Basically, the CINECITTA is a great cinema – great atmosphere, modern technology and friendly staff. I like coming here because the cinema experience itself is great. But what really bothers me is that people keep sneaking in during the film. I pay for my ticket while others walk in for free, make noise and seem to get no consequences for it. This takes some of the fun out of the cinema experience because, to be honest, I feel like I've been ripped off. I would like this to be better controlled. If this problem is solved, I would be happy to give you a better rating!

A large and modern cinema with a great atmosphere. Occasionally it can be a little difficult to find the right hall. The prices are on the high side, but the experience is worth it. Another positive thing is that it is located in the heart of the old town. The location is very convenient for visiting other cultural sights afterwards.

We were in the huge Cinemagnum, the seats were comfortable and the sound was also great. Only the air conditioning was set way too cold, which was really unpleasant. Otherwise everything was fine.

The choice of films is always excellent! I also like the variety of rooms. It is also very inclusive how the theatre offers the possibility to watch films in German and English. They have also been generous enough to show films in Ukrainian for quite some time now. There is never really a queue if you buy tickets offline, there are enough toilets around and every auditorium is accessible. Perhaps one inconvenience of films in English and Ukrainian is that they are ALWAYS at a very inconvenient time. For example, midday or early in the working day. I am not sure if someone who works would ever be able to make it to the cinemas at 10-11am. I've had popcorn from CINECITTA once and it wasn't something I'd ever want to get again, so that says something about the quality, which definitely needs to be improved. Last but not least, they have the biggest cinema in Europe, but they never have enough good films or films in English. It is always in German and a bit weirdly chosen. Overall, it is a great experience to go to the CINECITTA once in a while, but some small improvements would play a role for the customers!

Yesterday we were there again for some time. The cinema hall was far too cold throughout the entire screening; we were freezing throughout even though we kept our jackets on. Comfortable is different. In addition, one or two renovations would slowly be necessary. Unfortunately, given the price, I expect a slightly different experience.

My girlfriend really wanted to go to the deluxe cinema. We liked it very much. It was clean and our order was already there. The service was very friendly.

It's a big complex. As far as I can see, there are two restaurants, a cafe and a cinema inside. Cinema halls are in different sections on different floors. We watched a movie in hall number nine, the hall was clean and spacious. Ticket prices are 11 Euros on weekdays, Egyptian menu is 9 Euros. With this logic, I think the buffet is a bit expensive. I chose mixed corn, sweet and salty, both tasted good. Overall a nice complex.

The best place to spend quality time with family.

Incredibly large cinema which was largely underground. So it can take some time on your first visit until you find your cinema hall in the labyrinth. 😉 I was in one of the premium halls where drinks and snacks are served to you at your seat. The whole thing is rounded off with large, comfortable and electrically adjustable chairs. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether this experience is worth the money. For my part: Definitely, if you don't do it more than a month. The only disadvantage: the sanitary facilities are very old and unkempt. Not exactly suitable for the money you spend on average here.

The cinema is of course known nationwide. What is particularly noteworthy is the large selection of films. The deluxe cinemas with the comfortable armchairs are great. Unfortunately I have to deduct a point because it all seems quite worn and used.

Always had positive experiences over the years. But this time it was a complete disaster! For me, deluxe cinema means relaxation and no rush - none! The employees distributed the orders far too late and didn't finish them. Without warning the film simply stopped, no apology or anything. The armchairs were also not comfortable and completely adjustable; other deluxe rooms are much more comfortable and, above all, you can adjust the entire lying position.

Yesterday I went to the cinema in Nuremberg for the first time. I was in the movie “Paddington in Peru” with my partner, unfortunately the sound didn't work throughout the entire movie, there were moments where you heard absolutely nothing for over 3 minutes. Many people complained but no one came to solve the problem. We were simply told that we would get our money back. An unfortunate experience, I won't go to this cinema again as there wasn't even an apology. Like many others, we wanted to have fun and enjoy the film, but in the end we were totally disappointed with the quality of the company that the cinema offered.

I particularly liked the deluxe room. The atmosphere in the cinema is simply great. As soon as you enter you are greeted by a modern and stylish ambience. The Deluxe Room offers luxurious furnishings with spacious seating that is extremely comfortable - perfect for long films! The legroom is impressive, and the ability to adjust the seats makes the experience even more enjoyable. The screen is huge and the picture and sound quality are simply fantastic. You really feel like you're in the middle of the action and can enjoy every scene to the fullest. The sound is clear and powerful, which makes the film experience even more intense. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the selection of snacks and drinks is varied. From fresh popcorn to delicious nachos – no wish remains unfulfilled here. Overall, I can only warmly recommend the Cinecitta Nuremberg and especially the Deluxe Hall. It's the perfect place to spend a movie night - be it with friends, family or a romantic date. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Today we were in Deluxe Cinema 6. The room felt like it was 18 degrees and was way too cold. Many moviegoers had to put on their jackets. Sorry, but there is no trace of the deluxe feeling and therefore clearly too expensive and not recommended.

I have watched several movies here and they never switch on the air conditioner. Irrespective whether it’s summer or winter it’s always sweaty and stale air inside the theater. It’s uncomfortable to an extent that I stopped going here altogether.

Great cinema facility. The deluxe cinemas in particular are a dream. Cozy armchair fully adjustable to a lying position. Food and drinks are served. State-of-the-art technology. There is an Irish pub right next door. Everything is easy to reach.

Don't order vouchers. Time until delivery takes about 1 week... The option to print the voucher yourself was rejected.

Unfortunately, with Netflix and the like, you don't go to the cinema that often anymore. It's always a nice experience. The cinema is impressively large and much of the facility is underground. If you visit this cinema, you should definitely see the CINEMAGNUM hall once. However, you should avoid sitting in the first row of the upper seats in the CINEMAGNUM, as the railing partially blocks the view of the screen... It should be mentioned that you can take pizza, citizens, etc. into the cinema, very cool!

The deluxe rooms are certainly not cheap, but they are definitely recommended. Very comfortable with good visibility and great sound. This is how cinema is fun. At one point or another in the entire complex, however, the ravages of time are clearly taking their toll. The smell of the toilets is also similar to those near the train station. We'll have to take action here soon...

The CINECITTA is a very large cinema complex. We were in a deluxe cinema and were able to pre-order tickets, food and drinks online and pay for them without any problems. The deluxe cinema has very comfortable armchairs where the backrest and footrest can be individually adjusted. The center console between the seats can also be folded up so that you can snuggle up nicely. For snacks we had popcorn, wasabi nuts and a selection of cheese. Everything was very tasty and served straight to the plate. The sound and picture are great, the only thing that is difficult at first is orientation because the cinema has many halls and several restaurants and bars I can also recommend the American Diner. The food arrives quickly and hot and tastes very tasty. However, the portions are very large and difficult to manage alone.

Super positive impressions of everything, from buying tickets from a very polite lady who recommended the best seats to the young man selling popcorn and carefully refilling it. It's not just about a few grains of popcorn, but about paying attention to customers. It's also nice that the cinema is open on holidays and weekends - this is really European standards! We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone we know.

The cinema is great, large with several rooms with movie options and times, great for leisure with family or alone. But unfortunately the Zentral Bar leaves a lot to be desired, I first waited for about ten minutes for someone to come and serve me. Since no one came, I went to the counter to place my order. Since it also seemed that no one saw me there, I decided to ask a waitress how it worked. She told me that she would come to my table, and I waited for almost 25 minutes when she appeared. I found this to be disrespectful and unfortunately they lost a customer who was planning to celebrate her next birthday there.

I went to a FSK 6 film with my children and unfortunately the advertising was anything but child-friendly. The content was mostly about sex and romance, which was completely inappropriate for a family visit. We had to leave the room immediately and spend the commercial time in the hallway. It's frustrating to pay for deluxe seats and then see the comfort spoiled. No decency, no more customs in this country!! When you can't even take your kids to the cinema anymore!!

My last visit on Friday was different than expected. I watched several films today in different cinemas. Deluxe, normal hall and Cinemagnum were on my list. My first visit in 2015 was great, had nothing to complain about at the time. However, it has to be said that nothing has really changed in terms of equipment since then. By this I also mean the seats in the Cinemagnum, many of them have slowly reached the end of their resilience, many of the fabrics are torn and sometimes the upholstery is already visible, and they are also very tight. The screen is huge, but it also has some spots that are particularly noticeable as soon as the film gets a little brighter (especially the one at the top right). Sound was great, I had nothing to complain about. I had nothing to complain about in the deluxe cinemas, everything here was 1A. Service at the seat, welcome drink at the deluxe counter, picture and sound and also the seats in the cinema hall, which also had a table, were all top notch. The employees were also all very friendly. I had absolutely nothing to complain about here, except for compliance with the FSK. Sonic 3 was on and is for ages 12 and up, which means parents can watch the film with their 6-year-old child. I wonder how children who are 4-5 years old are allowed to go to this film but no one controls them. And of course the normal cinema hall. Here it was the case that the entrance (stairs to the square) was covered with quite a lot of popcorn (I can still overlook that, I'm in a cinema and popcorn is somehow part of it), but not only popcorn was to be found, There were also remnants of the previous visitor under the seats, which could have easily been removed. Too bad. The return boxes for the 3D film glasses were also just as full as before the film. Also on the subject of waste, as it should be, you take your rubbish outside with you. I would have liked to have disposed of it, but there was simply no rubbish bin in front of the cinema hall. Toilets should be renovated, yes there are one in every corner, but the condition of all of them is simply not perfect. In short: Negative: There is apparently no FSK control, halls apart from the Deluxe are not at the cleanest level, no rubbish bins at the hall exit, Cinemagnum screen with stains and seats where you can already see the upholstery, toilets in need of renovation. Positive: Deluxe cinemas, friendly staff, large selection of films thanks to the many cinemas, TOP technology.

Were in the deluxe room. Very comfortable seats with reclining function. The staff brought the order to the place and was very nice. Dolby Atmos came across very well. Everything perfect.

Unfortunately the cinema is getting old. And the price compared to the new Admiral cinema is a bit expensive. In addition, people with a disability card only get a €1 discount in the Admiral, the cinema costs €16 and for people with a handicap it costs €8. You also often have to wait a long time in the large café for someone to come by. In addition, the space in the cinema is very tight. If someone wants to pass me, I have to get up every time, which was not the case with Admiral. And when I recently treated myself to a cocktail in the deluxe cinema, I had to wait until the film had already started. The excuse was that the cocktails were made centrally somewhere. If I pay so much money for a cinema and even more for cocktails then I expect the whole thing to arrive relatively quickly and not just when the film is already running.

Best cinema in Nuremberg, gigantic, you have to see it.

I really enjoy coming here again and again! The deluxe cinemas are always clean and the service is friendly. It's a shame, however, that it is no longer possible to order in the hall shortly before the performance. Still, all in all a great offer! If you want to eat something before, after or between films, there are plenty of options and always a place. We always enjoy visiting the diner. :)

The cinema itself is not bad, the seats are okay, the staff is great and the fact that many films are shown in the original English is great. The negative thing was that it was quite cold in the cinema itself during the performance. So cold that we had to put our jackets back on. The women's restrooms (downstairs at Cinema 8-10) were disgusting! In some cases it wasn't possible to rinse, it was unclean and it smelled. Even the toilets at the Christmas market were cleaner. Yes, many moviegoers use the toilets, but I have rarely experienced such disgusting toilets in a cinema. Too bad!

Toilets always smell awful and there's no phone. We were also called out of the film once because we apparently hadn't booked tickets. We then showed the debit to our account. There was probably a technical error on the Cinecitta site. We got the money back, but we still spent €4 in parking fees and lost the enjoyment of the film, because who will watch the film again in the cinema after they've already seen half of it. As compensation we received a voucher… to spend even more money at Cinecitta. Nicely meant, but it could be solved better.

Best cinema also with the bars and restaurants in it

1* For the cinema. 0* for everything else. I strongly advise against purchasing vouchers! Facts: Purchased voucher. When we redeemed it, about 20 days later, the money had already been used up even though we didn't use it. They asked for a receipt 🤣🤣🤣 What was this supposed to prove?! Instead of the money being credited back to us straight away, we had to pay in advance and the "matter will now be clarified"... This is already approaching embezzlement. It's embarrassing that CineCitta isn't accommodating enough to directly credit back €15, which really belongs to us.

Dirty seats in the deluxe cinema, that's not possible

We went to the Cinecitta deluxe cinema for the second time that fall. In addition to increased costs, delivery service and a nice armchair, me and my wife expected a nice and comfortable event - basically expected: better than at home. But puff cake! The cooling was on - of course, you had to even when the outside temperature was 4°. We had 16°!!! In the cinema. I wasn't cold but I was lucky that I had my winter jacket with me. It was horrible! The best reaction is from the employees - a shrug of the shoulders and a "no idea" statement. Nice - I'd rather go somewhere else with comfortable armchairs, less cost, but warm.
