We were there at exactly that time with our son because it was his birthday and he had chosen a movie he wanted, Willow, which was in danger of being canceled due to the power outage. I'm shocked, what kind of situation is this? The toilets only stink of urine, you can't even say they smell! The cinema hall is dirty and smells musty 😭 Chewing gum on the seats, beer bottles on the floor. I really only stayed because I paid for the seats and hoped the film would be over quickly Seats are very narrow, even the double seats. Very little leg room. Unbearable for pregnant women. 14€ for what???

It is wonderfull cinema, with plenty of rooms. The daily movie offer is always great. As an expat I always get to see movies im Original Version. A bit pricy but I would say is worth the price. You can find more than one pop-corn stand in the different floor. The have a bar, cafe and restaurant, with beautiful terraces.

Unfortunately, the cinema was dirty, we were in Studio 3. A mouse was running in the hallway in front of the cinema and it also came into the hall. In the restaurant we had to wait 20 minutes for service, even though two people were chatting at the entrance. Drinks expensive. Almost 9 euros for an Aperol.

Since no dates and times were displayed online, I wanted to ask directly at Cinecitta. The nice gentleman at the checkout couldn't help me and referred me to the information desk. In front of me was a lady who talked to the employee for minutes until the employee noticed me (after at least 5-10 minutes). Then I realized that it was a private conversation between the two of them. I don't think it's nice to make customers wait several minutes to have a private conversation. After I asked about the film, I was rudely pointed to the website, which I had logically already checked out. The entire demeanor was unsympathetic, unfriendly and not service-oriented at all. The evaluation only applies to this one moment when you only had a simple question. The whole thing was a few weeks ago. Unfortunately it was disappointing.

As an enthusiastic cinema-goer, I always like to use my city trips to get to know the local cinemas and get an impression of the cinema culture of other places. During my walk through Nuremberg I came across the CINECITTA' multiplex cinema and was immediately pleasantly surprised. The selection of films is considerably large and I really liked the modern impression of the cinema, reinforced by the digital displays outside and inside. A real plus is the in-house dining area, which seems to be an ideal meeting place for friends and families before the film. The surrounding area also offers a good selection of restaurants and bars for a visit before or after the cinema. Purchasing tickets online went smoothly. The price of 14 EUR for a 2D performance seemed a bit high to me, but seemed to correspond to the standard of this cinema and in Nuremberg in general. Cinema hall 2 was clean and well-maintained. However, I personally found the seats to be a bit uncomfortable. The backrest was very straight, which was a bit tiring after a while - you could describe it as "sitting tightly". Other than that, there was nothing to complain about. In my opinion, the picture and sound quality were very good and contributed to a successful cinema experience. The prices for snacks and drinks were, as usual in most cinemas, on the high side, but unfortunately you got used to that. Should I be in Nuremberg again and feel like going to the cinema, I would happily consider CINECITTA again. I can definitely recommend this cinema to cinema fans.

I was at the Cinecittà Nuremberg and watched the film “Hero of the Stones – Lego and His Lawyers” – in the deluxe cinema. And what can I say? It was an absolutely great experience that goes far beyond “normal” cinema visits! You feel welcome as soon as you enter. In the deluxe cinema you not only get an extremely comfortable seat, but you can also adjust it individually - even to the reclining position! I have rarely watched a film so relaxed. The highlight: Food and drinks are brought directly to your seat - served stylishly on porcelain dishes and with proper cutlery, not as usual with paper cups and plastic. You can even reorder at any time without missing the film or having to get up. The service is super friendly, attentive and pleasantly unobtrusive. The film itself – very exciting and informative, especially for anyone who is interested in creativity, trademark law and the history of LEGO and Hero of the Bricks. The atmosphere in the hall was calm, the picture was razor-sharp, the sound was clear - simply perfect. Conclusion: A true premium experience that is worth every penny. I will definitely come back and can fully recommend the Cinecittà - especially the deluxe cinema!

The cinema itself is great, modern technology, especially the deluxe cinemas are recommended. The website, on the other hand, is a disaster! Technically completely outdated, it takes forever for the page to set up, ticket booking is currently not possible...

Great cinema and always a good experience, but if you try to get tickets online you can be prepared for a nervous adventure. The site takes ages to load and is plagued with crashes. It really shouldn't be that difficult.

The Cinemagnum kino is a gigantic screen and one must watch a movie in this screen to feel the vibe and experience the magnanimous aura. I have watched the Hans Zimmer movie and the dolby sound effects were marvellous. There are some other screens too in Cinecetta that are just forgettable and they should just be used for big family or private screenings only.

CineCitta has always been a cinema I like to go to, the best sound and comfortable seats. But it's even better in deluxe cinema Armchair to lie on and feel comfortable without being disturbed when someone walks past because there is so much space in front of your feet. The snacks are perfect for the cinema, I like the nachos and their sauces as well as the popcorn. Drinking 1 liter is a must for every fan. Only when it comes to the toilets did I wish they were closer to the hall so that I didn't have to walk a long way. But these are luxury problems. The team is very friendly and helpful.

A very nice and large cinema. The website is very confusing. The parking garage is a nightmare when the barrier is broken. The payment machines only accept cash, and they don't even accept 20-euro notes under 10 euros. The supposed card machine in the middle couldn't be found. In Norway, you can even pay for the toilet with a credit card, whereas in Germany, it's often impossible to pay for simple things with a card.

I just love this cinema! As soon as you enter you feel at home. Everything is super clean, well-kept and the staff is always friendly, helpful and in a good mood. The deluxe halls are absolutely amazing – comfortable, adjustable armchairs, huge legroom and drinks service right at your seat. You really feel like you're in a luxury cinema! The Cinemagnum 3D is particularly impressive with a gigantic 610 m² screen - one of the largest in Europe! The picture, the sound, the atmosphere – pure goosebumps. With a total of 24 cinema halls and over 4,700 seats, the Cinecittà is the largest multiplex cinema in Germany - and it shows: huge selection of films, state-of-the-art technology and something for every taste. For me it is the best cinema ever. Anyone who loves films must have been here at least once!

Still Germany's largest multiplex cinema, but a lot of things have deteriorated. Cleanliness everywhere, and the restrooms are the worst of it; they really need a renovation. It's a shame it's been so neglected. I grew up with Cinecitta. My last visit was on Monday, March 24, 2025, which was also the quietest time. 3 stars is only because I've known it since childhood. Clean it up again, and it'll get 5 stars again.👍

I recently organized a birthday party at this cinema, and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. The person working at the information desk was incredibly rude, unpleasant, and completely unprofessional. Despite having booked vouchers online in advance, they flat-out refused to issue them to us without any valid explanation. This not only ruined the mood of the event but also left us scrambling to adjust plans last minute. It’s shocking how poorly the staff treated us, especially when this was meant to be a special day for a child’s birthday. I wouldn’t recommend this cinema to anyone based on this experience. They need to seriously reconsider their approach to customer service

If you don't need the big screen for a new sci-fi epic or something similar, we particularly like the deluxe cinemas with their comfortably adjustable seats and delivery of snacks and drinks. Great thing, getting the cards quickly and easily

Very nice cinema, especially the deluxe auditoriums. However, there are 2 negative points to add: the very high prices (approx. 60€ for 2 people + 1 popcorn & drink) and that it sometimes takes a long time until the snacks are brought to the place.

I can only recommend everyone to try the experience in the deluxe cinema. Great lounge chairs with enough space. The location is also simply great and worth supporting.

We are very satisfied with the cinema and enjoy coming here again and again. The deluxe halls are comfortable and offer enough distance from other guests so that you can enjoy the film undisturbed. We particularly like the service that the food is brought directly to your seat. The Cinemagnum also impresses with its huge screen. Yes, it can be a bit chilly at times, but that can easily be compensated for with warmer clothing. Given the size of the rooms and the number of visitors, it is understandable that the cinema has to act economically. Better a slightly cooler hall than a cinema that has to close at some point. Basically, the CINECITTA is a great cinema – great atmosphere, modern technology and friendly staff. I like coming here because the cinema experience itself is great. But what really bothers me is that people keep sneaking in during the film. I pay for my ticket while others walk in for free, make noise and seem to get no consequences for it. This takes some of the fun out of the cinema experience because, to be honest, I feel like I've been ripped off. I would like this to be better controlled. If this problem is solved, I would be happy to give you a better rating!

A large and modern cinema with a great atmosphere. Occasionally it can be a little difficult to find the right hall. The prices are on the high side, but the experience is worth it. Another positive thing is that it is located in the heart of the old town. The location is very convenient for visiting other cultural sights afterwards.

We were in the huge Cinemagnum, the seats were comfortable and the sound was also great. Only the air conditioning was set way too cold, which was really unpleasant. Otherwise everything was fine.

The choice of films is always excellent! I also like the variety of rooms. It is also very inclusive how the theatre offers the possibility to watch films in German and English. They have also been generous enough to show films in Ukrainian for quite some time now. There is never really a queue if you buy tickets offline, there are enough toilets around and every auditorium is accessible. Perhaps one inconvenience of films in English and Ukrainian is that they are ALWAYS at a very inconvenient time. For example, midday or early in the working day. I am not sure if someone who works would ever be able to make it to the cinemas at 10-11am. I've had popcorn from CINECITTA once and it wasn't something I'd ever want to get again, so that says something about the quality, which definitely needs to be improved. Last but not least, they have the biggest cinema in Europe, but they never have enough good films or films in English. It is always in German and a bit weirdly chosen. Overall, it is a great experience to go to the CINECITTA once in a while, but some small improvements would play a role for the customers!

Yesterday we were there again for some time. The cinema hall was far too cold throughout the entire screening; we were freezing throughout even though we kept our jackets on. Comfortable is different. In addition, one or two renovations would slowly be necessary. Unfortunately, given the price, I expect a slightly different experience.

Just getting old and not really new

It's a big complex. As far as I can see, there are two restaurants, a cafe and a cinema inside. Cinema halls are in different sections on different floors. We watched a movie in hall number nine, the hall was clean and spacious. Ticket prices are 11 Euros on weekdays, Egyptian menu is 9 Euros. With this logic, I think the buffet is a bit expensive. I chose mixed corn, sweet and salty, both tasted good. Overall a nice complex.

Incredibly large cinema which was largely underground. So it can take some time on your first visit until you find your cinema hall in the labyrinth. 😉 I was in one of the premium halls where drinks and snacks are served to you at your seat. The whole thing is rounded off with large, comfortable and electrically adjustable chairs. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether this experience is worth the money. For my part: Definitely, if you don't do it more than a month. The only disadvantage: the sanitary facilities are very old and unkempt. Not exactly suitable for the money you spend on average here.

Always had positive experiences over the years. But this time it was a complete disaster! For me, deluxe cinema means relaxation and no rush - none! The employees distributed the orders far too late and didn't finish them. Without warning the film simply stopped, no apology or anything. The armchairs were also not comfortable and completely adjustable; other deluxe rooms are much more comfortable and, above all, you can adjust the entire lying position.

Yesterday I went to the cinema in Nuremberg for the first time. I was in the movie “Paddington in Peru” with my partner, unfortunately the sound didn't work throughout the entire movie, there were moments where you heard absolutely nothing for over 3 minutes. Many people complained but no one came to solve the problem. We were simply told that we would get our money back. An unfortunate experience, I won't go to this cinema again as there wasn't even an apology. Like many others, we wanted to have fun and enjoy the film, but in the end we were totally disappointed with the quality of the company that the cinema offered.

I have watched several movies here and they never switch on the air conditioner. Irrespective whether it’s summer or winter it’s always sweaty and stale air inside the theater. It’s uncomfortable to an extent that I stopped going here altogether.

Today we were in Deluxe Cinema 6. The room felt like it was 18 degrees and was way too cold. Many moviegoers had to put on their jackets. Sorry, but there is no trace of the deluxe feeling and therefore clearly too expensive and not recommended.

The Deluxe Room offers luxurious furnishings with spacious seating that is extremely comfortable - perfect for long films! The legroom is impressive, and the ability to adjust the seats makes the experience even more enjoyable. The screen is huge and the picture and sound quality are simply fantastic. You really feel like you're in the middle of the action and can enjoy every scene to the fullest. The sound is clear and powerful, which makes the film experience even more intense. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the selection of snacks and drinks is varied. From fresh popcorn to delicious nachos – no wish remains unfulfilled here. Overall, I can only warmly recommend the Cinecitta Nuremberg and especially the Deluxe Hall. It's the perfect place to spend a movie night - be it with friends, family or a romantic date. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The cinema is impressively large and much of the facility is underground. If you visit this cinema, you should definitely see the CINEMAGNUM hall once. However, you should avoid sitting in the first row of the upper seats in the CINEMAGNUM, as the railing partially blocks the view of the screen... It should be mentioned that you can take pizza, citizens, etc. into the cinema, very cool!
