ConGusto in Regensburg

We ordered through Lieferando. First, they were half an hour late. Then half the fried egg on the pizza was still RAW! For a price of almost 20 euros, that's a disgrace! The dough is so incredibly thin, I can't even describe it. In my opinion, there's NOTHING to it in terms of taste. It feels like it tastes of nothing. Not even the salami tasted like salami. Unfortunately, we definitely won't be ordering from here again.

We ate locally in a very pleasant atmosphere and the pizzas were very tasty. Next time we would like to try the pasta. Top!

The pizzas are very tasty and not greasy as some write here. So far only something has been ordered each time with a very long waiting time (lunch: 1h, Saturday evening: 1.5h) Next time I'll pick it up myself but otherwise the food is very good!

Ordered two pizzas and delivery took 2 hours. I called twice and was lied to twice that the driver was already on the way, which wasn't true. I will never order pizza from there again.

I've been waiting for 1.5 hours, trying to call, order number 6GWKXG is not accepted It's a complete impudence, it's best to order 2 days in advance. That was the first and last time I ordered from them to eat. Unfortunately, I can't say anything yet

Absolutely good pizzas! Strongly recommended. The staff is super friendly and the design/entrance is a bit reminiscent of a converted bakery. We'll definitely be back

We had ordered 2 pizzas and according to Lieferando it would take 30-40 minutes. After almost 2 hours we called there personally and it was hot pizza was just out and it would only take 30 minutes until it was with us. So we waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for 2 pizzas without any special toppings. The delivery person was also unfriendly and the pizza was almost cold.

I waited 2.45 hours for the food, it was cold and then the wrong one.

We ordered our food 3 hours ago. At first it was said it only took 15-30 minutes... Already happened 2-3 times

Food was good. The delivery driver didn't have enough change with him, it's just not possible to sneak out more tips like that.

The food was great, but the driver didn't give a tip despite being advised when ordering and thus swindled a tip. Above all, when paying, he asks how much do we tip? And then he can't even give change. This has happened 3 times now. Very sad although the pizza is very tasty.

Pizza tasted great but: I ordered pizza by phone at 6 p.m. for 6:50 p.m., actually even earlier, but there were problems with the “Wolt” company, so I called again by phone and finally completed the order. Food didn't arrive at all at first. Called at 7 p.m. to ask what was going on, they replied “driver is on the way.” Called again at 7:12 p.m. and they were surprised that the driver wasn’t there yet. At 7:17 p.m. the call came from the driver saying he had just picked up food and was on his way. In the end the food was there at 7:30 p.m. even though we were informed early enough that we needed the food at 6:50 p.m. A dip was forgotten on top. I'm also aware that you can't plan a delivery perfectly, but I don't think it's okay to be lied to on the phone

I had on August 15th. Ordered a pizza at lunchtime via the homepage of this pizzeria and paid in advance via PayPal. After receiving the order confirmation, I drove to the store only to find that the pizzeria was closed that day. I immediately emailed the pizzeria, assuming the owner should see in his PayPal account that he received money for an order that he didn't deliver. A simple “sorry” and a refund would have been the minimum. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Instead, several emails back and forth followed. At first it was denied that something like this could even happen through their system because the store was closed. After submitting the order confirmation, there was no response to my emails for almost two weeks. When I finally followed up several times by phone, the boss explained to me that for accounting reasons he couldn't just give the money back. Instead, I should open a complaint case via PayPal, which of course takes time and means additional effort - even though I haven't received any delivery. This is the exact opposite of customer service. Absolutely disappointing and a disgrace. Conclusion: I will definitely never order here again.

The pizza is really very tasty. The service is top class, friendly staff and it's very quick after you place your order. The ambience is generally comfortable thanks to the furnishings and it is always worth a visit.

We will never order there again, there was a plastic part in the pizza, the mixed salad only had a bit of greens and 4 cocktail tomatoes, but a disgusting sauce, best of all he has no money to spend, ridiculous

Absolute catastrophe, waited for 2 hours on the way, the shop was closed, nothing came, no one was available... according to the delivery person, the food took 20 to 40 minutes, according to the boss, 90 minutes. That would have been 10.55 p.m. at the latest, 11.45 p.m. it arrived, cold... tasted ok, but service and I'm specifically referring to the boss catastrophe. The drivers were nice, but whoever messed it up in the end is up to them

We ordered two pizzas, which arrived after the driver made various stops. Unfortunately, only the box was still lukewarm and the pizzas were cold. It's a shame, these could really be good warm...

Pizza imported but not cut and burnt

When it was still EATallo Pizza there, it was always great!!!!! Now you always have to throw away the whole edge because it's burnt black 🤦‍♀️ Always! And often black at the bottom too!!! Well, I wouldn't complain if it were just minimal, but it spoils the taste and my children won't eat them like that. Of course, the owner never heard that charred food is highly carcinogenic. Just do it sensibly, you won't always burn it and customers will stay! I now always order from Rennplatz.

I don't know why you can pre-order here. I don't have a long lunch break to wait for my food. Not even an apology! No reliance at all and therefore absolutely no recommendation. A pity! Pizza itself is fine, but nothing more.

Ordered for the first time. Pizza dough is super good. A few more 🍍 would have been good. Cheese delicious.

Unfortunately we had to wait almost 3 hours for the food (2 pizzas). It was said that we would get something extra because we had to wait so long. That was not the case! First and last time ordered there. The pizza was swimming in oil.

Nie wieder bestellen bei diesem Laden warten seid guten 2 Stunden auf unser Essen in der App wird angezeigt es sei in 25 min da und nach 10 min steht auf einmal 30 min drin wenn wir nicht schon online bezahlt hätten dann hätten wir das Essen nicht mal angenommen

Die Pizza ist wirklich sehr lecker. Der Service ist ist Spitzenklasse freundliches Personal und es geht sehr schnell nach bestellungsaufgabe. Das Ambiente ist im großen und ganzem von der Einrichtung gemütlich errienert aber sehr stark an einen Lieferservice wo auch denke ich das Hauptgeschäft ist. Aber ein Besuch ist es immer wieder wert.

Die Pizzen hier schmecken jedes Mal wieder gut. Ich hole mir mittlerweile jede Woche min. 1 Pizza am Abend nach der Arbeit. Zudem ist das Personal äußerst freundlich. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. :D

Beste napoli pizza in ganz Regensburg! Lieferung super pünktlich! Lieferant super nett! Lasagne ein Traum! Auch amerikanische Pizza ist der absolute Hammer! Teig ist super soft und fluffig. Käse ein Wahnsinn. Man fühlt sich, als wäre man direkt in Italien. Kann ich nur empfehlen für ganz ostbayern ;)

So lecker, knusprig, schmackhaft.. Wie in Italien :) Die Pizzen kommen heiß und sind trotz Lieferzeit nicht „lätschig“ Wir sind schon jetzt süchtig! Besonders lecker fand ich auch das ganz einfach Pizzabrot mit Tomatensoße!!

Pizza lecker und der kleine Salat war eine gute Portion und das Dressing sehr lecker. Habe über lieferando bestellt, kam 35 minuten eher ;) Allerdings habe ich Pizza Funghi bestellt und Magarita bekommen. Nicht so schlimm aber preislich ein Unterschied.

Hatte den ConGusto gar nicht auf dem Schirm gehabt und ihn erst in der Liefer-App gefunden. Sofort gefiel mir die minimalistische Karte, die hauptsächlich Pizza anbietet. Kein Schnickschnack, sondern eine authentische Karte mit neapolitanischen Pizzen! Gleich einmal vorweg und als einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt: den typische Rand einer neapolitanischen Pizza hatte es nicht, war aber dennoch vorzüglich! Die Lieferzeit, obwohl sie von einem Ende bis zum anderen Ende der Stadt liefern mussten, schneller als bei manch anderer Konkurrenz. Also das war top! Genau so top war das warm gelieferte Essen! ConGusto ist zu empfehlen. Ob man, wenn man im Laden isst, einen richtigen neapolitanischen Pizzarand bekommt? Nachtrag: Ich hatte mit extra 'Fior di Latte' bestellt und auf den ersten Blick kam es mir nicht mehr davon vor!

Die Pizza war sehr lecker und der Service war super! Alle waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Mein Essen war innerhalb von 7 min da und danach gab es sogar ein tiramisu aufs Haus Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Essen ist einfach fabelhaft! Ob man vor Ort bestellt oder sich das schmackhafte Essen nachhause liefern lässt, bleibt die Qualität nach wie vor 1 A. Mehr als nur empfehlenswert!

Wir bestellen hier öfters. Pizzen heiß und immer lecker. Abholung schneller als Lieferung. Lieferzeit unterschiedlich. Von 20 Minuten bis zu einer Stunde war schon alles dabei.

Absolute Empfehlung! Die Pizza ist unglaublich lecker, wird heiß geliefert und das auch noch vor der geplanten Zeit! Der Lieferant war sehr nett! Wir werden öfter bei euch bestellen, egal ob dünner Boden (napoletanisch) oder dicker Teig (amerikanisch) für jeden was dabei! Danke euch!

Wir bestellen regelmäßig zum abholen und die Pizzen sind immer top! Gute Zutaten und ein einzigartiger Teig machen das Essen hier besonders. Die Preise sind angemessen und das Personal war zu mir bisher immer super nett ! Wir kommen aufjedenfall noch öfter vorbei ;)

Wir haben 4 pizzen bestellt. geschmacklich top! Der Fahrer kam erst nach 2 Stunden, stieg aus und fragte: "habt ihr Hunger?" mit einem selbstgefälligen grinsen. War etwas unverschämt wenn man schon 2 Stunden auf die Bestellung warten muss.

Delivery to Neutraubling, in Liferando App was 1:31h wait time , but in 40min food was on our table, very pleasent delivery man, delicious food, 3 pizza was ordered. Good job! 👍

Wir bestellen immer hier Pizza. Sie schmeckt Super und wird immer Schnell zubereitet. Empfehlenswert
