Black hair found in the food!!! Unfortunately, we were misled by the reviews and went to the restaurant for dinner. The first visit was, let's say, "okay." The non-alcoholic beverage selection was very limited, which is a shame since they don't even offer non-alcoholic Aperol Spritz, even though it's quite common in restaurants. I had a bit of a bad feeling in my stomach after the meal. Yesterday, however, after some time, I gave it a second chance and went back again, and definitely for the last time. A thick, long, black hair was found in the food. When we were asked (by the waitress, who was obviously not in the mood for her job) if everything was okay because we wanted to pay, my boyfriend mentioned the hair he had found. We weren't even offered a discount or an alternative; they simply ignored my boyfriend's statement without comment. Simply disgusting and unconcerned. At least an apology would have been appropriate.

Hello, we tried to give the Schloss Café another chance, but unfortunately we were disappointed again. The latte was the same size or small as a normal coffee, although the cup of a latte is usually larger. The Black Forest cake was a frozen cake and certainly from the day before and too expensive for a piece that was far too small! The staff, however, was very friendly. Not recommended for drinking delicious coffee.

the restaurant was supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, but was closed before 8:00 PM...

Food and service was very tasty and very good.
