Casa del Tortelino in Nördlingen

We ordered the meze platter and it was largely a tin of tuna in the middle, tinned beetroot, some wraps. We were expecting a lot more for €28. Service was great though.

Reserved for 8pm, didn't get a table until 8:42pm. Others who waited had the same experience. No one came until 8:55pm and there was no sign of anyone coming. Then we just left. Waste of time. Staff were massively overworked that evening. Simply bad management.

If you couldn't give any stars at all, that would unfortunately be the case! The service was absolutely rude, you couldn't choose ice cream scoops because there was too much going on? No matter what little wish you had, nothing wanted to be implemented and you were still extremely stressed. Well then have fun in a big city. You learn what “a lot” means! 😉 The ice cream already had freezer crystals in it, so it was anything but fresh... When this ice cream parlor was actually in the hands of the first family, it was a great passion that you could feel, but unfortunately it has now been run down. What a shame! Hopefully this will be reflected upon and action taken immediately.

Good service, food was mediocre. Schnitzel fried to death. Very large portions, could be less. Price performance good.
