Bella Apulien in Pforzheim

Positive: The food is mostly good. Three out of four people who received the food were satisfied. Negatives: The service left a lot to be desired. We had to wait more than an hour after ordering for the food. One main course was forgotten. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we announced that we would like to skip this dish as there was only one person left waiting and everyone else had already eaten and wanted to leave soon. The dish was brought to us anyway. In order not to have to throw the food away, we had it packed and still had to pay the full price for it. We felt this was unfair as the person concerned could not enjoy the dish and warmed food no longer tastes like it was freshly cooked the next day. The waitress was friendly, but unfortunately the restaurant lost us as customers. Ambiance: The ambience is fine. However, it was quite cool in the restaurant, which was unpleasant given the wait of over an hour.

We were guests at Restaurant Hoppe's for the first time and were very satisfied. The salads were excellent and the main courses were also first class. We'll definitely be back.

Ich war kürzlich in der Brasserie Pforzheim und bin begeistert! Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und bot alles, was das Herz begehrt – frische Brötchen, köstliche Aufschnitte, frisches Obst und sogar warme Speisen. Besonders gefallen hat mir die gemütliche Atmosphäre und der freundliche Service. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und kann die Brasserie Pforzheim nur weiterempfehlen.
