Chili in Weyhe

Highly recommended restaurant, unlike another one located on the Markplatz! Here the service is friendly, good food, Italian, although both the owner and the staff are not Italian, excellent atmosphere, recommended for both families and romantic dinners!!!

The food was completely fine, but I have something else to complain about. Was there today and had previously picked up a small envelope from Nike (running clothing) opposite the gas station. I put the envelope in question on the table in front of the counter and out of haste I left it there after paying. When I got home, I only noticed it after dinner and called straight away (about 20-30 minutes later). I said I had forgotten my package there and without saying in advance where I put it, I was told that there was no package there. I then said where I put it and that it was an envelope with sports clothing. They said no package here, the store was full, maybe a customer had taken it or I had put it somewhere else. I think it's unlikely that someone in Leeste would simply take away an inconspicuous envelope in a shop, especially since it could have belonged to the owner and was on the table right in front of the counter. If there were cameras, I would see the recording from today (05/09/2025) because this is theft. If the situation becomes clear, I am willing to delete this post. My address is written down on it, just put it in the mailbox. Incorrect humanity simply, unbelievable.

Delicious food. Very friendly, English speaking, staff and good atmosphere. There is a covered outdoor terrace. The schnitzels are highly recommended! They also have a children's menu including homemade chicken nuggets. Easy to drive to, about 5 minutes from the A1. Price-quality ratio was great as far as we were concerned.

A really nice team across the board, which spreads a very cozy, feel-good atmosphere. We ordered the 2 person tapas platter and had an evening that we thoroughly enjoyed. A nice culinary mini vacation. The only drawback: there was no room for dessert ;)…. so that will have to wait until next time.

We went to the Smokey Island for the first time for the May dance, and it was a fantastic evening with friends. Great music, and the location couldn't be more beautiful! The snacks are also highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!
