Almani Osnabrück in Osnabrück

No food, no catch-up appointment... I arrived at a company party a little later (8:20 p.m.). The owner reacted unfriendly and accusatory, called me by first name without asking, made me wait and gave me two starters. According to the menu plan agreed with my employer, there should be 8 different starter variations. The 3 starters (zucchini sticks, cheese balls and puff pastry) were tasty, but eaten quickly because I had plenty of appetite. When I asked about the main course, he reacted angrily and suggested a meat dish (ox cheeks) to me - even though I said that I was one of the vegan/vegetarian colleagues - which I of course refused because it wasn't vegetarian. There was no word of apology, nor any more food, instead I was referred to the desserts. I quickly went home hungry. Regarding the drinks: non-alcoholic beer was out, so I was left with water. Confronted with the incident by email, he wrote that the kitchen had already prepared the dessert and then closed (why doesn't he say that right away, then I could have gone somewhere else to eat?) and that they hadn't told him that anyone would be coming later, therefore he couldn't do anything for me. It wasn't him who did the meat, but one of his employees. But serving meat to a vegetarian isn't a crime either... I'll leave that alone, I'm sure every vegetarian/vegan sees it differently. And if I were religious and wasn't allowed to eat certain foods, I would give this place a wide berth. But ok, I still wanted to give Almani a second chance and asked in writing to be allowed to have my meal (which the company had already paid for) on another date so that I could convince myself of the quality of the food, but in vain. The owner refused to answer. Conclusion: If you get something, it's quite tasty, but as a vegan/vegetarian you can't rely on the dishes being meat-free. For the 3 delicious starters + water + 1 dessert I would have given 4 stars in terms of taste, but the refusal of most of the starters and the complete omission of the main course and the missing "Please excuse the mistake" for the meat dish as well as the refusal to give me the food I don't understand how to do it at a later date. As a guest here you are obviously more of a supplicant than a king.

The waiter was Top, very good and responsive. Nice place, delicious food. On level 3 there is also a disco after 22:30.

You must have been here if you are in Osnabrück. Incredibly delicious tapas in Greek and a service that not only understands customer service but lives it!

We celebrated our wedding at Almani and it was really nice🫶🏼💗 a great selection of dishes, the antipasta that came beforehand was simply incredibly tasty and we didn't regret choosing the main courses either. The desserts were also incredible. Everyone enjoyed it very much and we would like to celebrate here again and again! Thank you 😌👍😉

Great taste and most value for money. We were quite surprised by how much we paid for two main courses, a few glasses of wine and water, plus 1 dessert = 70-80€ only. When you look at the menu the main dishes start around 25€, might seem a lot but compared to some other places with this amount of money you won’t get a full course. Almani has chic and yet lovely atmosphere. You can enjoy food there on some occasions or just go for a comfy dinner date. The main dishes come with plenty of appetizers and finger foods almost ten different little plates like walnut salad, cheese balls, meatballs, seafood cream soup, puffs, etc. You will almost already feel full at this stage. The main dishes come in nice portion. You feel that each dishes were attentively made with quality and craft. Our favorite menus are Ochsenbacken (roasted ox cheek, very tender) and lamb fillets. Also save some space for the chocolate soufflé. We had to share the dessert as the portion is good enough for two and the previous dishes really filled us up. Staff are attentive and polite. It’s a place where you’ll come back home happy and fulfilled.

We chose the Almani in Osnabrück for our wedding celebration and couldn't be happier about this decision. The communication with Vasili was excellent even beforehand. He and his team did everything to give us (50 people) an unforgettable day and they succeeded impressively. The ambience paired with the delicious starters and the first-class main courses were 1A++. The dumplings came from the freezer, the tzatziki didn't taste homemade either and was a rather small portion, vegetables and meat were quite good, but if you want something special, you probably shouldn't order from the tapas menu.

Had dinner at Almani today as a wedding party. It was outstandingly good. Food 12 out of 10; Ambience 12 out of 10; Service 12 out of 10. To put it in 3 little words: IT WAS PERFECT! Many. Thanks again to the whole team.

Friendly service Unfortunately the main course number 21 was too salty

We had our wedding catering from ALMANI and were absolutely thrilled with the food and are very grateful to Marinos for everything. He planned the entire food and drink catering within a short period of time and found a solution for everything. He also took a lot of time to look at the location and always had a reassuring word ready. Communication was also great. We couldn't have asked for a better caterer for our wedding. We were served by two service staff who worked at a counter under a white pavilion, which was also organized by Marinos. The guests also loved the food. Thank you for everything!

Above all, the service was really outstanding. A little tip to the next customers: in the summer, when making your reservation online, still mention the Christmas party as the reason, you will be “screwed back” :D

Delicious food and very good service.

Great beer garden next to the old city wall, really beautiful. The service is excellent, quite quick and very friendly! I really liked the lamb, but my wife didn't like the risotto :) All in all: clear recommendation! P.S The starter, I'll say tappas platter, was really great!

Super delicious food and great appetizer platter. The staff was very accommodating and we really enjoyed sitting outside right on the Heger Tor. It was a really great evening.

Great ambience. Nice service. Food can certainly be improved in terms of quality and quantity. Was advertised to us. That's why we had to go. However, the meze (starters) are very manageable. I had ordered tzatziki in addition to my grill plate, whereupon the waiter said: I've never seen meat with tzatziki before.....and delivered me the grill plate that already had tzatziki on it. Both chicken skewer and minced meat tasted... strange. The mince was very pressed. More like frozen burger patties. However. Seems to be working. I don't have to go there again.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and service A1. It's very rare to experience such service. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Fulfill your wishes before you have even expressed them.

The restaurant is very loud. Hardly possible to have a conversation. One of the service employees is very hectic, but friendly! The taste of the food was very tasty, but I find the price of €28 for 5 shrimps and 3 slices of potato gratin outrageous. Price-performance doesn't fit here at all. Unfortunately I didn't get enough, which is a shame. I wouldn't go there again.

A refreshingly different Greek. Even with two people, you always get the whole table full of appetizers á la tapas. The meat dishes are not designed for quantity and are not overly seasoned as one would expect from other Greeks. There is also usually potato gratin on a platter. We liked it - the taste was also very good. The only wish for improvement: The tables for 2 people in the upper compartment are very uncomfortable and cramped and when things start in the upper party compartment on the Heger Tor at a later hour, it becomes very restless and uncomfortable.

Sehr laut ,man konnte sich kaum unterhalten .Sehr eng aneinanderstehende Tische , wenn man aufstehen wollte, wurde es schon zu einer kleinen Herausforderung. Auf jeden Fall, da wo wir saßen. Essen ging so , mein Filet war tot gebraten. Bei der Vorspeise vergaß man unser Brot . Schade , hatte mir mehr davon versprochen. Für uns war es somit eine einmalige Sache.

Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Tapas-Vorspeisen großartig und die Hauptspeise ein Gedicht. Die Lokalität ist schön gelegen, im Sommer bietet der Außenbereich auf dem Heger Tor eine tolle Atmosphäre. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Es war einfach nur fantastisch zu allen Gerichten gibt es vorab kostenlos umfangreiche und köstliche Vorspeisen . Die Speisen sind außerordentlich köstlich. Die Bedienung unglaublich freundlich. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend.

Das Essen war wieder einmal gut, aber der Service ging gar nicht.

Hervorragender Abend im Almani. Die Speisenauswahl ist übersichtlich aber bietet dennoch für jeden Gaumen etwas. Zu jedem Hauptgericht gibt es eine Mischung aus 10 verschiedenen Vorspeisen, richtig stark. Lediglich die Atmosphäre ist etwas laut.

Hatten online Tisch für 2 reserviert, was sehr gut war da es davon ganz wenige gibt. Die meisten sind 4er. Netter Empfang und charmanter, professioneller und effizienter Service. Ca 20 verschiedene Gins mit Schwepps oder Fever Tree Tonic zur Wahl, Biere u.a. vom Fass, Weine offen oder Flaschen, dto. Sekt und zwei Champagner. Wir hatten 2 verschiedene Fin Tonic, beide eine super Entdeckung. Der Retsina schmeckte nur meinem Mann. Der griechische Grappa als Digestiv ubd die Art, wie er kredenzt wird, klasse. Da uns die 8 Vorspeisen zum griechischen Hauptgericht zu viel erschienen wählten wir 6 griechische Tapas. Die Zaziki und Blätterteigtaschen mit Spinat waren ok, der marinierte Oktopus, gebackene Feta waren super, und die Entenbrust in Heidelbeerensauce sowie Pulled Pork mit griechischem Cole Slaw beide traumhaft. Alles in allem in dieser Kombination mengenmäßig zuviel und definitiv Preis wert (im doppelten Sinn). Wir kommen wieder sobald wir können, danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und Kompliment an die Küche!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Abend im Almani. Angefangen mit einem persönlichen und freundlichen Empfang wurden wir zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Die unterschiedlichen Vorspeisen, welche es im Almani bei Bestellung eines Hauptgerichts immer dabei sind, waren super und abwechslungsreich. Für jeden war etwas dabei. Als Hauptgericht hatten wir die Ochsenbäckchen, das Lammfilet und das Schweinefilet. Das Fleisch war super zart und perfekt gegart. Im Zusammenspiel mit dem Kartoffelgratin bzw den Kartoffelpuffern samt Soßen, ausnahmslos zu empfehlen. Der Service war aufmerksam und hat regelmäßig darauf geachtet, das wir stets was zu trinken hatten. Das Abend war absolut gelungen und wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Direkt am Hegertor, gibts etwas leckeres zu essen und eine sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Sehr guter Laden in ruhiger und cooler Atmosphäre.

Wir hatten vorab für sechs Personen bestellt. Als wir ankamen, war leider kein Tisch fertig und es wurden hektisch zwei Tische zusammengestellt. Leider war der zweite Tisch viel niedriger und extrem wackelig, was mE nicht zu den hohen Ansprüchen des Restaurants passt. Darüber hinaus benötigt die Terrasse dringende etwas Pflege. Der Innenbereichen im Erdgeschoss ist deutlich hochwertiger und mit mehr Ambiente . Der zweite Kritikpunkt war leider der Keller. Dieser war sehr hektisch / gestresst und hat leider keine Rückfragen zu den Hauptgerichten beantworten können. Die Speisen waren solide, bei den Vorspeisen hat jeder etwas gefunden.

Bestes Restaurant vong der ganzen Welt

Wir waren eine geschlossene Gesellschaft im gesamten Außenbereich. Die vielen kleinen vorbestellen Gerichte waren sehr gut. Service gab sich Mühe, kam aber bei 300 Gästen auch an die Grenze, so dass es an manchen Tischen mal länger nichts gab. Sitzen kann man dort gut. Allerdings muss man Bierbänke mögen oder Glück mit der Tischwahl haben, denn es gab auch andere Sitzmöglichkeiten.
