Cassetta Restaurant & Bar in Pforzheim

A great restaurant with delicious pinsa and pasta dishes. The menu was very large and I almost couldn't decide. :) Highly recommended to vegetarians too!

I found it very nice in the Cassetta. The atmosphere was just nice and cozy. The background music was great for entertaining or listening. It wasn't noisy due to the conversations of other guests, as the beautiful furnishings dampened the sound well. You just felt comfortable. For dinner I had the Pinsa Oriental and the side salad. I thought it was pretty good, but it didn't blow me away. I've eaten better, but it wasn't bad either. It lacked a bit of spice and/or spiciness and the pide could have used a little more heat from above. The salad dressing was quite good. However, for my taste, the tomato and cucumber slices and onions should have been chopped up and mixed into the salad. All in all, I'll definitely give the place another chance because of its coziness and really nice atmosphere. They also have delicious looking pasta dishes.

First of all: We generally like to eat here. The quality of the dishes and the ambience are appealing, although the price may be a bit too high. Unfortunately, I still have to leave an impression with a bad review. Hoping it will be improved. Problem: Waiting times were far too long, which made the restaurant experience unenjoyable (Sunday evening). Arrival: approx. 6:00 p.m Order: approx. 6:20 p.m Starter: approx. 6:45 p.m So far, so normal. Main courses: approx. 8:00 p.m Payment: approx. 8:45 p.m A stay of around 1 hour was planned. Due to being overwhelmed, this turned into over 2.5 hours. I think that's extremely borderline. I hope the strategy will be reconsidered here, otherwise some customers will definitely avoid the restaurant (at least during peak times). Thanks to the acute incompetence, we also had to have a dish packed because one person had to leave for the night shift at 7:45 p.m. and the food was still not ready. I hope for improvement

So far everything was very tasty 😋…. The only drawback is the volume in the location.

Why can't the kitchen opening times be advertised correctly online or on site? Why are they open until 10:30 p.m. but the full menu is only available until 8 p.m.? Don't get me wrong, the Pinsa was delicious, but I don't have to drive to Casetta after work just for Pinsa. And to be honest, I don't understand 100% that you're already being charged even though you've just finished eating and the store is completely empty.

The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was great. The owners are extremely nice and highly recommended and the waiters are always very friendly :)

If you're looking for a restaurant that offers outstanding Italian fusion cuisine, you've come to the right place. You can immediately feel the warm atmosphere, which is characterized by the beautiful, modern ambience but above all by the friendly service staff. You feel welcome from the first moment. Sitting outside by the river, especially in summer, feels like a short vacation in Italy. The food is fantastic. No matter which dish you order, the quality and taste are convincing. I can particularly recommend the truffle pasta – a taste explosion. Casetta also offers great wines. The combination of good wine and fantastic food always makes a visit to the restaurant a special experience for me personally.

MEGA GOOD, honestly such good food and the service staff and the boss are super nice. Great Italian place to feast on, it's really worth it and the homemade lemonade is also very good. It wasn't the last time we were there because that's Amore for eating.

Pure Italy with a pinch of chaos Here you feel like you're at Nonna's home - warm welcome, huge portions and more pasta than you can count. The spaghetti carbonara & pinsa were so good that for a moment I thought I was in Rome, and our waiter was a show in himself: charm, wit and a wink with every question. The desert? Heavenly. The atmosphere? A mix of Italian joie de vivre and organized chaos. Perfect for an evening of laughter and good food. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars – and an extra star for Luigi!

We were in Pforzheim for a concert and therefore the first time at Cassetta... the food was incredibly tasty, the pinsa with truffles was a feast, our Munich restaurants can really pack a punch. The Cassetta is a very pleasant and cozy restaurant with great service. Everything just fits. Thank you for allowing us to spend our evening with you.

Were there on Saturday evening. The restaurant was fully booked and we had the strong impression that this overwhelmed the service and cuisine. After the starter we had to wait 45 minutes for the main course. The reason was that the kitchen thinks that after a starter you would already have something to eat and then it could take longer... Three salads tasted very good, as did the pinsa and bruschetta. Unfortunately, Pasta Arrabiata was far too spicy with lots of chilli peppers. The excuse was that you never knew how hot they were. Taste none. Too bad... Nevertheless, we would go there again because of the quality of the food.

Really delicious, were surprised there wasn't more going on. Recommendation: truffle pasta, shrimps with saffron pasta and homemade tiramisu. Everything is great. Pasta with beef strips was also delicious.

The restaurant offers a great ambience, nice decor and friendly staff. The price-performance ratio is right. The dishes are prepared in an unusual way. The eye really eats here. Conclusion: I recommend this restaurant. If you want to have a good meal, you're in good hands here. Just a note to the operator: There is a lot of noise in the restaurant due to the furnishings. Something should be hung on the ceiling for sound insulation.

The restaurant is very nice and comfortable, food was great and delicious, we ordered pasta. Service was very good too. It’s a little bit more expensive than other places but is worth it, they also have a lunch menu with cheaper prices. Bathrooms were so clean, the whole restaurant too, I would definitely come back!

Were there for dinner today. The atmosphere is very nice and the food is very, very good. The prices are reasonable for the portions and quality. However, the staff leaves something to be desired. It wasn't particularly crowded but everything took a little longer. There were also times when no one came to the table for over half an hour. Good restaurant, but please be more attentive.

Yesterday (Saturday) the five of us (birthday) all went to the Casetta for the first time. First of all, it wasn't the last time because we were all thrilled. Even though the restaurant was full and there were no other tables available, the operators and staff handled the situation excellently. Staff - friendly, helpful and quick. Food - high quality at good prices with attention to detail. Even repeat orders such as drinks and bread were delivered promptly Ambiance - great, inviting good crowd. At the end there was a round of short on the house because we had a birthday child 😄 Keep it up.

Today we ate at Cassetta in Pforzheim. The food was of good quality (a very good 2 with stars, unfortunately not 1). Price-performance ratio is good. The ambience outside on the Enz is nice, but you can also enjoy it inside. Overall a good visit!

We had lunch with about 10 people. Other larger groups arrived shortly before and after us, so the waiting time was really long. About 50 minutes for the pinsas. Anyway, a hint about a long wait would have been nice, but there wasn't even an excuse. The service can therefore only be rated as poor - even if it was probably simply due to understaffing. The location by the water is nice, but cyclists also ride between the tables outside. My Pinsa was solid, but all in all not exactly cheap.

We went to cassetta for the first time yesterday. You can sit beautifully outside by the water and hear very pleasant music coming from inside. The service was always attentive. We had everything we needed. The food, meat, fish and vegetarian, was very tasty! The portions of the noodles were a bit small. I had the Pinsa, which turned out great. Overall, the menu is very appealing. The Cassetta is highly recommended!

Originally furnished restaurant in a prime city center location directly on the Enz - in the summer you can sit outside right above the river. The interior is decorated with many old audio cassettes, some in combination with wine corks. The service was very friendly and attentive. We had an Italian starter platter with delicious antipasti (salami, mortadella, zucchini, eggplant, parmesan, etc.) There are many pasta dishes, pinsa (a special variant of pizza with its own dough recipe), various salads, fish dishes, rump steak. The espresso rounded off the meal, original Italian from the portafilter ☕️ The price-performance ratio is good, you can pay in cash or by card. Recommendation 👍🏻

There were 3 adults and 2 children. All dishes were super tasty. Had salad, pinsa, vegetables and various desserts. Very friendly waiter. We felt very comfortable. The many cassettes as decoration were great, they brought back old memories 😀. Would love to come back.

A nice place, the Italian food is tasty and the service is attentive. It was a bit loud at times and we had to wait a little longer for the main course.

The waitresses were very nice and the food was also very nicely prepared. The only problem was actually that we had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. There wasn't even a comment or an espresso on the house, nothing. Since I didn't want to have a negative impact on the evening, I didn't say anything. I think those responsible have to see something like that and react. Otherwise it tastes good and is a nice place. I'll come back and ask when ordering how long it will take. In the picture you can see the starter of beetroot carpacchio €13.80 The bread basket was missing. Only one arrived from my friend, where she had ordered the same thing, with very little content. But since I didn't want to eat at 9 p.m., I didn't say anything.

Leckerer Mittagstisch. Noch zu erschwinglichen Preisen.

Leider hat das Essen sehr lange gedauert! Die Vorspeise war sehr lecker und sehr schnell, das Hauptgericht dauerte leider fast 2 Stunden! Der Kellner hat sich aber sehr bemüht!
