Tortellini for 14.90 which to go costs around 6.90. This is a rip off. The tortellini were also cold. Service was OK. Not again

I ordered a Margherita pizza to take away, which was warmed and sliced. It was very tasty and the service was also very friendly. Card payment possible.

I ordered food here with the following words: "I would like a portion of pasta spinach gorgonzola." I didn't say a box or that I wanted to take it with me. I was then asked, “Big or small?” I responded with “big please.” They then gave me the noodles in a large to-go box. I also ordered a small Margherita pizza. They then asked me whether I would like them in a box or on hand and I said "I would like to eat them here". They then gave me the pizza on a piece of cardboard. Paid and then happily went to the seats behind the restaurant and wanted to eat my food. On the way to the square, two people at the front seat looked at me strangely. The woman then went to the counter at the front and came back a moment later to evict me because I wasn't allowed to eat food in to-go containers there and had to leave. I replied that I had expressly mentioned that I wanted to eat my food on site, but the woman was not dissuaded from her opinion and said that the employee had told me about it, according to her own statement. However, that was a blatant lie, either from the woman or the employee at the counter, because then I would have known and ordered my food somewhere else. By the time I found another place at the crowded main station, the food was basically cold and my mood was in the basement. Pasta had too much pepper, I think the pizza would have been nice warm, hence 2 stars for the food. But the overall experience was a total failure.

Pizza is so bad that it’s an insult to Italy. Tastes like something I would have eaten back in grade school in America. Pasta is even worse quality. On top of that, they charged us for 3 pizzas instead of 2 as we had ordered, and when we brought this mistake they had made up to them they immediately told us it was our fault, not their’s, and that there was nothing they could do to make it right. So that’s a 1 star for customer service too. -_-

the worst food i’ve had on my month long tour of europe. it’s disgusting and inedible. so expensive as well. they scammed us by saying we ordered more than we did and they wouldn’t refund us because we already paid. we paid for items that were never ordered, such a shame this place is taking advantage of tourists.

I got a small take-a-way noodle box there and then sat down with it in their seats in the foyer to write a few emails. I was sent off immediately after 2 minutes and was not allowed to continue eating there. So customer-unfriendly and zero service thought! Would like to emphasize again that it was their food and their places. No food brought from elsewhere. Absolutely not recommended and very unfriendly towards your own customers!!! It doesn't work at all. My tip is not to go there and rather eat somewhere else where you show your customers appreciation!!!

When eating on site, everything is freshly prepared (takeaway comes from warming trays). Personally, I was missing salt, but in the catering industry you have to use too little rather than too much. Otherwise, the tortellini alla Panne were very tasty and, above all, plentiful. This dish is absolutely price-performance ratio (you shouldn't forget that you're at the train station)

Unfortunately the hospitality of the staff was terrible, they wouldn't let me eat at the table and I hate from fourth place that they have such a bad attitude

Advertising for a 6.90€ noodle box, then you are asked if you want a normal box and in the end you have to pay 7.90 because 6.90€ only applies to the small box, without pointing out that it is 6.90€ for the small box and not the normal box (it is actually assumed that the normal box reflects the offer) In addition, even the normal box was too small.

We arrived at Hamburg station very early and were waiting for this place to open, sitting on the leather seats. There was a couple next to us with huge backpacks and the worker (circled in the picture) walks up to them and starts loudly almost yelling in their face “Halo” “Halo” “Morgen” (but like in a very ruda and asocial manner) several times and shouting “nur eigenen product” saying you can only use their products. He didn’t ask once ask them if they would like to order or what is available on the menu. Just kept talking very rude and loud. We got up and left as we were not going to eat at a place where they treat the customers like this. Mind you this was at 7:50am in the morning after a long train ride. I don’t care how good your food is, if you are so rude to people and can’t treat them with respect and decency you deserve all the one star ratings.

How can you work so slowly and without structure? There were 5 customers in front of us and we had to wait 20 minutes to place our order!!

The Margherita pizza didn't really have any flavor, it's a shame.. you mainly only tasted salt..

The food tasted great, it came very quickly and the service was very friendly. Prices are completely okay for a main train station.

Ciao Bella is a small shop in the Wandelhalle in Hamburg Central Station. The staff is really friendly and the food and drinks are served very quickly. There really is something on the menu for everyone. Of course also vegetarian dishes. If you come from a long train journey or want to have lunch at Hamburg HBF, Ciao Bella is a very suitable place.

Tortellini were really underground.

I recently ordered a pizza from this restaurant and absolutely loved it! The pizza was delicious and had a perfectly crispy dough topped with a generous amount of fresh ingredients. The taste was simply fantastic! The service was also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for top notch pizza and excellent service!

Very unfriendly service. I took three tissues and the clerk was angry and told me to ask permission first before taking the tissue. Just three tissues and he's mad like I stole it. How important it is to select the educational level of restaurant employees! The two employees were two old men, not young people.

For Train station pizza it was pretty good.

Unfortunately, I also have to report negative experiences in this snack bar. A few days ago, my companion and I decided to dine at “Ciao Bella” due to a delay in our train. Due to the location at the train station, we went to the aforementioned snack bar with low expectations and ordered two small portions of pasta. Of course, I am fully aware that “Ciao Bella” cannot meet the high standards of a restaurant due to the large number of customers and the location. However, we were a bit disappointed with the culinary experience that revealed itself to us. Normally I'm really accommodating and willing to ignore such little things, but unfortunately our stay was marked by further unpleasant incidents. Due to the late time, the operator decided to close the “Ciao Bella” and indirectly made it clear to the customers, who had paid for their food and thus the service, that they wanted to leave the area intended for eating becomes. A hot-tempered customer then started a loud discussion with the snack bar operator. However, instead of trying to avoid the unfortunate situation or appease that customer, the operator joined in the discussion. This took place in front of two small children, one of whom had apparently already reached primary school age. This is an impossibility for me and my companion and should not happen under any circumstances. What a shame! We do not want to use our criticism to discourage other customers from visiting the “Ciao Bella”, but rather to give the operator feedback in order to achieve improvements in the future. In my opinion, this is only possible with honest feedback, which is why I would understand this review as a friendly note. Thank you!

I’m a French national coming to Hamburg. I arrive to order some food and kindly ask in English: « hi, I’m sorry, do you speak English? » The guy at the counter answers, very irritated: « Nein!! Ich spreche Deutsch!!! » Well you know you are working for a place with an Italian name right? Honestly how can someone be so close-minded in a train station where people from all over Europe are coming through is beyond me And working for a place that doesn’t even have a German name! How stupid can you be Stay away from that place

I can't rate the food because I didn't get any. 1 customer was in front of me and paying. I stood there for a while and waited. Thought I'd get there soon. But no. Of course, other customers came out of nowhere and then formed a line out of nowhere. To the right of the customer who was in front of me. I was ignored and of course everyone else had a turn. Then I went to the back of this new line. The waitress was suddenly gone for a while. Service came again. It was already 6:00 p.m. and the train arrived at 6:06 p.m. Says to me takes 5 minutes. Then I had to leave without ordering because I was running out of time. All in all I think I spent 16-20 minutes waiting for nothing. I found everything very strange. But taking the train slightly pissed off and hungry is also good. Thanks. Have a good evening.

Denying a seat to a 2-year-old child with walking difficulties just because you want to order two slices and not a whole pizza. I'm at a loss for words...I'm just shocked

Im Bahnhof diesen Laden getestet, die Pizza Fungi war ok, aber Geschmack hatte es mir nicht umgehauen, war nicht so gewürzt mit Kräuter und co. Leider hatte mir beim Essen gestört die Tauben bei Tiefflug, der Bahnhofbetreiber sollte was unternehmen, die Türen waren auf sehr weit. Das Ambiente war wegen der Essenmeile und Taubenanflug naja nicht so gemütlich, wie es gewollt ist. Der Service ist gut und nett.

Super leckere Pizza! Noch nirgendwo so leckere Pizza gegessen. Personal ist super freundlich und hat gute Laune. Ich war heute am 19.01.2023 das zweite mal vor Ort.

Wir waren zum Abschluss eines Tagesausflugs in Hamburg mit viel Hunger am Hamburger Hbf auf der Suche nach etwas zu schnabulieren, was verschiedenen Geschmäckern und Ernährungsweisen entsprechen würde. Dabei stießen wir auf Ciao Bella, wo wir direkt freundlich empfangen wurden. Die Karte war übersichtlich und der Service schnell sowie zuvorkommend. Wir hatten es eilig, was aber für das geschulte Personal kein Problem war, sodass wir ohne Mehrkosten einen gebrandeten Pizzakarton gestellt bekamen. Die Pizzen waren gut und der Preis für die Größe und den Standort ebenfalls entsprechend. Speziell bei der Getränkewahl fiel positiv auf, dass es neben den üblichen Softdrinks auch verschiedene leckere Säfte und Schorlen gab. Alles in Allem ist Ciao Bella Hendrik-approved.

Leckeres Essen und schnelle Bedienung. Einziges Manko ist, wenn Mitarbeitende am Handy spielen, obwohl Kunden offensichtlich bestellen/essen/warten und dies sehen können.

My daughter wanted noodles. I wanted pizza. There were several spare seats in their location so it is not like we were taking tables that were needed but no, we are not allowed to eat here as a family! You are allowed to sit there if you are not eating anything, as attested to by the couple at the far end, but eating noodles? No freaking way!

Haben uns hier für die Rückreise nach Österreich gestärkt. Die Penne Bolognese haben mich sehr positiv überrascht. Und die Pizza Prosciutto meiner Frau war auch hervorragend. Der Preis ist aus meiner Sicht vollkommen in Ordnung, zwei kleine Pizzagebäck-Stücke gabs gratis dazu. Einzig beim Cola Zero hatte ich wohl Pech, das schmeckte abgestanden (ohne Kohlensäure). Aber ich hab es nicht reklamiert weil wir ansonsten sehr zufrieden waren. Vielleicht hätte ich sogar ein neues bekommen, deshalb trotzdem 5 Sterne.

Wir haben eine Pizza Magherita bestellt und wollten diese vor Ort essen. Uns wurde dann gesagt, dass wir noch ca. 3 Euro dazu zahlen müssen (also min. 11 €) um vor Ort essen zu können. Eine Frechheit. Die Pizza war in Ordnung.

Essen war sehr lecker und die bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Trotzdem dass viel betrieb war kam das essen schnell und alle tische waren Sauber. Kann Ich nur weiterempfelen wir kommen absofort öfter

Zu uns war der Kellner ganz nett, das Essen war auch ganz ok (aber zu teuer für die Qualität) , aber neben uns wurde eine Familie mit 2 Kindern verjagt, die sich bei diesem Stand gerade takeaway gekauft hatten und es nun am Tisch essen wollten - vermutlich hatten sie gar nicht gesehen, dass es hinten auch Tische gab. Sie hatten schon zu essen begonnen, da kam der Kellner, der sie recht unfreundlich rausschmiss, weil sein eigenes takeaway dort nicht gegessen werden darf, nur am Tisch bestellte Teller. Dabei waren noch 3 Tische frei! So was geht gar nicht, zumal bei Familien mit viel Gepäck und 2 Kindern dabei, die wussten gar nicht, wie sie alles halten sollten…

There is a lot of places to eat the station but if you are craving italian food, here is place to go! You can either get food on the go or sit and enjoy a meal. Our waitress were really kind and the food arrived quickly.

Wir waren am 13.06.19 um 11.45 Uhr dort. Wir setzten uns, die Kellnerin ging weg . Es kam keine Bedienung. Auf Nachfrage hieß es :An den Tischen wird erst ab 12.00 Uhr bedient. Falls man jetzt etwas "To go" haben möchte, muß man 1,00 Euro zahlen, um es am Tisch verzehren zu dürfen. Ist das der neue Kundenservice? Glücklicherweise hatten wir es nicht besonders eilig. Nun, ca. 2 min vor 12.00 Uhr erschien die Kellnerin zur Aufnahme der Bestellung. Sie entpuppte sich als sehr nett und umsichtig. Das Essen ist guter Durchschnitt. Die Tische und Stühle sind zu hoch. Selbst mit langen Beinen hat man auf den Stühlen Problem beim Sitzen. Wir kommen eher nicht wieder.

Nein, dies ist kein Nobelitaliener - aber für den Bahnhof eine willkommene Abwechslung für alle, die etwas Zeit haben für eine Mahlzeit. Positiv überrascht waren wir auch von der sehr netten und unterhaltsamen Kellnerin. Ich komme gerne wieder, wenn es die Zeit zulässt

Vor der langen Zugfahrt noch eine Mahlzeit und nicht lange suchen! Das war die Vorgabe. Eine sehr leckere Pizza und ein leckeres Nudelgericht bei Ciao Bella waren das Ergebnis. In einem Bahnhof kann natürlich kein tolles Restaurant-Feeling aufkommen - man schaut zu oft auf die Uhr, aber dennoch haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Maßstäbe, die sonst gelten, darf man hier auch nicht anlegen. Aber Vorgabe und Ergebnis kamen sich sehr nahe! Für auf die Schnelle: absolut empfehlenswert!

Vor der Abreise suchten wir in diesem eher chaotischen, bei unserem Aufenthalt auch lärmigen (Fussball"fans"!) Teil in der Wandelhalle des Hauptbahnhofs etwas zu essen/trinken. Die Bedienung war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die insalata mista i.O. Dazu Schwarztee und ein Glas Lambrusco, es konnte wenig schief gehen....

Paramos a comer algo antes de ir al hotel, en la estación hay un área de restauración con varias opciones. Nosotros nos sentamos en Ciao Bella, desde el primer momento el carmarero fué muy atento, nos dió muy buenos consejos para elegir la comida. La pizza de atún con masa muy fina y crujiente, en su punto que acompañamos con ensalada de pollo, me quedé con las ganas de probar el tiramisú. Sin duda volveré a visitarlo.
