We've always been satisfied, as it's actually super delicious. Only yesterday and the last time, there was very, very little meat in it. I didn't think it was a great value for money. 😞

I've rarely eaten such a delicious kebab! Fast delivery, and the kebab was still very warm. We'll definitely order again.

Rude boss. Doesn't take his customers seriously

There were four of us at this kebab shop and we just wanted to eat together. Since the tables were very small, we tried to push two of them together for a bit. But before we could even finish speaking, the shop manager shouted at us loudly and rudely – completely excessive and disrespectful. A simple, friendly explanation would have been enough, but instead we were treated like troublemakers. That completely ruined the atmosphere. We left the shop in a huff without eating. That's not how you treat customers. Friendliness is the least you should expect – unfortunately, there was none. We definitely won't be coming back.

Today, we wanted to have a cozy meal with four people, spend some good money, and have a pleasant evening. But what we experienced here was absolutely unacceptable. Just because we moved a few chairs to sit together at one table, my little cousin was disrespectfully addressed by the manager for absolutely no reason. Instead of being normal and friendly, we were treated in an rude manner that completely lacked customer service. That's definitely not how you treat guests. Especially these days, you should be happy to have customers. None of us will be spending another cent here. Disrespect has no place in the restaurant industry.

I've been to ChiliCheesDöner twice so far, and I have to say that it's tasty, it fills you up, the roll and the salad are fresh. Many people write that the kebab is too dry, but with all 3 sauces including cheese, the kebab was definitely not too dry for me. I was really skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. Staff extremely nice and friendly!!! The ambience you could see was really great, clean and tidy.

Impudence!!! Delivery was canceled because there were problems with the address from Lieferando! !! After talking to the owner, we were told clearly that he was not interested in such problems and that we would no longer accept another order. Last sentence before he ended the conversation, no one would be interested in the reviews anyway.

I just wanted to try the kebab for the first time at the Westfalen gas station in Kerpen. I've been standing there for a long time and I see that there's very little veal left. I had already thought about only taking 1x veal instead of 3x veal. Then a new person comes from behind and talks to the waitress in Turkish from the end of the queue and I am then told that there is no more veal, even though I can see with my own eyes that there is at least one portion left, if not more. And in a VERY unfriendly way. I felt really ripped off. Very unfortunate. Since a family member only likes veal, I left and will never come back.

Finally a good kebab shop in Sindorf again. Been there three times. Chicken kebab to take away every time. Meat great, all salads fresh. Finely chop white and red cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Lots of sauces and lots of other things in addition. Everything prepared with kindness. The shop is very small and clear, but the kebab is great. I can only recommend it.

Normally I love the chili cheese kebab and it tastes great too, but lately when I order from Lieferando everything is always wrong or I go there personally and say what I want individually then when I get home and want to eat I see that something is missing again They really have to be careful. Especially if you order chili cheese kebab and then you get it without the sauce🤦‍♀️

Lunch, unfortunately I was so disappointed! They were new employees. One was super nice, one was just a terrible guy. People! When you make food, I think it's good if you wear gloves. But making food and collecting money with the same glove?? Nope!!! That shouldn't be the case. The other one comes from the back, has gloves on, goes straight to the bread, why? On a scale of 1-10, the kebab gets a 6.5/7 out of 10. Taste OK, a little lacking in seasoning. Had a chilli cheese kebab. The cheese wasn't dominant and you couldn't quite taste it. A fan would have been good in the shop as it got very warm. Employees could enjoy their job a little more. Huge plus point for the Pull Bieber, it's mild everywhere but here it's really spicy

The chili cheese kebab tastes great and is more than enough in one portion. We don't even need any fries. Visually it is very clean and the presentation of the supplements in the display is attractive. There are various sauces to choose from and of course spicy is also possible. The staff is friendly and worked quickly. The number of seats is manageable. However, we usually just pick up because we live nearby and then want to eat comfortably at home. We have been customers about 6 times so far and will continue to be regular guests. Parking in front of the store is a coincidence, but walking a few meters or sending the passenger in always worked well.
