I had the Yan Ta Fo which was pretty good 👍 Service was great and the ambience was impressive.

Unfortunately too expensive for snack quality, papaya salad was very good, otherwise very disappointed. The Pad Thai for €17.20 was poorly seasoned (hardly any taste), cooked too long, prawns weren't tasty, and the wrong noodles were used, which can also be seen in the photos in the other comments here. For this price I was more than disappointed. Even snack foods taste much better. The beef and basil was okay (tasted like an Asian snack €8 dish), but for almost €19 it was a disgrace. I hope the restaurant improves the quality of the food, there are too few authentic Thai restaurants, I would really like that, then I'll be happy to pay the high prices. But 2 main courses and 1 salad (and it was a small salad for 12.20€!) for a total of 54€ (with delivery & service fee (service for what?!), then also a 2€ tip) is a disgrace for bad snack food. Eat. Unfortunately. Like I said, I hope it improves.

Curry and Pad Thai are great! Thomka Gai soup unfortunately not good at all! Papaya salad is amazing, like in Thailand! The red curry is also amazing, like in Thailand!

The food is very very mediocre. The pad thai was overcooked so the noodles were almost a bit slimey from the starch being overcooked since it was just a mush. The duck was okay but they didn’t manage to cook the skin properly and it just tasted like a bland version of chinese take out. Staff is nice enough but not very attentive. Overall okay.

The food is delicious but unfortunately not original Thai. It is German style Asian cuisine. Pad ka Phao is made with soy sauce and fish sauce and the most important thing is the leaves. They make up the taste and they were hardly there.

As a Thai, I can say that this is one of the best and most authentic Thai restaurants in Hamburg.

Nope. TomKhaGai works differently. No spiciness, no acid, no coriander greens, no authentic soup at all. Just eggplant cubes in very mild cream coconut. Quarter mango, quarter avocado, quarter shallot, chopped into mango salad. Unfortunately unripe, too hard and no aroma. There are a few peanuts in it and a simple sweet dressing. And a few more small spring rolls...Tk? Really not a highlight. All together for 25... no 🙂‍↔️ I never write reviews. But here I got too annoyed and stayed hungry!

Ordered take out via Wolt several times, the food was always tasty, delicious and authentic! Especially their shrimp fried rice and pad thai, omg the smoky flavour from the wok was soooooo on-point, it's such a rarity in Germany to get Asian good with such smokiness! Downside is they used a lot of plastic and polystyrene in their food packaging, in one of the dishes that I ordered the plastic containing the sauce was partially melted and deformed and thrown into the fried chicken, so it's kinda contaminating the food in a way. The kitchen staff should pay attention when packing food for delivery.

Very tasty & authentic food. Super nice service. We felt like we were in Thailand at the tables with plastic covers outside. It couldn't be more perfect!

The restaurant has a pleasant location and the food tasted good. Unfortunately the portions were too small and the price was too high. Overall I give 3 stars. There were 2 coffees on our bill that we hadn't ordered. Luckily we noticed this in time.

Great authentic Thai restaurant, where a lot of Thais go to eat, which is always a good sign. I was there with my girlfriend and had a Pad Thai with tofu and two small shandies. I paid 21.50 euros for it. A great price-performance ratio, in my opinion 👍🏼! The food and of course the shandy were super delicious. We would love to come back ☺️

Good Morning, The Charm Thai Street Kitchen is located at the end of Osterstrasse, almost at the beginning of the Kaiser-Friedrich-Ufer. The food is very Thai and tastes really delicious. The lighting is great, everything is very bright and friendly, as is the service. The lamps are great Kind regards Ba Laoban

The store operates according to the motto “half the size but double prize”. Most main courses cost around €20 (!) which is really sporty for a Thai snack of this level. But the highlight is that the portions are so small that you won't feel full. There weren't even chopsticks...we'll never come back!

The Pad Thai was incredibly delicious! When it comes to food an absolute 5/5. Unfortunately the service was a bit chaotic but still really nice! :)

Concerns the delivery service. I ordered a delivery for 6:00 p.m. today at 4:00 p.m. The delivery came on time (unfriendly driver by the way). Unfortunately the food was cold. Called and explained the problem. After 5 minutes we understood what the problem was. I was not offered any solution. After I was asked to reorder, the lady on the phone noticed that there would be no drivers.

Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed yesterday. The starter (summer roll with salad and prawns) was dry, the salad with beef that I ordered was a joke in size and the meat was totally tough. The white wine wasn't great either. The service was very friendly, but forgot to bring us cutlery and napkins as well as the main course. I will therefore no longer eat there as there are better alternatives.

Today (May 15, 2024) I tried M12 “Pla Rad Prik”. The taste was good. The last time I tried “Laab Ped”. Both times the staff were very friendly. Therefore full marks 5 stars. The food was good; Without E 621 I gave it 4 stars. With a little more fresh herbs in the Laab I gave it a full 5 stars❣️🙏

Overall, good in every respect: you can't really complain about anything, but you don't get excited either. The food was very tasty. It could have been spicier (Thai basil was used very sparingly, for example). The dishes could be ordered variably from not at all spicy to very spicy or spiced up. What was noticeable, however, was that the portions weren't particularly large. I'm just about full, but I don't know if someone of larger stature would have been too. The service was quick and friendly. The ambience is probably a matter of taste. But many visitors seem to like it.

The employees were very nice and friendly. To be honest, the food was very, very sweet for us. I'm a fan of Thai food myself and have eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants, nowhere was it extremely sweet like here.

Authentic and super delicious Thai cuisine! The food is all incredibly tasty and the service is always very friendly. When the weather is good you can sit both outside and inside. We come here often because we love Thai cuisine and have never been disappointed.

The dishes were largely freshly prepared and tasted good - no taste explosion, but solidly seasoned Thai cuisine. Unfortunately, the coconut milk sauce was pre-cooked and therefore not available without fish sauce. The duck was too fatty. The vegan dishes (fried tofu with vegetables, papaya salad, mango sticky rice) were much better. The atmosphere is very kitschy and not particularly cozy, but it fits the concept.

Charm Thai Street Kitchen is located at the end of Easter Street. We went there for dinner after Kaifu Sport, without a reservation. I recommend making an appointment in advance, the restaurant was fully booked on Sunday evening. The food was super tasty and beautifully presented. After the main course we ordered dessert, which took a while to arrive, otherwise we were very satisfied.

From the outside this gem looks a bit strange, inside it's mostly colorful, the food is great, very tasty Tom Kha Gai soup and certainly the best Pad Thai in the city, the service is friendly and attentive - we'll be happy to come back

When you come in you are greeted warmly and shown to a table. Sweet, small, inconspicuous, cozy family business. The food was top. In my opinion, without flavor enhancers, spice granules, etc. Everything was delicious, fresh and super digestible . A little more expensive than other companies but it's worth every cent. We will be back ....

I've been here for lunch several times now and won't be going there again. The last meal tasted bland and like old oil, I could hardly eat it. The people are nice and the service is okay, but given the many better alternatives around, it needs better quality.

The food was very tasty. First Tom Jam soup with chicken and main course fried beef with vegetables and rice (it was spicy, but still ok for me :) Service is very friendly and quick. The prices are a bit high but still affordable. The ambience is very bright and with colorful lamps on the ceiling. Opt and enjoy :)

Too brightly lit restaurant. It looks like a shopping mall. Large selection of dishes with noodles or rice. Tasty, seasoned food. Portion a bit tight. The service seems very good at first, the service is quick, but you feel like you're constantly being watched, which isn't necessarily pleasant. All in all, I wouldn't eat there again.

I was especially impressed by the atmosphere in the store. The more you can taste food from a variety of menus. It's like eating something delicious that I've wanted to eat for a long time. Thai style taste There are many delicious Thai menus. Larb duck, papaya salad, grilled pork neck Pad Thai is very fragrant! Sun-dried beef, red pork with rice, pan-fried pork, and crispy pork basil. Very familiar little restaurant, no frills, but nice service, good food, just a place where you go on a Saturday evening when you want something tasty and don't want to change for it. Eimsbüttel (and Thailand!), how I love it.

Ruhiges Thailändisches Restaurant mit sehr aufmerksamer Bedienung das Essen und Getränke zu fairen Preisen hat. Die Suppe mit Hähnchen in Kokosmilch ist sehr zu empfehlen.

One of the most authentic Thai food I've tasted in Hamburg! The food was delicious, service was quick and everyone was very friendly! Although the prices were high, it was definitely worth trying.

Delicious, authentic tasting Thai food. Definitely a bit on the pricey side but worth it if you’re looking for a spot that won’t disappoint. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t busy and we were served quickly!

Mit Abstand mein Liebling unter den thailändischen Restaurants in Hamburg! Das Essen ist lecker und mit das Authentischste, was man in Hamburg bekommen kann. Weshalb dieses Restaurant auch meine erste Anlaufstelle ist, wenn ich wieder mal Sehnsucht nach Pad Krapao habe. Am schönsten lässt es sich im Sommer im Außenbereich sitzen, da bekommt man richtiges Urlaubsfeeling. Aber auch im Innenbereich herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Absolute Empfehlung: Guai Tiew Muh und Laab Phed (Achtung scharf) Wenn man mit mehreren Leuten da ist, empfehle ich die Vorspeisenplatte und auch der Sticky Rice mit Mango darf als Nachtisch nicht fehlen!

Gutes Thai-Restaurant mit authentischen Gerichten auf der Karte. Als Vorspeise hatten wir die typisch thailändischen Fischfrikadellen und Saté-Spieße. Beides sehr lecker, Fischfrikadellen haben schön nach Kaffirlimettenblätter geschmeckt. Bloß das kleine Salatbett war nicht sonderlich frisch - das diente wohl eher zur Deko. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir das Phanaeng Curry mit Hühnchen und die gebackene Dorade mit Chili-Thaibasililikum-Sauce. Beides war geschmacklich echt gut. Die Schärfe ist trotz der zwei bzw. drei Chilischoten in der Speisekarte moderat. Lasst euch also nicht abschrecken von mehreren Chilisymbolen in der Speisekarte! Leider hatte meine Begleitung erst das falsche Getränk bekommen und die Hauptspeise hat sehr lange gedauert. Ansonsten kann ich das Restaurant sehr empfehlen, auch wenn es noch etwas Luft nach oben gibt.

Leckeres Essen mit sehr freundlichem Service.

Hervorragend und frisch zubereitete Speisen. Besonders der nette Freisitz sowie die frischen Fischgerichte (Fisch im Ganzen!) sind zu loben. Für mich einer der besten Thairestaurants in Hamburg.

Eine charmanter (Thai)Oase inkl. Außenbereich mit einem sehr guten Service. Die Damen hatten den Laden im Griff. Das Essen war normal gut. Es schmeckte lecker stach jedoch mit nichts heraus. Ist mehr die “eingedeutschte” Variante von Thaigerichten. Authentisch ist anders.

Hier stimmt einfach alles, der unaufdringliche, aber freundliche Service und die original thailändische Küche. Wer echtes thailändisches Essen genießen möchte, wird hier mehr als zufrieden sein. Ich kenne die thailändische Küche gut, selten habe ich so gut gegessen wie hier.

Decent Thai for Hamburg, try the salads or specials. Update: bumped up to five stars for consistency and quality. The steamed and fried fish are great, as are the soup stocks.

He pasado por este restaurante con tanta frecuencia, pero nunca antes me había aventurado a entrar, qué error. El servicio fue muy amable y estuvieron felices de explicarnos los platos. La comida era increíble y nos encantó. Sin duda volveremos.

Wir haben bei schönem Wetter draußen sitzen können. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich, das Essen sehr lecker. Wir alle waren des öfteren in Thailand und können ein wenig beurteilen wie es schmecken sollte. Papaya Salat war sehr gut- auch gut scharf. Pad Thai und Massaman Curry ebenfalls sehr lecker. Für uns gab es nichts zu meckern.

Ich liebe thailändische Küche und da ich in der kaifu trainiere, habe ich das erste Mal das Charme ausprobiert. Wir haben sehr lange auf unser Essen gewartet und schließlich als es kam, stand ein falsches Gericht auf dem Tisch. Es ist wohl ein Missverständnis gewesen, womit die Bedienung aber sehr unkulant umgegangen ist. Das Gericht ging zurück und wir mussten den vollen Betrag zahlen. Ich bin froh, dass es in Hamburg mehrere gute Thailänder gibt, die Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit legen. Aus Prinzip nicht noch einmal!

Erstes Mal dort gegessen, weil ich Thai liebe. Das Essen kam recht spät, obwohl es nicht gut besucht war. Außerdem kam ein Gericht, das wir nicht bestellt hatten, die Bedienung hatte uns falsch verstanden. Ich kenne aus anderen Restaurant so, dass aus Kulanz das Gericht umgehend getauscht wird, hier wurde es nicht so gemacht. Das Gericht ging zurück und wir mussten den vollen Preis dafür zahlen- aus Prinzip werde ich dieses Restaurant nicht noch einmal besuchen. Es gibt zum Glück viele thailändische Restaurants, mit deren Kundenleistung ist ich sehr zufrieden bin.

The place is relatively new, some 8 months old , and very well-located right at the beginning of Osterstrasse, close to the canal and with some parking options nearby. The lunch menu is somewhat comprehensive, with dishes ranging up to 9 euros max and well served. The rest of the menu is interesting too and suits the prices of the neighbourhood. Service is as much as possible present but always friendly, food is delicious, and certainly in a year's time there will be way more approving reviews here! PS. If willing to have it very spicy, please ask for it very clearly, all rather mild in that regard.
