We will never order food here again! We've had it several times before that things sometimes go wrong when ordering, but this time it went too far!! At first there was a small black hair in my carbonara, after stirring twice there was a big insect on my spoon We called them to complain but no one answered!

Great view, nice staff, great service and delicious food. Highly recommended.

We were there twice. The first time the food was really good and great, the second time the shrimp tasted a bit strange and my girlfriend had two short black hairs in her food. We told the staff and got 50% off a €26 dish. I actually know that in this case the food is taken off the bill. I think 13€ for a meal that had hair in it and three forks of it were eaten was cheeky. Of course, the staff can't help it, but management should think about the regulations in such cases.

We stayed at ORO for 13 days and at Ciao Bella about every 2 days. The service was very accommodating. The food was always good. Considering that they have a unique position here and have to deal with a lot of guests, we were very positively surprised by the friendliness and quality.

Visiting a restaurant with three children. The waitress was there quickly to take the order. Another employee brought drinks, but with the wrong drinks!! An hour later, part of the food order arrived, unfortunately including the wrong food. The pizzas for the children only came when asked and only one and then the second one 10 minutes later! Salad was not appealing and the taste was not an achievement for an upscale restaurant. Gnnochi was in an off-white sauce with overcooked tomatoes and spinach. Pasta Bolognese was okay, I just wished there was a small bowl of cheese. Kids pizza okay! The staff just ran around chaotically, they were clearly overwhelmed by the many guests! Since we had to wait a long time, we had time to observe what was happening in the restaurant. At the time of the shooting there were only three open toilets, where there was no toilet paper, the trash can overflowed and apparently no staff was responsible for this problem. Conclusion: price performance is a disaster and it would be desirable to think about how it works better. I also don’t accept a “shortage of skilled workers” because the price of the products is very high! Too bad!

Had a spontaneous meal with the dog last night. The food was super tasty and the portions were generous. The prices are reasonable. You can bring your dog with you without hesitation. The waiters are so fond of dogs. I can only recommend eating there.

Nice shop, food good but a bit expensive. But that's to be expected in a resort.

We have been there for the second time now. It's nice to sit at the harbor with the option of a beach chair. However, the prices are outrageously expensive. The portion was also very small and it didn't taste particularly good either. Despite asking several times if we could still have chili, we were told yes, but no one came. We also found the scoop of ice cream for €2.50, which is not particularly large, very expensive. However, the ice cream tastes very good. We won't make a third attempt.

We were there twice. Once for ice cream and the other time we ate spaghetti “Gamberoni” and a salad with feta. Just great both times. Good food and nice service. The only criticism: a bit too expensive; for food and drinks (wheat beer for over 6 euros)

I was satisfied but I don't recommend lasagne. It's too much cheese, too much bolognese and you might think that no pasta plates were used and besciamel was also missing.

Unfortunately, expensive doesn't necessarily mean good food here. Pizza is a complete non-starter in terms of taste. Anyone who gives 5 stars here is suffering from a taste error.

Honestly, it's unbelievable, the waiting times were exaggeratedly long, not only did we have to return the coke, the next table also asked where the carbon dioxide was hidden, the waiter said after asking, the system had just been changed, so no coke, but from a dispenser Water with taste, the bruscetta was something you shouldn't describe as that, the bread was old, not only from the same day that it had been lying around for a long time, but I'm leaning way out of the window and thinking it had already been lying there for 3 days... After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, one dish came out of 4 orders, a salad... not eaten... the other 3 dishes were simply forgotten, after repeated inquiries they kept saying it would be coming soon... I'm still waiting today... I/we are not spoiled or want to do anyone wrong here but this is the first day of vacation, perfect day, intended to end in the evening, unfortunately a complete failure, never again!

We had reserved a table for 9 people. We got one for 10, which meant enough space, including for a child's chair and stroller. The food came quickly, we were served very nicely, and the 4 children also had their time ordering. The food was delicious and we felt welcome even with a baby.

Service was outstanding, no complaints. Food was extremely tasty. Prices are completely justified in relation to the quality/service. What should be emphasized is the courteous advice and recommendations. Service staff came to our table several times to ask if everything was OK. Overall rated with 5 stars.

This restaurant is just very good. Had dinner there with my family on August 6th, 2024. My wife and children each ordered a pizza special and I had the pasta with shrimp. You could see that the pizza was handmade. The dough was great and the ingredients were fresh. The pasta was a highlight in itself. This was the best pasta dish I have ever eaten. The consistency of the ingredients was great. I recommend the restaurant at any time.

The taste of the food was okay. The portion of "Tortellini alla Panna" was far too small even for our daughter and therefore definitely too expensive at almost 16 euros. It was about picking up a meal.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Well-organized team who, despite the full house, brought the food and cocktails to the table in a relaxed manner without a long wait. Pizza tasted excellent, even if the ingredients came from the commercial kitchen. The same applies to the cocktails. About the ambience: Ciao Bella does the best it can for such a large number of diverse guests. With a direct view of the small harbor you can also enjoy your meal outside. The only downside is the surroundings, which are paved with sterile hotel facilities and exude the out-of-place tourist charm of American motels.

Dishes have nothing to do with Italian cuisine - pizza and pasta don't taste good. Price/performance ratio is not okay - €17 for a tuna pizza, which consists of “cake dough” and lots of cheese, is outrageous. Service was friendly, but only half understood German.

Despite making a reservation by phone, we were not on the list when we arrived at the restaurant. But they tried to find a place for us quickly. We had to wait 2 hours for our food. Full of anticipation, we were unfortunately disappointed across the board. The pizzas were soggy and no trace of spices. The noodles were overcooked and had no taste whatsoever. Everything tasted bland. The burger was ordered medium and of course it was done. We expected much more for the exorbitant prices. 1 star is only given for the friendliness of the service. I couldn't even begin to give one for the food. Creepy....

After 2 different conditions passed us 6 times. We left and gave our money somewhere else!

We ordered food to take away. It was very busy, so we waited a few minutes longer for our food than stated (we apologized for that), and the wait didn't bother us given the circumstances. We had a prosciutto pizza with extra mushrooms, spaghetti carbonara and penne speciale. It was very delicious. In my opinion, the price is a bit high, but no more expensive than the other restaurants in the area, so it's on average. Anyone who is on vacation here in ORO Olpenitz or the surrounding area should definitely stop by Ciao Bella at least once. Really only recommended.

A good pizzeria, very tasty, but unfortunately not so good for the price. We left 4,160 euros, you can only afford that once. I had a Caipirinha cocktail, and I have to say, there was hardly any alcohol in it. The outside area is very cozy, but there is smoking, which can make the whole thing very unpleasant. I can recommend it, but you should be aware that you are using it If the family eats there plus dessert, then the holiday budget will quickly be a lot smaller. The service is all friendly, although some don't speak any German at all, only English. Which, in my opinion, is clear.

We were there for the first time, 3 generations in total. We booked a table in advance because it was supposed to be full because of the European Football Championship. Overall, we received a really friendly welcome and service. Despite the many guests, everything went like clockwork and we all enjoyed it very much. Today was our last evening here in the Baltic Sea resort. So we went to Ciao Bella for dinner. The service is good, even when it's busy. We had pizza and penne. There was nothing wrong with that. Taste and quality were good. However, you shouldn't have too high expectations.

At the end of May we are going on holiday in Olpenitzdorf for a few days and were looking forward to a lovely evening. But we were disappointed. The staff was completely overwhelmed and rushed. Spilled my Alster water all over the table. We ordered a Pizza Speziale for €17.90 and the Lasagne Classico for €14.90, but both tasted bland. It's a shame ☹️

There was even plenty of choice for vegans and the kitchen was also flexible in adapting dishes! Thank you for the great evening, the service was really top 🌊! We'd love to come back on our next vacation :)

We had food to pick up (pizza PIZZA SALSICCIA PICCANTE, PROSCIUTTO, PROSCIUTTO without cheese and lasagna. Food was very tasty, but we only realized later that we had been ripped off by the waitress for 20 euros because we were in a hurry. ..instead of 41.xx we also got 64.xx euros in change...we didn't get a receipt...

Five well-deserved stars for really good food. The pizza was great, the tortellini panna had a lot of ham and, above all, very well seasoned, which you don't find often these days. Great consistency and also very nicely prepared. The price isn't exactly cheap, but if you consider the quality, you're happy to pay the price. On top of that, very friendly staff. For us, this is definitely the highlight of the holiday park here.

Good location, reception was fine and lasted nice. Tables a bit narrow and small. Ordering system brilliant. The waitress asks something and looks outside, didn't come across as nice. Not just once. Starter 6 ciabatta breads with dips delicious, but not priced appropriately, little tip so that so much dip doesn't end up in the trash, maybe 4 more slices of bread. Waiting time for the main course was a little longer. Carbonara great, Pizza Frutti di Mare - the base is good and the topping tastes good too. Only the edge is a bit of a shame. Normally it is fluffy and also has taste. Unfortunately not here. Hardly any taste and in my opinion it was in the oven for too long, making it a bit firm. And if you want to sit inside, please close the doors, it's quite cool.

We made reservations at Ciao Bella in good time and we were all excited because we already had a lot of experience with Ciao Bella. However, the visit was a total disappointment. There were 5 of us and we waited at least 2 hours for our food. Our welcome on site began with an extremely unfriendly lady first ignoring us and then, when we asked, rudely and cheekily pointing out that we could just see where we could find a place. Unfortunately it continued like this. The waiter was very friendly. The food was also a disappointment, not seasoned, poor quality, very bland. In summary, no recommendation and definitely no need to repeat. The boss saved it a little in the end by offering a discount and being very friendly.

Very, very long waiting time, pizza was soggy, sauce was forgotten and the order wasn't correct, and I had to wait even longer

We had pizza twice, which was always delicious and arrived on time. Salad was also fresh. The spaghetti Bolognese wasn't that well received and was also a small portion. Pizza rolls were really good, highly recommended. Proud prices, the food isn't necessarily worth it but you also pay for the location.

We had reserved a table for 8:15 p.m. but had to wait quite a long time for the briefing/table assignment because everything seemed very chaotic. After we were allowed to choose a table, the first, chaotic impression continued. Our table was still stuck by the guests in front of us and was only wiped down after repeated requests when the food was delivered. We were ignored and only served after we made ourselves aware. Our table was not newly set with cutlery and servings. Our food came before the drinks and we still had no cutlery with which to eat our food. If we hadn't noticed it, the waiters wouldn't have noticed. The food itself wasn't tasty either, we had a prosciutto pizza and a special one. Both pizzas were very bland in taste and the base, especially in the case of the special, was not fully baked. The salami and ham used make a rather cheap impression and are very neutral in taste. We were looking forward to a lovely evening in Olpenitz, which unfortunately was dampened by this. Unfortunately for us there is no risk of a repeat experience, which is actually a shame because the atmosphere is good, but the staff seems overwhelmed and unfortunately ignores their guests.

We cannot understand the bad rating. Food and drink came very quickly (food about 15 minutes and drinks about 5 minutes after ordering) and it was very tasty. We felt welcome and would love to come back.

A holiday in Olpenitz is worth it just for this delicious pizza. Fresh, tasty, fast, nice and child-friendly staff. Simply great!
