No. Four people were there for dinner. Three of us got their food (burgers and fries...lukewarm). Despite asking if my order had been forgotten, my food arrived 20 minutes late. They gave me iced tea as an apology, but leaving the restaurant hungry wasn't exactly pleasant.

Worst service I have ever experienced. After over 30 minutes we were served for the first time and even after the food came we were no longer noticed. The guests repeatedly had to hold up their hands to be served. The restaurant was almost empty and people were chatting behind the counter. After we didn't want to give a tip, we were still looked at in surprise. The store no longer sees us, even if the food was delicious.

Unfortunately, I ate there again after probably 2 years. Burger 🍔 was cold again. Pity.... You should really work on it.

Four of us were there for brunch. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. There was a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, all fresh and very tasty. Our dachshund also liked it. He had enough space under the table. In general, the tables were arranged with plenty of space between each other. Very well, we do everything else too. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, the disappointment was very great. We were there on 02/02/25. We were assigned a table very quickly and that was about it for the good service. It took a very long time for the drinks to arrive. The food was served 65 minutes after we entered the restaurant. When our drinks were gradually empty (there were 4 of us), no one came and asked if we wanted to drink anything else. When we spoke to the waiter, he took the drinks order...unfortunately he then whispered about us to a colleague...cheer! Since it was "schnitzel day" we placed the second order, unfortunately it never arrived because the order was lost on the way to the chef. When we then placed the order again, it finally arrived at some point. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The salad without dressing .. only the lettuce leaves... etc. etc. Oh yes, the toilet smelled extremely unpleasant! We definitely won't be coming back. Very, very unfortunate.

Recommendation! Various types of bread and pastries. Lots of choice of cold cuts. The cheese selection could have been a little more extensive. Otherwise great. Fast and very friendly service. It has to be said that it wasn't that crowded. Definitely good value for money.

Not recommended. The service seems very lackluster, the food is carelessly prepared and you wait for over an hour. On the second round, our schnitzel came without anything, just lettuce leaves, no dressing or any other vegetables. Our burger arrived with half a patty because that was also in the schnitzel alloucaneat. The orders were not served properly. I cannot recommend this restaurant. There was hardly anything going on and we sat there on a Thursday evening WITH a reservation!

. On our current visit we had to wait a long time for anyone to come to our table to take our order. Even after we asked once, it took far too long. There were already problems last time - back then we only got our drinks when we were almost up. It's a real shame because the food is actually very good. But when the service remains so inattentive and slow, you think twice about coming back. There is an urgent need for improvement here!

Amateurish service! You have the feeling that the waitresses are there for the test day. We asked for a delayed burger several times. One waitress said "come immediately". The other said she was asking, but didn't inform us. We then had to ask at the counter ourselves. Almost an hour for the simplest beef citizen.

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Waited 1 hour for the food. 30 minutes for drinks. Table wasn't even wiped after the last guest. Food was cold and dead fried. And it wasn't even full. No reaction from the waitress. Never again!

Brunch is reviewed on Sunday. The breakfast portion is quite good. The warm dishes were soggy (potato pancakes) or tasted like warmed-up ready meals. The bad rating for the service is based on the fact that when you asked about gluten-free rolls or bread, you only got the answer that you should bring it yourself.

Overall a chaotic and disorganized service which unfortunately spoiled the evening. We definitely won't eat here again.

Waited almost an hour for food. Served the wrong drink. One meal served 30 minutes later than the other meal. Ordered a lasagne and a super small, not filling bowl of lasagna, a frozen lasagna was more filling for half the price. At the beginning I ordered cheese sauce once with fries and then twice more until the third waiter got it

The service is very pleasant and professional. The atmosphere is good too but the food leaves a lot to be desired... Flat food, tasteless, practically Fast-Food. For a cocktail with friends fine, to go to lunch or dinner better not.

What can you say? The burgers are worse than at McDonald's. Bad frozen meat. Cheap sauces. I can't describe it, the burger was just extremely bad, there wasn't even any lettuce on it, and the patty didn't taste good and it was way too cooked and had a rubbery consistency. I used to enjoy coming here often. But I haven't had such a good experience recently. Two years ago, after 1.5 hours we still had no food and a year ago after 40 minutes we still had no drinks. Gestures I gave Café del Sol another chance. We were 8 people and had booked a table for 5:30 p.m. Only after asking twice did a service person arrive after 30 minutes and we could order drinks and food. Unfortunately, when we ordered, we were only told after making our selection that they couldn't make bowls because they had run out of wok vegetables and Pinsa wasn't possible. So I changed my mind... Saturday evening at 6 p.m. such basic ingredients are missing, incomprehensible and very bad management. The food arrived at 6:37 p.m. Unfortunately the wrong thing happened once, the burgers were really terrible and cold, as were the fries. The new Pasta Napoli, which was delivered 10 minutes later, was incredibly bland and tasteless. It's better at home in 10 minutes with ready-made sauce. There was no longer any parmesan cheese, that was also out. Unbelievable and very disappointing. Only my schnitzel da Sol was the only thing that was okay. Unfortunately, the Sol Café is really no longer recommended. We'll never go there again! Too bad!

Never again at this location!!! The shift manager is so cheeky and arrogant! Yesterday the three of us were at Café del Sol, we had our two small dogs (Pomeranian) with us, who behaved really well (because they can). We were there for a total of two hours and during that time our dogs barked briefly twice. As with small babies, you can't plan everything in advance. Then the shift manager (5 p.m. to 7 p.m.) came to us and threatened us directly that if the dogs made another sound we would have to leave the restaurant immediately, because guests had apparently complained (he didn't really speak proper German either). We apologized for barking, but also tried to explain, he wasn't interested in that. In a normal, friendly manner, we would have accepted his statement politely, but I won't let something like that sit with me. There were very few seats occupied at the time and if anyone had complained, we would have seen it straight away. Conclusion: he is lying!! We also asked him if a child screams and cries if he would throw them out too, and he answered “YES!” impossible!!! After he left, he always looked over at us “annoyed”, even though our dogs and we behaved calmly. The atmosphere was simply cruel! I almost felt sorry for the waitress at our table, having to work under such a management. After this cheeky manner, we paid straight away and left. Nobody will definitely see us in this store anymore! This has never happened to me before, but I visit the Del Sol in Osterholz regularly and my dog ​​is even offered drinking water. The guy needs to be taught how to deal with guests! Ps: Unfortunately I can't respond to the answer again for the reason here: Neither dog jumped around?? Both are also on a leash, what danger were guests exposed to with two dogs weighing 2.5kg? They lay under the table and were quiet. Twice they barked briefly for whatever reason, after we said stop they were quiet again, but to blame it on jumping around and say it wasn't because of the barking is also a lie.

We had brunch at Cafe del sol on Sunday, we decided to do so because we always like coming to del sol. Just to eat schnitzel. Unfortunately, it was a complete birthday disappointment. I don't even know where to start. We decided on brunch because we thought there would be small del sol delicacies (small schnitzels, del sol sauce, small pizzas or or) please note the price per person. 22€ without drinks. - Everything was cold, scrambled eggs, meatballs, bacon, Kaiserschmarrn, etc. The little sausages were already shriveling. - No plates - The service didn't even do a round to refill, everything was empty. No salmon, no Nutella, no rolls, no scrambled eggs, no bacon. When asked, something came along. - The service hardly cleared the tables in between. (Here it was definitely due to the communication; if there had been a lack of staff and it had been communicated openly, it wouldn't have been a problem at all) - Then sliced ​​meat with rice?! I don't understand what this has to do with typical Cafè del sol dishes...also cold and no longer attractive. - The containers were so high that we women could hardly see or reach them All in all...we were super disappointed unfortunately. If you were to rate it nicely it would be a school grade of 4- We will continue to eat schnitzel. But Sunday's wasn't a brilliant performance at all.

We visited on Friday evening and it was quite full. We ordered very soon after we sat down. The service was outstanding but the kitchen was too busy to keep up with the full restaurant. Food was really great and we had a good time. Next time we will make a reservation though. We will be back

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio has decreased significantly, especially in the last 12 months. The quality of the food is worse and the prices are significantly higher than in other restaurants. I can't give this more than two stars.

Unfortunately disappointing: the schnitzel was almost inedible for just under €20 - tough, burnt in places and tasted warmed up. I had to leave about 75% of the schnitzel and was able to show the waiter the burnt areas. Went to Del Sol for brunch. Rich offer. Unfortunately, there are no yogurts or other dairy products for people who are lactosin tolerant. That's really a shame. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

It used to be a great spot. I've been here every year when I've visited family in Bremen, but it's no longer worth the visit. Food is just OK, and you can't fault the service. I lived nearby for a while and often went to Café De Soll Bremen - a place I used to really enjoy. Unfortunately, my impression has deteriorated significantly recently and especially during my last visit. As soon as I parked, I noticed that the kitchen staff was smoking right next to the garbage cans. That would have been okay if they had washed and disinfected their hands thoroughly afterwards. I ordered a burger and it was the worst I've ever eaten. The burger was badly burned and simply inedible - as the photos clearly show. I complained directly to the staff, but instead of redress, all I received was a curt “Sorry.” Despite the quality, I was charged full price. I left the café disappointed and with the feeling that customer service was no longer a priority here. A place that I used to recommend is now, unfortunately, an absolute no-go for me. Very disappointing!

Reserved on December 16, 2024 for 20 people. Were there at 5 p.m. (the store was empty) and some had to wait 45 minutes to order DRINKS. After another 30 minutes we were finally able to order the food. The schnitzel plates looked dismal and it was only lukewarm. Pinsa was burned at a colleague's house. After eating you weren't asked if you wanted dessert or anything else. Some people would have liked to have dessert, but after over half an hour of ignoring it, we didn't want any more. When the first people had paid, the waitress went away to other tables to take orders, etc. He didn't come back after more than half an hour, we then went to the counter to pay and were not exactly looked at happily. It's a shame what has become of Café del Sol. Prices are too expensive for the snack quality of the food, be it the look or the taste justify the prices

Hello, we (3 people) visited the Del Sol in Huckelriede today. As you can see from the review, unfortunately there was only 1 star for the service. My wife ordered, among other things, schnitzel + free more. Well, everything was delicious, including my BBQ burger. But then my wife ordered a free schnitzel and when it was on the table I asked if I could try it? So there was a taste test. Then there was a loud noise from the background saying that this wasn't possible. We were confused(why)??? If a person orders more (for free), then that same person has to eat it alone! Aha, were we just reprimanded like a schoolmaster in a restaurant? My wife was rightly upset and wanted to give the schnitzel back, but we (she) ate her schnitzel alone. Unfortunately, Del Sol has seen us for the last time. Regarding the cleanliness of the tables, it should be noted that there were food residues stuck to them. It was also made clear to us that we had to clear the table by 5 p.m., then it would be reserved (?) And if not? It's unbelievable how guests are treated here!

Although the staff is friendly, what hasn't worked at all for years is the coordination. Since those responsible are apparently not on site (?), the service fluctuates between "chattering" ladies at the counter or total overwhelm. No matter how high the number of guests is, I wait between 20 and 40 minutes for an order/reorder/payment. However, only through your own initiative.

Once again for brunch. The disappointment of what is on offer there. for the price, not recommended. You can get a better breakfast at any well-run Becker branch for less than half the money. Brunch doesn't have to worry about what's on offer there these days. We won't be entering the house again for brunch.

I ordered the schnitzel with mushrooms. After about 55 minutes the food came, the fries were okay, the schnitzel was tough, way too crispy and tasted suspiciously like frozen food. After this experience, I wouldn't want to order food here again. Staff is at least friendly.

Yesterday we (10 people) were at Café del Sol as part of a class reunion. We were looking forward to a carefree, happy evening. Since it took a while for everyone to arrive, we wanted to bridge the gap with drinks. Unfortunately it took a very long time before we were allowed to order. After another wait, we had our glasses in front of us. Things can only get better. None. At some point the food was ordered. Unfortunately, not everything was available and a decision had to be made quickly. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best, which you wouldn't have expected given the rather high prices. We also found it really bad that it was only partially or not cleared away at all and we had to push everything to the edge of the table. If we wanted to order more drinks, we had to let the counter know as we were hardly noticed (it wasn't overcrowded). It felt like it took forever for new bottles of beer to arrive at our table, which of course we had to pour ourselves. Not to mention the request to be allowed to pay. We finally did that at the counter. Today I carefully read the reviews from the last few years. Apparently the management only pretends to want to improve the many complaints, but doesn't. Very unfortunate. In any case, none of us will come back.

We went there for dinner today and were more disappointed than we were on vacation. Service a bit unfocused. We've been there several times before, but today was the last minute. Children's card on request, pens not available. Children's portion of PomChick at 3! Nuggets. That's a bit cheeky for €6.40. The last time at least 5 nuggets made it to the plate. My husband had a tuft of hair in his schnitzel. This was immediately returned and remade, only the child still wanted nuggets. Finally, not even an apology

Because in the restaurant I pay 19.90 euros for a fresh, juicy pork schnitzel. The price/performance ratio of the food is not right here, it is far too expensive for better snack food. Services staff was friendly. Nevertheless, the acoustics were very restless and loud.

The food was ok, if you don't have high expectations. The BBQ ribs seemed unseasoned, the fries were ok. What this store lacks significantly, however, is adequate service. The very first order, i.e. the drinks, was misunderstood and had to be corrected. We didn't get a hello and the service overall was rather unfriendly and distant. After eating we waited forever for someone to see us and pay. After someone finally came after we asked and took the initiative, we were charged for things that we had ordered but never received. When this was pointed out, people reacted with ignorance and another waitress came who didn't know how to handle it either. Overall, unfortunately, absolutely not recommended, for over €70 I get much better food in many places and, above all, more appropriate service.

The Cafe Del Sol in Neustadt has outlasted the trends of recent years. I've been coming here for 20 years now, off and on. The ambience hasn't changed since then, at least not much. A few red leather sofas were set up and a pizza corner was set up. The store was never really cheap, but now the prices have really increased again. There aren't really any culinary highlights here, but the range of dishes on offer is rock-solid. There is just a lot of ready-made food, as is not uncommon in system catering. But freshly warmed up or fried.

We have had breakfast here several times with a group. Always beautiful. Rich buffet where everyone can find something.

A nice branch of the Café del Sol chain. During the day, depending on the wind direction, exactly in the approach/departure path of Bremen Airport can be very entertaining if you are interested. Service was very friendly when I visited.
