Leider nicht mehr so gut. Die Qualität der Zutaten hat sehr nachgelassen. Nicht mehr besser als eine durchschnittliche deutche pizzeria. Teig immer noch gut. Heute sind wir enttäuscht heim gegangen.

Superfreundliches Personal! Ein sehr flexibler und angenehmer Ort. Die beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe … selbst nach wochenlangem Italienurlaub freue ich mich noch auf meine Pizza Margherita und meinen Ingwer-Spritz. Ein wirklich tolles Ambiente. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Sehr leckere Pizza & schönes Ambiente, vor allem sitzt man draußen sehr schön! Die Tische außerhalb der Terrasse sind schräg, weshalb es nicht zum Verweilen einlädt.

Pizza ist top, aber die Lieferung dauert so lange, dass das Essen immer kalt ankommt.

12:40Uhr telefonisch bestellt, 13:40Uhr stehe ich am Tresen und möchte die Pizzen (11Stück haben) Da ist nichts fertig und sie fangen erst an vorzubereiten wenn bezahlt wurde. Das ist schlecht und alles hat nochmals 20min gedauert. Auf einer Seite verständlich erst zu beginnen wenn der Kunde und das Geld da sind aber dann bitte am Telefon sagen! Das Team ist super und freundlich Pizzen lecker gerne immer wieder gerne aber mehr organisatorische Klarstellung gegenüber telefonischen Bestellungen.

Ich bin absolut begeistert! Die Pizza ist super lecker und geschmacklich hervorragend. Auch der Service ist jedes Mal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Der Grauburgunder ist auch sehr lecker. Mittlerweile bin ich Stammkundin und komme immer wieder gerne hierher. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Sean , der mit seiner herzlichen Art und seinem professionellen Service jedes Mal für eine tolle Atmosphäre sorgt.

Meine Meinung bezieht sich auf einen einmaligen Besuch und bei diesem habe ich die vegane Pizza bestellt. Hier im Casa wird mit der echten Kunst des neapolitanischen Pizzabackens beworben. Vielleicht war es eine Momentaufnahme all unserer Bestellung, aber für unsere Kriterien waren alle Pizzen zu lange im Ofen. Resultat, der Boden verneigte sich nicht und war für uns zu fest. Der Rand hatte viele flache Stellen und dadurch ging das erwünschte neapolitanische Feeling verloren. Dennoch, die Zutaten hatten eine gute Qualität und die Pizza hat geschmeckt.

Update 2026. Beste Pizza in Wiesbaden. Toller fluffiger Teig, Belag von guter Qualität. Ich würde mir ein paar mehr klassische Varianten wünschen. Es gibt viele vegetarische Alternativen.

Super Essen und ein großartiger Service! Für uns waren sie echte Lebensretter, weil unsere 16-köpfige Hochzeitsgesellschaft ganz spontan aufgenommen wurde, nachdem uns die ursprüngliche Location im Stich gelassen hatte.

Wir haben eine äußerst schmackhafte Pizza gegessen und dazu war der Kellner sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Pizza Ernesto ist meine ganz besondere Empfehlung. Dazu noch das Wasabi Aioli und ein Rotwein. Besser geht’s nicht!!!

Wir sind zufällig am Restaurant vorbeigelaufen, als uns der herrliche Duft von frischer Pizza in die Nase stieg. Da wir ohnehin Hunger hatten, haben wir spontan zwei Pizzen bestellt – und es absolut nicht bereut. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und die Pizza einfach hervorragend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Casa delle Olive ist einer unserer Lieblingslieferant wenn es um Pizzen geht. Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker. Preislich ist alles im Rahmen und der Service ist nett. Wenn es voll ist kann es nur sehr laut werden was aber kein negative punkt ist deswegen bestellen wir die Pizzen gerne und Essen sie zu Hause. Immer einen Besuch wert!!

Very good pizza, very good service, but a bit noisy as it was very busy on a Wednesday evening.

We felt completely at ease as guests. The pizza and the vitello tonnato were delicious, and the wine was served in very elegant wine glasses. Overall, it had a real Bella Italia feel.

The pizza was good, but nothing special, and it arrived a bit too cold. For the high price, you expect more. The restaurant consists of two rooms, one on each side of the street. The area where the pizza is baked is an absolute disaster for sitting. There's no ventilation whatsoever, so it's very stuffy inside, and you and all your clothes reek of pizza (open kitchen). This doesn't create a good atmosphere at all. We had to shower and wash our clothes as soon as we got home. Although the rooms are separated by the street, there's only one server for both. We went in, and despite several empty tables, someone from the kitchen told us we had to wait for the waitress before we could sit down (since she was on the other side). That's not what hospitality and friendliness look like. Later, the owner was also loudly berating the staff by the oven, which further worsened the atmosphere. The waitress herself was very nice and apologized for the difficulty in finding a table.

The food was delicious and of good quality. Although it arrived a bit cooler than usual this time, it was still a culinary delight. Since we generally experience the restaurant very consistently well, we assume this was a minor exception. The service was attentive and friendly. The waitress, in particular, stood out and contributed to a pleasant evening. It was a shame that the owner wasn't there that evening, as his charm and attentiveness usually perfectly complement the overall ambiance of the establishment. Overall, we still had a lovely evening and would gladly return – especially because of the wonderful ambiance, the excellent cuisine, and the special atmosphere for which Casa delle Olive is known.

A very nice pizzeria. The staff seemed a bit stressed and therefore not always attentive. Understandable. Unfortunately, my wife's pizza was almost cold when it arrived. But it tasted great! My dears, I'm sure you can sort out these minor issues after an internal meeting!

The pizzas are truly excellent, and the restaurant area, as well as the outdoor terrace, is beautifully designed. However, it must be said that the unisex restrooms are in dire need of a deep clean. Dust is caked on in the cleaned corners and is rather unappetizing, hence a maximum of 3 stars for ambiance and cleanliness.

I was craving pizza and ended up at Casa delle Olive. They had one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The service and atmosphere were fantastic. This will definitely be my first choice for pizza.

We spontaneously got a table for two even though everything was reserved – time was limited, but an hour and a half was absolutely sufficient. The service was very friendly and quick. The restaurant itself was also very cozy with a lovely atmosphere. The two pizzas were incredibly delicious, perfectly topped, and we were absolutely thrilled with the idea of ​​the dips for the edges. Obere Webergasse 56. If you haven't tried a good pizza there yet, you haven't had a good tasting experience yet. I go there often when I'm shopping in town and I can't resist the opportunity to get a taste of good Italian pizza. I highly recommend it. Next time I'll finally take some photos.

The food was delivered literally ice cold. It looked delicious, but it was actually ice cold and therefore inedible. The Uber driver arrived on a bicycle and also made several stops, so it's no wonder the pizzas were ice cold.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined. This restaurant used to be a safe bet for me when it came to good food in Wiesbaden. Now we have to reconsider where we go regularly. On my last few visits, I've repeatedly noticed these differences in quality. Perhaps it's also because the friendly chef isn't always there. The pizza dough tastes different than it used to. I don't know exactly what I changed. The pizza has always been very dry the last few times, with only a very small amount of mascarpone or basil pesto being used on it; you couldn't taste anything that usually made the pizza special. The bruschetta wasn't convincing either. It was unusually sweet because of the basil syrup. It's a real shame, since just a year ago I experienced the restaurant in a completely different way.

I placed an order via Uber Eats. When I asked where my food was after about an hour, I was rudely told that he didn't have my order. After a lot of back and forth, I canceled the pizzas, and I still haven't received my money back. Really sad. It's over for me. Others want happy customers.

I've never experienced such disrespect. Unfortunately, the pizza I ordered wasn't brought to the table. So I forgot my order and ate my daughter's leftovers. A little later, another quite unfriendly man came over and shouted at me, saying I was disrespectful and that he was talking to me. I'm still shocked by how rude and arrogant the behavior was. It's a shame the pizza itself was delicious. But anyone who treats their guests like that really doesn't deserve any! We definitely won't be back, and I advise others to go somewhere else where the pizza is tasty and they aren't treated so disparagingly!

I was quite disappointed because there was only one waiter who brought out the food, took orders, and collected the money. The food took over an hour to arrive, and we had only ordered two pizzas. I think €51 for two pizzas and two glasses of wine is way too expensive. The waiter, who is also the owner of the restaurant, wasn't particularly friendly when I asked how long the food would take. I find that very unfortunate. As a former restaurateur, I can say that there are several waiters in a restaurant, not just one who is responsible for all the tables. Each waiter has their own station, and not one waiter does everything, which leads to long waiting times. It's true that the restaurant was very busy, but since many people were already eating or had finished eating, they assumed it wouldn't take that long. Please don't accuse me of making false claims, since I was there at 7:53 p.m. and my food arrived at around 8:45 p.m. Aside from that, it's unfortunately very unprofessional to react like this and go for the budget, even though I expressed my opinion that the price/performance ratio for a pizza was too high. Please be able to accept criticism in the future.

We really enjoyed it. Friendly, fast service, and a nice outdoor seating area on the terrace, which is level with the slope. The pizza was good, but for me, it's not a true Neapolitan pizza as advertised on the website/menu. The crust was too hard, the dough was too dry, and especially thick toward the center, and the sauce/toppings weren't moist enough for my liking.
