A very nice Asian restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. The buffet is very extensive, with something for everyone, even children. Whether it's fries, fried vegetables, freshly cooked vegetables, fish, seafood, sushi, various sauces and side dishes, duck, chicken, beef, vegan dishes, ice cream, and various desserts.

We visited the Phoenix Chinese Restaurant for the first time yesterday, and I have nothing but positive things to say: friendly staff, and the food was really good to very good. A great "all-can-eat" lunch buffet at a fair price (€17.90) with a wide selection. The taste was excellent. Everyone should find something to their liking here and be satisfied. We'd be happy to come back.

The food is very tasty and there's a lot to choose from. The live cooking isn't really used, but you can have your own dish cooked and try things out. The only negative thing is that the ice cream section smells like a toilet... it smells like the kids who are there 24/7 go to the bathroom, don't wash their hands, and then touch everything, or it's cooled down with toilet water. Not for me, but the ice cream is supposed to taste good.

Simply superb. Large buffet with meats ranging from chicken to kangaroo. Seafood ranging from salmon to pike-perch to crayfish. With delicious sauces and vegetables. The selection is prepared on the grill and brought to your table. 😃👍

It's a very large restaurant a little further out on the outskirts of town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet selection is enormous, and there's something for everyone—even exotic dishes like zebra, shark, and frog legs. I tried a lot of things, and there wasn't a single dish I didn't like. I also like that you can choose the meat, and it's then prepared (relatively quickly) and brought to your table. The prices are reasonable. We would eat there again.

The buffet was, as always, more than fully stocked. There's something for every taste. Unfortunately, we all found the pasta better in the past. But that's a matter of taste. It's always easy to overfill and overeat. :) The atmosphere is more of a crowd-pleaser and overall feels very loud and crowded. If you're looking for a cozy meal, you're in the wrong place. Overall, though, it's recommended. The high number of visitors speaks for itself.

But what really bothered us was the way the staff treated us. On the first visit we were completely baselessly accused of trying to leave without paying - which was absolutely not true. Today we were there again and the same employee came to our table and said: “Phew, you’re still there, lucky you.” That was not only rude, but also quite unpleasant. Good food may be important, but when the service is so unpleasant, we think twice about coming back.

You almost break your bones in the parking lot because the pavement is totally loose and uneven. Inside it was just like before. It says at the front that you should wait until you are seated. This happens by shouting loudly from 20m away. We then stood at the table and before we could sit down we had to order drinks. As I said, the food was subpar - and then €29 per person - completely excessive for the service offered! And no, the service was sloppy because there wasn't enough tip... Conclusion: by far the worst Chinese in Flensburg!!!

The workers were extremely rude and quietly insulted patrons based on their looks while they weren't looking. The food was fine, except I saw moldy food at one point, and people grabing food and putting it back down. The bathrooms were mediocre and there were multiple children pissing in a sink while giggling. At least the janitor got them out of there and he was fine, but there was also a sticky blue substance in the bathroom. I still don't know what this was. Poor experience, and you would probably get mugged here, while rats shit on your food and say the N word.

The buffet is appropriate for the size of the restaurant, quite extensive, but not all that tasty compared to what you are used to from other Asian restaurants such as the Lee in Weiche or the Mandarin in Keelbek. A lot of snack food, which the little ones probably like, but doesn't appeal to me. The few bowls that actually seemed to contain what you would expect in such a place were empty or had a few crusty bits still stuck in the corners. Since we were sitting at the edge of the store, we hardly had a chance of getting something decent to eat, because as soon as something was filled up, those who were sitting closer spontaneously started eating it. So we had chicken nuggets with fries. They tasted like home! Anyway! The restaurant itself is huge and decorated like most Chinese places. Although it has a separate children's play area, which I think is good, the sheer size means there is a level of noise that you don't find in some airport halls. This really enormous volume kills any attempt at conversation as well as the desire to visit this place again. The maxim here is clearly: eat your fill and then get out of here! It really doesn't invite you to linger. However, I have been there three times now, twice in the evening and once at lunchtime and it was equally bad every time. The only thing I like is that the restaurant reserves the right to charge separately for a plate of leftover food. In addition, the generous parking space is unfortunately not sufficient in relation to the size of the restaurant, especially at peak times. As with many other places, I am very surprised that it still exists. Nevertheless, I'm happy about it because it means you're more likely to get a table at delicious Chinese food! Thanks for that!
