient for a snack. Toilet also available. There is currently a 20% promotion that we really liked.

Great place for fast food. The fries are excellent, so are the different fried chicken menus. There's also a good vegetarian burger on the menu for all those poor vegetarians accompanying their meat eating friends like me. The staff is really friendly!
