Simply awesome, great Pinsa, great cocktails and great service. This is the second time we've been here in two weeks and we'll be back. Great atmosphere

An incredibly good pinsa! You can sit in a courtyard and enjoy the sun with a delicious drink. The service was excellent and the atmosphere simply cozy! I'll be back :)

Truly, I cannot find any reason to fault this place. I am currently sitting at the bar, eating delicious food, enjoying the atmosphere, having wonderful interactions with all the staff and had to stop to write this. Staying at the hotel; which is also wonderful. Will absolutely stay here again when visiting Munich.

Pinsa was prepared and cooked in front of me as I sat at the bar, all very fresh! Cocktails were good, though the selection of beer/lager is minimal.

Definitely one of my favorite spots in Munich! It is very nicely decorated and the food is great. The drinks are really good too! The price is absolutely fair, especially for Munich standards, and I always enjoy coming here for happy hour ;) We were served last time by Leo, who was very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend it :)

We had a very nice evening in this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The furnishings are modern, stylish and yet cozy, you immediately feel at home. The pinsas were very tasty, although a bit expensive. The happy hour is a nice addition, but there is only a fairly limited selection of drinks overall. Nevertheless, a recommendable restaurant that we would love to come back to!

Tasty Pinsa, friendly staff and nice ambience. The place is located within a hotel and offers a nice dinner experience. Reservation is recommended but not a must.

Pinsa tasted good, but was very crispy

The worst pinsa I've ever eaten and had to spend 18 EUR per "pinsa". I was hungry when we went there, otherwise I wouldn't have even eaten 1/3 of it... The atmosphere was quite nice, cocktails/aperitifs were very good, the employees were rather absent - we wanted to pay for 15 minutes, but no one came to us because they were talking to each other with their backs to the guests or sitting on the free bar stools...

Really hip restaurant. Lots of space and lots of air to breathe. That makes it really pleasant. There is water to drink otherwise, very unusual for Munich, I think that's great! And the service with Leo was also great: smiling and friendly. Clear recommendation to come here!

The bar is really great. The food is really delicious, if you come here for the food you won't be disappointed. I always say “very juicy!” The drinks are really good and offer a lot of choice. Gin, beer and our own bartender specials. Wow! Leo took over our service and we were completely satisfied. The gin with blood orange is “very juicy” again! I can definitely recommend the bar. The hotel is very nice, with a wild/nature decor. The hallways have bird sounds and it's really cool. The location is great, you're 10-15 minutes from the center and there's plenty of transportation nearby. The food is also very good, with affordable prices. Leo was responsible for our table and was very friendly.

I always make sure to stop by this bar when I visit Munich. The authentic Italian pinsas are delicious and last time the bartender offered me some of the most creative cocktails I have ever had. The restroom is very clean too! Hahaha... love it.

We stayed over NYE and ate at the Pinsa bar 3 nights running. We chatted with staff, an Italian guy I think his name was Andrea who was very friendly and attentive. The pinsa’s were tasty and the cocktails delicious. The bar was cosy and the music matched the vibe, can’t wait to come back again when I next visit Munich.

Service leaves a lot to be desired, waited 2 hours for food

The experience could have been much better if the service weren’t so poor. Unfortunately, it was the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

If you want to go for a drink and have a snack, this is the place to go. The food was ok but it didn't convince me so much that I definitely have to go there again. The service is friendly but could be more attentive.

Getränke lecker und Ambiente gut, coole Bar an sich, aber der Service war echt unterirdisch. Wir waren 2,5 Stunden dort und mussten jedes Mal selbst zur Bar gehen und bestellen, weil kein einziges Mal ein Kellner zu uns kam. Wir haben in der gesamten Zeit nur 2 Getränke bekommen. So etwas schlechtes haben wir leider lange nicht erlebt…

Das Essen war super. Service und Zeit bis zum ersten Bier waren 15 Minuten trotz leerem Lokal. Perfekt zum runterkommen. Man muss Zeit mitbringen. Sind alle sehr freundlich.

Since we were staying at the hotel, we wanted to try it and we liked everything we ate and drank. The chef was Italian and the pinsa was delicious. We also had the opportunity to try the soup of the day for 3 days and they were all delicious.

A place with a convenient location, a very cozy bar with nice music and a stylish design - something that is unfortunately not that common in Munich. I always bring all my friends here, and everyone likes it without exception. The food is delicious, the team is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. I particularly like the beautiful, cozy terrace. I am very happy that I discovered this place, which I visit often and where you can stay in a very relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. A great place to either relax alone with your laptop or a book or bring friends and enjoy delicious drinks and food. The pinsa dough is incredibly delicious, and the pinsas themselves taste great too.

It was just an all around wonderful evening. The team goes the extra mile and is super friendly, the Pinsa master is a humorous Italian man and you can tell, from the hotel management to the reception or service, everyone works as a team and with joy for the well-being of the guests. Pinsa very good and nice atmosphere, unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. For every order (food, drinks) you always wait 20 minutes, and the drinks were forgotten twice

Absolutely top! I went there spontaneously with a friend and received a warm welcome and were given a table straight away. The service is A1, especially the waiter and the pizza maker were extremely friendly and always on hand. The food is amazing. The selection of dishes is not particularly large, but the dishes are really very tasty. I would love to go there again.

Modern and minimalist take on a hotel bar, boasting a outdoor seating in a cozy innenhof. Still/sparkling water free of charge, which quite a refreshing novelty. Very friendly and proactive staff. Menu limited and they somehow tend to close the outside area at 22:00 (bummer), but anyway good take on a relaxing evening drink paired with currently hip pinsas under a sky full of stars.

The pinsa + Spritz deal is definitely worth it. Nevertheless, you shouldn't expect too much, there is a good selection of brushes and spritzes that everyone should be able to find. However, the dough is already baked and not freshly prepared, so it is a little very crispy when you try to cut the pinsa with a butter knife. We also ordered the Oriental Triple starter, the hummus was classic as we know it, the chickpea salad was unfortunately spoiled and tasted fermented. After consultation, we got a new one, which was very tasty. All in all it was okay, but not an absolute highlight

If you don't expect any level of service, the food is okay in my opinion. I was in the Cocoon in Salzburg too and had quite the same experience. Seems the chain needs to train their staff much better

Unfortunately, I didn't have a very positive experience at this restaurant, but I think that's because I was there on a Tuesday (the Spritz Tuesday). The kitchen and bar were overwhelmed and we had to wait 30+ minutes for our drinks and more than an hour for our food, which is unimaginably long at a Pinsa.. After the food landed with us, the waitress said the cutlery was out and we should wait a few more minutes. The drinks were 10/10; The food was good too, but nothing that would make me want to come there again. I thought the event was really great, but you should expect that so many people could come.

Was there yesterday for the third time, yesterday was the first time quite full and unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our food, the two previous times everything was to our satisfaction. Otherwise, the taste is a 10 out of 10 and the decor is also very nice.

Good offer on Tuesdays with free Aperol with a Pinsa. However, if you don't have the capacity or skills to operate a half-full store, you should perhaps refrain from the offer and run normal operations first. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for our Pinsa, which unfortunately didn't taste good. The service staff came to us at most twice during these 2 hours.

Food OK, drinks good, ambience very good. BUT: the service is an absolute disaster. Typical Gen Z work ethic. What does it matter if it takes a little longer? The main thing is to check your smartphone and of course take breaks.

Bad and extremely slow service. We got the menu after half an hour. Food two hours after we arrived. Whereas the bill was brought 1 minute after we asked for it… 👀

Pinsa and drinks really tasty. Service unfortunately below average or non-existent. I've been there three times now and three times I basically wasn't served, the Pinsa has one hour! It took until it came and only after asking, we had to pay at the bar because the waiter didn't come and we weren't even asked in between if we wanted anything else, everything was fine, etc. Service was really terrible. Unfortunately, after the third attempt, this was a serious reason for me not to come again. What a shame! :-(

Very bad service, we were there for 30 minutes and we didn't even receive the menu, even though the bar was almost empty. They didn't even look at us. Not recommendable

2 hours to prepare pizza tongs! 300 managers and employees work like in a Buddhist temple! The action on Tuesday is worth it because it leaves a lot to be desired due to the endless waiting time

Good pinsa and fast service. We were there with 15 people and were served quickly. I can recommend it if you're looking for a larger group and it doesn't have to be in the middle of the old town. There wasn't much going on other than us on a Tuesday, so it was perfect for having a good chat with so many people.
