Technology is great, there is no better place to watch good films in the cinema. Minus point 1 is the expensive prices, Negative point 2 is the constantly changing number of students who are employed, so you should hire permanent staff. Negative point 3 is the now 30-minute advertisement before the film. Negative point 4 is the volume, the sound is sometimes really overdriven.

MINI cheesecake for €4.40 :/ That's pretty outrageous. And a HOT chocolate is, as the name suggests, HOT and NOT lukewarm. Maybe this will work at some point...

I wanted to go to the cinema with a friend as normal. Blow cake, it didn't work.! Unfortunately, a very “warm” man didn’t let us in because we didn’t have any ID with us for a film from 16?? I, who will be 19 in a month, am not allowed to go to a film over 16... although I had my ID with me and my 18 year old girlfriend (with picture ID) unfortunately wasn't... a group of at least 22 year olds weren't allowed in either... I mean, if it were alcohol, I would understand the whole drama, because there are a lot of people who are under 18 and consume alcohol... well then we had to go to another cinema where they were still nice, friendly and warm to their customers are. Very unfortunate..

Very nice cinema, friendly staff, good food

I don't even know where to start. Yesterday we thought we would finally go from Bamberg to Nuremberg to the “big” cinema and try it out with the deluxe. The anticipation was great, but that was it. 76€ for more or less a little more space, so that you can have your popcorn and nachls carried to your place and that's it. The screen was apparently dirty because you constantly saw a black film on it, and there was popcorn between the seats. The 3D glasses were dirty and smeared. For €76 and an hour's journey I would have hoped for better. Unfortunately it was a disappointment and we won't be coming back.

This cinema is really very very very big. :D You can also go for something to drink and/or eat before the film. The seats in the cinema itself are okay (had normal seats). Sound and picture were also perfect. Staff was very friendly. There are also plenty of parking options nearby

Went to the Cinemagnum and apart from the long walk down, everything was great.

Great cinema, food (American dinner) flop! Online reservations for the cinema are great. In particular, you can order popcorn etc. at the same time. This speeds up the journey to the cinema without the hassle of queuing. Went to the American Dinner before the film, but it was really disappointing. Fries quite tasteless, burgers quick and easy but nothing special. But friendly staff. Cine would like to go again but without American dinner.

Nice cinema. We just went to see a film in Cinema 4 and there was a very strange smell in the hall. It's time to clean or replace the chairs after such a long time.

Dear managers and those responsible at the Cinecitta multiplex cinema! The FSK approvals are not adhered to in your cinema! In principle, every child can watch every film! I've witnessed it twice myself. And I reported this to your employees both times!!! The first time (unfortunately) after going to the cinema a few months ago. The 2nd time (today): even during the film. And nothing happened!!! This information did not reach those responsible!!! In principle, today I didn't pay my money to go to the cinema, but to go to kindergarten! Venom 3 is FSK 12 (according to information on your website). There were 5-6 boys in the hall who looked younger (and I think still without a supervisor). They disturbed everyone, behaved impossibly and left a mess behind! The first time there were families with children in the hall who had brought children's bikes with them. These children were so small!!! I understand that it is impossible to oversee everything. BUT, if an adult in the room notices something like this and reports it, it should be investigated! I'm pretty sure that unfortunately my review won't be read by those responsible. To all visitors who find themselves in a similar situation: go to the information stand immediately (during the film) and report it directly!

Somehow it's getting really old. A big city cinema would need some work in terms of renovation and cleanliness. Unfortunately, nachos and popcorn always feel old. To be honest, I'd rather go to Erlangen.

By far the worst cinema in Germany. Service a straight 6 and some disrespectful security staff. I will never visit this cinema again in my life.

Great cinema, but the films are too loud

Quite old - but not outdated. The seemingly eternally young multiplex cinema continues to attract new generations of visitors and, after almost three decades, has become an integral part of Nuremberg's city center. Congratulations and continued success!

Large selection of films, location is great. It is recommended to order the tickets and food online, then you don't have to wait in line for long. A better system for disposing of rubbish when leaving the hall could be introduced. Here everything is just placed on a table that quickly becomes overcrowded.

Today we went to the deluxe cinema to see a children's film. So far we have always liked going to the Deluxe because it is simply much more comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately the cinema was very dirty today. The seats and floor were full of crumbs and leftovers from previous visitors. Some seats were very worn. The cinema has seen much better days. It's a shame, because the price for three people in the deluxe cinema is quite high.

Great cinema with some options for good food and parking.

I was recently at this cinema and was served by an employee (Thursday October 17, 2024 and 9:20 p.m.|9:30 p.m.) who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Their behavior was not only inappropriate but also racist. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in a public service setting. I cannot recommend this employee based on this experience and hope new staff will be recruited.

There are several mice in the cinema hall Really disgusting

We were shortly waiting in front of their 3D cinema building at night and we saw a mouse running around 🤮🤮 What is worse is that this was in their restaurant section. I have no problem with this place as I watched movies here before but now I know not to get food from them. I tried to take a video of the mouse but it kept running away 🐀 Edit: Reading that people got food poisoning after eating here explains all, it is probably because they have mouse droppings in their restaurant. Please get an exterminator.

I've often been to this cinema and always found it very nice. Today my friend and I decided to try out the deluxe cinema. The seats were super comfortable and the service was also great. But in the middle of the film, a mouse suddenly ran over us. Really? You pay extra to treat yourself to a bit of luxury at the cinema, and then this! Something like that doesn't work! Were in Deluxe Box 5 for “Minions” on September 4, 24, 9:45 p.m. The cinema is large and it's worth getting there early and having something to eat or drink in the lobby. Unfortunately, the service in the hall with drinks and snacks took over 40 minutes. You could have easily sold two rounds of drinks!

Great atmosphere, you can spend a great evening here. The online reservation is perfect for us.

I've been a guest at the cine for many years, but today there was really nothing. Booked a deluxe cinema and discovered that the door to the usual welcome drink bar was closed - of course no notice beforehand. At the information desk in the main building the lady takes my question about the welcome drink. - then makes extensive private phone calls and jokes around and then answers me succinctly "just down to the left" - that wasn't friendly. When we arrived at the deluxe cinema, the order was not in place. Others who wanted to order were ignored, the service was very pissed off and very unfriendly. The order arrived late. The ventilation in the cinema is more than inadequate - terribly stuffy and hot - you actually imagine a visit to a deluxe cinema for 50 €+x to be something different - not so quickly!!!!

We were at Cinecitta for the last time today! This cinema, the visitors and the prices are sheer horror - now for the fourth time that you couldn't enjoy going to the cinema. You pay an average of €14 per cinema ticket (prices like that are only available in cinemas, not even the big chains think so far from reality), it's not even checked (I know from internal sources that a good proportion of cinema-goers regularly go in without a ticket) , the queues in front of the counters are endless, you get ripped off when ordering wherever possible. And to top it all off, you sit next to each other for 2.5 hours with bawling teenagers who behave like cavemen. The employees have absolutely no idea about service, both in the catering industry and in the cinema area. Last year, at the Barbenheim spectacle, the air conditioning in all halls was broken when it was 30 degrees and water was no longer sold. Security doesn't exist, visitors can behave however they want and as soon as you say something they just bully you. Nobody cares about the sound technology and audio quality, the sound is far too loud for the somewhat smaller halls. The whole cinema is dirty, almost all of the toilets are blocked, the seats are dirty and old and you can see how stingy the cinema owners are. Start renovating and finally start controlling your visitors - it can't be that 150 people have to suffer from the bad behavior of 6/7 young people!

To kick off our summer party at steuerberaten.de, we met for a lunchtime snack on the roof terrace of Cinecitta in Nuremberg. In the beautiful sunshine we were able to enjoy the view over the Pegnitz and the city. The many seating options invited you to connect. The finger food buffet with a delicious selection of wraps, salads, desserts and much more was particularly well received by the entire team. The service always provided chilled drinks quickly. Overall, the great atmosphere ensured a very successful start to our summer festival, so we can only recommend the Cinecitta roof terrace.

Pure cinema pleasure with a feel-good guarantee If you love cinema and come to Nuremberg, the “Cine” is an absolute must. It cannot be compared at all with the many other multiplex cinemas in Germany. Apart from the individual architecture and interior design, the location in the middle of the old town is probably unique. In 17 cinemas with 100-500 seats and always the latest technology and the cafés, restaurants and bars, unadulterated cinema enjoyment is guaranteed. Sadly this cinema does not want to provide a proper AC for its customers. Not even a proper air ventilation is given. I have given this cinema 3 chances because I thought maybe I just got a day where the ac broke down. It was not, even after some of the guests complained that the air is stuffy and it is too hot in the hall nothing changed. 2 of the movies I watched where in winter 1 in the Sommer and all of them where a hot and stuffy experience. If you just want to watch a movie and have a chair it's okay. The movie played without any problems, only the visitors are breaking a sweat.

A private party was booked for us on the great roof terrace and it was very successful. The staff was super nice 👍 and the food was very tasty. Everyone was thought of and the atmosphere was perfect. Added to this is the brilliant view.

The cinema is very nice but unfortunately a bit old. The deluxe cinema is a highlight because it is really very comfortable. I find just €20 for a standard film to be very expensive.

Disappointing! I really enjoy going to the cinema but what we saw last night in cinema room 4 was the last! As soon as we entered the hall we noticed a strong sewer smell and very warm, stuffy air. Once we got to our seats, I was allowed to first remove the popcorn and other dirt from the previous guests. After half an hour of the film we left. We just couldn't stand the heat in the room & this disgusting smell! A few weeks ago we were also approached stupidly by an employee at the ticket office because I had bought the tickets online (unfortunately you can no longer get them printed out at the seat, like you used to). Since I collect cinema tickets, I went to the checkout to ask if I could have a blank ticket to write on myself (it's never been a problem before!), but this one employee gave me a rude answer, saying they wouldn't give out something like that here would be a waste of paper. Sorry, you can convey something like that in a friendly manner & so far it's never been a problem. I also collect the cards and don't throw them away. The one star is for all the other employees, who were always friendly.

The deluxe cinema is simply amazing. With seats to lie down and if you book in advance you can also get seat service. I'm thrilled

Very disappointed...were in the Cinecitta Deluxe Cinema 2 at Horizont today and were really disappointed...no air conditioning/ventilation for 3 hours, the seats and lighting were badly damaged and very worn, there were still some leftover snacks on the seats, the tortilla chips limp/stuffy...all in all for €60 it looks better at home

Your cinema experience was generally positive, especially on the days when the 5 euro tickets were available. The large selection of films ensured that there was something for every taste. But the completely filthy toilets don't work at all. In many cubicles there was so much toilet paper in the bowls that they were no longer usable. It makes you wonder what went wrong.

We were there shortly before the film started and couldn't decide, but thanks to the lovely Jasmin at the ticket office, we were able to reserve a film for the next time. Ps. we were the gang of 7 people "after work" YOU WERE VERY LOVED KEEP IT UP AND YOU WERE FULLY PATIENT!!!! Thank you ❤️

Large cinema with good programming, but unfortunately quite dirty. In Studio 2 today the smell was unbearable, as if there was never any air. In addition, the hall was not tidy. The toilets were also not in good condition and stank. What a shame!

A huge cinema, seven or eight floors underground. Many cinema halls with good video equipment and comfortable chairs. Sessions for every taste and color, in several languages. The only MINUS is very expensive popcorn, etc.

Dirty, outdated toilets and this also largely applies to the furnishings in the halls. Many seats are broken, lighting rattles during bass-heavy scenes and vermin (rodents) in the building. But you also have to honestly say that you are trying to modernize, but this is happening far too slowly and in some cases inadequately.

This is not a normal cinema.... This is a cinema center.... Plan to get lost with one.... Don't use every door that is open is absolutely dangerous... Yesterday I got lost there with my daughter. ... Really only use the exits you know otherwise you'll call the police, it's not a joke, I almost did it.... People who are afraid of space. Be careful, there are no windows in the lower lounges.... There are positive things too very very very large you have never experienced anything like this many cafeterias on every floor cupboard costs one euro garage from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. ..... 6 euros... cinema 3 d 16 euros... They have because Marvel figures are set up, about 1.80 m tall, they look great... Take caution with you, but the most important thing is..... Don't get lost and take the elevator and remember the directions. Always have your cell phone with you.... You can do that Save lives so you can You can call rescue workers.... There is no air conditioning in summer

The Cinecitta Multiplex cinema is a real highlight for every cinema lover! The halls are modern, well-equipped and offer great picture and sound quality. The deluxe cinemas with adjustable seats and service at your seat are particularly impressive - this makes going to the cinema a real luxury experience. The selection of films is large, and the comfortable seats provide additional comfort. The atmosphere throughout the complex is very welcoming. The prices, both for tickets and snacks, are moderate and absolutely fair. Overall, the Cinecitta is a top cinema experience!

Were here as a small group to see Borderlands (not recommended). The cinema is huge and has a lot of things to watch. Staff was also very friendly

Watched Indian movie and was really dissapointed to see no branding of the movie in the cinema hall. A small studio accommodating 50 people was given to the movie. Popcorn was extremely cold and coke was not cold enough in a hot weather. They didn’t even have ice cubes and upon asking for it they send us to bar area where no one wanted to give ice cubes. It’s overpriced especially compared to the service provided. One star is given because we were able to see an Indian movie in Germany after a long time. I hope they improve and provide good experience to the customers.

The prices are no longer justified. 17.80 for 1x deluxe in the afternoon performance. Drinks, snacks, also really tasty. That's just too much. Otherwise, in normal cinemas there are now uncomfortable seats and ultra-long advertising. The sound is way too loud. Not really great.

Unfortunately, the cinema is becoming more and more disappointing. I've been there since early childhood, and I think it's very noticeable that not much is being invested anymore. Staff especially in the building itself. It's starting to seem a bit "run down". On our last visit, the advertising was already running before the film and was almost over and the hall still hadn't been cleaned (Delux1) all visitors stood in front of the hall for around 25 minutes, plus annoyed comments from whoever was supposed to clean it and obviously no one was up for it. It's a shame, it was really nice there.

Today I traveled almost 100 km to see the film "Tatami" at 5:30 p.m. Of course, I wanted to be absolutely sure at this distance and, in addition to checking and getting information on the Internet, I also asked by telephone. “But yes, the film is showing today,” I was assured at 2 p.m. “And no, a reservation is not necessary.” At 5 p.m. the box office said the film wouldn't be shown today. Why? No idea.... What information can you actually rely on??? I invested a lot of time and money to experience the reliability and customer friendliness of this cinema. It's a shame there isn't an "O star" rating...

Unfortunately I didn't get a drink at the service counter. I was simply left standing and only the guests who had pre-ordered online were served. When I asked if I could get a drink because the film was about to start, the service staff barked at me and told me I had to wait. OK, if I come again I'll bring something with me. It's cheaper anyway. In addition, the air in the cinema was really stuffy. Should have seen the film in Casablanca instead.

Dirty seats which i had to clean my self from chips, 3D glasses had also no more 3D effect because they where dirty, also needed to clean my self, sound and picture was as you would expect from a cinema, cannot recommend

Unfortunately no more than three stars possible. The toilets are really run down, the whole floor in the cinema is sticky, the armrest already had holes in the fabric. There was also no cleaning before the performance. After the performance, the drinks and empty bags from the previous performance were still lying around on the trolley at the entrance.

Everyone must have been to this place when planning a stay in Nuremberg. It's not just the numerous cinema halls or 3D buildings with the long escalators that go down to the depths that amaze you, but also the cleverly different zones for meeting people and a wide variety of gastro offerings: Italian-German cuisine in the restaurant, small dishes in the wicker chair area, Mexican or fries on the upper floor. In summer there are a variety of terraces with a view of the Pegnitz and the city or in the shadow of the building with a view of the education center. THIS is all a world of experience of its own.

Always a pleasure. A visit to the deluxe cinemas is always worth it. And the food in the cinema is also very good and was very good again today. The deluxe cinema is also always worth a visit.

As a family, we really enjoy going to the cinema. Mostly in the deluxe.

The huge cinema is unique in Germany with its extensive program, open-air performances and numerous restaurants, which are really good for cinema restaurants. The beautiful location right in the old town on the water is also really nice. You can easily spend an evening or even half a day there. Basically, really recommended. However, the toilets and the seats in the cinemas should be partially renovated or replaced. Some of the seats smell very musty and are worn through. They are also rather narrow. Unfortunately, the cash register system at the snack checkouts is now terrible. You first have to queue up to order, but then you don't get your things straight away, you have to queue up and wait for at least 15 to 25 minutes. There are a lot of people standing in the narrow space in front of it and nobody can get through and the cashiers have to shout numbers so that the customers can then push forward to pick up their orders.

The cinema was great so far but unfortunately when we went out to eat they didn't have what was actually on the memory card, for example. smoothie etc.
