Collinghorster Grill GmbH in Rhauderfehn

We were vacationing at the Collinghorster Grill, as the Google reviews and a comment from a friend who lives nearby didn't really have anything negative to say. No sooner said than done, so we went to the grill restaurant. The greeting from the employee/manager was very friendly, as was the prompt taking of our drink order. The drinks were also brought to our table very quickly. I ordered a gyro burger with special fries. Besides the "gyro burger" tag, there was nothing else written next to it: no ingredients, no serving style, nothing. I was only halfway through my order when the employee/manager immediately told me that gyros were out. When I finished my order, she told me that the gyro burger had a gyro patty. At first, that was fine with me. My husband ordered a "regular" hamburger with red/white fries. The order was served quickly. My gyro burger consisted of the bun bottom, some coleslaw on top, a frozen patty that had absolutely nothing to do with gyros (neither in appearance nor taste), some tzatziki, and then the bun top—that was it. The special fries (for those who know them: ketchup, mayo, and finely diced onions) consisted of more mayo than anything else, with roughly equal amounts of ketchup on top, fried onions, and then sliced ​​cucumbers from a jar. The whole thing was garnished with an orange slice and equal amounts of hamburger sauce as ketchup and mayo. The fries themselves were okay, but the ones underneath the mountain of sauce, onions, and pickles were soggy. Now for my husband's dish: bun bottom, patty, two small slices of cucumber from a jar, a few fried onions, and then the bun bottom. (Hello - where were the tomato slice, lettuce leaf, and regular onions, which are normally basic items on every hamburger? No, you should have ordered a different hamburger.) The fries were also smothered with ketchup and mayo, oh yes, and there it was again, the obligatory orange slice. I immediately lost my appetite after trying the burger and the fries and didn't eat any more. Since we had a table right at the counter, the employee/boss couldn't have missed the fact that I had stopped eating, because she also glanced over several times. My husband then ate his food, and since he was still hungry, he finished mine too, but rather reluctantly, since he didn't like it either. When the employee/boss cleared the plates and asked if I enjoyed it, my husband just said yes, and I didn't say anything, which she also noticed and had seen before, but didn't ask again. Maybe she didn't care. In the restaurant industry, you should really have an eye and a sense for when a guest is dissatisfied, even if they don't say anything. Conclusion: This was our first and last visit to this grill!!!! Unfortunately, I can't give the food a star, but I'll give the service two stars, as the welcome was very friendly and everything went relatively quickly from taking the order to the food delivery.

I've lived in Germany for 13 years and drive past this place every day. During my vacation, I told my wife we'd go there sometime... at the grill. We were thinking of meat-based meals. We were surprised when we saw the menu: fries, burgers, and everything else you can get from a deep fryer. It's a German version of a chip shop. Easy to eat, spacious, and tastes great for a reasonable price. They don't sell wine, but they do sell beer and spirits. Why not wine? I have no idea. So when we don't feel like cooking and just want a snack, we go here.

This "GRILLrestaurant Collighorst" on Hauptstrasse 154 in 26817 Rhauderfehn is an excellent opportunity for me to enjoy excellent food. Inside and outside, everything is neatly maintained and therefore adds value. Thanks to the good quality and the extremely friendly, fast service, I am just as impressed as by the for the relaxed atmosphere that accompanies me. You don't just eat classic here, but also vegetarian excellent and the range is enormously variable. As a guest, I would also like to mention the opportunity to place an order beforehand when reserving a table. Delicious burger and schnitzel variations, crispy and/or spicy, classic/special, Baguettes and hearty side dishes pamper the palate and set the mood for the cuisine in a special way. IMBISS - BISTRO - GRILL, as well as a bowling alley round off the variety of restaurants. Children are also spoiled for choice and are also very welcome. Free and disabled-accessible parking spaces and entrances are mandatory, which is why I chose this restaurant Give 5 great stars.

People people people! We have gotten food here many times in the past. Always good - today for the last time! We ordered 2 mushroom cream schnitzels, 2 burgers and a fries: Waiting time is completely fine, as always. When we get home, we eat schnitzel! Unfortunately, by comparing it with the other one, I realized that it was spoiled. Not enjoyable, more like nausea with sauce. The rest of the meal was fine. Well, before I give my review here, I'll talk to the snack bar. So I called. When I explained who I was, I had just picked up food and further explained that one of the schnitzels was spoiled, I first got no answer and then a “yes, I'm sorry”. A moment of silence followed... Then I asked how something like that could happen, and I didn't get an answer at all. When I asked what we're doing now, nothing came up. Just silence. I announced that I would evaluate and ended the conversation. At the time I am writing this review, there has been no recall from the snack bar. This is customer service! I can only strongly advise against the store after this situation and the previous price increase in relation to this situation. At first I thought: price increases are ok - as long as the quality is right. But like this, with the poor quality, with the reaction to this defect, I won't enter the store again. A pity!

Price performance, overpriced...a fries without, a small bowl, simple thin fries, 3 euros without anything on them, half a chicken very small 5.40 or 5.50, I can't remember exactly, unbelievable, at the Gockel Spezi 5.80 and super fresh and considerably larger. Ein regionaler Imbiss. Aber hier ist man weit über den Begriff Imbiss hinaus. Entweder man bestellt klassisch am Tresen für "Unterwegs" oder bekommt am Tisch von den netten Service Kräften die Karte zur Bestellung. Das Essen wird an den Platz gebracht und am Platz kann auch bezahlt werden. Klingt so selbstverständlich, ist es aber für die Kategorie Imbiss in dieser Region nicht. Darum behaupte ich mal, hier darf man mehr als Imbiss erwarten. Das Ambiente ist einladend. Aber jetzt zum Essen. Mehrfach konnte ich mich von der Qualität überzeugen. Hier stimmt Preis, Größe und Qualität. Sozusagen, satt werden zum Imbisspreis, Ambiente und Service in Restaurantqualität. Komme gerne wieder.

Essen und Service immer top ..alle gut gelaunt und freundlich.. Preise passen auch .. meiner meinung einer der besten Imbisse im Umkreis von 10 km ... fürs Ambiente nur 2 Sterne weil seit ewigkeiten die Sitzbänke kaputt sind und aufm Herrenklo das Pissuar Defekt und auch insgesamt ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit bräuchte ...

Geschmacklich top! Lecker Bratkartoffeln, Gyros gibt's nur Sa & So (dafür aber frisch) alles sauber... einzig die kleinen Portionen passen nicht zu den großen Preisen. Incl. Getränk muss man hier ca. 15 € pro Person einplanen (für ein Imbiss auf dem Land eindeutig zu viel)

Essen war gut, haben sich ein bisschen versehen damit haben Essen bekommen was wir garnicht so bestellt haben

War gestern erstmals dort. Hatte Schaschlik mit Kroketten und eine hollänfische Fleischkrokette. Zum Nachtisch gab es den Joppieburger. Junges Mädchen bediente mich. Sie war etwas zerstreut. Besteck vergessen, obwohl Essen bereits da. Sie war aber so herzlich lieb. Ich gab Ihr gerne gutes Trinkgeld. Das Schaschlik war gut gebraten oder evtl. frittiert, aber Spitze. Mit Bauchspeck, Zwiebeln und frische Paprika. Nicht wie im Süden, wo Schaschlik nur in einer Paprikatunke gekocht wird. Joppiesauce erste Mal probiert. Die ist mir zu süß. Aus Erfahrung wird man klug. Die Baguettes am Nachbartisch sahen super aus. Die muss ich die Tage noch genießen.

Von der Sache her ein Schnellimbiss, von de Einrichtung her schon ein wenig Restaurant

Spontaner Besuch. Wir hatten ein Jägerschnitzel und einen Hühnchenburger mit Pommes extra und Salat extra. Zwei Getränke. Essen war in Ordnung, Heiß , für eine Grillstube gut gewürzt , man sitzt nett. Die Salatsauce war etwas viel. Als Nachtisch hatten wir einen Erdbeershake und ein Softeis. Das Eis war zu kristallin, somit leider nicht cremig, der Shake war leider dann Vanille statt Erdbeer. Bezahlt haben wir 41 Euro Service Dame freundlich.

Ich haben den Gyros Teller getestet. Er wurde ja wirklich schlecht bewertet. Es war mein erster Gyros Teller ohne Pommes, ungewöhnlich. Für 9,20 € meinte der Nachbartisch ist schon wenig. Positiv, Gyros vom Spies, Tzaziki und der Krautsalat waren gut. Mir hat die Portion ja völlig gereicht. Meine Empfehlung , ein paar Pommes dazu 9,80 € alles top. Übrigends sehr nettes Personal, freundlich, Insgesamt 4 Gourmetsterne von 5

Ein typisches Schnellrestaunt mit Innen- und Außengastronomie. Die Speisekarte ist sehr reichhaltig.

Sehr Leckeres Essen und nette Bedienung

Im nachmittaglichen Sonnenschein Lust auf Burger oder Fastfood? Dann ist man hier nur bedingt fehl am Platz. Freundliches Personal und das Essen ist gut, aber definitiv mit Potential nach oben. Auf dem Cheeseburger lag die Scheibe Käse halb drauf. Soll wohl cool aussehen, wie die Scheibe da lässig an der Bulette runterhängt. Macht beim Essen nur absolut keinen Sinn. Die Schiefe Käsescheibe musste dann zurechtgerückt werden, was ein wahres Burgermassaker zufolge hatte. Vom dazugehörigen Salat möchte ich gar nicht erst reden. Dieser bestand aus einer Tomatenscheibe, einer Gurkenscheibe sowie einem kleinen Salatblatt. Armselig. Vermutlich ist die kulinarische Leistung auch nur ein temporärer Performanceeinbruch nach der Winterpause. Im Hochsommer gibts dann die nächste Chance. Ach ja, und zu teuer war’s nach meinem Empfinden auch. Aber das ist ja wohl zum Trend geworden, mittelmäßiges Essen teuer zu vermarkten.

Leider war das Essen (cheeseburger) nicht lecker, alles schmeckte "abgestanden". Salat war frisch und gut. Waren lange nicht dort essen-hatten es viel besser in Erinnerung. Service wie immer :sehr gut👏
