This is not a normal cinema.... This is a cinema center.... Plan to get lost with one.... Don't use every door that is open is absolutely dangerous... Yesterday I got lost there with my daughter. ... Really only use the exits you know otherwise you'll call the police, it's not a joke, I almost did it.... People who are afraid of space. Be careful, there are no windows in the lower lounges.... There are positive things too very very very large you have never experienced anything like this many cafeterias on every floor cupboard costs one euro garage from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. ..... 6 euros... cinema 3 d 16 euros... They have because Marvel figures are set up, about 1.80 m tall, they look great... Take caution with you, but the most important thing is..... Don't get lost and take the elevator and remember the directions. Always have your cell phone with you.... You can do that Save lives so you can You can call rescue workers.... The Cinecitta Multiplex cinema is a real highlight for every cinema lover! The halls are modern, well-equipped and offer great picture and sound quality. The deluxe cinemas with adjustable seats and service at your seat are particularly impressive - this makes going to the cinema a real luxury experience. The selection of films is large, and the comfortable seats provide additional comfort. The atmosphere throughout the complex is very welcoming. The prices, both for tickets and snacks, are moderate and absolutely fair. Overall, the Cinecitta is a top cinema experience!

There is no air conditioning in summer

Were here as a small group to see Borderlands (not recommended). The cinema is huge and has a lot of things to watch. Staff was also very friendly

Watched Indian movie and was really dissapointed to see no branding of the movie in the cinema hall. A small studio accommodating 50 people was given to the movie. Popcorn was extremely cold and coke was not cold enough in a hot weather. They didn’t even have ice cubes and upon asking for it they send us to bar area where no one wanted to give ice cubes. It’s overpriced especially compared to the service provided. One star is given because we were able to see an Indian movie in Germany after a long time. I hope they improve and provide good experience to the customers.

The prices are no longer justified. 17.80 for 1x deluxe in the afternoon performance. Drinks, snacks, also really tasty. That's just too much. Otherwise, in normal cinemas there are now uncomfortable seats and ultra-long advertising. The sound is way too loud. Not really great.

Unfortunately, the cinema is becoming more and more disappointing. I've been there since early childhood, and I think it's very noticeable that not much is being invested anymore. Staff especially in the building itself. It's starting to seem a bit "run down". On our last visit, the advertising was already running before the film and was almost over and the hall still hadn't been cleaned (Delux1) all visitors stood in front of the hall for around 25 minutes, plus annoyed comments from whoever was supposed to clean it and obviously no one was up for it. It's a shame, it was really nice there.

Getting old. Deluxe2. Seat torn open, greasy and not cleaned. Leftover food on the floor. Not possible for €17.50.

Today I traveled almost 100 km to see the film "Tatami" at 5:30 p.m. Of course, I wanted to be absolutely sure at this distance and, in addition to checking and getting information on the Internet, I also asked by telephone. “But yes, the film is showing today,” I was assured at 2 p.m. “And no, a reservation is not necessary.” At 5 p.m. the box office said the film wouldn't be shown today. Why? No idea.... What information can you actually rely on??? I invested a lot of time and money to experience the reliability and customer friendliness of this cinema. It's a shame there isn't an "O star" rating...

Unfortunately I didn't get a drink at the service counter. I was simply left standing and only the guests who had pre-ordered online were served. When I asked if I could get a drink because the film was about to start, the service staff barked at me and told me I had to wait. OK, if I come again I'll bring something with me. It's cheaper anyway. In addition, the air in the cinema was really stuffy. Should have seen the film in Casablanca instead.

Everyone must have been to this place when planning a stay in Nuremberg. It's not just the numerous cinema halls or 3D buildings with the long escalators that go down to the depths that amaze you, but also the cleverly different zones for meeting people and a wide variety of gastro offerings: Italian-German cuisine in the restaurant, small dishes in the wicker chair area, Mexican or fries on the upper floor. In summer there are a variety of terraces with a view of the Pegnitz and the city or in the shadow of the building with a view of the education center. THIS is all a world of experience of its own.

Unfortunately no more than three stars possible. The toilets are really run down, the whole floor in the cinema is sticky, the armrest already had holes in the fabric. There was also no cleaning before the performance. After the performance, the drinks and empty bags from the previous performance were still lying around on the trolley at the entrance.

Dirty seats which i had to clean my self from chips, 3D glasses had also no more 3D effect because they where dirty, also needed to clean my self, sound and picture was as you would expect from a cinema, cannot recommend

Always a pleasure. A visit to the deluxe cinemas is always worth it. And the food in the cinema is also very good and was very good again today. The deluxe cinema is also always worth a visit.

As a family, we really enjoy going to the cinema. Mostly in the deluxe.

The huge cinema is unique in Germany with its extensive program, open-air performances and numerous restaurants, which are really good for cinema restaurants. The beautiful location right in the old town on the water is also really nice. You can easily spend an evening or even half a day there. Basically, really recommended. However, the toilets and the seats in the cinemas should be partially renovated or replaced. Some of the seats smell very musty and are worn through. They are also rather narrow. Unfortunately, the cash register system at the snack checkouts is now terrible. You first have to queue up to order, but then you don't get your things straight away, you have to queue up and wait for at least 15 to 25 minutes. There are a lot of people standing in the narrow space in front of it and nobody can get through and the cashiers have to shout numbers so that the customers can then push forward to pick up their orders.

The cinema was great so far but unfortunately when we went out to eat they didn't have what was actually on the memory card, for example. smoothie etc.

Unfortunately, after the last visit with our daycare group, we can no longer recommend it. 1. There was confusion even before the tickets were purchased, as the employees were unfortunately very difficult to reach by phone. On the front door it said Open from 9:45 a.m. When we wanted to go in at that time to buy the tickets. We were very rudely informed that the cinema didn't open until 10 a.m. And the coffers haven't gone up yet. At 10 a.m., 15 minutes before the film started, we were finally able to buy the tickets and go to the toilet with the children. The cleanliness now leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame... because we enjoyed visiting the cinema in the past, both privately and with a group of children.

Watching a film is always an experience, thanks to the latest technology for image and sound. After more than two decades, an intolerable evil still exists: the sanitary facilities. Dirty, stinky, stuffy, rancid - every highway toilet is cleaner. And since I've been going to the cinema in 2003, nothing, absolutely nothing, has been done there, unfortunately the cinema is no longer worth 3 stars. In addition, there is unfortunately very poor air conditioning in the cinema halls in summer. At least in the now unbearably expensive Deluxe Cinema 1 you are bathed in sweat after a 2 hour film.

The Cinecitta is a large cinema complex with many beautiful cinema halls. The two of us were all alone in a cinema and it was very cozy and quiet😀👍. Unfortunately, as everywhere, food prices are very high and difficult to afford for a family of five. Otherwise an overall positive experience.

Beautiful cinema halls and big screens. I particularly like the atmosphere in the deluxe cinema and of course the adjustable cinema seats are always a highlight. The price of food and cinema tickets are of course a bit expensive, but normal. The best cinema I know is definitely recommended.

Very old!!! In need of renovation. Expensive!! We reserved deluxe, there was a lack of staff, we weren't served and still had to pay the same price. The halls are only superficially cleaned. The leather on the seats in the Deluxe are greasy, partly defective and not entirely functional. The ventilation is very old and at the end of the film you have dry eyes and a dry throat. To represent Germany, one should no longer brag about “Germany’s largest multiplex cinema”. Just grab some money and do some major renovations

I still remember what cinecitta used to be like. I went to the cinema yesterday, the employees were very slow and there were often queues. The toilet hygiene was just disgusting. Too bad..

Unfortunately, the cinema is very old. Hardly any modernization measures have been taken, apart from a few new screens and technology in some halls. Other canvases are visibly dirty and damaged. During our visit to the cinema, a fly flew in front of the lens of the projector in the Cinemagnum and disrupted the film. In addition, going to the cinema is becoming increasingly expensive. Popcorn and nachos tasted like they had been sitting in the counter for quite some time. The seating outside the cinema halls has existed for decades, is dirty and is not repaired. Although the toilets are clean, they need to be renovated. Some sinks don't work at all. The in-house Bar Zentral offers tiny portions and carelessly prepared food at overpriced prices. A tarte flambée with onions, olives and sun-dried tomatoes the size of two palms cost €7.50 during our visit. A visit to the cinema at CINECITTA today is like going to the cinema 25 years ago when I was a child, with the same facilities as back then at twice the price.

I find it suboptimal that the rats in the screening room steal my popcorn without asking. Otherwise everything was great 👍

Deluxe is great and the price of 19 euros is okay for me

This cinema is a good place to watch films. Ordering tickets online in advance works very well here. The provision of food and drinks also works quite well.

Price performance is good. Deluxe halls rightly deserve the name Deluxe. Image and sound technology at the highest level. The snacks are also delicious.

I don't know of a better cinema complex, always very modern and up to date! I love it for more than 20 years! You can have fun here at any time, even outside of the cinema.

The deluxe cinema is something special, smaller hall, but super comfortable and adjustable armchairs, service at your seat. A little more expensive but a great experience 😄

The cinema halls are now very smelly, the hallways are no longer cleaned well (more wiped over), and the program of OV shows is limited. Apparently 3D glasses are no longer cleaned, but of course the prices have increased. What's up Cine team? Tired of it?

The cinema experience is good, the staff are friendly. The only thing to complain about is the absolutely DISGUSTING toilets, which are in need of renovation! They all stink! You really won't want to eat nachos with your fingers after that!

I appreciate the Cinecitta for the selection of films, but for a cinema release event for a film they only offer a beer as a free drink and there is not even an option for someone who doesn't want to drink beer whether it is alcoholic or non-alcoholic Being able to avoid a soft drink is an impertinence.

Unrestricted recommendation! Every time we are there it is a new experience. + Staff extremely friendly and motivated. Cinema halls were always clean! + Sound-picture equipment is at the forefront. + Ambience very nicely done.

I like the cinema, they sometimes show “rather unusual” films. I can't complain about the staff either - so far everyone has been very friendly and helpful!!! I don't really like large gatherings of people, but since the cinema is very spacious, I can even go to a screening on film prime days. Short and I'm happy there and like to go there to watch films!!

The film, the quality, the seats and the staff seemed relatively pleasant to me. But I thought it was a shame that nothing was done about the antisocial children who thought it would be funny to throw popcorn from the back row.

For the prices, the cleanliness urgently needs to be improved. The toilets were worse - but they're still far from good. The cinemas themselves are OK. But that's somehow always the case... And I've known the Cinecitta since the first construction pit in Nuremberg.

I was there with a group of friends and the smell of the room we were in was disgusting. It smelled like somebody took of there shoes. It was so bad that everyone tried to make it better with deodorant but then it became a mixture and we all nearly threw up our popcorn. Very bad service and it seemed like they don’t care about hygiene and comfort of their visitors!!! Always go into the deluxe cinema, the normal ones are disgusting and disappointing!!!

It's strange to pay admission without having an entry control at the cinema halls. Since reservations are usually made online, everyone can get into the hall. The service was overwhelmed with the orders. Cinema 4 was not comfortable. Very cramped and hardly any space for drinks and snacks. I know better.

The best cinema ever. Over 10 cinemas, 1 open-air cinema and an IMAX cinema. 3 different restaurants. There's something for everyone. The technology in the cinemas is TOP. The seats are OK. I think prices are normal. You can spend a day there. Also suitable for wheelchair users, ask the staff there are elevators to every level. On foot, by tram or subway from the main station or by car, underground car park on the other side of the Pegnitz. The cinema is easily accessible.

In this cinema it depends on which cinema hall you end up in. Although the deluxe halls in particular may still be in good condition and well-maintained, it can also affect you completely differently. This is what happened in Cinema Hall 5. In particular, the fact that the film was not shown in 3D made CineCitta my choice. Surprisingly, the cinema was well filled (despite the football game)... is non-3D still in demand after all?! But now to the impression that has stayed with me. The floor sticks throughout the entire cinema hall and you can hear the smacking sound when you walk across this floor. The cinema seats are all damaged and smell similar to the sleeping bags that lie under the bridges around the cinema. The double seats are so sagging that you automatically have to sit on top of each other in the middle of the seat or you'll get back pain. Conclusion: This cinema is a disaster and to charge money for the sweet musty smell, the damaged seats and the sticky floor is pure impudence. No recommendation from me, at least for this experience! You have to be aware that only as a deluxe customer at CineCitta are you exposed to the indifference of the cinema operators towards the customer. With a performance like this, saying goodbye to the cinema culture of the time only hurts a little...

We go to the deluxe cinema regularly and we like to drive 45 minutes to get there.

Today in the delux 3 cinema it was a hefty 55 euros for 2 seats. Ok, it's not a problem, but the air conditioning was off and it was 29 degrees in the cinema

Google said “not too busy”. That was exactly our impression, maybe 30% of the tables were occupied. In the 15 minutes we waited, we saw the waitress 4 times. Apparently not us. 😐

We went to the cinema today as a large group, the tickets and food were ordered online. We've never experienced anything like that before, there was no cheese sauce, cold nachos, the popcorn didn't pop (half the popcorn was just kernels) and there were also lumps of sugar... In addition, the service staff were very unfriendly and were not accommodating when asked…. This is absolutely not okay...

We are long-time visitors. The plan was to visit an “American Diner” at 6:30 p.m. and then see the film “King’s Land” with Mads Mikkelsen. (8:00 p.m.) Long story short: In their infinite divine wisdom, the management of “Cinecitta” has decided to show the European Championship 2024 soccer game “Turkey - Portugal” in the large central passage and catering area. To get to the “American Diner” you have to use the stairs or the elevator. That did not work. There was a tumultuous situation. “Getting through” was impossible. Whether intentional or not: “public viewing” within the regular central routes of “Cinecitta” probably made regular operation impossible with >1000 Turkish football fans. Imagine a Japanese subway at rush hour, NOT an inch of space! If we had made it to the “American Diner” on the first floor, that wouldn’t have helped either. The entire restaurant area was immediately filled with “guests” who wanted to take a look at the large central screen. After decades of experience in this environment, I would have expected more foresight from the operator (the Weber family)!!!

Bought popcorn and waited for a friend in the empty waiting area. Cinecitta Security Bullies us and says that this is not a place to "hang around". As a security guard you are probably very familiar with this. It's a disgrace to be so unfriendly to a paying customer.
