Cheers in Vilseck

This place has a lot of potential to gather up with friends for some cold beer and a good time. I was disappointed to see that there was hardly anybody in the place while I visited and it seems to me as if they were doing more food takeout than actual business at the bar area or from people sitting at the tables. The customer service was great but they could sure use some live music or other types of entertainment to bring people into the business.

The food was ok but the service wasn’t good at all, the one lady was just rude , the pizza cheese tasted old but the finger food tasted really good!

ordered at 830pm was told that delivery would take max 90 minutes. we ended up leaving after 2 hours of waiting to go and get food somewhere else. then got multiple missed calls at 11pm and when we came back our neighbors were saying that the delivery driver (im gonna assume) was outside banging on the door and holding down the buzzer. Would not recommend

Fast food is great, but sushi is really great.

Waited 2h for my food and got a raw burger. Told me they send a new one right away and it’s been almost an hour and all they tell me its gonna come soon.

Beware if you pay with US dollars they are charging you 1.25 US per euro. This is well above the average exchange rate and resulted in around $6 US dollars extra. The food is good so pay in euro!!

They have a regular that is a drunk and harass female customers and will sit at random peoples tables and will cuss you out when you ask kindly for him to leave. The staff and owner won’t do anything about him and say “ he really a good guy” blaming victims. Horrible service and atmosphere. Will never return and recommend not ever going

Music is at the right volume, candles on the table, and they speak English. The food is full of flavor and they offer a great variety.

Food is disgusting. Customer Service is terrible. The lady on the phone is rude. Delivery times are obscene. Just terrible. Please eat somewhere else save your money. I honestly would rather eat an MRE

It's a shame because I would have liked to give a better rating. I find it extremely hard on the border when it says "ASAP" for delivery, up to 2 hours are noted and these are also fully utilized. If I knew today when I would feel hungry tomorrow evening, I would order in advance. The fact that the food was still warm tells me that it didn't come out much earlier. And if the argument is that there was so much going on, then it won't be noticeable if someone stops ordering from you in the future. Because if I picked it up, it would be ready in 20 minutes. Where is the problem? I was called today by a seemingly helpless driver who only understood a little German. Apparently he couldn't find my address even though I live on a busy street. The food itself was okay (even if the duck was delivered cut earlier). I just think it's a shame that the service at Cheers has deteriorated in my opinion. Are German customers from the city more tiring than soldiers OnPost? I don't know it. I was just disappointed again and probably won't order anything from here again in the future.

I've ordered take out from a few different restaurants here in the Vilseck area, and I must say that I have to repeat myself what feels like a million times because they don't understand what I'm trying to say and I don't speak German... but I appreciate that they put the effort, although most times orders get messed up. The process of ordering through Cheers was absolutely seamless.i don't even have to pick up my phone to speak to someone to place my order. You can do order online on their website! You can also pay with a credit/debit card which is nice since most places accept cash only. Just a heads up, if paying with a card, you won't enter your card info online- they bring the machine to close the transaction at the time of delivery so have your credit/debit card handy for the driver when you answer the door! Make sure to have euros to tip your delivery driver as you cannot add a tip to the bill on your card. They have such an extensive menu to satisfy almost any cravings you and your family or friends may have! On the website, each menu item is accompanied with a photo! If you order the pizza, and would like a pizza to share amongst three or four people, the medium size should do just fine. The breadsticks are delivered in what looks like a small pizza box; it's served with 6 breadsticks and comes with their homemade garlic sauce which is so tasty! I was excited that they had Asian food as well on their menu since their is no Asian restaurants here and no other restaurants in the area have it on their menu. I ordered the Duck Fried Rice and Egg Rolls with a dip. The egg rolls dish comes with two very big delicious and flavorful rolls and definitely recommend. The dip was good, I'd call it a knock off duck sauce. I was surprised at how large the portion was for the Duck Fried Rice. My sister and I both ordered the same thing, but we could have very well split one order among us had we known how generous the portions were. There is an option to add more meat for an up-charge but the way it comes is plenty. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because I was not a fan of the duck fried rice dish- the texture and taste of the duck was just unpleasant. The fried rice itself was great though so hope my review of the duck not tasting well does not steer you away from ordering the Asian food on the menu. Just steer clear of the duck! If you'd like teriyaki sauce for the rice, definitely recommend adding some to the rice for the small up-charge! The two times we have ordered from here the delivery comes quickly and as ordered and food has been hot. The driver is also friendly! Definitely one of the best restaurants if you are looking for good food to be quickly delivered to your home!

Excellent food and drinks. Service was very lacking. Had to go and find waitress to get refills. Place was not that busy either.

Everything about this place is just to be predatory on service members in the area. All items on the menu can be bought at either the nauhkauf or edeka store down the street and be combined to make a dish with in an air fryer or toaster oven. The food quality is absolute horse dung and it doesn’t even deserve to be called a restaurant maybe a microwave facility. Their sole purpose is to leech off of drunk American service members which they have somehow done for decades.

Es gibt eine Bar und einen Fernseher auf dem manchmal Fußballspiele laufen. wenn man bestellt kommt das Essen meist innerhalb einer Stunde oder schneller.

Service ist grauenhaft, hatte den Eindruck ich wär unerwünscht, wurde weder angeschaut, noch hat man mit mir gesprochen. Essen zur Abholung hingeklatscht und zum Bezahlen musste ich um Aufmerksamkeit ringen... Essen ist auf hochwertigem Fastfood-Level.

Pizza was okey - we will probably not gonna order again unless all the other restaurants in the area are closed.

Da meine Schwester seit einigen Jahren in Vilseck wohnt und wir sie mindestens 2×im Jahr besuchen, hat sie uns in diese Gaststätte geführt,seitdem essen wir dort regelmäßig. Wir sind sehr zufrieden was wir serviert bekommen und das Preisverhältnis ist auch okay,auch haben sie da eine große Auswahl an Menüs.Mein Favorit ist Pizza Calzone mit Peperoniwurst.

The food is god and the people are friendly. However, if I might make a small suggestion to the delivery crew. It is a custom in America to tip our servers because in our country, waitresses and delivery girls/boys make sometimes less than $5 an hour on average and we are quite aware that here in Germany you make at least the minimum wage. All Because you are adequately paid, that doesn't me we are not willing to tip, but it is considered incredibly RUDE to ask for a tip. Doing so will only damage the reputation of your restaurant.

Waitstaff was excellent, wait time was reasonable for peak hours. I would have given a higher score had my steak not been well done when I ordered medium rare.

3.5 stars for food and service. The pizza dough had a super sour dough taste and wasn't a fan but in love with the 6 piece chicken teriyaki. Looking at other reviews this place is a hit or miss with no constancy. Honestly avoided this place for over a year with how poorly people rate this place. Though it's not that bad and could be better if they put more care into cooking their food because the recipes aren't bad.

I eat here a lot, decent food. However, it would be nice for Cheers to add on their website that they charge 4 extra dollars if you’re paying USD. Just to let people know, rather than find out when getting their food delivered.

I mean it's food but seasonings can help out a lot no flavor, ordered a burrito an all ya tastes is onion. It's meh but if ur hungry.

First time trying this place and we loved it! Good variety, large portions, and great prices as well. I ordered a small calzone and it was huge! I love that delivery was free and the time for delivery was fast for a busy Friday night. Highly recommend for some delicious food :)

Great food for soldiers. Their calzones, wraps, and burgers are pretty good. Chicken has caused some soldiers to be sick. In general a great service.

Bislang wurde nur Essen geliefert und das stehts recht zügig, innerhalb 30 Minuten ohne Aufpreis. Pizza sowie Pasta schmecken sehr gut auch die Burger sind zu empfehlen.
