A very successful visit to Sidorenko. The cuisine impresses with creative combinations, artisanal precision, and a keen sense of flavor. Particularly pleasant: the well-timed timing between courses. The opening meal with marinated scallops was already a real highlight – perfectly balanced between fresh acidity and the delicate aroma of the seafood. A dish that not only tastes good, but also surprises. The main course, the 24-hour marinated duck leg: buttery tender, aromatic, and accompanied by an artfully arranged cucumber and fennel tartare. Craftsmanship at the highest level! The crowning glory: the dessert. A true showstopper. A visual and taste explosion. The combination of fruit, cream, crunch, and herbs is simply brilliant. Every spoonful is a moment of pleasure. The drinks – especially the "Clover Club" – also impress with their creativity and depth. Fruity, tart, refreshing – exactly as described. Conclusion: If you want to enjoy Michelin-starred dining in Chemnitz, you can't miss Sidorenko. A clear recommendation for connoisseurs and aesthetes!

We ate here for the first time today. It's a lovely, rustic restaurant run by a lovely and incredibly friendly lady. We felt warmly welcomed. The food was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back.

unfriendly and snappy! We arrived at the bistro at 10:15 a.m. with our 2 children and father-in-law. The internet said it was open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. The very unfriendly, sometimes snappy conditions (older woman with short blonde hair and glasses) served us. We asked her about her unfriendly service. The answer to our question “what is your problem” was: “What is our problem here? Breakfast is over! You have other work to do here!" Instead of pointing this out to us in a friendly manner and possibly not giving us breakfast, we had breakfast with frustration. When we requested that the cocoa not be so hot for our 4-year-old child, it came boiling out of the microwave. All in all, this was very disappointing for us!

A wonderful, lovingly designed restaurant in the heart of Hilbersdorf. The quiet outdoor area invites you to relax – ideal for both lunch and cozy evenings. The atmosphere is informal, with personal hospitality and a big heart, as has been highlighted several times in guestbook entries/reviews. The menu impresses with its clarity and variety: classic German home cooking with seasonal specials – and truly fair prices. Guests praise generous portions, freshly prepared dishes, and excellent value for money. I can agree with this, too. Highly recommended: - Cucumber salad & spiced meat – absolute classics that taste truly amazing here. - Seasonal dishes – always fresh, expertly prepared, and lovingly. - Home cooking "just like grandma used to make" – you'd think so, judging by the reviews of numerous visitors. The Hilbersdorfer Höhe restaurant completely convinced me, and I will definitely be back. A clear recommendation.
