Tk pizza is better!!! Unfriendly reception, prices overpriced, Vegetarian pizza was very bland, seasoning was also pointless, pizza salami and ham tasted like tomato paste. I also got a stale beer, was only reluctantly replaced. We cannot recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely not recommended. Operation like remote control, on low flame and wearing thick down jackets (no outside operation). It felt like every person was unwanted. Pizza was good in itself, but my wife's spaghetti was swimming in oil, my pizza came without any extra toppings (which I ordered separately), but was ignored and still charged on the bill and no answer could be given when confronted. Quote: no tip and never eat there again. Too bad

The restaurant is quite cozy and the atmosphere is good. The service appears to be authentically Italian. The food was good and plentiful. A small point of criticism for the owners would be that the first round of drinks should be available quicker so that more can be ordered sooner if necessary.

I have no idea where 4.5 stars come from… Absolutely average cuisine. No magic. I've eaten much better Italian. Prices are simply too high!

Ich weis nicht was manche hier bewerten aber nun zu unserer Erfahrung im Casa Italiana. Wir fahren seit mehreren Jahren nach Zinnowitz und gehen dort dann mehrmals die Woche essen. Das Essen ist immer heiß , lecker und ausreichend . Egal ob Nudeln , Pizza oder Hähnchensteack wir hatten bis jetzt nie etwas zu nörgeln. Ausreichend Salat als Beilage sowie immer frische und knusprige Pommes. Und sollte man mal nicht alles schaffen werden die Reste gern auch verpackt . Das Bruschetta ist ein absoluter Genuss und eine super Vorspeise .Die Eiskarte bietet für jeden etwas egal ob Spaghetti Eis oder Erdbeerbecher immer frisch und lecker zubereitet, Zur Bedienung : wir wurden und werden jedesmal freundlich empfangen und auch mit den Kindern geht das Personal dort sehr gut um. Es stört nicht wenn ein kleiner Gast mal etwas lauter wird oder nicht mehr sitzen kann. Zur Überbrückung der Wartezeit wurden uns Malbücher und Stifte an den Tisch gebracht, ein Hochstuhl für die kleinsten steht immer zur Verfügung , also unser Fazit als 5 köpfige Familie : wir werden das Casa Italiana weiterhin besuchen und weiter empfehlen.

Unfortunately the woman at the street vendor was very unfriendly. The balls were really very small and it wasn't possible to choose just one type of soft ice cream. When asked if you could pay by card, it was first answered no, then suddenly from €20. I only had a €50 note. Of course it was too big, but they took it reluctantly. And after a long rummage, we got the right change. By the way, the soft ice cream tasted like rancid hazelnuts.

Really very friendly staff. Very good food and the ice cream sundaes for dessert were sensational. After dinner, a walk by the sea and the day was a success.

The three of us had dinner. Our aunt was shocked. She ordered a Bolognese. There was almost no meat and the taste was zero. Cheese also had to be ordered and paid for separately. I ate a pizza that was actually okay. My friend ordered steaks. Very fatty, hardly any side dish, it was cheap discount meat. The drink prices are also utopian. Certainly typical Baltic Sea, but we would have expected different service and quality of food. Card payment apparently not possible at our time. We were very disappointed. Incidentally, the store has bad reviews like my friend's deleted. This is how you can present yourself successfully.

We ate sweet, we can't judge the savory. Everything came one after the other and not together (2 drinks, 2x ice cream, 1 waffle). The soft ice cream had already thawed and was no longer solid/in shape. The waffle was unbearably sweet (similar to a Belgian waffle). The strawberry milkshake was also very very sweet. It wasn't right for us and I wouldn't do it again. The location is central on the roundabout and main road, not near the lake. The washrooms are very well maintained. Cash only.

The worst pizza ever. Poppy dough tomato paste flavor. Mini toppings for 13 euros ham pizza. Husband had calzone also dissatisfied. We're never coming back. Despite complaints, it was conceded and that was the end of it.

I was at your restaurant in the evening at the beginning of September (September 3rd). The charming lady told me it was still open. I was looking for a little something. And what it turned out to be - an Italian antipasti platter - very tasty. The other dishes all sounded very good too. I recommend it. It would be great if you could get a little more fresh bread with a plate like this, even at a late hour. Most of the time it depends on how the bread tastes. A little butter wouldn't have hurt either. The selection was perfect - and the palate buds were stimulated by the warm and cold components of the plate - I'll definitely be back.

I ordered tortelini with ham and cream sauce for €16.30 and got the tortelini with an oversalted carbonara sauce. Not to mention the tiny portion! Honestly, never again! I would have liked to drink Lambrusco with it, but luckily I saved myself 0.25L for €9.00, but you can get 2 bottles for that in stores. There are limits somewhere. even if you are on vacation and could actually afford it.

Incompetent service, simple order delivered incorrectly. Prices are also steep at €2 per scoop of ice cream, especially since the scoops are quite small. The taste is okay, but absolutely not a recommendation.

Fast and friendly, competent service. Good pizza with a strikingly fruity tomato sauce. Bread was offered with the cannelloni, which was gladly taken.

I had the lasagna. Cheese (mozzarella) and bechamel only on top, I could have used more vegetables and a little less meat in the sauce, but that's just a personal opinion. Everything was seasoned well 👍 For dessert there was a strawberry cup (without cream), strawberries were fresh, vanilla and strawberry ice cream tasted good. Toilets were nicely furnished and clean. Workers scurried around a bit stressed, had to wait a bit in between, but everyone was very nice personally. Restaurant and drink prices are average, ice cream sundaes are more expensive.

We ordered two pizzas to take away, the two salami pizzas were already cut, which was great, the taste was ok, it didn't blow us away, but we would definitely order something there again

Despite not having a reservation, we got a nice table, friendly and courteous service, very good food, normal menu and cash payment - we get all the points for that!

I'm shocked!!! First of all, the tone between each other, terrible. There were three of us and we wanted to eat together, but that wasn't possible. Everyone received their food individually; when one person was finished, the next person received their food. I know they're stressed but that's not possible!! The cutlery had to be cleaned first and the waiter served someone with dirty uniforms. People at the next table also had their food returned. You can save your money!!! Never again.

Waiting an hour for a pizza and pasta, then the pasta was also cold. To pay we had to go to the cash register (like many others) because the staff preferred to chat. Doesn't work at all.

Nice reception, that was all, the drinks came late, then the first meal ten minutes later the second and twenty minutes later the third. Actually you want to eat together and the cutlery wasn't clean either. A lot of hectic, no real overview, a shame for Zinnowitz.

Price-performance is not right at all. We ordered spaghetti carbonara. We have never seen molded meat in this dish before. The portion was very small for the money and it didn't taste good either. We cannot recommend it.

Since you also want to eat out on vacation, we decided to walk from Trassenheide to Zinnowitz with 7 people to treat ourselves to something. We found space in the Casa Italiana and hoped for a very good dinner. We were quickly assigned a seat and after about 15 minutes we were able to place our order. With a serious look from the service staff, we were told that payment could only be made in cash here. From a financial point of view it's actually nonsense, but okay. I chose tagliatelle with chicken breast for 19.60 euros No.35. A 0.5 liter beer for 6.10 euros. What a mistake!!!! The chicken breast with noodles arrived with my drink after about 30 minutes. The beer tasted terrible and the pasta with poultry was from the wholesale market. The light cubes on the food were therefore the chicken breast. Absolutely unacceptable for this price. The beer was served without a head of foam and with far too little carbonation. Passing the food across the table and serving it to the guest with a pleading look from the service staff is absolutely the bottom drawer for this price range. Pasta for 20 euros!!!! Never again!!! What happened here in Zinnowitz!!!! Pure rip-off and only with cash payment!!!!! Never again, Zinnowitz isn't that beautiful!!!!!!

Lousy service and bad food. Tomato salad is actually not rocket science, unsalted and tasteless tomatoes. Pasta with pepperoni, garlic and olive oil. Even this very easy-to-make meal was disastrously tasteless. My wife's pizza was unsalted and only edible if you didn't eat the poultry on it. The daughter's Bolognese, tastes like concentrated tomato paste and is rather sour and bitter. Service extremely inattentive. We like to spend money on good food, here you want to get money for doing that. When asked if it tasted good, I answered in a friendly manner and listed all the flaws. My tip is to hire a chef, one who likes to eat and prepare it. It's just nothing like that. In any case, we'll never regret it again.

Nie wieder! Überteuert und es war nicht lecker. Pommes waren fast roh. Weltmeisterschaft, Champions waren ok , das Hähnchenfleisch ... keine Ahnung was es war. Und mit Karte konnte man auch nicht bezahlen.

On our last evening we wanted to try another Italian from Zinnowitz. Unfortunately, in vain. The welcome was very heartless, then it took longer than usual for the menu to be brought. The employees all only speak very bad and broken German. When taking the order, the dish was completely misunderstood, it was said: "lasagna with iced tea" and it was understood as "lasagna ice cream". In addition, our order was not written down, but it was written down at the table next to us. The wait for food was relatively short, so at least that's fine. The lasagne was good, but the pesto noodles were like they were bought from Edeka, you can cook them at home. The normal Barilla pesto from Edeka was used. A disgrace for this money. You can also eat ice cream here and it was also delicious. But basically far too expensive. You don't want to pay so much for ready-made products and also for the unfriendliness of the waiters. When, understandably, you didn't give a tip because the pesto pasta tasted bad, people talked to you like you were a monster. That doesn't work at all. And as many others have reported, card payments are not possible here. Hmm, why? Well, we're not coming here anymore.

Überteuert, Erdbeerbecher 11,90 Euro! Dafür eine Weile gewartet, obwohl kaum andere Gäste da waren. Das Bedienungspersonal musste aber erst einmla ein Schwätzchen halten, bevor den Gästen die Karte gebracht wurde. Eis nicht besonders lecker, eine Tasse Tee kostete 2,40 Euro! Einfach unverschämt.

In the evening we ordered a pizza and a pasta dish from Lieferando. After ¾ of an hour the order was ready to be picked up. After I waited in the restaurant for a good 20 minutes for an employee to speak to me at some point, a woman brought herself to ask what I had ordered. After explaining that I wanted to pick something up and waiting another 10 minutes, I got my order. This was the most expensive and worst meal we have ever eaten. The pizza was half raw, half burnt and had absolutely no taste. Likewise the noodles. 90% of the dish was unsalted, all of the salt was distributed on the last 10% of the tiny amount of pasta. This food, service and price was an absolute letdown. I wish I could give 0 stars. For anyone who is on vacation in Zinnowitz or the surrounding area: For a nice evening with good food you should NOT order here.

We only ate ice cream here. Ice cream: Soft ice cream was good, as was sundae, but here too - just like in children's books - only two scoops of ice cream. Eating took a while and there was a lot going on. Otherwise everything was very tasty, everything was in the right price range and the staff was very friendly.

The food came too quickly. Actually a sign that it is not freshly prepared. A bit bland in taste. Pasta "delle chef" only tasted like curry and was very dry. Were a little disappointed.

The very last!!! Table reserved. Waited 20 minutes to order. After an hour we didn't even have anything to drink. With 4 children!!! In summer!!! We got up and left when we saw that a table on the terrace was being served, even though they came much later. When we left, people were surprised and said it's in progress, it's in progress. And as an answer why others get their drink and food even though they come later. We were told that it is also a small table. Ridiculous!! I would never book a table there again. Ordered 4 different things Ordered 2 ice cream cups and 2 ice drinks. Everything came individually. At these prices the service must be decidedly better

We wanted to eat an ice cream sundae there. Prices of around €12 for ONE sundae put us off. But there were also 3 scoops with cream for €6.50, which is still okay. We chose the balls from standard industrial goods, so they tasted boring as expected. The service was very slow even though the restaurant was empty. I can't say anything about the quality of the other dishes.

Pizza to go. Waited 40 minutes. 2 pizzas, then opened the cardboard at home and was shocked. Small, hard, hardly any toppings, tasteless, solid. Not how I imagine a pizza to be. Price/performance doesn't fit. Sorry.

Overpriced restaurant! Pasta was hard and they were lying in the oil and the garlic was just for decoration because you couldn't taste it... The spaghetti carbonara dish had pieces of meat and the pasta was also hard! It just didn't taste good and a beer for 6.10 is just too much!

The restaurant is definitely not recommended! We stopped there to drink coffee: small (ice cream) portions, the coffee didn't taste good at all, the ice cream for the child (!) was forgotten and only served after repeated requests. The demand as to whether we should clear up even though we were still eating made everything even worse. The friendliness of the staff doesn't help either. A pity!

If you want to eat here you have to bring your time. Italians are known for their hospitality, but unfortunately we didn't feel much of it at Casa Italiana. In terms of taste, ice cream can only be rated as sufficient for the price. I would still like to positively emphasize the solution-oriented way of working. The location is perfect but if the service doesn't change, the guests will stay away, because these days you think twice about where you spend your money.

Good pizza and delicious ice cream

This Italian restaurant offers the usual dishes at the usual regional prices. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible here. The ambience is so-so, but rather irrelevant. The smell was worse, the flowers were probably rotting or there was a drain nearby. The service was impersonal and disappeared quickly. Our table was still full of ketchup from the previous person. The waitress didn't even respond to us waving, even though they were looking at us. The waiter was constantly on the move with the rag, but we were completely ignored. When our order was taken, we addressed the issue directly. The guy promptly came with the rag, wiped off more of the ketchup than it did and disappeared again. In general, the rag had nothing to laugh about, it was thrown from table to table without ever seeing water. Less beautiful... The food was okay, the pizza was large, but there were very few toppings. The noodles were okay, but it was more of a ready-made sauce, not something homemade. As an Italian you should know that spagetti Bolognese ALWAYS includes grated Parmesan! Next time we'll probably eat somewhere else. A pity!

You really sweetened our evening after the very disappointing visit to the Greek restaurant. Super nice service, super child-friendly. Everything clean and tidy. The ice cream was super delicious. We regret not having dinner here.

Despite a spontaneous visit, we still found a table for 5. The service was friendly. The food delicious. Special requests were also taken into account. There are deductions for: Cushions would be nice on the chairs. No card payment was possible. The notice didn't come before and the sign wasn't easy to see. Maybe put this note in the front of the menu?

We treated ourselves to spaghetti ice cream to go. The ratio of cream and ice cream was 2:1. So a lot of cream and a scoop of ice cream. The vanilla ice cream is completely flavorless. The strawberry sauce is only sweet and also without strawberry flavor. And the lady actually calculated 2x 6.80 and 1x 1.50 in writing on a piece of paper, about 2 minutes. It's a shame you could make real money in an area like this if the guests were happy and came by every day...

Das erste und das letzte mal waren wir in diesem Restaurant essen. Das Holzfällersteak war nicht größer als ein Bierdeckel und zudem von einer Seite angebrannt. Die Rosmarinkartoffeln waren nicht richtig gar und schmeckten so gar nicht nach Rosmarin.. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass die Kartoffeln "aldente" wären. Von Nudeln kennt man das ja, aber von Kartoffeln? Ach ja, den Salat hätte ich fast vergessen. Liegt wohl daran, dass die 3 Teile aus dem der Salat bestand, kaum sah. Für 14,90 € hatte mehr erwartet!

Today I picked out a Pizza Capriosa for 13 euros from the restaurant website at home. After I was there and ordered this pizza to take away, the shock came. The waitress said 18.90 euros and showed me the accuracy in the menu. When I pointed out to her that there was a different price online that was significantly cheaper, she said that the prices had been that way for about two years and that the boss had to change them. Unfortunately that didn't help me either and the pizza wasn't even worth the price!!! I often visit my family in Zinnowitz, but I will no longer visit the restaurant! This is unfair to the guest and she could have forgiven me the almost 5 euros, that would only have been fair.

Never had such bad ice cream and rarely had such unfriendly service. Calculating wasn't her forte either... ice cream overpriced, scoop 2 euros for industrial ice cream. Spaghetti ice cream 6.90 euros with two scoops, a little cream, sprinkles, sauce. Dude, you better go on towards the pier and eat some ice cream there. Ball price from 1.50 euros. We found a spot outside. Everything is very dirty. Not nicely prepared. You can see that everything is run very carelessly. The waiter is extremely unfriendly and impersonal. Our food tasted terrible. Apart from the fries, you can't go wrong with that. Card payment is not possible here. Cash only. No please and no thank you. Not again.

Tortellini arrived after about 30 minutes and as a children's portion with sauce for €16.30 and the waitress didn't understand us either. The bill had to be paid in full despite the complaint. We had been there for years before but that was the last time. Has changed for the worse. Well, thank you.

We were disappointed. The price screws have been turned up too much here, the prices are steep and don't match the quality of the food and the ambience. A wine spritzer - wine diluted with water - costs €9 for 0.25 liters. The other Italians on Neue Strandstrasse offer more for less money.

Too expensive for a mediocre pizza

As a preamble: I don't understand why my little story this morning was dated "7 months ago", when my stay in Zinnowitz dates back several years. I “softened” it in fact 7 months ago, but I wrote it in 2020 it seems. Since then, the boss may have changed or at least his team (I hope), so this reaction should be put into perspective. Even worse, now he took today's change date?!? Google, keskispasse? .... First test the evening of our arrival (Summer 2020, very long drive). No more room on the terrace, hungry kids. We go inside, no air conditioning. I ask where to take a seat, no answer. We take a seat in an empty room and I try to get noticed. After 5 minutes, I will take a card myself. Finally, after a quarter of an hour of waiting and the kids were **very** hungry, we decided to go find another restaurant.

We got the table quickly, but the service was subpar. We had to wait forever for the menu and for someone to take our order. Our neighbors then paid their bill at the counter because it took forever until someone came to collect it. The neighboring table wasn't cleaned up either, the dirty plates and glasses were still there until we left.

I am at a loss for words. I had a black hair in the ointment. How disgusting!!!We were offered ice cream as compensation, but the meal was charged in full. Cancellation not possible because the boss is in the house. I've never heard that. It doesn't work at all!!! Definitely not a recommendation!!!

Italian with Arabic operator. Centrally located. In our case, service was unfortunately poor in several respects (despite the empty restaurant it took forever, the wrong food was delivered, the waitress didn't know the menu, cutlery only came after repeated requests, the bill couldn't be paid per person and the change was given incorrectly) . Unfortunately the food wasn't okay. The price-performance ratio is not right. E.g. A glass of Cola for just under five euros. We won't go there again.

Nothing special! Pizza is not my thing! Very dry! But the service is very nice and child-friendly! Ok for a quick lunch!

Without words! First you sign yourself in the book for the table reservation. Then there are stale drinks and microwaved food. The multiple, clear pings could be heard well into the dining room. To then have a cooked fly in your food. 🤢 The restaurant's reaction was "Yikes. Would you like something else?" Thanks no, we were full. In the end, the good man tried to reward himself with a tip by putting out the change and then pocketing it again or not paying it out at all. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!!!!

On a positive note, the service was okay. The food, on the other hand, was an absolute disgrace. Lasagna was guaranteed to be frozen. The salads completely watered down and tasteless. A glass of water (0.4) and a glass of wine (0.25) cost €13.40 together. The two of us paid almost €100 for salad, main course and drinks.

Oha.. we should have read the Tripadvisor reviews beforehand. 1. An Italian who is not, but like most, is managed by an “East Asian” compatriot. 2. Spaghetti Bolognese.. the worst we have ever seen. Pasta with two teaspoons of red “sauce” and 2 grams of minced meat, carelessly slapped onto a deep plate. You had to ask for pamesan. The noodles were so dry that we asked for extra sauce. The sauce was even worse than the cheapest tomato sauce from a supermarket. Zero taste and zero meat too. Actually an insult to “Italian culture” and also to every guest. A meal for €12.90 that wasn't worth €3. 3. To my surprise, the parmesan was charged extra. Is it still okay? 4. The pizza was just average, not bad, but not particularly good either. Not particularly big either... 5. The “neck steak” offer with potatoes and salad... here only the salad was reasonably fresh. However, this advertised salad was only a mini side dish. The neck steak was also the cheapest discount meat, totally pulled and poorly fried. 6. We ordered a coffee for after the meal, it was served before the meal and it was presented to us anyway in a very unprofessional manner and the guest's request was simply ignored. 7. Drink prices are also completely outrageous. A large beer for €6.10 is a disgrace, a small one for €4.50, a Lambrusco 0.25 for €9. What kind of blatant profit margins are these? Overall, the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. There is a second shop, right on the pier, with a slightly different name and only opens at Easter. Guys, if you eat here, it's your own fault. The only positive point was clean guest toilets and a reasonably pleasant ambience. This was probably just taken over from a predecessor.

Oha.. wir hätten die Bewertungen von Tripadvisor vorher lesen sollen. 1. Ein Italiener, der keiner ist, sondern wie die meisten, von einem „ostasiatischen“ Landsmann geführt wird. 2. Spaghetti Bolognese.. die Schlimmste, die wir je gesehen haben. Nudeln mit zwei Teelöffel roter „Soße“ und 2 Gramm Hackfleisch, total lieblos auf einen tiefen Teller hingeklatscht. Nach Pamesan musste man nachfragen. Die Nudeln waren so trocken, dass wir nach extra Soße gefragt haben. Die Soße war noch schlechter als die billigste Tomatensoße aus einem Supermarkt. Null Geschmack und auch null Fleisch. Eigentlich eine Beleidigung für die „italienische Kultur“ und auch gegenüber jedem Gast. Ein Essen für 12,90€, das keine 3€ Wert war. 3. Der Parmesan wurde zur Überraschung extra berechnet. Geht’s denn eigentlich noch? 4. Die Pizza war lediglich Durchschnitt, nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht besonders gut. Auch nicht besonders groß.. 5. Das Angebot „Nackensteak“ mit Kartoffeln und Salat.. hier war nur der Salat einigermaßen frisch. Dieser angepriesene Salat war allerdings auch nur eine Mini-Beilage. Das Nackensteak war ebenfalls billigstes Discounterfleisch, total zerrig und schlecht gebraten. 6. Wir haben einen Kaffee für nach dem Essen bestellt, bekommen ihn vor dem Essen serviert und ganz unprofessionell wird er uns trotzdem hingestellt, der Wunsch des Gastes einfach ignoriert. 7. Getränkepreise sind ebenfalls völlig unverschämt. Ein großes Bier für 6,10€ ist eine Frechheit, ein kleines für 4,50€ , ein Lambrusco 0,25 für 9€. Was sind das bitte für dreiste Gewinnmargen? 8. Überraschung beim Bezahlen. Kein Hinweis darauf, dass Kartenzahlung nicht möglich sei. Komisch nur, dass ein Kartenlesegerät einsatzbereit neben der Kasse lag. Insgesamt das schlechteste Restaurant, was ich je in meinem Leben betreten habe. Davon gibt es noch ein zweites Geschäft, direkt an der Seebrücke , etwas anderer Name und öffnet erst zu Ostern. Leute, wer hier essen geht, ist selber Schuld. Wir erwarten keine Sterneküche und sind ziemlich bescheiden. Aber dieses „kulinarische Erlebnis“ zwingt uns das erste Mal, andere potentielle Gäste ebenfalls zu warnen. Der einzige positive Punkt waren saubere Gästetoiletten und ein einigermaßen angenehmes Ambiente. Das wurde wahrscheinlich auch nur von einem Vorgänger übernommen.

Pizza schmeckt überhaupt nicht und auch Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße geht gar nicht und dass bei einem Italiener. Außerdem für die kleinen Portion noch viel zu teuer. Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen, wir hätten diese eher lesen sollen…

Very nice service and the food tasted excellent.

We were happy about the heated rooms on a cold winter day. Everything else was a disaster: Starting with toilets that smelled like sewage, which were otherwise clean but still smelled unpleasant. If we hadn't been so hungry and cold, we would have returned the food. We had every reason for that. Canneloni with spinach and ricotta: Pasta with filling was a frozen ready-made product. Accordingly very watered down. The filling tasted neither like ricotta nor spinach. It was grayish and solid. The "Bolognese" sauce around it was coarse ground beef and tomato passata. Pasta too soft. Spaghetti with basil pesto: Pasta too soft. Pesto super oily ready-made product from the jar. Pizza: Dough not baked all the way through, probably because it came straight from the fridge into the oven. Nevertheless, there were already small burnt spots on the pizza edge and pizza base. A lot of cheese. Waffle with ice cream: mediocre ice cream, waffle batter with way too much sugar. Extremely overpriced for the performance! The table next door let the food go back and refrained from eating any more. Reason: the freshness of the meat in the Bolognese sauce was questioned. A very disappointing experience.

The food was very good, the portion was perfect and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would love to go there again.

Unfortunately, the lasagna was cold and had to be returned, it gave the impression of being a tk product. Service was good and friendly and really caring.

Loveless. Unmotivated. 0.3 is more like 0.25 Pizza vegetarian with raw onions. Doesn't leave you feeling satisfied Update 7 years later! I occasionally received a message that a lawyer was trying to cast doubt on the critical reports. I should prove that I even ate there... After some correspondence with Google, my review was restored exactly the same. And when I continue reading the reviews here, I'm happy about it. I was still very nice back then, and it was bad enough that to this day I still know exactly how bad it was. This is also how you can become immortal. And I'm not the only one who felt this way. See the comments around the messages. In my opinion, that's not how customer service works at all... Everyone is welcome to form their own opinion, but I would definitely never eat there again...

Bedienung zwar top, aber Essen und Getränke haben bitterlich enttäuscht. Pizza war aus dem TK und dazu auch noch roh, Magenprobleme vorprogrammiert !

Das Essen war gut, aber über den Preis für eine Weinschorle von 9 € ist uns fast der Appetit vergangen. Dies viel zu überteuert und sollte realistisch angepasst werden

Nette Bedingung, normal gutes Essen. Kann man mal machen.

Also im Großen und Ganzen rate ich vom Besuch ab. Das Essen schmeckt wie aus Tüten (kann nur von der Pizza nichts sagen, die hatten wir nicht) aber Auflauf, Spaghetti Carbonara, und Pasta bekommt man zu Hause mit wenig Kenntnis besser hin. Der Salat wirkt wie aus dem Fladenbrot gepflückt, lieblos zerhackter Eisbergsalat mit einem bisschen Dressing. Wir waren im Verlauf noch bei anderen Restaurants, wo das Essen wirklich geschmeckt hat und wir zu viert immernoch 10 Euro weniger gezahlt haben. Der Service allerdings war freundlich und das Ambiente war ok.

Typische Auswahl an Pizza und Pasta, was beides gut geschmeckt hat. Großes Manko: nur Barzahlung möglich, was im Jahr 2023 und bei den Preisen vollkommen inakzeptabel ist (Begründung: Es kommt kein Zettel aus dem Kartenleser.).

Guter Service, leckeres Essen. Das einzige "manko" war, dass wir durch unseren Hund einen Platz an der Eingangstür hatten und es dadurch etwas zog und wuselig war. Sonst aber alles super.

Leider waren wir von der Pizza etwas enttäuscht, der Teig war wenn überhaupt mittelmäßig, Teile der Zutaten schmeckten wie aus der Tiefkühlung aufgetaut, essen konnte man es trotzdem. Abgesehen davon, kann man sich kaum beschweren, die Kellnerin war sehr freundlich und schnell, die Terrasse - wenn auch direkt an der Straße - ganz gemütlich, es gab Decken für draußen und genug Platz für den Hund. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber. Auffällig fand ich die Getränkepreise: im Vergleich zum Essen, was sich im normalen mittleren Bereich befand, sind 6,30 € für ein Flaschenbier doch etwas lächerlich hoch.

Nachdem wir uns hingesetzt hatten, hat es eine ganze Weile gedauert, bis wir bestellen durften. Wir hatten schon überlegt wieder zu gehen. Das Essen und die Getränke wurden dann nach der Bestellung aber zügig geliefert. Die Speisen waren schmackhaft, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Hier stimmt leider das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht, zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Die Toiletten sind sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider kann man nur bar bezahlen. Wir gehen nicht noch einmal hin, und empfehlen es auch nicht weiter.
