Coppino Restaurant in Krefeld

The food tasted very good and was presented very attractively. The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, it's very loud when all the tables are occupied, so you have to speak louder. The result is familiar. But okay, we can live with that. What is completely unacceptable, however, is the subjective perception that more attention is paid to revenue per table than to guest satisfaction. Ordering as quickly and as much as possible is the order, with less attention paid to small details/service. This is unfortunately the perception of all four people at the table. Specifically from the waiter. Probably the manager or owner. These airs, coupled with a palpable arrogance, are something no restaurant can afford these days, regardless of how good the food is. Hence our first, but also last, visit here. There are plenty of alternatives in Krefeld and the surrounding area. What a shame.

I go to Coppino regularly. Usually with a friend, and everyone agrees. Delicious, great service, and the ambiance is lovely too. Keep it up.

This was absolutely awful. The bodyguards were unbelievably rude. They let me in but refused to allow my parents. Two of them were extremely disrespectful, and even though there was a cloakroom upstairs, they said not even a small bag was allowed. I left my bag with my husband outside, yet they still said only the girls in the group could enter. A terrible experience with arrogant and impolite security.

Went there for the first time today for a birthday dinner. That will probably be the last time. The food was very good but the service left a lot to be desired (the restaurant wasn't particularly full). You wait forever for someone to take care of you, especially for the menu to be handed out. Despite a small starter, we had been waiting for the main course for around 90 minutes.

It's a very nice place to sit. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. We'd love to come back. They also offer a delivery service, which we've used several times. It's great 👍

The ambience is stylish and inviting – whether you sit in the tastefully furnished interior or, when the weather is nice, on the sunny terrace with a view of the greenery. Particularly noteworthy is the attentive and friendly service, which makes the visit an entirely pleasant experience. From a culinary point of view, no wish is left unfulfilled: The menu offers a successful selection of Italian classics - homemade pasta, fresh fish and excellent meat dishes. Everything is prepared with great attention to detail and tastes simply fantastic. The wine selection also leaves nothing to be desired. A place to enjoy and feel good – perfect for a special evening or a relaxed lunch. If you love Italian cuisine, you should definitely visit Coppino. We'll definitely be back!

Yesterday I had dinner there with my girlfriend and the next day I was there with my friends! The food tastes excellent and is served to the table very elegantly. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices for the absolutely delicious dishes are very reasonable I can only recommend it!⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolute highlight! We had a wonderful evening at Coppino! The ambience is stylish and cozy, just the right mix of modern and inviting. The service was extremely attentive, friendly and professional - you can tell that the work here is with heart. The food was simply outstanding! The ingredients are fresh, the dishes prepared with great attention to detail and the taste is a real experience. Especially the [insert favorite dish here, e.g. B. “homemade pasta” or “perfectly grilled steak”] impressed us. The wine selection is also great and was recommended to us perfectly with our meal.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Coppino restaurant at the Stadtwald in Krefeld and would like to share my enthusiasm. The stylish ambience, both inside and on the outdoor terrace, invites you to linger. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, which made the stay particularly pleasant. The menu offers a diverse selection of Italian specialties. For starters I chose the Duet Coppino, a beetroot and pear carpaccio with baked goat cheese and caramelized walnuts – a harmonious combination of flavors. For the main course I chose the Tagliatelle Salmone, served with salmon and broccoli in a light tomato cream sauce; the pasta was perfectly al dente and the salmon was tender and juicy. Finally, I enjoyed the homemade lasagne, which impressed with its rich Bolognese sauce and melted cheese.  Particularly noteworthy is the Italian all-you-can-eat buffet, which is offered every Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Various delicate recipes are presented here - from antipasti to warm dishes and tempting desserts. The price of €19.90 per person is more than reasonable.   Coppino attaches great importance to the freshness and quality of the ingredients, which is reflected in every dish. The team's passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality is clearly noticeable. I can highly recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit.

We sat comfortably and the food was delicious. The wait was a little longer, but it was also very crowded. As a result, the noise level was also very high. The staff was attentive and friendly. There are enough parking spaces.

As always, we were very enthusiastic; we have rarely eaten such good pizzas outside of Italy. Prepared on point across the board. Crispy edge, thin base but not too thin, decent topping, not too much and not too little cheese, not limp with any sauces. Simply delicious, delicious, delicious!!! The salads are super crunchy and fresh. The staff is always very friendly and polite. The prices are reasonable in relation to the quality. I'm happy to pay a little more for good food.

Leider reingelegt! Nette Atmosphäre - Essen bestellt ! Ein Gericht war nicht das, was wir bestellt haben. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage hat der Kellner immer noch behauptet, dass es das richtige Gericht sei. Da wir mit Freunden da waren habe ich nichts mehr gesagt, im Nachhinein ein Fehler. Aber wie sind die Mitarbeiter (Familienbetrieb) in diesem Restaurant gestrickt, dass sie einen Gast so hinters Licht führen? Niemals wieder!

We ate with you for the first time today and we were really very positively surprised, very nice, competent staff. The food was also great, exactly 5.0 stars, it couldn't be better. Meine Frau und ich haben uns zu Sylvester zur Lieferung nach Hause 2 mal Salat und 2 unterschiedliche Nudelgerichte bestellt, insgesamt für rund 50,00 EUR. Den 1. Januar haben wir dann vorwiegend ÜBER der Toiliettenschüssel verbracht und leiden auch noch 2 Tage später am verdorbenen Essen. Daß wir bei zwei unterschiedlichen Gerichten erhebliche gesundheitliche Probleme hatten deutet darauf hin, daß die verdorbenen Waren ein Hinweis sein könnten auf mangelhafte Küchen-/Restaurant Hygiene.

The food? Absolutely fantastic – when it finally came. We waited over 2 hours for the main course, and when it was finally served, each dish came one at a time. It took more than 5 minutes for everyone at the table to even have their food. Very uncoordinated. The service? Unfortunately underground. The waiter was not only unfriendly, but also snippy when we pointed out the waiting time. A smile doesn't seem to be included in the menu here. The restaurant really has a lot of potential, but the poor service ruined the evening. If you have patience and nerves of steel, you could enjoy the food. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it.

I am a critic of Italian cuisine who has already tested many "Italians". The Coppino in the Krefeld city forest is definitely one of the best. The cuisine is varied, high quality and seasonal. The service is calm, relaxed and professional (a rare occurrence these days). Very good wine selection. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately the salad was drowned in the sauce (although it was quite good, but unfortunately too much)

The pizzas that were delivered were burnt and the rocket on one pizza was bitter because it had been baked. Both complained and it took 40 minutes for the new delivery. The new pizzas were better cooked, but had less toppings!! In the case of the "Capo" complaint, a lot of pizza seasoning was poured over it. Unfortunately the quality has declined.

We were looking forward to a nice evening and were very disappointed. First of all: there wasn't much going on. Positive: the food was delicious. Negative: abnormally long waiting times and the attentiveness of the staff needs improvement. 15 minutes until you get the card. After the orders were taken at some point, we had to wait about 2 hours until the first food arrived. Almost all of the guests after us got their food before us and felt they were served more attentively.

It was actually completely full, but the waitress was so friendly and went out of her way for us so we could enjoy a fantastic evening, thank you

A very good Italian cuisine restaurant. From well-filled pizza to sea bream with potatoes and vegetables: there is something for everyone. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Everyone had a great time at our last birthday party. However, it should always be ensured that all guests receive their food at the same time. I hereby recommend the Coppino Restaurant. And on June 16, 24 I was there with my mother, my son and his mom. I had a very good fish plate with sea bream, salmon, shrimp and lobster sauce. Bombastic!!

When roasted pine nuts meet dried tomatoes, together with garlic, olive oil, spaghetti and a lot of love in the preparation, it is the highlight of Spaghetti A.O.P. - something that is rarely found here... Tried, recommended at “Coppino”, Krefeld am Stadtwald.

Ein wunderbarer Ort für einen schönen Abend

Der Lieferservice hat zwar über eine Stunde gebraucht, aber das Essen war sehr lecker und auch preislich ok. Inzwischen haben wir hier schon zwei mal bestellt und haben, außer der Wartezeit von über einer Stunde, nichts zu bemängeln. Alles schmeckte uns gut. Auch vor Ort ist es schön und der Service ist gut.

Ausgezeichnete italienische Küche, Guiliano versteht sein Handwerk wirklich sehr gut . Immer wieder gibt es etwas Besonderes, die Soße, die Kräuter etc. Geschmacklich genau unser Ding. Immer wieder gerne. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das All you can eat Buffet am Dienstag. Service immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wann immer wir in Krefeld sind, zieht es uns ins Coppino.

Beste Pizza aus NRW bei weitem ! Die Location ist super direkt am Stadtwald und super gemütlich drinnen sowie draußen, dank Wärmestrahler auch im Winter immer gerne draußen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und der Service super schnell. Wer keine Pizza mag wird trotzdem glücklich da auch die anderen Gerichte einfach der Hammer sind! Mindestens einmal pro Woche muss ich her kommen sonst fehlt mir was. 100% empfehlenswert!

„La vera cucina italiana.“ sagt man (glaube ich) und so ist es auch: das Team vom Coppino kocht immer frisch und kombiniert Zutaten aus der italienischen Küche auch gerne einmal neu. Fisch, Fleisch, Pasta, Antipasti - diese Speisekarte macht Freude. Preis und Leistung passen toll zusammen! Aktionen: Montags Pizzatag, dienstags mittags ein All-You-Can-Eat Buffet mit gaaaanz vielen Antipasti, dolci und 2 verschiedenen Hauptgängen. Dies alles zum kleinen Preis. Vor dem Restaurant sind an der Hüttenallee jede Menge kostenlose Parkplätze:-) Wir gehen immer wieder gerne dahin!!!

Vorspeise Carpaccio, Hauptgerichte Tagliatelle sowie Trio Coppino plus Nachspeise mit Cappucino - einfach lecker - insgesamt ein sehr „runder Abend“ outdoor, teilweise bei Regen - aber überdacht plus Wärmestrahler - schönes Ambiente, aufmerksame sympathische Bedienung.

Hervorragendes Essen, ich gehe immer wieder gerne hierhin, ob Brunch oder Abendessen, es ist mit der ganzen Familie eine Freude.

Das Essen war einfach perfekt und der Espresso so lecker das er schnell alle war. Samstag Abend die Lokalitäten voll die Geräusch Kulisse dementsprechend was der Gemütlichkeit nicht geschadet hat.

Eigentlich ein schönes Restaurant und leckeres Essen aber wir haben über zwei Stunden aufs Essen gewartet. Satt geworden sind wir von Brot, Vorspeise und Hauptgang leider auch nicht.

Das Essen und der Service sind in diesem Restaurant perfekt. Sehr nette und engagierte Menschen erwarten dort ihre Gäste. Ob Pizza, Salat, Fisch oder Fleischgerichte, die Speisekarte bietet für jeden etwas. Vielen Dank Annetta und Guiliano. Natürlich auch an Edris. Wir sind gerne Eure Gäste.

Bei unserem Besuch waren dort 2 zusätzliche Gesellschaften. Es war sehr laut. Der Service war sehr bemüht aber überfordert. Das Essen hat ewig gedauert, dafür war es auch verbrannt. Vllt testen wir es nochmal ohne zusätzliche Gesellschaften und berichten.
