Friendly staff and delicious pizzas

I wanted to do something special for my birthday and chose Totò e Peppino, which I had heard a lot of good things about. I ordered the seafood special pizza and it was fantastic. Every bite was an explosion of flavors – fresh mussels, shrimp and calamari on a perfectly seasoned bed of tomatoes. The staff were also very attentive and even organized a little surprise for me. An unforgettable evening!

I came to Totò e Peppino based on a recommendation and it far exceeded my expectations. The bacon and fig pizza was an excellent combination of sweet and savory, topped with a perfectly balanced balsamic glaze. The solid wine advice rounded off our visit and made it a cultural culinary delight.

Cosy pizzeria with nice varied menu. Pizza was ok, a bit too soft for my taste and slightly undercooked. Ingredients were good. Service quite distracted.

The restaurant does not impress with its great location or excellent ambience. However, I have never been able to eat such good pizza in any other restaurant in Germany. When you eat here you can expect a really tasty and authentic Neapolitan pizza. We'd love to come back :)

I have rarely experienced such good Italian cuisine outside of Italy. The pizzas are amazing and the selection of antipasti was impressive. The service was quick and very accommodating. A perfect place for a cozy dinner with friends or family.

Was there recently with colleagues, the pizzas were okay. I have eaten significantly better Neapolitan pizzas in Cologne. The waiter was rude and hectic. In addition, the tables outside are basically in the middle of the road, very loud and not relaxing. First and last visit.

As a vegetarian, I am often disappointed by the selection in pizzerias, but here at Totò e Peppino I have found my favorites. The Verdura pizza with grilled vegetables is outstanding and the fresh rocket and parmesan on top complete the dish perfectly.

I ordered through Wolt, the pizza was ready for pickup on time and the service was friendly. The toppings and crust of the pizza were very good, the ingredients seemed to be of good quality. The only drawback was that the base of the pizza was extremely thin, meaning the topping lacked any support when eating.

Last week I was in town on business and grabbed a quick lunch at Totò e Peppino. The choice fell on the 'Quattro Formaggi' pizza. After the first bite it was clear to me: This cheese composition is in a league of its own! I have rarely enjoyed such a harmonious combination of different types of cheese.

I'm Italian and have been living in North Rhine-Westphalia for a few decades and have been looking for a Pizzeria Napoletana with a wood oven for a long time, Italian owners and staff (from Naples), Neapolitan decoration with Maradona football T-shirts and, most importantly, really good Neapolitan pizza. I was there today with my wife and dog and I was thrilled. The pizzas were amazing. It is also a 'Friggitoria' and you can get fried appetizers and also fried pizza. There is a great selection of pizza, white, red and fried, great appetizers, good wines and drinks. There is some room for improvement with the desserts, they are ok but something really homemade is still missing. Overall a real short trip to Naples. A bit hectic at the beginning but that's fine, pizzerias in Italy are for quick food. After that things relaxed considerably. Friendly service, reasonable prices. Really great, from today on I no longer have to bake myself to eat a good pizza!

If you are in Cologne but want to feel like you are in Campania, this is the right place.... The pizza is an understatement, I would say that it is just EXCELLENT.... Top leavening which makes it very light. The appetizers and fried strips to dip in cream or Nutella are also delicious. The staff then, wonderful.... Italian excellence abroad...

I had dinner here this evening. The cutlery was slapped bluntly onto the table. Very hygienic. We waited 50 minutes for the pizza. However, this was good. But there are far better alternatives in Cologne.

I am a big fan of Neapolitan pizza and make it myself in the pizza oven at home. Accordingly, I came with high expectations and was not disappointed. Totò e Peppino has excellent pizza. Great dough. Good and fresh ingredients and above all a creative pizza menu. Overall, I was completely satisfied. The only minor criticism is that my pizza had a few too many large black spots due to air bubbles on the edge. But that doesn't spoil the very positive overall impression in the slightest. Wine delicious. My pizza burnt and soggy at the same time, but at least with delicious toppings. The other pizza we ordered had a better consistency, but the topping was mediocre at best. It's somewhat impressive how you manage to get the edge black but not crispy. Overall "okay" for a reasonably fair price, but it's surprising how all the awards came about. I've had better frozen pizza.

Authentically decorated Italian restaurant. Furniture and decoration create an Italian flair. Unfortunately it is extremely loud and you sit very close to the other guests. The service is functional and cool. Unfortunately, Italian warmth is completely missing here. In addition, the glasses are dirty across the board.
