Ich war heute da und für mich war große Überraschung mit netten Leuten. Luisa ist ganz nette freundliche professionelle Kellnerin. Essen war sehr gut geschmeckt und ich komme schon wieder gerne.

Wir haben Casa Maria an einem schönen Sommerabend besucht und waren begeistert von der ausgezeichneten Küche und Vielfalt der leckeren Tapas. Einen ganz besonderen Dank an Luisa für den aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service. Wenn immer wir in Osnabrück sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Super leckere Tapas, preisgünstig und hausgemacht. Kein Convenience Food, sondern richtig leckeres Essen von der iberischen Halbinsel. Für so einen schönen Sommerabend beim Weinfest in Osnabrück kommen wir aus Hamburg gerne wieder.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber wenn Sie etwas von der Speisekarte bestellen möchten, rufen Sie am besten vorher an, um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden, da viele Gerichte nicht verfügbar sind.

...wow...essen...Ambiente...Service...einfach...gut...simpel...so muss ein Portugiese sein...sorry für den Vergleich...Doneto 2.0. Macht weiter so...

Es gibt die Möglichkeit drin zu Essen. Wer es belebter und Spaziergängern in der Hasestraße zuschauen mag, kann auch den schönen sonnigen Außenbereich nutzen. Das Restaurant ist barrierefrei ausgelegt.

Wir waren auf einem Samstag hier und haben uns auf ein leckeres Essen gefreut. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und wir wurden an den reservierten Tisch geführt. Hier mussten wir ca. 35 Minuten warten bis wir bestellen konnten ....Wasser und 1 Liter Sangria (für 27,50€)....dann nochmal ca. 45 Minuten auf das Essen warten...das geröstete Brot aus der Vorspeise und die Datas con bacon (Datteln im Speckmantel) waren schwarz verbrannt. Die größte Enttäuschung war dann die Cataplana mit Fleisch. Die Qualität war wirklich minderwertig: Wir konnten Geflügel und Schweinefleisch identifizieren. Sehr wenig Gemüse, aber sehr viel Kartoffeln....eine einzige Enttäuschung...Bei der Rechnung wurde uns ein Großer Salat für 17,50 berechnet; wir hatten aber nur einen kleinen Salat für 12,50€....Keine Entschuldigung für das Versehen...gut, wer seine Rechnung prüft, bevor man zahlt. Fazit: Viel Geld für schlechtes Essen.

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, im Casa Maria essen zu gehen, und waren rundum begeistert. Schon beim Betreten fällt die warme, einladende Atmosphäre auf – man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll, aber gleichzeitig gemütlich, sodass man gerne länger bleibt. Der Service war hervorragend: aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Das Essen war schließlich das absolute Highlight. Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt und liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Qualität der Zutaten – alles wirkte sehr hochwertig und authentisch. Egal ob Vorspeise, Hauptgang oder Dessert: jedes Gericht war ein Genuss. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut, vor allem angesichts der gebotenen Qualität und des tollen Gesamterlebnisses. Ich kann das Casa Maria uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme definitiv wieder. Ein echtes Highlight in Osnabrück!

Man kann bestimmt woanders auch gut essen, mit tollem Ambiente und netter Bedienung. Hier im Casa Maria bist du zu Hause angekommen, natürlich meine Meinung aber lasst euch überraschen, kommt her und genießt die Portugiesische Küche, ein Gaumen Schmaus. Frisch kochen kann nicht jeder aber hier wird es gelebt und geliebt, das spürt man direkt. Die Bedienung (Chef) Mega freundlich, lustig, hier wird alles möglich gemacht. Wir waren definitiv nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Wir haben heute spontan im Casa Maria gegessen. Die Besitzer waren so lieb, uns eine vegetarische Tapas Platte zuzubereiten, die es in dieser Form gar nicht auf der Karte gab. Alles war sehr liebevoll angerichtet und hat uns wirklich gut geschmeckt. Wir haben uns in dem familiären Ambiente sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir kamen rein und wurden direkt herzlich empfangen. Der Inhaber und die Servicekräfte waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir mussten nicht lange aufs Essen warten und die Gerichte wurden warm und frisch gebracht. Zur Vorspeise haben wir Brot mit Aioli genommen (direkt gemerkt, dass der Aiolidip selbst zubereitet wurde und sehr lecker war). Auch das Brot war knusprig und warm. Die Gambas schmeckten sehr gut. Auch das Gemüseomelett können wir empfehlen. Rundum alles top, auch Preis-Leistung!! Besonders bedanken wir uns für die tollen Gespräche mit dem Inhaber und den Servicekräften. Sehr angenehme, familiäre Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Großartiges Essen und eine tolle Speisekarte, dazu ein sehr freundliches Personal. Definitiv mein Lieblingsrestaurant in der Stadt. Leckeres Essen, warm und perfekt gewürzt. Der Bacalhau a Brás ist ein Traum. Ich würde 10 Sterne geben, wenn es ginge! ❤️

Ein tolles Team. Sehr leckeres Essen. Ich war sehr gerne zu Gast. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei euch.

The aioli with baguette tasted good, and the baguette was fresh. The prawns in olive oil were a good portion and also tasty. However, the fried anchovies were completely dry and unsalted. Furthermore, the price was rather high. I've never eaten such bad food. We were also greeted by a barking dog that later in the evening urinated in the dining room. The mop used to clean up the dog mess was so filthy it was truly disgusting. On the way to the restroom, we could see into the kitchen, where, according to a companion, three people were sitting and smoking cigarettes. Now we understood why the dining room smelled of smoke. The practice of charging couples for the bill also didn't go down well. The service, in general, was very slow.

Wir waren beim Betreten des Restaurants überrascht, dass es deutlich nach Zigarettenqualm roch. Zunächst dachten wir, es handele sich vielleicht um kalten Rauch nach einer Silvesterfeier oder darum, dass jemand kurz zuvor draußen geraucht hatte. Rückblickend war das wahrscheinlich leider kein Zufall. Der Service war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber nicht gut. Die beiden Kellner waren freundlich. Aber es fehlte das Gefühl, gut umsorgt zu sein; dass uns jemand im Blick hatte; so wie wir es aus anderen portugiesischen Restaurants kennen. Das Flaschenbier wurde nicht eingeschenkt, es gab keine Nachfrage nach einem Dessert, und obwohl maximal fünf Tische besetzt waren, mussten wir jedes Mal aktiv jemanden herbeirufen, der zufällig vorbeilief. Von sich aus kam niemand an den Tisch und fragte, ob noch etwas gewünscht sei. Im Schankraum befanden sich zwei kleine Hunde, die offensichtlich zum Restaurant gehörten. Ein Mann aus Küche oder Bar streichelte die Hunde auch. Soweit ich informiert bin, sind freilaufende Hunde im Schankraum lebensmittelrechtlich nicht zulässig – zumindest wirkte die Situation befremdlich und unprofessionell. Das Essen war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Die gegrillten Kartoffelscheiben waren eigentlich richtig gut und lecker, leider waren sie aber auch fast kalt, als sie ankamen. Zum nur lauwarmen gegrillten Steak musste ich Salz und Pfeffer erfragen; diese kamen aus offensichtlich lange nicht genutzten Streuern mit dem Kommentar: „Schauen Sie mal, ob da noch was drin ist.“ Warum wir nichts gesagt oder das Restaurant direkt verlassen haben? Eine Mischung aus Konfliktscheu und Unbehagen. Wenn man die negativen Bewertungen liest und sieht, wie teils auf Kritik reagiert wurde bzw. wie (anderen Rezensionen nach) vor Ort reagiert wurde, erscheint Zurückhaltung im Nachhinein auch das kleinere Übel. Auf dem Weg zur Toilette sah ich schließlich eine Angehörige des Restaurants in der Küche stehen – mit einer Zigarette in der Hand, im Gespräch mit der Köchin. In diesem Moment hatte ich eine plausible Erklärung für den Zigarettengeruch im Gastraum. Es gibt sehr viele sehr gute Bewertungen für dieses Restaurant. Ich kann mir die extrem unterschiedlichen Wahrnehmungen kaum erklären. Sicherlich bewertet nicht jeder Essen, Service oder Atmosphäre gleich, aber das ist schon eine fast nicht erklärbare Diskrepanz. Ob wirklich nur an diesem einen Abend in der Küche geraucht wurde, weiß ich nicht. Nach diesem Erlebnis bleiben jedoch deutliche Zweifel. Ich erhoffe mir, dass diese Bewertung den Verantwortlichen zeigt, was sie verbessern könnten, um noch mehr Gäste glücklich zu machen. Und ich fürchte, dass sie wie die meisten anderen als Angriff oder ungerechtfertigte Kritik aufgenommen wird.

Auf dem Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel um 14 Uhr durch Zufall entdeckt. Später angerufen und gefragt ob ein Hauptgang in 30 Minuten incl bezahlen realistisch ist, da ich noch zu einem Konzert muss. 18 Uhr war ich da und 19 :15 wieder draußen - hatte mich um eine Stunde Konzert Beginn vertan. Dann war nach den hervorragenden Sepia auch noch ein Panacotta und Espresso & Schwätzle mit Kellner und Familie möglich. War leider kurz und um 18 Uhr noch nicht sehr voll, ich bin aber sehr glücklich pünktlich zum Konzert gekommen. Nächster Besuch geplant und SilvesterGala mit DJ gebucht. Danke Team Casa Maria

Wir haben kurzfristig einen Tisch für vier Personen reserviert. Am ersten Weihnachtsfeiertag kein einfaches Unterfangen in Osnabrück. Es war sehr schön bei euch! Freundliches Personal, persönliche Atmosphäre. Auch wenn im Service vielleicht nicht alles perfekt lief, hat es uns gefallen. Vielen Dank für die offene und ehrliche Art! Wir kommen wieder!

The price-performance ratio is poor! A high price for a small meal. My grandmother wasn't even full after eating it. The service was very unfriendly and they didn't know what they were doing! There were two dogs in the restaurant; who knows if they were in the kitchen.

The food was good, however, the service seemed disorganized and inattentive at times. One food order had to be re-taken because it got lost. The four tapas for the second round didn't arrive all at once, but one after the other. What I found particularly off-putting, however, was the behavior of the owner's two dogs, which barked loudly and frequently. After we had to wait a long time for the waiter to return to take the final payment, following his presentation of the bill and his promise to be right back, I went to the counter. On the way there, both dogs approached me and started barking; the smaller one even jumped on my shoes and up at my ankle. While they apologized immediately, such behavior is unacceptable when a poorly trained dog is in the dining area and even roaming freely. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Card payments are not accepted, only cash or PayPal. We would not return and, due to the dogs' behavior, would not recommend it. Edit: My exact words were, "If the dogs had been bigger, I definitely would have been scared." The feedback on my comment probably says enough about whether future guests will experience the same issues. The fact that a dog—regardless of size—is known for its aggression is nothing an owner should be proud of; quite the opposite.

Es war wieder richtig schön gestern bei Dir, mit tollen Leuten.Für mich ist Casa Maria der beste Laden, mit echten , authentischen Menschen ..nach dem Motto..jeder so wie er will..wer nicht nur gut Essen möchte , sondern auch gute Laune nach Hause mitnehmen möchte ..der kommt hierhin ..

Wer glaubt hier eine gewöhnliche Tapasbar zu betreten, wird überrascht sein, von der Größe der Portionen und der Qualität der Speisen. Eine absolute Empfehlung auch im Punkt Preis-Leistung. Allerdings gebührt das größte Lob dem unfassbar aufmerksamen und sympathischen Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder und legen jedem ein Besuch bei Casa Maria ans Herz. :)

Super delicious tapas (my highlight was the muslitos), very friendly service, a pleasant atmosphere... a perfect evening! Upon request, they very kindly and easily put together a few tapas platters for us, which were extremely tasty and surprisingly affordable. We'd love to come back!

A very nice, family-run Portuguese restaurant with typical dishes and delicious daily desserts. The cataplanya and cod with egg are especially recommended. Add two or three tapas to the mix, and it's perfectly satisfying for three people.

If you like tapas, this is the place for you. The crab claws with the homemade aioli cream are awesome. We really enjoy going to Maria. There's always something to laugh about, it's very informal and the prices are fair too. I'm looking forward to summer, when you can sit outside again and enjoy your wine with tapas.

This evening was our first time at Casa Maria, and it was definitely NOT the last time. It is rare to find such a warm, almost familiar atmosphere in a restaurant that offers top quality Portuguese food. The 'Casa Maria' is a gem, and the name says it all. We felt like part of the family, we had conversations at the table, we were treated very attentively, and the aniseed liqueur at the end was the icing on the cake. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant. The prawns were top class and so much that we took the rest home with us. The pasteis de nata for dessert were a dream! A little piece of Portugal almost on our doorstep, and we are looking forward to it. Sitting outside between olive trees in spring/summer with beautiful lighting. Thanks to the lovely team at Casa Maria - we have taken you to our hearts 😘

Service was very nice but disorganized. Waited longer for the food. We tried a lot of things, but only the shrimp tasted good. Unfortunately, card payment was not possible, it was written in small letters at the entrance and was barely visible. Had to travel around the world again to get cash. It's annoying that they don't say it again at the table.

We ate here on Sunday and I have to say: Casa Maria is the best Portuguese restaurant in Osnabrück. The kitchen has a lot to offer. Anyone who loves culinary antipasti will get their money's worth here. The people are really nice and warm.

We celebrated our Christmas party here with a tapas buffet. There was a large selection of good food and the service was quick and attentive.

Unfortunately not recommended. The waiters were not friendly and their comments made you feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately we didn't like the food at all and there was a dog running through the restaurant. To her answer: Yes, it's been a while since we were there. It would have been in December. But I don't know who Silas is and I have no reason to falsely give your restaurant a bad rating. Even if you can't seem to show insight, I wish you all the best.

My father and I wanted to eat at Casa Maria this evening. We were greeted by a dog who peed once at our table and once in its immediate vicinity. The first time, the cook roughly wiped away the urine with paper napkins. My father and I ordered schnitzel with fried egg and fries, the ambience encouraged us not to order fish. We also ordered beer. As a starter, baguette with aioli was put on the table. In my opinion, the aioli from the supermarket was diluted and the bread came from a self-service bakery. The beers seemed stale. The schnitzel was not breaded, the meat was tough and cold. The fries were soaked in oil and limp, also more or less cold. There was also a cold fried egg. Everything was drowned in tons of spice powder. I finally left my food after a few bites. My father finished eating; it would have been uncomfortable for him to leave it. When we paid I said I wanted my food returned. The cook/waiter then discussed with us “In Portugal you wouldn’t bread schnitzel”. They insisted on making us pay. In total, we were subsequently reimbursed 7 euros of the total amount.

Unfortunately the food was very bad! Except the shrimp and squid rings. The waitresses were unfriendly and a few snarky comments made us feel uncomfortable. In addition, the lamp above our table flickered and a slightly overfed dog wandered through the restaurant!

Family atmosphere and delicious authentic food! We always receive a friendly welcome. Drinks arrive promptly. The tapas are delicious and at very fair prices. Homemade dessert is to die for!

Friendly owners! My personal highlight were the dates. Everything was tasty and there was beer on tap.

The service was nice. They tried hard. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us. The steak was too thin and undercooked even though it was ordered medium rare. The mussels were overcooked and the mixed salad only consisted of iceberg lettuce and tomatoes.

It was our first time there for tapas and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was familiar and we were warmly welcomed. We were served friendly and quickly. Our order was at the table promptly. Food and drinks have a good price-performance ratio. We particularly liked the quality of the food. The aioli dip with the bread was very tasty. The garlic sauce with the shrimp definitely lived up to its name. The squid rings were freshly breaded and fried. The meatballs in tomato sauce came with more bread and were juicy. Our chorizo ​​platter consisted of chorizo ​​and salami. The food was garnished with fresh herbs. It was relaxed to sit there and you could have a good chat. I would also particularly like to emphasize how lovingly everything was decorated; a lot of thought was put into how to create a welcoming atmosphere. There were fresh flowers everywhere, a pretty table runner, lighting on the table, seasonal decorations towards the bar area and also on the windowsills. The desserts are not on the menu as they change. Maybe it would be nice to have them somewhere else I couldn't read it or I hadn't discovered it. At the end of the evening we were greeted very nicely by the host. We'd love to come back when we get the chance.

I had half a chicken, which unfortunately wasn't quite warm, and there wasn't even any bread with the sausage and cheese platter.

Was here to test food from Rosin: waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and NO food came! Avoid!!!!!!!

That wasn't a nice evening. Went there with friends last night. We waited forever for the menu and for the first order to be taken. The beers listed on the menu were not available, the wine we ordered was warm. Two of us ordered tapas for dinner, the other two a main course. The tapas arrived after about an hour, were lukewarm and rather average in taste and quality. An order was missing; when asked, they said it was no longer in stock. The two main courses arrived more than 30 minutes later, so we couldn't eat together but one after the other. The main courses were of good quality and tasted good. We were only able to place orders throughout the evening if we drew attention to ourselves. Everything seemed very uncoordinated and unprofessional. Too bad.

A great atmosphere, the boss was a great person to talk to and explained everything to us. The food was fantastic. We had various tappas, all of which were freshly prepared and tasted just like in Portugal. Highly recommended

A piece of Portugal in Osnabrück! We were with you for the first time today and had a lovely evening! We were greeted with a warm welcome and all of the staff were super friendly. The food was very tasty. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at Casa Maria with 9 people and felt incredibly welcome and therefore very comfortable! The atmosphere is very warm and familiar... The food was a 10/10 and the prices are more than reasonable.

The food is wonderful very tasty very good good to miss rabbit with potatoes and salad very tasty I am very enthusiastic about your food top performance.
