A good Chinese restaurant in Neckarsulm! I was at "Nihao" for dinner on a business trip. The wonton soup was delicious. For my main course, I ordered chicken with broccoli and asparagus. The food was very tasty, and the service was friendly. The value for money is good!

On recommendation, we celebrated two of our children's birthdays here with over 30 people. It was lovely. We and our guests were very satisfied. Everyone thought the food was delicious and the owners are very friendly. We would love to come back!

I recently visited the Ni Hao restaurant in Neckarsulm and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. When I ordered a Fanta, I discovered that it was apparently stale as it contained no carbon dioxide. When I pointed this out, I was simply told that the bottle had just been opened. My request that the employee try it herself was ignored and I had to pay the full amount - without any accommodation. I also discovered a small piece of aluminum foil at the buffet. That alone wouldn't have been a big problem for me, as something like that can happen. However, what particularly disappointed me was the rudeness and lack of customer service I received in this situation. This experience made me think about whether I would like to visit the restaurant again. Customer service and handling complaints are just as important to me as the quality of the food, and there is definitely room for improvement here.

Today I was in this Chinese restaurant for the first time and I was very surprised by the very good service. Everything your heart desires. I'd love to come back.

Tried the lunch buffet. At €12.50 it was relatively cheap but the food was VERY bad. This was by far the worst Chinese I have ever visited. I didn't know that you could mess up fried noodles. The restaurant proved me wrong. The selection was also very small.

After a long search for a suitable restaurant for our monthly get-together, we found it here a few years ago and stayed. Ms. Sun and her crew are very friendly and accommodating. And has taken us, as we have taken you, to our hearts. The buffet is small but nice and still offers all sorts of delicious things for every taste. Alternatively, the menu also offers a wide variety from sweet/sour to spicy. Just like you know from a good Asian restaurant.

My partner and I wanted to go to a restaurant that was new to us for our 5 year anniversary. So we spontaneously decided on the buffet in this restaurant. When we arrived we immediately noticed that the chairs were very dirty and some of the old food residue was stuck to the seats. Unfortunately, we were also quite disappointed with our meal and had to spend the hours afterwards on the toilet with a stomach ache. Despite the low number of visitors, we had to wait quite a long time until someone came to our table to order drinks (about 10 minutes). The buffet was very meager for the price of just under €20 per person. There was no sushi, only a small selection of main courses (the taste was very average) and for dessert there were only various types of ice cream and canned fruit, which gave the impression that it had been in the containers for a long time. In addition, the food at the buffet was rarely refilled. The service wasn't exactly blessed with friendliness either. Neither towards us nor other guests. Was our first and last visit to this restaurant. Absolutely not recommended.

We have been to this house several times over the last few years; the staff was always very friendly and the food was good. Unfortunately today it was the complete opposite. The lady who served us was very unfriendly, the food was lukewarm and totally greasy. There were five of us there, two of us felt sick while eating. We probably won't go there again, but we can't recommend the Nihao to anyone with this level.

Have been to Nihao again for a long time. We were warmly welcomed and since it was still warm we took a seat in the beer garden. It was nice to sit. We chose the buffet. As with every buffet, there was Peking soup as a starter. Salad, spring rolls, breaded meat, fish, vegetables, chicken, etc. There were also various meats with vegetables and sauce. So actually like with every buffet. The buffet wasn't the biggest but everyone found something. I also found it to be very tasty. You can see a lot in the picture. Of course there was also dessert with ice cream, baked banana, fruit, etc. The price for the buffet and drinks were completely reasonable. Toilet also very clean. When we paid there were fortune cookies and something to drink. Conclusion: Happy again and recommended 😋

Essen war lecker. Unser Kind mit 6 Jahren hatte keinen Hunger. Wir haben trotzdem ein Kindermenü bestellt. Wir fünf Erwachsenen haben alle Buffet genommen. Bei der Bestellung wurden wir relativ unhöflich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Kind dann nichts von uns probieren und essen darf. Ja logisch.

Sehr nettes Personal, ich hatte Buffet und war sehr zufrieden. Das Fleisch war Knusprig und wirkte frisch zubereitet. Obwohl nur wenig los war, würde das Buffet immer nachgefüllt. Desweiteren bezahlt man auch hier bei übermäßiger Essensverschwendung eine Strafe (10€) was ich sehr wichtig und richtig finde.

Zondagavond om 18.30u, gekozen voor het buffet. Heerlijk gegeten tegen een leuke prijs. De warmhoudbakken werden goed bijgehouden. Het werd goed bijgevuld en niet te veel zodat het eten ook warm was. Voldoende keuze in de gerechten. Bediening was ook prima. Lege borden werden op tijd weggehaald

Essen teilweise versalzen, total unfreundlich zu Kindern und wenn der kleine drei pommes auf dem Teller liegen lässt gleich 4 Euro mehr kassieren obwohl Kinder bis drei Jahren frei sein sollen. Geht gar nicht.

Früher waren wir oft dort zum Essen . Da wir nun aber tierleidfrei leben, reizt das Angebot gar nicht mehr. Mehr oder überhaupt mal vegane Gerichte anbieten wären doch mal was für die chinesischen Restaurants 🤗 Die laufen euch die Bude ein, versprochen 😎💚

Der Ort ist OK, nur das Essen war mit Knoblauch, auf Karte war nichts vermerkt.Ich war sehr enttäuscht da ich immer hingegangen bin und habe immer das gleiche gegessen und jetzt gehe ich nicht mehr ins Nihao, denn nach dem letzten Besuch hatte ich wochenlang Magenprobleme

Als langjährige Besucher haben wir uns jetzt entschieden, dass wir dort nicht mehr essen werden. Nicht nur die Qualität der Speisen gleicht einem Absturz, sondern auch der Service. Angebrannt, viel Geschmacksverstärker, weniger Auswahl und miese Qualität, es schmeckt nicht mehr. Der Höhepunkt war, dass man jetzt auch noch, wenn man nichts trinkt, ein Getränk aufgeschlagen bekommt! Und um eine zweite Serviette muss man betteln, Aussagen der sehr unfreundlichen, schlecht gelaunten Bedienung zu Gästen:"Pro Gast nur eine Serviette!" und "das nächste Mal trinken Sie was!" Da mag man nicht mehr hingehen.

Lekker gegeten, ruime keuze en niet duur. Vlakbij afrit A6 Mannheim, dus ook ideaal als je op je vakantiereis eens wat anders wil eten dan bij een Raststätte.
