The pizza was fantastic. The Lugano was very good. The service was attentive. The prices were on the higher side.

We visited Casa delle Olivia in Wiesbaden today and were absolutely delighted. The Pizza Diavolo was outstanding – crispy crust, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly delicious. A glass of Lugana paired it wonderfully. Lilly's service deserves special mention – she was exceptional! Attentive, warm, and professional, she truly made us feel welcome. The location itself also boasts a pleasant atmosphere. A thoroughly enjoyable evening – we'll definitely be back! 🍕🍷

A very nice pizzeria. The staff seemed a bit stressed and therefore not always attentive. Understandable. Unfortunately, my wife's pizza was almost cold when it arrived. But it tasted great! My dears, I'm sure you can sort out these minor issues after an internal meeting!

The pizzas are truly excellent, and the restaurant area, as well as the outdoor terrace, is beautifully designed. However, it must be said that the unisex restrooms are in dire need of a deep clean. Dust is caked on in the cleaned corners and is rather unappetizing, hence a maximum of 3 stars for ambiance and cleanliness.

I was craving pizza and ended up at Casa delle Olive. They had one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The service and atmosphere were fantastic. This will definitely be my first choice for pizza.

We spontaneously got a table for two even though everything was reserved – time was limited, but an hour and a half was absolutely sufficient. The service was very friendly and quick. The restaurant itself was also very cozy with a lovely atmosphere. The two pizzas were incredibly delicious, perfectly topped, and we were absolutely thrilled with the idea of ​​the dips for the edges. Pizza Day out. Why not try Casa delle Olive? Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The dining area was very dark and very noisy. We had to wait a long time for everything. My pizza wasn't cooked through properly, and the side salad didn't arrive at our table in time. What a shame.

Obere Webergasse 56. If you haven't tried a good pizza there yet, you haven't had a good tasting experience yet. I go there often when I'm shopping in town and I can't resist the opportunity to get a taste of good Italian pizza. I highly recommend it. Next time I'll finally take some photos.

The food was delivered literally ice cold. It looked delicious, but it was actually ice cold and therefore inedible. The Uber driver arrived on a bicycle and also made several stops, so it's no wonder the pizzas were ice cold.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined. This restaurant used to be a safe bet for me when it came to good food in Wiesbaden. Now we have to reconsider where we go regularly. On my last few visits, I've repeatedly noticed these differences in quality. Perhaps it's also because the friendly chef isn't always there. The pizza dough tastes different than it used to. I don't know exactly what I changed. The pizza has always been very dry the last few times, with only a very small amount of mascarpone or basil pesto being used on it; you couldn't taste anything that usually made the pizza special. The bruschetta wasn't convincing either. It was unusually sweet because of the basil syrup. It's a real shame, since just a year ago I experienced the restaurant in a completely different way.

The pizza was very, very good, the service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. For anyone willing to spend a few euros more for a very good pizza, this is the right place. Highly recommended.

I placed an order via Uber Eats. When I asked where my food was after about an hour, I was rudely told that he didn't have my order. After a lot of back and forth, I canceled the pizzas, and I still haven't received my money back. Really sad. It's over for me. Others want happy customers.

I've never experienced such disrespect. Unfortunately, the pizza I ordered wasn't brought to the table. So I forgot my order and ate my daughter's leftovers. A little later, another quite unfriendly man came over and shouted at me, saying I was disrespectful and that he was talking to me. I didn't know that they assumed you had eyes in the back of your head and that every statement should be personal. Five minutes later, the pizza was thrown onto my table in a box. I'm still shocked by how rude and arrogant the behavior was. It's a shame the pizza itself was delicious. But anyone who treats their guests like that really doesn't deserve any! We definitely won't be back, and I advise others to go somewhere else where the pizza is tasty and they aren't treated so disparagingly!

I was quite disappointed because there was only one waiter who brought out the food, took orders, and collected the money. The food took over an hour to arrive, and we had only ordered two pizzas. I think €51 for two pizzas and two glasses of wine is way too expensive. The waiter, who is also the owner of the restaurant, wasn't particularly friendly when I asked how long the food would take. I find that very unfortunate. As a former restaurateur, I can say that there are several waiters in a restaurant, not just one who is responsible for all the tables. Each waiter has their own station, and not one waiter does everything, which leads to long waiting times. It's true that the restaurant was very busy, but since many people were already eating or had finished eating, they assumed it wouldn't take that long. Please don't accuse me of making false claims, since I was there at 7:53 p.m. and my food arrived at around 8:45 p.m. Aside from that, it's unfortunately very unprofessional to react like this and go for the budget, even though I expressed my opinion that the price/performance ratio for a pizza was too high. Please be able to accept criticism in the future.

We really enjoyed it. Friendly, fast service, and a nice outdoor seating area on the terrace, which is level with the slope. The pizza was good, but for me, it's not a true Neapolitan pizza as advertised on the website/menu. The crust was too hard, the dough was too dry, and especially thick toward the center, and the sauce/toppings weren't moist enough for my liking.

I've often walked past it on my way. We stopped in spontaneously on Thursday. It was lovely to sit outside. The pizza was amazing. One of the best I've ever eaten, I'd say. A great idea with the wasabi/garlic dip for the pizza crust. You should definitely try it; it's not too spicy. I also really liked the Primitivo. Great, attentive, and friendly service. That's not something you can take for granted anymore. Four stars for Ambiente because I haven't even seen the interior yet. Feel free to correct me later, because I'll be eating there again very soon.

The pizza was good, but the salad with olives only came with two olives, which is very little. I wasn't satisfied with the chicken on the salad either. For the price, I had hoped for better quality. A drink was swapped at our table, despite repeated inquiries as to whether it was the correct drink. The young male waiters seemed disinterested. The young lady, on the other hand, tried very hard. We had to ask three times to pay. There is only one restroom for men and women, and there were no towels to dry our hands. The food is certainly okay overall, but the service was too impersonal and not hospitable enough for me.

Simply the best pizza in Wiesbaden

Unfortunately, our visit to the pizzeria was not satisfactory. The pizza was heavily burned on the edge and base, which significantly affected the taste. When we asked and politely expressed our criticism, the waitress responded in a monosyllable and unprofessional manner, pointing out that this was “typically Neapolitan”. There was no explanation or accommodation from the service staff. On a positive note, there was a limoncello on the house at the end. The atmosphere was also pleasant. Nevertheless, the negative impression of the food quality and service behavior prevails - a shame, because the restaurant had potential.

I ordered a salami pizza today that was delivered half topped and burnt. When I complained over the phone I was laughed at and the “boss” shouted – cheeky! Once and never again!

Today we spontaneously walked past the restaurant with three children and wanted to eat there. I spoke to the owner in a friendly manner and asked if there were any free places, but unfortunately his answer was very unfriendly and rude. No smile, no quick note, just a harsh “no.” Although there were seats available inside and outside. I found the interaction particularly disappointing, especially because there were children there. I had already been there once before without children and had imagined the visit to be much more relaxed and child-friendly.

Freunde haben berichtet, dass es im Casa delle Olive die besten neapolitanischen Pizzen gibt. Das mussten wir doch überprüfen. Auf der oberen Webergasse gibt es links die Pizzabackstube mit Sitzplätzen und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite die Bar mit noch mehr Tischen. Etwas verwirrend, denn die Kellner gehen von hier nach da. Wir "landen" auf der linken Seite. Nachteil ist das ständige rein und raus, nicht nur der Kellner, auch die Fahrer der Lieferdienste. Wir bestellen 2 klassische Pizzen, diese sehen erstmal gut aus. Doch der Teig ist nicht durchgebacken, ist viel zu knatschig. Der Belag besteht aus viel zu viel Käse. Wir sind definitiv nicht überzeugt vom Geschmack und Konsistenz. Wir wissen von unserem Aufenthalt in Neapel wie eine neapolitanische Pizza schmecken muss!

Classic and original versions, with plenty of room for toppings upon request. The interior across the street is chic, and the service is truly friendly. In summer, you can sit outside in a rustic atmosphere. Currently my #1 spot in Wiesbaden.
