Chopstix in Essen

This was the first time I, as a local, actually ate something here at the food mile. I opted for the duck noodles. I received a friendly welcome, the service was nice, and we chatted a bit about Europeans' vs. Asian preferences for spicy food. The food was okay. I've obviously had much better duck, but this one was a bit over-breaded and over-fried. But overall, it was okay for a snack. I paid €10 for this box, and it was quite full. Totally fine for a quick snack and a quick break. Now I'm going home, full and satisfied.

From the outside this store seems very inconspicuous, from the inside there is a very great and high-quality atmosphere. The food is of very good quality and made from fresh produce. The portions are very good and I have rarely eaten so well!!

I feel compelled to write a review because I can't understand what some people are saying. The sauces are homemade, not a jelly-like mess like some others. The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and if you're there, it's also appetizingly presented.

Since I live directly opposite Kaufland, I often eat at Asian restaurants here. The food is super tasty, it's a big portion and it's very cheap. I love it 💯 I eat here very often and also enjoy it when I shop at Kaufland. And the employees are all very friendly
