During the handover, the supplier let someone drive loudly in the stairwell and caused the windows to thunder. After I only had a 50 euro note for my 13 euro order. Pizza wasn't tasty and kid's menu was missing items

I haven't been as disappointed with an order as I was from here in a long time. We waited 90 minutes for our food and then such bottomless impudence arrived. The medium fries for €6, even if they had been warm, were worse than any frozen fries from the oven. This "restaurant" ruined my evening!!!

I've ordered from this restaurant twice via Lieferando - and there definitely won't be a third time! The first time my pizza still didn't come after 1.5 hours. It was only after a call that it was finally delivered. The second time I ordered an “XL Burger” for €14, which was absolutely disappointing. The taste is okay, but cold and tiny - it's a shame to declare it an XL. Even at McDonald’s I can get something bigger and better for less money. The fries were also cold, soaked in old grease and inedible. The absolute killer: My order was forgotten again! Only after another call was it delivered.

Hollandaise baked fries are something so disgusting that you shouldn't actually make it. This shop does it anyway and unfortunately it's awesome. With that in mind, 5/5 for kinky food when you need it.

We ordered two burgers, they were already cold when they arrived and disgusting for the price. My double was barely bigger than the other burger (standard size). The fries were cold, soft and tasted old, and there were no mayo or ketchup packets, just spongy fries. The only good things were the colas and the Joppi sauce We don't talk about the delivery time... (over 1 hour late) and no explanation or apology from the delivery service. We also gave tips, unfortunately. Really not recommended. €2 microwave burger level.

I ordered food with my friends, a variety of dishes, and everything just tasted amazing. Some things weren't even prepared correctly, were delivered incorrectly and were completely cold. Spent almost €50 on this shit (with 3 people) I'll never order here again! Everything was just Frikandel (hot dog and currywurst) We ordered a normal frikandel with it, which then became a special with onions so we couldn't eat it because of onion allergies.. Cinnamon bread is pizza with cinnamon. The only good thing was the Joopie sauce, but that couldn't save the cold sandy fries. I hope our stomachs survive this. Please do yourself a favor and don't order here! I just want to save you

Were there on Friday with a Groupon voucher Burger all u can eat for 4 people! We were welcomed very warmly and super friendly! We were even offered an extra appetizer platter with lots of meat salad and sauces, which wasn't even included! The food was delicious will definitely come here again! Unfortunately the ambience is not up to date! Could use a coat of paint and stuff! But all in all it was very good and really super friendly!!!! I can only recommend giving it a try!!!

I was eating there today, me and my cousin have been puking for 45 minutes if the shop doesn't go bankrupt, Allah will inshallah close it for the diseases that are in the food here, apart from that we had hair in the food and the meat was so hard a crackstone on the street if you plan to eat there be aware of getting sick

Positive: Everyone was very nice and the portions were very large. We were looked after very well. Negative: Unfortunately we didn't like the food and the toilet was a disaster (small, dirty, old, run down). But there was toilet paper, soap and water :-)

What kind of juice shop is this? First of all I order a pizza with salami and corn, what do I get eating paper, the cheese looks so disgusting. the pizza just falls apart, then I ordered another Magnum ice cream, first this Magnum ice cream costs about 4-5€ and then I can't even get this dirty Magnum ice cream, my bill said 24€ and in the end I had to pay about 26€ pay and didn't even get the ice cream I FUCK THIS STORE NOT EVEN MY DOG WANTED TO EAT THE TRASH!!!!! My friend had to cry after a visit. Really really shabby shop, unfriendly employees who just take the kebab and dürüm if they're lucky. Although it was already after 10 p.m. and we were completely alone, it seemed as if the three employees were completely overwhelmed and made us wait for about a quarter of an hour to pay with the card machine that only turned on after minutes. Food was packed even though I said they should give it to us and apparently our food was passed around between the men so that someone would add something to it every now and then. (???) At least edible. (Service 0 stars)

I ordered a kebab with everything and chicken. The kebab had very little salad and the salad was very dry. Meat was a bit burnt and bread fell apart and meat and so on. Unfortunately we waited almost 2 hours for the order, called after an hour and was told the driver would leave in 5 minutes. Real rubbish, pizza soggy and cheese slipped in the package, fries just packed with olives and also soggy. Pizza Teig nicht durch und nach Anmerkung in der Bestellung es soll bitte sehr viel Knoblauch drauf habe ich angerufen und er sagte es sei drauf obwohl nichts drauf war und versuchte mich für dumm zu verkaufen. ,,Knoblauch kommt drauf und dann schieben wir die in den Ofen, ich weiß ja nicht wie du deine Pizza isst, aber so wird es gemacht“. Daran merkt man, dass es keiner vom Fach zubereitet. Schade. Außerdem bekommen die Lieferanten das online angewiesene Trinkgeld nicht, also lasst es bitte sein.

Pizza ist ok, der Döner zählt leider nicht zu meinem Favoriten, da die rote Sauce eher eine Tomatensauce ist.

Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistugsverhältnis nicht. Gestern via Lieferando 2 Wraps bestellt. Die 2 bestellten Wraps werden dem Preis von 11€ pro Stück einfach nicht gerecht. Bei einem Wrap wurde zudem der Mais vergessen.... Schade

Habe 2 mal bestellt und muss sagen das man selten bei einer Pizzeria so gute pizza bekommt alles frisch warm und vorallem lecker fahrer ist 40 min früher dagewesen als bei liferando stand 5 sterne am liebsten 6 29 cm pizza sätigt deutlich den hunger und schmeckt noch richrig gut 1 ne empfelung von mir und einen freund save drin

an sich immer gut und zufrieden. aber in letzter zeit unzufrieden. falsche lieferung und dann hat man auch noch pech und bleibt drauf sitzen. man zahlt geld fürs essen was du nicht mal essen/trinken kannst (allergien). bestellt wird da nicht noch einmal

Essen kam viel später als angegeben. Auf Extras wird nicht geachtet und wird auch nicht zurück genommen. Hatte Nudeln statt schinken, Hähnchenbrust genommen und wurde nicht beachtet. Genauso wie Durstlöscher Geschmack!

Es war nach 2 Uhr am Wochenende und die Jungs dort waren sehr engagiert. Die Dönerpizza hat gut geschmeckt und bisschen Smalltalk gabs auch noch.

Das Essen schmeckt, wir bestellen gerne für den Pizza-Abend zu Hause. Vor Ort ist es auch OK da essen wir dann eher die leckere Pommes. Leider sind die Tische oft etwas klebrig und der Raum an sich wirkt unordentlich. Alle Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich und höflich.

Die Nachtschichtmitarbeiter sind am besten

Für mich und meine Familie war es eins der besten Restaurants in Hilden. Die Pizza war perfekt zubereitet. Vom döner hat alles super geschmeckt. Von döner und pizza alle Beilagen waren perfekt. Sehr netter Service und leckeres essen.Die Bedienung und der Service waren sehr freundlich und schnell.
