The employees are always absolutely friendly and accommodating. Personally, I always think the food is pretty good. Of course, the food there is prepared with a lot of E-numbers and you can taste and smell it, but despite everything, I always find it to be very tasty.

I've enjoyed going there in the past, but the last visit was just a disappointment in terms of the service as well as the food and it was definitely my last visit and my guests (after all, there were eight of us) didn't feel comfortable at all felt. Too bad

Today we tested the Kaiser Pavilion in Zeuthen. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The welcome was warm, we could choose a free table inside or outside. The waitresses are super nice. The card came straight away and you had time to choose, no one was standing next to it. After briefly studying the menu, we took a menu with chicken crispy rice and a starter soup. - the food came quickly, at a pleasant temperature and what can I say… super tasty! The price is more than fair for this portion. - we'd love to come back.

This idyll of culinary enjoyment is somewhat hidden in a side street. This small restaurant offers really tasty and good food at relatively affordable prices. You are warmly welcomed and immediately feel at home. If the weather is good you can sit outside. The service is very friendly and almost every wish is fulfilled. So when I'm in the area again I'll stop there again.

We got a table for two without any problems, even without a reservation. The order went very quickly and my request for my food to be a little spicier and seasoned with garlic (even though it wasn't on the menu) was taken into account without any problems. The baked bananas were perfect for dessert. Little breading, just the way I like it. Thank you for that. We'd love to come back.

The Kaiser-Pavillon restaurant in Zeuthen is a true gem! We particularly recommend the duck and Szechuan beef, which are always excellently prepared. Another highlight is the Tsingtao beer, which goes perfectly with the food. The service is quick and attentive, and the cuisine is simply top notch. Every visit is a pleasure and I always look forward to the culinary delicacies. Keep it up, dear Kaiser Pavilion team!

Great portions I can go back again and again

Please read to the end: We spontaneously decided to go to this restaurant and reserved a table for three. Unfortunately, the parking spaces were full, but we still found a place to park down the street. The reception at the door was friendly and we were shown to the table, giving us some time to arrive. The restaurant is very clean and the facilities are well maintained. We ordered and everything was brought out quickly, including drinks and food. The only thing I would have to complain about would be that you had to ask several times when the first drink was empty. I would have liked the waitress to have kept an eye on this and discreetly asked for more drinks. I would like to thank the service and the kitchen for your physical well-being. A clear recommendation, we will be happy to come back.

A very nice place if you want to eat Chinese. Furnished in a typical style inside, what should be mentioned above all is the very polite and friendly service as well as the always delicious food. Across the street there is a perfectly maintained Asian garden that invites you to linger after your meal.

I have enjoyed coming here again and again for many years. Even if the prices have unfortunately gone up (like everywhere else) and some nice little things (aperitif, warm wet towels after the meal) are no longer offered, the food is still excellent and the service is friendly and fast. We were there for a girls' night out. The staff is very nice and the food is good. The only thing that was unpleasant about the service was the speed. It only took 11 minutes from ordering to eating. There is something unpleasant about this for us. Order quickly, receive quickly, eat quickly and go. The comfort falls by the wayside.

Price performance ratio very good, would go again and again

The Kaiser Pavillon Chinese in Zeuthen offers a quiet location with a convenient parking space, which is very positive. The service is also quite nice and the presence of a winter garden allows you to sit outside, which is pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the food. The sweet and sour dishes didn't seem to be freshly prepared, but rather came from a can. The sour hot soup also lacked spices and didn't seem to be homemade. That's a shame and reduces the overall experience somewhat.

Food was really great as always, and if you want there are even chopsticks (if you can handle them) :-).

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be. We have been regular customers for around ten years. We are always here on our wedding day. Then several times a year on various occasions with friends and family. But we haven't brought friends and family here in recent years. The situation is becoming more and more embarrassing for us. And I don't think we'll spend our next wedding anniversary dinner here either. Farewell Imperial Pavilion! But it doesn't work anymore. Every year it becomes more and more distant from 'Imperial'. But still very nice operating staff. Not necessarily the ones behind the counter. They make a face as if they would rather you leave straight away before you sit down and cause turnover. But well... the food is still ok. But it was much better prepared for weddings. At times you think that what used to go in the trash for aesthetic reasons now ends up on the plate. In the past, things were also made cleaner. If the intestines in the shrimp are not removed and when you ask you get the answer that you 'always do it like that', then something is no longer right. The cutlery has probably never been replaced since it opened. You don't want to be reminded of how many hundreds of thousands of germy mouths the cutlery has already been in. But unfortunately this is what the cutlery looks like. I have never seen such worn-out cutlery in any canteen as here. Unfortunately, the dishes are also included. Every second plate or serving dish has breaks or chips. If the 'Imperial Pavilion' were a ship, it would be sinking. ADDITION 02/26/2024: Corrected from 2 to 5 stars after the Imperial Pavilion also corrected its deficiencies. Ate here again after 4 years to check. All of my negative impressions from 4 years ago have been changed for the better. Cutlery and crockery renewed... Yay. Service, ambience as always, great. There was nothing to complain about about the food either. I hope it stays that way, even with other dishes I try. We were happy and will come back regularly. Thanks!

For me the best emperor pagoda. The food tastes excellent and the service is hard to beat. We've never had our food on the table so quickly. It took less than 15 minutes from ordering to eating. Absolutely top. Full recommendation.

Wenn man es von früher kennt ist man vielleicht wie ich enttäuscht.Die Sparmaßnahmen sind auch hier zu spüren.Keine Kerzen mehr,keine Warmhalteplatten,kein Willkommensdrink,kein Abschlussdrink,keine Körbchen mit Glückskekse mehr,keine warmen Tücher für die Hände u.s.w. Ich habe heute vergeblich die Wohlfühlatmoshäre wie früher gesucht.Leider hab ich sie nicht gefunden.Auch der Kellner hat nicht einmal gelächelt.Ich denke das heute war mein letzter Besuch hier.Wir waren zu 5 in Familie essen.

Was mir heute passiert ist, hätte ich niemals erwartet. Bedienung verweigert. Was ein Rassismus. Das kenne ich nur aus China selbst. Ich muss das erstmal sacken lassen. Traditionell eingerichtetes Restaurant. Nettes Personal, welches schnell bedient. Die Gerichte wurden sehr schnell und appetitlich gekocht, was uns als Familie mit Kleinkind sehr gefreut hat. Alles sehr sauber und das Essen war schmackhaft. Große Empfehlung.

Am 17.09.23 auf Empfehlung zum ersten Mal eingekehrt. Sehr schönes Ambiente, gemütlich, typisch chinesisch. Heute schon eine Seltenheit weil die meisten Restaurants in z.B in Berlin nur noch von Vietnamesen betrieben werden. Das Personal sehr nett, offenherzig, für Späße immer zu haben. Nun zum Essen. Als Vorspeise gefüllte Wang Tan Taschen, Hauptgerichte , doppelt gebackenes Schwein (scharf) , Ente süss /sauer. Alles sehr sehr lecker, optimal gewürzt, grosse Portionen und das bei normalen Preisen. Aussergewöhnlich ist hier, das Limonade in 0,5 l Gläsern serviert wird und nicht wie üblich in 0,4 l. Ein Glas reicht schon aus wenn man scharfes Essen bestellt. Dafür knapp 1€ mehr zu 0,4 l. Lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Parkplatz für ca 10 Autos direkt hinter dem Haus. Toiletten sehr sauber, es riecht nicht. Behinderten Toilette mit Wickeltisch ist auch vorhanden. Alles in allem ein chinesisches Restaurant, wo das Essen garantiert schmeckt, das Essen liebevoll zubereitet und serviert wird. Wir werden zum chinesisch Essen gehen nur noch hier einkehren. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt , macht weiter so.

Wir waren 2018 schon mal hier und sind, weil wir in der Nähe waren, noch einmal eingekehrt, weil wir damals sehr begeistert waren. Es hat sich nichts verändert: das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam, das Essen absolut köstlich, die Portionen fast mehr, als man essen kann. Unbedingt reservieren, das Lokal ist sehr gut besucht!
