Casa Ilayda in Münster

Two stars is currently appropriate. I'm just referring to the kebab, which I've eaten twice now, both times on site. It costs 7.50 euros and is really small. The meat is not really tasty or tasty according to my taste. The salad is placed marginally on top, there were 6 strips (!) of red cabbage lettuce on my kebab. In my opinion not a good price/performance ratio. At the next table, two Turkish colleagues were eating some kind of starter that looked much better than my kebab. They were also brought extra bread. I might have to try it sometime. Let's see, maybe I'll test again. The staff was friendly and the store didn't seem unclean. In this respect, I can't confirm other reviews, but as I said: I've only been there twice.

Food hot and without taste. Doner meat without taste. Fries unseasoned. Hamburger menu far too expensive for the portion. Service is unmotivated and seems annoyed. There is still room for improvement.

Best kebab in Münster, best boss and best guests. Always open and reliable. Homemade falafel is always the first thought after celebrating. We love Casa Ilayda and his niece. And happy birthday ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Extremely unfriendly service, there isn't a single positive thing except that it stays open for a relatively long time. Every single criterion leaves something to be desired.

Unfortunately it is not possible to award zero stars. The service was really not friendly! We ordered the sucuk bag (I thought I would try something I didn't know yet) and the cheeseburger with fries. We had to pick up the food at the counter ourselves, there was no service even though there were two people behind the counter. I would rename the sucuk bag a salad bag, because there wasn't much of sucuk to be found there. In addition, as I would have expected, the sucuk was not fried really crispy, but in some cases not at all... very strange. The size of the portion for €7.50 is a joke. This was a small appetizer at best. Good thing my partner didn't come close to finishing her cheeseburger. As I continued to eat it, I immediately knew why. Very strange in taste and not really tasty. When we went to the toilet the impression was finally perfect. Dirty, packages in the hallway, untidy storage room with a view for guests, the toilet disgusting. We would never, ever eat there again. I would like to respond to the owner's answer here. Of course, the black mold on the tap only started growing as soon as the fans left the restaurant. The adhesive tape that was used to patch the huge hole under the urinal only then came off. We saw a lot of fans in the city, but when we were there the snack bar was almost empty. Of course I can't rule out the possibility that fans were there beforehand. I would also like it to be read properly. It seems strange when part of the sausage is fried and part is not! I don't want to expand on my thought, but there is room for certain assumptions. For me, packages in the hallway where guests have access and the storage room that you could look into reflect the order in the entire store!

10/10 crispy fries, kebab is a taste explosion! Would recommend!!

It's a shame that you even have to give one star. This store doesn't even deserve a single star. The kebab meat was absolutely inedible as it mostly consisted of tough, dried out chunks. The pizza was soggy and overly salty. The staff is extremely unfriendly, even rude. Hygiene and customer friendliness are indeed foreign words in this store. On top of that, you are also being ripped off because drinks are charged extra even though they are included in the menus. The staff was also spoken to about this, but continued to be extremely shameless and brazen. We advise everyone not to eat at this store.

Vultures with everything they have, even though they offer it themselves, they don't even give anything served. Drinks are extra even though it's on the menu, so perfect for drunk people who have no idea what they're doing. Also the lamp was too bright so I couldn't enjoy it, just crazy wow.

The chicken kebab is awesome, the meat is juicy, well distributed and the bread is good too. 👍 You have to be there before around 5 p.m. before the chicken skewer is empty.

For a long time my favorite for kebab in Münster. The quality has continued to decline over the last month. Subjectively, the portions have become smaller and the meat is often soggy... It's a shame, but it's still not a bad kebab! (Would rather give 3.5 stars) Edit: I read through the owner's comments on Google here... Criticism is usually dismissed very unkindly as wrong. This only leads to people not coming back and eventually no one being there anymore. Think about it!

In itself a solid kebab shop. However, I have repeatedly found inedible meat (large chunks that have probably been waiting to be mixed into the freshly cut meat for a long time) in my kebab.

Food okay. They simply didn't ask me about the kebab sauce, which wasn't enough either. The kebab itself was bland. The guy just asked me if there was any sauce on it, as I said, and he wasn't nice or welcoming either. I'm still wondering what the ambience is, but nothing is outdated. What is outdated was in a storage room taking up space in the dining room. So nothing special here, no love with the food. I won't come back here...

Qualität und Menge der Speisen ist dem Preis nicht angemessen. Da gibt es auch in Innenstadtlage Besseres!

Ich hatte eine Dönertasche und fand die in Ordnung. Geschmacklich und von den Zutaten her ein normaler Döner. Größe eher handlich. Vernünftiges Fladenbrot mit dezenten Sesamkörnern. Der Döner war zum Schluss etwas trocken, weil nicht als erstes etwas Tzatziki auf das Brot getan wurde und dann hinterher noch etwas. Das kennt man ja von anderen Läden. Weil das Bort gut war, hat es trotzdem geschmeckt. Wenn man das vermeiden will, muss man es also beim bestellen sagen. (Wenn man etwa bei Y-Döner am Nevinghoff isst, hat man z.b. mehr Probleme in Sachen Trockenheit, weil das Fladenbrot dort zu dick ist und die Körner zu aufdringlich sind.) Ich kann hier nix zu meckern finden. Die Bedienung war auch korrekt. Daher vergebe ich 3 Sterne!

Das Personal hat ihr Herz am richtigen Fleck. Sehr Hilfsbereit. Das Essen war auch Mega lecker! Man merkte wie frisch der Salat, Tomat und Gurken sind. Immer wieder gerne!

Der Döner war okay, recht schwer zu essen ohne das sich der viele Salat verabschiedet. Alles gut. Ich bedanke mich für die noch späte Versorgung nach 23 Uhr mit essen.

Essen geht in Ordnung, preis Leistung passt hier auch noch gut. Kann man machen :)

Guter Döner, leider schmecken die Pommes nicht sehr lecker.

Ein sehr guter, verlässlicher Dönerladen, der seit Jahren. In Partynächten sehr hoch frequentiert, aber die Bedienung ist immer nett und freundlich. Schräg gegenüber ist noch ein anderer Laden, der aber weder beim Service, noch geschmacklich mithalten kann (so war es jedenfalls vor einigen Jahren, eventuell gab es hier Veränderungen). Stühle sind zwar teilweise durchgesessen und es ist etwas schrabbelig, aber die Dönerbox ist super und das zählt ja.

Nicht der beste Döner aber solide. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell. Ambiente ist leider nicht viel vorhanden aber ganz ehrlich welcher Dönerladen ist schon einladen und gemütlich? Gute Lage und angemessene Preise.

Ganz Ok wenn man nachts Hunger hat und betrunken ist. Nüchtern eher nicht.

War jetzt sechs Wochen hier in Münster und war das ein oder andere mal dort. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett, die Bestellung wurde fix fertig gemacht und die Preise sind moderat. Ich war also sehr zufrieden. Kann es nur empfehlen.

Guter Service, leckerer Döner aber irgendwie rumpelig. Vllt Mal aufräumen und Wände streichen. Sonst top für nen Döner zum abschmieren am Abend.
