Bester Thai-Imbiss in Köln! Die 32 mit tofu (rotes Curry) schmeckt auch nach bestimmt 50-100 mal essen noch immer richtig richtig gut. Und das für wirklich sehr faire Preise.

Es ist und bleibt einfach der beste Thailänder in Köln! Bin hier immer einmal pro Woche :) PS: Nehmt die 32D!

Es war mal einer der besten Thai und ich habe über Jahre regelmäßig hier bestellt. Ich weiß nicht was sich geändert hat, aber das Essen hat nicht mehr die Qualität wie vorher, nicht mal im Ansatz, Schade! Lieferzeiten wiederholt mehr als 90min. Für mich als Kunde war’s das, sehr schade. Vielleicht knüpft man an Qualität wie früher an.

Guter Thai! Das Essen schmeckt authentisch, ist schnell auf dem Tisch und die Preise sind moderat. Dafür bedient man sich quasi selbst (Bestellung und Getränke am Tresen, Besteck & Co. ebenfalls), das ist für meinen Teil völlig in Ordnung. Das Personal ist höflich bis freudlich. Das Ambiente ist einfach und nett. Eher Imbiss als Restaurant.

Leider war da Essen die letzten Male nicht lecker. Das Fleisch schmeckte als hätte es man mit alten Resten gemischt.

Ich war so enttäuscht vom Pad Thai... Es schmeckte wie gemischte Nudeln mit Ketchup.

Eins der besten Thai „Restaurants“ in Köln. Die Leute sind mega freundlich, die Enge, das Ambiente und die Speisen sehr authentisch, aber am Ende egal, weil das wichtigste - es schmeckt einfach total lecker. Egal welche Nummer du nimmst!! Unbedingte Empfehlung.

Mit Abstand der beste Thai in Sülz und Umgebung. Geschmacklich und preislich top. Ich glaube jeder in Sülz kennt ChangThai und geht dort gerne Essen. Vor Ort gibt es genügend Sitzplätze und das Essen kommt rasch. Am Wochenende kann die Lieferung dauern da hier einfach sehr viele Leute bestellen.

Mit Abstand der beste Thai in der ganzen Umgebung. Das Essen ist super und Preis/Leistung perfekt.Aber die Homepage ist, um den Lieferservice zu nutzen, absolut unterirdisch! Mit dem Laptop ist es schon bescheiden und vom Handy eine völlige Katastrophe. Das muss besser gehen. Dafür zwei Sterne Abzug.

The food is delicious, but you have to wait over two hours for delivery on Sunday evenings.

We really like this restaurant, but lately the wait times have become incredibly long. On Sunday evening, they told us right at the entrance that new orders would take about an hour. It's a real shame – and unfortunately, this isn't the first time. Perhaps something could be done about it.

I order from here almost every week. Awesome place! Unfortunately, orders are sometimes a bit slow, and the website is a bit of a disaster. But the good food makes up for it.

So delicious and authentic – the vegetables are fresh and crisp, the tofu is crunchy, and the portions are generous :) Best Thai in town! The lighting could be improved; it has a bit of hospital-like light, but that's not the point here.

I visit ChangThai more often than any other place. If you want authentic Thai food, this is the place to be, and the team is super friendly! Insider tip: Ask for the Thai menu and get the raw shrimp, the papaya salad, the deep-fried whole fish with Thai dressing, and the fish cakes!

Best Thai restaurant in Cologne, I've been to lots of different ones all over Cologne but I have to say this one was brutal, only €10 and my stomach was about to burst, I wish I had more room in my stomach to eat more and I can already eat a lot, I had a dish with peanuts and red curry and so on, it was brutal in any case...

I was there yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised by the food. The taste was top-notch, the portion sizes were generous, and the value for money was just right. I can definitely recommend it. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to everyone. You can also eat there, but seating is limited but not too small. The space is medium-sized. Keep up the good work.

Best Thai restaurant in Cologne in my honest opinion. They have been a local staple and all of their food are a delicacy. I love visiting there with my friends and you can even order from the restaurant.

The food was OK, but nothing special. You have to place your order at the checkout, but the food is brought to your table. I didn't like the furnishings and the light in particular was totally uncomfortable.

We have been regular customers for years. Very delicious and fresh food. Many dishes can also be (reliably) prepared vegan if desired. Attention: vegetarian dishes on the menu often come with fish sauce - this must be canceled! Our tip: pre-order by phone and pick it up without waiting. :-)

In terms of feeling, I would say the food there was better. The chef may have changed. What I don't like: when you order something to take away, everything is wrapped in plastic.

I wouldn't order delivery here again. I ordered a green pepper dish, which according to the description does not contain eggs. I received a really bland dish with what felt like only noodles and chili peppers and eggs, which I am allergic to. Fresh green peppercorns, which I was looking forward to, were not included. 11.5€ thrown out the window. Thanks for nothing.

Delicious, fresh, good sized portions. The red curry is very tasty and all the duck dishes are great. Duck is made crispy on the outside, tender inside. Great value for the price!

The number 80 with extra vegetables has been my favorite on the menu for years. The quality hasn't changed since I can remember and the price is a steal.

Update December 10, 2024: That one evening of chaos turned out to be an exception. The food is very tasty and worth the money... But if you order here by phone and they tell you that it will 'be ready for collection in as long as you like from 1 hour at the earliest', then don't rely on it. I ordered here by phone on a Sunday evening today and then had to wait almost an hour longer than I said in the phone call. Half the restaurant was full of pickups, many of whom were already 30 minutes overdue. Of course, the atmosphere for eating on site suffered quite a bit as a result. In addition, they have currently decided on a very bluish, cool lighting, which I personally find uncomfortable.

11/10 points, great food. Ambience is okay but nothing for nice dining. But that's not the claim either. The aim is to have great food and a good delivery service.

Everything used to be better... With the move to the new store, EVERYTHING somehow got worse. The food has become more expensive, the portions are significantly smaller and the waiting times are sometimes unacceptable. I've been here a good 10 times since moving - on average you wait half an hour for your food and all the food for the group comes at different times. It never used to take more than 10-15 minutes. The last time it came to a head when there were three of us there. After 40 minutes the first meal came, after 55 minutes the second (the first one had already finished eating) and after another 5 minutes the third. I can't understand what happened - before the move it was definitely the best Thai in Cologne. Now you get annoyed and disappointed every time. The atmosphere has also deteriorated, it used to be an authentic Thai snack bar, now you're wondering what you want to be? Restaurant or snack bar? The food itself is still excellent, but there is now so much to recommend not going to your place anymore…

Unfortunately we waited OVER 2 hours for the food and then the side dishes were also cold. Changthai has therefore lost us as customers, what a shame!
