The shop closes at 2am. I ordered at 0:35, but the food didn't arrive until 2:40. This isn't the first time this has happened, and the food was ice cold. I can't recommend them to anyone.

The Margarita pizza really doesn't taste good. It feels like there's something in it that shouldn't be there (cinnamon or something), I can't describe it any better. Apparently, they don't offer a tuna and red onion pizza. Often, something is forgotten or even delivered incorrectly. Now I even get a stomachache after eating a Margarita. We've given them enough "second chances" now. We won't be ordering from them again.

Update to the rating before 11/2025 From 12/2025 onwards: New owner. What immediately stood out: smaller portions! Aluminum trays for casseroles are much narrower, and the fries are much smaller. Did they learn from Milka??? :-( Part of the order was missing (fries sauce). The driver is still very friendly. Therefore, now 2 stars less. Rating up to 11/2025: So far, everything has been very tasty, cool service staff, a wide selection of dishes, and open very late for Hilden, until 4 a.m.

I had to find meat for doner kebabs

After ordering and paying online through their website, we received a call telling us to cancel the order because they hadn't received the money. The business had changed ownership and they couldn't reverse the transaction. If we still wanted the food, we would have to pay for it again in cash. There was no option to cancel, and now we have to deal with PayPal to get our money back!

I ordered pizza frutti di mare. It was €5.20 more expensive than a pizza Margarita. But there was hardly any fritti di mare on it. Otherwise, it was tasty.

The visit ended in the hospital. The boss wasn't there when we received the first burgers. I complained that the burgers were burnt. The employee's response: most people like them crispy (see picture). The next burger wasn't burnt, but still raw. When the boss arrived later, I showed him. His response: "I have to give the cook a day off, only the pizza chefs are here today." 🤦‍♂️ The night was hell; I ended up in the hospital completely dehydrated. The employee showed no remorse, not even an apology.

The worst hot dog I have ever eaten

Hello... I've ordered online many times in the past, and actually, everything was fine up until then. Actually... This is the second time in a row that I've gotten hot/cold pizzas... On top of that, the double topping was barely palatable (just not enough) and the whole pizza was really bad... I'll have to really think about whether I'll order there a third time... There are plenty of alternatives... But so far, I've been completely satisfied... difficult... And no, Citty Fritty isn't bad...

The ambiance isn't particularly special (it's more of an outdated fast-food joint, but relatively spacious). But the service was extremely friendly, and the pizza with fresh ingredients was truly delicious, generously portioned, and absolutely worth the money! (And the fact that you even have the choice between medium and hot pepperoni is, in my opinion, a great service.)

We went there for burgers. There was nothing wrong with the food, and the service was also decent. What needs improvement, however, is the cleanliness of this restaurant.

Ordered food there for the first time, and I have to honestly say it was the worst burger I've ever had. Plus, the delivery time was so long, almost 30 minutes late. They also got the wrong fries, and the fries were completely soaked with the sauce. It makes me wonder since when people started ordering fries with sauce on them. So, with all due respect, there's plenty of room for improvement.

The delivery system is disastrous: you order a tray bake pizza but get something else. Re-delivery doesn't help if you have to wait two hours.

We had a really nice time here. We did have some issues with the social aspect, but in the end everything was fine, super friendly, and super delicious. Highly recommended.

Normally a really good place to order food, especially late at night. It's happened before that the food arrived a little late, and when I called, I was assured it would be on its way soon and it was busy. It's not a problem, it can happen. But this evening, I ordered an hour before closing time because my wife and I were really hungry for a kebab. After 25 minutes, I got a message saying it was on its way, but then I waited outside for an hour and a half to no avail. I thought it was busy, so I called again to make sure, but then no one answered (obviously, because it had been closed for half an hour). But now I'm wondering: was it the delivery person's fault? Was the order forgotten, or did the delivery person forget to deliver it? After almost freezing to death in front of the door, I got fed up and asked Lieferando support to take care of it, because I mean, yes, the food had already been paid for, and if it was too late, City Fritti should have let us know instead of confirming the order. I can't give a rating on the ambiance because I haven't been there yet, but the delivery service is terrible. Really awful.

I'd rather not give it any stars! The service was simply abysmal; they clearly don't care. The food was really poor quality, with ready-made products. The fries weren't cooked properly and tasted of old grease... the mayo was really sour... The atmosphere was simply awful, with dirty seating between cardboard boxes and stained walls... Sigh, where do I start? We ordered food from this restaurant at 3am from Lieferando, the only place that is open. Usually the delivery is late. Is ok. We understand. But today was super late. Like super duper late (they never came and it’s 5am LOL) we still flipping waiting for it. We tried calling but no one picking up, google said they closed at 4am and we ordered at 3. Ain’t no way there’s ton of people ordering food at 3am. It’s not PEAK-HOUR ya, it’s not lunch/dinner time. We contacted Lieferando CS for a refund. And if y’all make it harder for us to get a refund imma update this review. Make me hangry smhhhhhh. Do better.

Delivery was supposed to take between 15-30 minutes, but it took 1:15 hours. I called twice, and they didn't understand. They also lied. The driver was unfriendly. Never again. Pizza was cold and pizza champs, and they just shot them. Sad.

I ordered there again today. I've received incorrect orders several times before. They haven't always been accommodating and at least refunded the money I overpaid. Today, I wanted to try it again anyway. Instead of cinnamon, I just had salt and an incredible amount of pepper on my bread, which is completely unacceptable! It's way too spicy, you can't really eat it. And, above all, it's not on the menu. I actually wanted a dessert with cinnamon. Sad, I definitely won't order from there again.

I waited two hours for my food. The food was cold. There was a hair on my currywurst. I mean, it can happen, even if it shouldn't, but when there's a hair under the cheese on my pizza, it's truly inedible and unhygienic. I only ordered here because nothing else was open at that time, as people in Hilden have often heard that this place is unhygienic and disgusting. Everything turned out to be true.

I ordered from this pizzeria by phone – and was pleasantly surprised! The employee on the phone was incredibly nice, patient, and welcoming. You could immediately tell that friendliness is a top priority here. I must say, though, that my teenage son is a regular customer there, and he's extremely satisfied. Ordering was straightforward and relaxed; I felt welcome – even over the phone. Such pleasant service is something you can't take for granted! The food was also top-notch – delicious, arrived hot, and fresh. I did make one mistake, but it was rectified immediately. I ordered three pizzas today and specifically wrote down below (in addition to the extra requests) that only a certain pizza should be without tomato sauce (due to allergies). Now all three pizzas had no tomato sauce and the cheese on one wasn't even melted.

What kind of shop is this, you order paprika schnitzel and you get 2 ready-made schnitzels slapped on the fries and the sauce in 2 bowls next to it, completely oily and messy. Nothing with love or quality, very bad. How you dare to serve something like that is disrespectful!

Disappointing order The Holländai fries were cold and the meat was raw and there was a hair in the package. The promised vanilla dip was missing from the pizza rolls. The quality and care were below all dignity. Anyone who orders here should not be very hungry or have a good stomach.

I haven't been as disappointed with an order as I was from here in a long time. We waited 90 minutes for our food and then such bottomless impudence arrived. The medium fries for €6, even if they had been warm, were worse than any frozen fries from the oven. This "restaurant" ruined my evening!!!

I've ordered from this restaurant twice via Lieferando - and there definitely won't be a third time! The first time my pizza still didn't come after 1.5 hours. It was only after a call that it was finally delivered. The second time I ordered an “XL Burger” for €14, which was absolutely disappointing. The taste is okay, but cold and tiny - it's a shame to declare it an XL. Even at McDonald’s I can get something bigger and better for less money. The fries were also cold, soaked in old grease and inedible. The absolute killer: My order was forgotten again! Only after another call was it delivered.

Hollandaise baked fries are something so disgusting that you shouldn't actually make it. This shop does it anyway and unfortunately it's awesome. With that in mind, 5/5 for kinky food when you need it.

We ordered two burgers, they were already cold when they arrived and disgusting for the price. My double was barely bigger than the other burger (standard size). The only good things were the colas and the Joppi sauce We don't talk about the delivery time... (over 1 hour late) and no explanation or apology from the delivery service. Were there on Friday with a Groupon voucher Burger all u can eat for 4 people! We were welcomed very warmly and super friendly! We were even offered an extra appetizer platter with lots of meat salad and sauces, which wasn't even included! The food was delicious will definitely come here again! Unfortunately the ambience is not up to date! Could use a coat of paint and stuff! But all in all it was very good and really super friendly!!!! I can only recommend giving it a try!!!

I was eating there today, me and my cousin have been puking for 45 minutes if the shop doesn't go bankrupt, Allah will inshallah close it for the diseases that are in the food here, apart from that we had hair in the food and the meat was so hard a crackstone on the street if you plan to eat there be aware of getting sick

Positive: Everyone was very nice and the portions were very large. We were looked after very well. Negative: Unfortunately we didn't like the food and the toilet was a disaster (small, dirty, old, run down). But there was toilet paper, soap and water :-)

What kind of juice shop is this? My friend had to cry after a visit. Really really shabby shop, unfriendly employees who just take the kebab and dürüm if they're lucky. Although it was already after 10 p.m. and we were completely alone, it seemed as if the three employees were completely overwhelmed and made us wait for about a quarter of an hour to pay with the card machine that only turned on after minutes. Food was packed even though I said they should give it to us and apparently our food was passed around between the men so that someone would add something to it every now and then. (???) At least edible. (Service 0 stars)
