Ordered for the first time, delivered really quickly, and it was really delicious. The best I've had in a while, and the price is great too. I hope it stays that way, because I'll be ordering more often. I had soup, a large spring roll, extra fried noodles, and slightly spicy beef with vegetables and 1 liter of apple juice for €29, which is appropriate for the really large portions.

We sat on the terrace and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Highly recommended.

Two vegan meals were ordered (No. 327, as stated on the packaging), and the food was delivered with, I suspect, chicken, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the food was chosen from the main menu and not the usual lunch menu for that time of day. This makes a price difference of a good €4.

I have never seen so much dirt and cobwebs in a restaurant. The meal went like this. But fresh vegetables look different. Actually, I could write a novel, but make up your own mind. There needs to be a major overhaul here.

On my bachelorette party (July 1, 2023), my friends' picnic plan literally fell through. Option 2 was overrun. This is where we ended up thanks to Google. We were the only guests while the delivery drivers came and went non-stop. We were treated absolutely courteously, the food was incredibly tasty and extremely plentiful at an unbeatable price. Even our crazy appearance only briefly removed the professional expression on our faces. But since we are all human, that was absolutely the right reaction. This was my debut in a Hamburg Chinese restaurant and I would like to give it 6+ stars. It was my first time here, but definitely not the last time. Thanks Jacky Chang! Addendum January 2025 My husband and I now come here about 2-4 times a year - whenever we want more than just a Chinese snack. We also tried other Chinese restaurants - they didn't taste nearly as tasty and they were all more expensive.

I had the food delivered to me. It arrived quickly, but unfortunately there were real hairs in the sweet and sour sauce.

Food was good....staff very friendly But the toilets haven't been cleaned for a long time, so I'm leaving straight away.

Hello, I was a guest today and was extremely disappointed. The store was full, only one waitress. (New ones?!) the lady couldn't keep up and didn't get any help. We waited over an hour for our main course. We got the starter after 30 minutes of waiting and our drink. Other guests sitting next to us were 3!! Starters of spring rolls, tried to put them patiently. After a short time, guests left, the tables were not cleared for new guests, they had to sit at tables that were still dirty from the previous guests. The food was perfectly fine, service was zero. We will refrain from coming back in the future. All the best for the team though!

The shop is definitely getting old. You come in and the floor is sticky, so you should actually back out again. Ordered the large spring rolls and baked chicken and chicken Szezuan style. The sauce thickened so much that it could have been used as a filler. Taste? Could not be determined. It was very disappointing. But what do you expect at €12 per dish, quality just isn't there.

We can only report good things. We were warmly welcomed even on Saturday evening at 9 p.m. and were able to order and eat in a relaxed manner. The food was served quickly and tasted really good. It was plentiful and we could even choose the level of spiciness for the dishes marked as “spicy”. I was able to get my dish just a little spicy. The prices were also absolutely top for today's times.

It's a small hidden Chinese restaurant near the Farmsen shopping center. You can park for free at the top of the parking deck at the back. We enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the ambience and furnishings are a bit old. The operator could happily change something.

Very friendly, Lunch is Monday - Saturday until 5 p.m., which we are happy to take advantage of here.

Extremely underrated, super nice staff, perfect level atmospheric music, very nicely decorated, nice price and very tasty food.

The food isn't bad, but the place is pretty run down - especially the outside area - so it's better to have it delivered to your home or take it away.

Very good Chinese food. You can also eat miso soup and sushi very well here. The service is very nice. If you want to pay with your EC CARD, you have to let us know in good time, otherwise you have to pay in cash.

Very run down restaurant. Aquarium with nothing in it, dirty windows, dirty toilets. Peking soup tasted very bland, lukewarm and very thick. Szechuan style duck and chicken didn't taste good at all either. Very burnt sauce, totally over salted and the duck was also lean. It tasted very musty. So very disappointed again. 😕

Das Menü bietet eine breite Auswahl an Gerichten, die für jeden Geschmack etwas bereithalten. Die Vorspeisen waren ein kulinarisches Highlight, besonders die hausgemachte Suppe und die frischen Salate. Die Hauptgerichte enttäuschten ebenfalls nicht. Die Qualität der Zutaten und die Zubereitung waren erstklassig. Ich persönlich habe ein saftiges Steak genossen, das perfekt auf den Punkt gebraten war. Der Service verdient ebenfalls Anerkennung. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und gut informiert über die Speisekarte. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen, um alle unsere Fragen zu beantworten und haben uns mit Empfehlungen geholfen. Die Weinauswahl war beeindruckend und passte hervorragend zu den Gerichten. Insgesamt war der Besuch in diesem Restaurant eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung. Die Kombination aus hervorragendem Essen, erstklassigem Service und angenehmer Atmosphäre macht es zu einem Ort, den ich gerne weiterempfehle und sicherlich erneut besuchen werde.

Haben am 22.10.20 das erste mal dort bestellt. Essen kam pünktlich .super heiß und es schmeckte so lecker !!!!! So heißes Essen haben wir noch nie geliefert bekommen !!

Der Service ist immer sehr freundlich! Das Essen wird immer frisch zubereitet und ist immer sehr lecker! Das Restaurant ,dass Ambiente und die Musik dazu lässt einen Glauben, man wäre für einen Moment im Urlaub.

Sehr gute Portion & den Extra Reis finde ich sehr vernünftig nicht zu berechnen. Bin bisher immer dran vorbei gegangen am Restaurant, war keine gute Idee Preis Leistung stimmt. Kommen jetzt öfters ;)

Das Essen ist leider sehr viel schlechter geworden, und gleichzeitig deutlich teurer. Schwach gewürzt, sehr sparsame Portion, Gemüse in der Suppe noch fast roh, insgesamt lieblos und teuer. Schade, es war mal excellent .

Nette, freundliche Bedienung. Leckeres Essen. Mittagstisch Preise.. Tipp topp. Würde ich wieder einkehren, wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

Sehr lecker, große Portionen und angemessene Preise. Sowohl die warmen Gerichte als auch das Sushi haben überzeugt.

Angebrachte Preise bei einer Viefalt von Gerichten. Wer etwas exotisches essen möchte ist hier falsch, aber das Essen ist auf den "deutschen Geschmack" abgestimmt und schmeckt i.O. auch sind die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Schneller Service und sehr nette Bedienung.

Total empfehlenswert 👍🏼,das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Bedienung sehr schnell, die Portionen mehr als ausreichend!!! Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist allerdings die Einrichtung, da sollte wirklich dringend dran gearbeitet werden. Das Problem ist aber auch das man erstmal drauf kommen muss das dass Lokal da oben etwas versteckt ist. Ansonsten lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall dort zu Essen. Ich habe Online bestellt, und ich werde es nun in Zukunft öfters tun. Ich weiss garnicht wieso einige Menschen den Laden und das Essen von Jacky Chang schlecht machen!?. Meine Frau und ich haben das essen sehr genossen. Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Portion gebratene Nudeln mit Hänchen und ihr habt kein stück gespart an der Portion und das ist klasse. Preisleistung ist gut 👍. Die Bestellung ist mega schnell angekommen. Immer wieder gerne!

Obwohl schon länger als 2 Jahrzehnte am selben Ort, wird es leider immer mehr zum lost Place. Schmecken tut es immer noch überdurchschnittlich gut.

Ich kann Jacky chang nur empfehlen, meistens bestelle ich dort. Der lieferservice ist super, schnell und gab mal 1-2 kleinere Fehler aber denke das ist menschlich. Das Essen schmeckt einfach super. Immer wieder gerne. 5 von 5 Sterne 🌟
