We've been coming to this restaurant for many years and always enjoy it, and this time was no exception. It's always a pleasure to dine here in such a calm and relaxed atmosphere. This time, we tried a variety of dishes: some from the buffet and some from the à la carte menu. As usual, the buffet items were regularly replenished and were always warm and fresh, and the à la carte dishes were just as we've come to expect: well-seasoned, beautifully presented, and served promptly. We particularly enjoyed the duck and the roasted vegetables. The service was once again exceptionally friendly. Small requests were promptly fulfilled, and overall, we felt very well taken care of. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and it's precisely for these reasons that we've been coming back for years. We will definitely be returning regularly in the future.

Our visit was truly enjoyable. The buffet was fresh, varied, and regularly replenished, even late into the evening. We especially loved the teppanyaki grill; the food was surprisingly good and freshly prepared. Overall, the restaurant was clean and tidy, and the ambiance was exactly what you'd expect from a typical Chinese restaurant, which we personally appreciated. The service was friendly and attentive; drinks arrived promptly, and we were regularly asked if everything was alright. Tables were cleared quickly, and the buffet area was constantly being cleaned and restocked. Overall, the value for money is excellent; you get solid quality and a pleasant atmosphere for the price. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

Best value for money in a really, really long time. The people who work there are incredibly sweet and genuine. I'll definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. :)

We stumbled upon this Chinese restaurant quite by chance while spontaneously looking for a place to have lunch and were very pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is very nice and authentic, making you feel immediately at home. The service was extremely friendly, and even though it was just lunchtime (we had planned our visit somewhat last minute), we were allowed to eat from the buffet and even at a discounted price. They even offered us the à la carte menu, but we declined, as we already felt bad for disturbing them during their lunch break. The food was truly delicious and of high quality, even if it had understandably cooled off a bit since the buffet had already closed. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit, and we will definitely be back. Next time, we'll try the à la carte dishes.

The buffet is very tasty for the price, it is well filled, and it has a quiet atmosphere, it is clean and fresh, and you can easily spend 1 to 2 hours here.

We wanted to go for Chinese food yesterday on German Unity Day. But it was a real disappointment. Okay, the buffet was relatively small. But what was offered there was very old and, in places, very cold. The salmon in the refrigerated counter was frozen solid to the plate, and the refrigerated counters in general had a lot of ice on them. The service was truly nonexistent. A sign above a table instructed guests to leave their plates there. We waited a long time for the freshly fried food, even though the restaurant was only occupied at a few tables. There's only one thing to say about the ambiance: Old and worn.

We've been coming here for dinner for over 8 years and have always been enthusiastic and satisfied. Yesterday, after a few months, we were back and were simply disappointed. The selection was much smaller than usual. The rice, noodles, and duck were so dry and stale they were inedible. The sauces were lukewarm. There were far fewer desserts than usual, and everything had been sitting there for a while. The coffee machine was broken. The food tasted terrible from start to finish. We immediately asked the staff, saying they had a new chef 🤷‍♀️ We had something fried, and that was also a disaster: completely hard and burnt, also inedible. What a waste of money... we won't be coming back.

Yes, but for a buffet, well, that's okay. Almost every restaurant has a hard time restocking. Especially with duck breast.

Today was our first and last time here! 1: There was a sign outside with the buffet times and it said something about happy hour. It wasn't on the menu inside, which is misleading. 2: The containers were almost all empty and weren't refilled. The restaurant advertises a large selection, but we found it rather small. 3: The raw meat was presented in a refrigerator with the fish; the fishy smell hit you as soon as you opened the refrigerator door! The sushi was placed in a refrigerator next to the fruit dessert. The salad bar only had yogurt sauce. The raw ingredients weren't labeled, so you had to guess what kind of meat it was.

The atmosphere is pleasantly calm, with a typically Asian ambiance. The value for money is absolutely perfect – we'd be happy to come back!

We saw the China Garden by chance and went in. We were thrilled. If we're ever in Meschede again, we'll gladly stop there again.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I haven't been your guest yet, but I'm happy to see that there still seem to be restaurant operators who, under the pretext of being driven by inflationary tendencies, don't aggressively stuff their pockets and instead strive for an affordable price level. Typical Chinese restaurant with buffet etc. Not world class but OK.

Food at the buffet was great. It took forever before our drinks arrived. If you wanted something cooked for you, you had to be very patient. We were a group of 9 and because some had shared the wine, we asked for the Total Bill and divided by 9. Rounded it up to the next digit. We tried to explain the woman to give change back per Person (or couple). She insisted we put all the money down and then paid us the difference back in total so for each of us to sort it out. If she would have followed my logic, she would have received at least 5-6 Euro tip. Now she had nothing...

I gave the soup back, it tastes like canned food The warm food (rather lukewarm) was tasteless and absolutely not recommended! It's great to eat there, it's always very tasty and is refilled immediately if something is empty. The staff is really great and friendly and attentive. It's really fun to eat here, whether it's lunch or dinner. Just try it out

I had lunch there today with my son and grandchild and I can only say that everything was great, a good buffet for young and old. Will go there again. My grandchild was very restless and the waitresses took everything in stride. Thank you again.👍👍👍

If you order by card and don't take the buffet, you will receive your food in 10 minute intervals. Eating together is not possible. In addition, the food took 30 minutes from the time of ordering anyway. I therefore cannot recommend it.

Update 10/24 Unfortunately, it's rather negative 😕Tables are no longer cleared, the buffet is completely empty and it doesn't taste good anymore either. Unfortunately there weren't even any fortune cookies to say goodbye... And that with a bill of €66.70... It's a shame. We'll probably look for another restaurant... Always delicious. We eat here often and love it. It's clean, the food is fresh and hot . Parking in front of the house or a little further in the parking lot. The lunch menu is very cheap and with an extensive buffet you can eat your fill here. There is also a small selection of sushi, salads and desserts.

4 years ago we had a delicious meal a la carte. Now in July 2024 we ate again, now the evening buffet including terriyaki plate, again a delicious meal, highly recommended.

Not many menu choices, most of the fried food menu is not fresh.

20€ per person for the buffet, the food was cold, the sauces were much too intense and in general it tasted rather bad

Unfortunately only 4 stars for the ambience because the toilet lighting was broken. Otherwise very hygienic. The lighting in the women's toilet was also broken.

The lunch buffet wasn't particularly imaginative. The duck and other dishes were lukewarm. Dessert consisted of foam waffles and small pieces of bee sting. The fruit was placed in cooking pots and the paper signs were in danger of falling into the food. It's gone really unkindly.

The buffet wasn't filled up quickly enough and the duck and other dishes on offer were too dry because they had been in the oil for too long. It wasn't an experience for us, it's a shame. There is still a lot of potential for improvement....

Looking for a shop that will satisfy the palate. It should be quick, cheap and plentiful. So there's a lot to eat. Not so easy in Meschede - I sometimes thought I lived in a secluded place - and then bam. A buffet stick eatery. Lets go. The people were super nice, not much going on, which isn't a good sign at first, or Meschede and then had two tankards brought to the table, we got the rest ourselves. And how... You can do something like that once a year . And here I would do it again if Meschede wasn't so inconveniently located in the middle of nowhere in the Sauerland region. But that is another text. Chinagarden, gladly again. 😉

It's okay if you want to eat something quickly, we wanted to eat buffet unfortunately we were told 2 hours. Finally, because it's all very dry and has been lying around for a long time, it's better to order from the menu, you can eat it but you shouldn't expect anything, 3 🌟 unfortunately not anymore, the waitresses are always nice.

Sehr sehr lecker Preis/ Leistung Stimmt! Immer wieder gerne

Ich bin öfter hier und meistens ist es eigentlich ganz gut. Leider war es gestern am 1. September eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte einen Tag vorher angerufen und für 17 Uhr reserviert. Die Reservierung wurde freundlich angenommen. Als wir dann zu 2. am nächsten Tag um 17 Uhr im Restaurant erschienen sind, war der Zustand der Gasträume schockierend. Auf den Tischen standen noch alte Teller und benutzte servierten und es sah aus als ob gar nicht sauber gemacht wurde. Es war auch kein Personal da, irgendwann kam dann der Koch aus der Küche und gab uns bescheid dass es noch etwas dauert bis das Buffet fertig ist. (Das Buffet ist erst ab 17:30 Uhr, das steht auch auf der Website des Restaurants, das ist also okay.) Nach 10-15 Minuten erschien dann eine Servicekraft die begann die Tische sauber zu machen. Wohlgemerkt 10-15 Minuten nach Ladeneröffnung und unserer Reservierung. Zudem sind die Sanitäranlagen in keinem guten Zustand, rechen Unangenehm und es wirkt schmuddelig. Am unverständlichsten ist mir wie es sein kann dass bei Ladenöffnung um 17 Uhr noch kein Personal da ist und die Tische dreckig sind und das obwohl ich einen Tag vorher telefonisch für 17 Uhr reserviert habe. Wirklich sehr schade bin eigentlich immer gerne da. Personal und Inhaberin auch immer sehr freundlich aber gestern war es leider schockierend katastrophal.

Früher waren wir regelmäßig essen, mittlerweile gehen wir gar nicht mehr hin oder bestellen gelegentlich. Das Essen sowie der Service hat von der Qualität abgenommen. Zudem muss man relativ lange warten.

Ich habe extra eine lange Reise von Saarland nach Mesched gemacht, um das all you can eat Restaurant auszuprobieren. Trotz einiger Verspätungen und Ausfälle von Züge hat sich das lange Warten im Endeffekt definitiv gelohnt. Das Essen war fantastisch und die Auswahl riesig. Die Qualität der Speisen hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und ich kann das Restaurant nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es war definitiv eine Reise wert!

Bedienung war nett, Frühlingsrollen waren lecker, haben 40 min. auf unser Sushi gewartet & es war ziemlich schlecht. (bei vegetarischem Sushi kann man ja eigentlich nicht so viel falsch machen, aber es war sehr süß) Insgesamt alles sehr fertig und hat etwas aufgewärmt geschmeckt. Echt schade!

Essen à la carte - sehr lecker und sehr große Portionen

Buffet! Also essen war nicht so gut, gab wenig Varianten, wurde auch nicht sofort wieder neu aufgelegt. Vom Preis her fand ich das ging noch, aber dann das essen war nicht so ansprechend, Service ist auch etwas komisch gewesen. Also 3 Sterne gesamt.
