Cigköftem Neugraben in Hamburg

Sorry, but this CigKöftem store should take an example from Harburg and all other stores, the CigKöftem are always different sizes and are getting smaller and smaller, the package has endless air. But taste good. The iceberg heads are not even half that size anymore. I won't buy it anymore.

Food is ok but unfortunately the opening times are not correct. It's supposed to be open until 10 p.m. but you can't get anything after 9:30 p.m. When you ask the employees about it, they say: the last 30 minutes are for cleaning and closing the cash register. Opening hours usually mean open to the customer. Why do customers care how long it takes them to clean? Then please write 9:30 p.m. closed and it's good.

The products are super fresh and the service is simply great. On my first visit I received extensive advice and recommendations on what you should definitely try. The Ćigköftem were so delicious and had just the right amount of spiciness. We will definitely come back more often, especially if there is a healthy and vegetarian alternative on the menu.

Employees and the food are just rubbish, you are literally shouted at on the phone because you placed an order that could not be understood.

We ordered different dishes: Cigköftem wrap, tacos, falafel and nuggets. There was also Waterkant Kola and Şalgam drink. The Cigköftem wrap was huge and filled to the brim with delicious Çiğköftem, fresh vegetables and various sauces. The Çiğköftem itself was perfectly seasoned and had a great texture. You could tell that it was made with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. The tacos were also very tasty and well filled. The falafel was crispy and juicy and the nuggets (vegan) were perfectly seasoned. The Waterkant Kola was a refreshing change from the usual soft drinks and the Şalgam drink was something different and we enjoyed it. The service was also very friendly and attentive. We will be back definitely!

We were greeted very friendly and were allowed to try it out first. Then we ordered taco and MEGA wrap. The food was very tasty. We also ordered stuffed grape leaves, the best we have ever eaten. The service is very, very friendly and it is immediately clear that there is someone here with heart and soul.

Ein Veganes Restaurant mit tollen Speisen! Ich kann den Çiğköftem WRAP empfehlen, die Zusammensetzung aus Granatapfelsirup, Zitronensaft, Petersilie, Minze und leichter Schärfe ist einzigartig! Ich habe zum abholen bestellt und online ohne Probleme bezahlt. :)

Essen dort bestellt, sehr freundlicher Lieferant und bombastische Köfte Wraps! Sehr sehr lecker, nur leider für uns auch die "milde" Variante etwas zu scharf, geschmacklich allerdings fantastisch. Wir bestellen wieder 😊

Endlich auch in Neugraben. Wenn man auf Brot, Petersilie und Granatapfelsirup verzichten möchte, wird es kompliziert. Der Angestellte sagte, es gibt das Essen nur wie angeboten. Sehr unflexibel. Allerdings sind die Cigköfte sehr lecker.

Kleiner, aber feiner Laden. Mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten, auch auf die traditionelle anatolische Art möglich. Es gibt auch einige vegane süße Speisen als Nachtisch, welche ich persönlich aber nicht ausprobiert habe. Ich habe mir einen Falafel Rap gegönnt und meiner Frau eine kleine Kiste mit 9 Cigköfte mitgenommen. Beides sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen, Was ich sehr angenehm finde als Vegetarier, ist, dass man nach dem Besuch nicht nach „Pommesbude“ richt.

Das Essen ist lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich. Jedoch kommt es bei Lieferungen vor, dass Sachen falsch geliefert werden ( war bereits mehrere Male der Fall) und die Lieferung dauert teils sehr lange. Bis zu 90 Minuten.

Habe oftmals schon das Essen liefern lassen & vor Ort auch öfters abgeholt. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen & die hygienische Zubereitung ist mir auch sehr wichtig. Immer wieder gerne & Cigköfte schmeckt auch super👍🏻
