ciao bella in Hamburg

The food is good, but unfortunately has many errors. I've ordered several times online and unfortunately the pizzas get cold after waiting for 60 minutes, not to say that I ask without arugula and it always comes with arugula.😞

We used the delivery service. The pizza arrived cold, tasted bland and the consistency of the dough was as flabby as a frozen pizza that had been baked too briefly. Not enough toppings, request for extra cheese was paid for but it looked like it wasn't implemented! The tortellini are 1:1 the ready-made ones from Penny, Lidl & Co., were not completely cooked (hard and dry on the inside), and the cream sauce was also very bland. The request to gratinate the tortellini with mozzarella was paid for and definitely not implemented! The pizza rolls are thumb-sized, dry, tasteless bread morsels and the aioli tastes like Mirakel Wip salad cream. All in all a total flop and overpriced!!!

The pizza is big and fills you up👍 of course she is also lexker. With 13€ you can get by very well here

The staff tries hard but unfortunately is extremely overwhelmed. We were almost the only guests and had to wait 40 minutes for 4 portions of pasta. Unfortunately, the pasta was almost cold and tasted like absolutely nothing, the sauce was much too runny, more like a soup. Unfortunately we won't be going there again.

Absolutely disappointing! The food tasted like it came out of a bag - nothing fresh or high quality. It was far too expensive for this quality. We also had to wait over an hour for our food, which is completely unacceptable for a fast food-like experience. Unfortunately not recommended!”

I had dinner there today and I have to say I don't understand the negative comments. The food was super warm and also delicious. The staff welcomed you in a friendly manner and served you straight away Thank you See you next time

Yesterday we were at Ciao Bella... I asked the waitress if you could choose two different toppings for a pizza, to which she replied yes. Another family came after us, also 2 adults and a child (our child was smaller than theirs) and I thought we would make the space and sit in a seat for two. When I started to collect our things, the waitress said loudly: if you only order a pizza, please sit there and she slapped the table as if we didn't understand a language 😅. Well, no one said that we just “want to order a pizza” the question was more like whether you can make half tuna and half vegetarian. My husband looked at me angrily and said “you don't have to save” and I didn't want to save anything, etc. Stupid K exposed me like that. I was busy with my little one, so I couldn't say anything. We got up and left. Never go back. I got really angry.

One star for not being available

Considering that it is the most expensive fast food shop, along with 20 others, you also had to wait a long time. Price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. Customers who came after us were served food and co. first. 1 hour wait for a portion of pasta and pizza.: Too bad

We ate there on Saturday November 2nd, 2024 and ordered pizza calzone twice. In terms of taste, the dough was okay because it was nothing more...I've never eaten a calzone with so little content!!! The waitress was very nice and attentive, she was also very sorry but they had a fixed requirement regarding the amount of filling. So I can't recommend calzones. Pasta dishes are okay because we have already eaten them there.

Next time I'll go to Pizza Hut😖

So the pasta tasted worse than at home. I could have made this at home too. She was unfriendly. Didn't say thank you and hello, the mushrooms were disgusting, the food, the pasta generally tasted watery and 1000 times better in Hamburg and the chef can't cook, we'll never go there again, a waste of money and time

I treated myself to a piece of pizza at the Phönix Center Ciao Bella. 4 euros for a piece that tasted more like America than Italy. The cheese was so cheap it probably had its own passport, and the dough was thicker than the plot twists in a soap opera. So I sit down at a bar table, only to be shooed away. "Only a la carte here, my friend! Your slice to go must also be eaten to go." Seriously? I would have been gone in 5 minutes anyway. But well, that was my last visit here. The only positive thing about it: I never have to eat this “pizza” again!

Great staff! Above all, the blonde is very customer-friendly and personable! Little nice lady! Can only recommend this restaurant :)

Top top top!!! So we were really surprised when we saw that you can now have delivery at ciao Bella, because we like to go to the Phoenix for the goods when we feel like pasta or gnocchis. We just didn't know whether it was too far from us, but I have to be honest: the gnocchis and pasta and the children's pizzas arrived warm👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 And the delivery time was also extremely good, we thought it would take much longer!! 👍🏽👍🏽🍀🍀 Good luck 🍀 hopefully it stays that way!!

The unfriendly staff had conversations about whether I could get a cloth because I had spilled my drink and they said no, they wouldn't get it

Pizza was cold, thin and the toppings were not justified in relation to the price. Worst of all, you were made to feel bad for wanting to eat in their food area (even though you buy their food?!?!). The tortellini with cream basically tasted like nothing. Not recommendable. This shop wouldn't survive outside of the Phoenix Center because there are much better Italian restaurants in the immediate area.

Portion Tortellini ala Panna für 8.90€ eine halbe Dönerbox Pappbox !!!! Einfach Frech geschmacklich geht so... service unfreundlich... Alles in allem eine Katastrophe !! Nicht zu empfehlen !!

Die Nudelbox mit Penne Bolognese waren heute leider noch nicht durchgegart. Außerdem gab es heute offenbar keine frischen Tomaten dazu. Jedenfalls wurde nichts angeboten. Ich bin von dem Laden früher besseres gewohnt gewesen. Heute bin ich leider ziemlich enttäuscht worden.

👎 NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT 👎 Pizza ist kalt und nicht gar. Schmecken tut es trotzdem einigermaßen. Platzwahl ist nicht möglich. Wenn man dort sein Essen kauft, darf man es nicht in deren Restaurantbereich essen. Man wird durch deren eigenen Personal des Platzes verwiesen und man muss in mitten des Platzes essen gehen, wo alle anderen Gäste von anderen Lokalen sitzen. Also ein extrem schlechter Service.

Laute Diskussion zwischen dem Chef und einer Angestellte. So etwas muß nach Feierabend geregelt werden.Unmöglich.

Ich habe mir eine Pizza gegönnt, die sehr köstlich war,frisch vor deinen Augen zubereitet. Sie hatten einen extra separaten sitzbereich für ihre Kunde. Es hatte für mich einen leichten Beigeschmack,da es so wirkte-die gute mittelschicht sei willkommen, der Rest bleibt bitte in den dafür vorgesehenen Mittelbereich..Die Preise sind noch akzeptabel, die Pizza magarita empfehle ich auf jedenfall weiter.
