My daughter and I were there about 3 weeks ago, we were so satisfied, the food was great, super tasty, the huge selection was really great, the staff were all super friendly, the atmosphere was very clean and well maintained. We will come more often. Our favorite restaurant. GLG Dani and Angi

It was delicious again and we were glad that it wasn't so crowded. So the volume is really pleasant.

Friendly and prompt service. I particularly liked the grill service for fish and meat. The toilets were dirty.

We would have liked to eat here, but the menu only offers meat or fish/seafood dishes. When I asked about vegetarian without meat, I was recommended rice and pasta dishes - unfortunately all of them with meat. When I asked about tofu or just vegetables, it was explained to me that they are not allowed to sell tofu. Then we left again.

The food is great as is the selection, the shrimp are great and the buffet. Really great.

Unfortunately an absolute disaster! I can't understand the good reviews here. Train station atmosphere - it's impossible to have a conversation at normal volume. The food is sticky and extremely salty. The live kitchen drowned the crabs in oil and fried the meat so dry and tough that it was inedible, plus all of my vegetables were black and burnt. All this for a hefty price of €30 per person! The upset stomach was free. Never again

Good evening, Well, unfortunately I think it's bad. Friends of mine were eating here. I came about 10 minutes later with 3 friends, we didn't eat anything and just wanted something to drink. Later we wanted to pay so the 4 of us were also supposed to pay for the buffet even though we didn't eat anything! That would have been another €25 per person even though we weren't asked etc. Later we had to call the boss etc... The food was just as bad as the unfriendly service. According to my friends, it really didn't look tasty either. Unfortunately it was far too warm in the store as were the drinks. LG

Oh well… We made reservations for 13 people, apparently 10 people were understood on the phone. There was a slight inconvenience but okay. In the store itself, all the heaters are turned to 180 degrees, which makes the atmosphere very unpleasant, especially during warm food. The food is very, very fatty, meaning the average person can't manage more than one plate anyway. 4 people from our group didn't eat, which was not asked by the staff beforehand. When paying, the waiter then asked for the price he wasn't entitled to and said he had asked us if we all wanted the buffet. He didn't ask us. After he called the boss, we had to argue with him, which was very unpleasant for us. All in all, this is not a restaurant I would want to go to again. Food, well, service needs improvement and ambience is just way too hot.

Way too hot in there and the service was very unfriendly. I was told I had to pay for a buffet that I didn't have and we were then held for half an hour, which was really an outrage and given the extravagant prices that weren't even remotely worth the food.

The Phönix in Flensburg is called an adventure restaurant and in fact ordering a drink wasn't that easy, because a rhubarb juice spritzer (who drinks something like that) was completely unknown to the otherwise very friendly waiter. But well, everyone involved ordered a buffet and after we had finished the first round, the drinks arrived, including the aforementioned spritzer, the main ingredient of which probably had to be harvested first. The buffet is appropriate for the size of the restaurant, quite extensive, but not all that tasty compared to what you are used to from other Asian restaurants such as the Lee in Weiche or the Mandarin in Keelbek. A lot of snack food, which the little ones probably like, but doesn't appeal to me. The few bowls that actually seemed to contain what you would expect in such a place were empty or had a few crusty bits still stuck in the corners. Since we were sitting at the edge of the store, we hardly had a chance of getting something decent to eat, because as soon as something was filled up, those who were sitting closer spontaneously started eating it. So we had chicken nuggets with fries. They tasted like home! Anyway! The restaurant itself is huge and decorated like most Chinese places. Although it has a separate children's play area, which I think is good, the sheer size means there is a level of noise that you don't find in some airport halls. This really enormous volume kills any attempt at conversation as well as the desire to visit this place again. The maxim here is clearly: eat your fill and then get out of here! It really doesn't invite you to linger. However, I have been there three times now, twice in the evening and once at lunchtime and it was equally bad every time. The only thing I like is that the restaurant reserves the right to charge separately for a plate of leftover food. In addition, the generous parking space is unfortunately not sufficient in relation to the size of the restaurant, especially at peak times. As with many other places, I am very surprised that it still exists. Nevertheless, I'm happy about it because it means you're more likely to get a table at delicious Chinese food! Thanks for that!

We make a reservation for 7 adults and a child for sunday evening. Although the restaurant was not full, the waiters were not at all paying attention to clients and were most of the time rude and not communicative. They refuse to speak in english, took the plades from our table while we still had food on it, cannot make a difference on sprite and stii water brought in glasses and turn the back on us after we ask to pay separate as 2 families. The food itself was quite tasty but not a big variaty to choose from. We would surely not recommend it…for a 26 eur/adult, without drinks, you can eat much better at a lot of other restaurants.

Dirty, overpriced and want to charge extra money per drink!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN eating here with 3 people means at least 150€ including dirty ambience, rude staff and guests who walk between your feet! Ridiculous !!

We were completely satisfied with our visit to the Chinese Restaurant Phoenix in Flensburg. The employees were extremely friendly and accommodating, which gave us a good feeling right from the start. The food was delicious and the selection of dishes was varied - there was something for everyone. What is particularly positive is the great value for money, which makes it possible to enjoy tasty food at a fair price. We will definitely come back and can only recommend the restaurant!"

We have been to this restaurant many times. Unfortunately, over time the standard has fallen sharply in every respect, including the quality of the food, the cleanliness and also the staff. Above all, the price-performance ratio is no longer right. The price for the buffet is now too expensive for the quality, and the drinks prices are also decidedly too high. You are now better off in a home-style restaurant. In any case, good and cheap Chinese food is over...

The last visit was really the last. I was there on 8/24/24. The table selection was not addressed, even though a reservation was made. We had people walking right between the seats all the time because it was closer to the buffet. The quality of the food has also deteriorated significantly. The buffet is definitely no longer worth €26. Plates were dirty, the floor was full of chocolate… And the worst was the staff!!! Very unfriendly and hectic. We had a half-full plate on the table and were told three times that we would have to pay extra for it if it wasn't eaten. Once would have been enough, because after all we still wanted to finish it. Afterwards we were stared at and watched the whole time. At the end when we were paying we didn't want to give a tip, but the waitress just pocketed it and didn't give any change until we asked. In the end she just ran away Never seen such unfriendly staff. Was definitely my last visit.

I can't recommend lunch there, everything is only lukewarm. There is enough choice. Service chooses the table where you sit down with your family - an absolute no go!

I'm really shocked. You think you're going to have a relaxed Chinese meal, but you look to your right and she's no longer wearing any shoes. Some of the waiters run around in sweatpants. You get a nice wind in your face from the soaking wet, sweaty woman sitting next to you who waves the drink menu at you. It's incredibly loud in the store. I can't say much about the buffet, except that the dessert tastes a week old. So if you like disgusting people sitting next to you and sloppy waiters - go for it

Been here before a few years ago, but have to say I won't be back. The service was really bad, the waiter seemed pissed off and didn't answer when you asked for something. It is stated in many places that if one's eyes are hungrier than the stomach, they will charge a fee of 5 to 10 euros, per Plate. The food was COLD and we were there 10 minutes after they opened. The cakes in the dessert buffet were dry and not worth eating and what's worse, part of the chicken I had put on my plate to be fried was not fried properly. The salad bar itself, if you can call it that, consisted of agurtz tomst, corn and salad. Would NOT recommend this place, even if it is on the cheap end.

I suddenly wasn't feeling well and even the waitress saw it herself and brought me a piece of dark chocolate, which isn't available at the buffet, and said try it here and it'll make you feel better, which was also thought to be caring and courteous by the other waitresses informed and they also looked as they walked past. I've been here several times now and I can say that the first time I was there years ago, everyone was very friendly. If you want something new to drink, just speak to them in a friendly manner.

We ate here with a large group. The food was delicious and had a lot of choice. Unfortunately, it's quite loud there, so you almost have to "yell" at each other when there are round tables.

Buffet! - Gigantic! Lots of choice of vegetables, side dishes, types of meat... (if you like zebra, frog legs, kangaroo...) There's also a large dessert buffet with fruit, cake, ice cream and a chocolate fountain - we're super excited! The team - very friendly, funny - really great! We were here with our three children in the evening - everyone was tired - but it was still super, super great. Thank you very much!

We were there on a Saturday lunchtime. The buffet cost 15.90 and you really can't complain. A rich buffet with warm and cold dishes, sushi, cakes and ice cream. The drinks were normal price (large cold drink 3.90) and the staff was more than friendly and attentive. Although it was very busy, there was still enough space and no one looked at your plate. All in all we were very satisfied and vegetarians will also get their fill here!! We'd love to come back!!

Love the restaurant! It's a nice all-you-can-eat restaurant and they have so many dishes to choose from! I'd prefer the wok. The ventilation was good, and so was the servers.

On the last visit I was unfortunately disappointed, when we arrived at 8 p.m. we thought we could still eat until 9:30 p.m., which unfortunately wasn't the case. As early as 8:30 p.m., some things like the desserts and sauces would be cleared away. Which was a real shame because we had paid 25.90 per person for the buffet and couldn't eat nearly as much as those who came before.

An Asian buffet restaurant that offers a huge selection of dishes, including live cooking. The quality of the food is good, the service is prompt and unobtrusive. You have to compromise on the atmosphere, as the size of the restaurant is more reminiscent of a large canteen than a cozy restaurant. But you actually know that when you walk into a Phoenix buffet restaurant. This restaurant is certainly one of the better ones in the chain in terms of quality.
