We walked past this bar and it looked nice so we sat down. There was a huge selection of cocktails and other drinks. We noticed that for €3 you could upgrade your cocktail to a ‘jumbo’ size which was around 500ml. This seemed really good value for money, and the cocktails when they arrived were to die for. Very delicious. We even came back the day after as we liked it so much.

First time in Cologne and bang, best decision. Eat well, drink well, crew great. Prices completely okay. If you want to sit, eat and drink nicely, just go here.

The cocktails are good, as is the ambience. In my opinion, the staff could possibly be a little friendlier, otherwise everything was great.

It's a real shame that you had to take advantage of the Turkey games straight away and had a minimum consumption of €30. There was also a very unfriendly waiter who was disrespectful just because you asked for your order. I'm not here again voluntarily

We went to Casa Cuba yesterday to watch the European Championship game and I have to say we absolutely loved it. Despite the fact that it was very crowded and there were a lot of people there, the Casa Cuba team did an outstanding job. We were a group of 4 children and seven adults, and although the store was packed, the service was first class. The waitresses and waiters were incredibly friendly and accommodating, despite the obvious stress. They managed to make every guest feel welcome and well looked after. The food was excellent and we all enjoyed it very much. It was fresh, delicious and lovingly prepared. A big compliment to the kitchen! What was particularly impressive was how the Casa Cuba team always remained professional and friendly, even in this hectic atmosphere. We felt completely comfortable and had a wonderful evening. If we could, we would give Casa Cuba not just five, but ten or even a hundred stars! Thank you for this great evening – we will definitely be back!

The waiters were very courteous and attentive. There was never a lack of attention. The food, salsa burgers and enchiladas, was tasteful, excellently prepared and a feast for the eyes.

Casa Cuba Cologne is an absolute must for anyone who wants to experience the authentic Cuban lifestyle. The food is simply delicious and the dishes are freshly prepared. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. As a guest you always feel welcome and well looked after. The service is quick and courteous without being intrusive. Overall, Casa Cuba is a wonderful place to spend an evening with friends or family.

Coming for a bachelorette party, we drank and danced to 4 songs until a rude bartender came to tell us that we don't dance at their place. It would go better if he had a minimum of politeness when addressing people!

We wanted to have a relaxing cocktail, but unfortunately the service was unfriendly, seemed arrogant (feminine) and cheeky, spoke to us as if we were friends and had known each other for years. The waitress' behavior was quite stressful

We had reserved a table through Quandoo, but Quandoo doesn't seem to have reached the restaurant. The cellar didn't know anything about it. He was so kind and offered us a very nice outdoor space. What wasn't mentioned was that there was a minimum consumption of €20 that day because of a European Championship game. But we accepted that because you can understand that. But the kitchen was unable to process the orders. Actually the restaurant should have only offered drinks. We waited up to 60 minutes for a salad. We ordered hamburgers, salad, tacos, pizza rolls. The second batch of pizza rolls were baked baguettes without filling. The rest of the food was also inedible. The tacos and salad were subpar. Later, a neighbor at the table told us that you don't actually come to eat here either. In the end we paid the minimum consumption for 5 people. But the highlight was that our next table had a minimum consumption of €15. It was our first time there and we definitely won't be there again. Also important is that payment is only possible in cash. This should also be mentioned before the guest sits down.

A big sign outside: All pizza and pasta, I think €8 I order noodles beef. Well, the pasta was soggy/soft, a tomato sauce and parmesan with no taste, but lots of pieces of delicious beef. Plus a small bottle of water with only a straw. Now comes the bill: €19.70 THIS ONLY WORKS 1X never again❗ Opposite there is a restaurant with the same concept, they don't need anything like that. As long as the offer sign is out, the price is valid. You should go there.

Cocktails we ordered did not have any alcohol in them, tasted like a mocktail, the food was very overpriced and of poor quality. Would not recommend

I watched a Champions League match there, with the speaker blasting sound outside, which was super loud. Welcomed by a sort of sinister Golgoth. The food, don't expect quality. I won't go back there.

Cocktails are of very high quality and large portions. You won't regret it.

The most expensive latte macchiato in town. 7.50€. If the hotel were Hyatt, even in terms of quality, perhaps one could understand.

I am Cuban and when I saw Che's photo I turned around and left. They use the photo of Che's murderer to sell but that does not represent Cuba, so don't go.

I have been visiting this place for 15 years and they always have good food, the service is wonderful, the atmosphere is beautiful, the music is wonderful, I recommend this place.

Today we were at this Laden and the service was wonderful. The food is delicious. The cocktails are delicious as well as the music is spectacular. In short, we recommend that you visit this wonderful place.

We sat outside and service came immediately. Rarely has service been served so quickly and friendly! The food was tasty and sufficient, the cocktails were okay and tasty. Price-performance is right!

We had dinner there today after our stroll through Cologne 🥘. The food was very good. Cheeseburger and taco 🌮 were very tasty and we can highly recommend it. The service was also very nice and worked very friendly.

We stopped here for my friend's birthday drinks and they were able to accomodate our fairly large group easily. They have a wide selection of cocktails and offer normal regular sized cocktails but also 500 mL (Jumbo) cocktails for around 10-12 Euro. The atmospere is pretty nice and despite being really full the service was quite fast. The security guys were a bit on the sterner side but that's to be expected I suppose.

At the beginning, the security guy was really unfriendly. He made us wait to enter the place til he finished his cigarette and ignored us everytime. Also, he checked my bag 2 times and there's nothing wrong with that, but with german people he wouldn't care that much as with latin people, he would even smile at them (I would say this was racism, but I still refuse to believe it). Then I went upstairs to the bathroom, I was taking a foto of myself in the mirror and he asked me to go downstairs (???), I was doing nothing wrong. The big problem came when with my friends we left the club and once outside I realized I still had the glass and didn't ask for the pfand. I told the other security guy about it and he said that he would keep the glass and that I should do the line again to get the 50 cent refund. I had no problem with that, so I did that, but then the other security guy started with so much anger checking my pockets and I felt uncomfortable and told him that I was not even entering the club, I was there to get the 50 cents, he aswered me yelling out loud, telling me that he would do that with everyone. He was violent all the time with his attitude, I obviously got mad and repeated that I didn't want to come to the bar, then I said angrily "all of this for 50 cents, wt*?" At that moment his faced transformed for the way I answered (like he wouldn't have treated me bad all that time lol). That's how I got kicked out of the club with him pushing me away. I obviously took some photos of the club and told a girl that worked there outside my stressful experience, she was really sweet and understanding. I would suggest to you as a club to check the mental state of the people that work there and that you add some anti-racism filter to hire people, if you really care, as you are supposedly a latino club. I think it was a good club, with good music, but there are bigger issues you need to solve.

I was there few times and every time the atmosphere and service was really nice. Once I lost my wallet and they returned it next day with everything intact.

We went for the Carnival Saturday night, the music was great but the security at the door were absolutely A.. Holes. I went to get fresh air and security was rude and abrupt and even though I said I didn't speak or understand Germany he kept talking in German and being aggressive and sour faced. I don't recommend the place, feels very horrible and unsafe. In the uk security look out for girls, especially if they look unwell or needing fresh air. Cuba Casa don't assume everyone is drunk and don't remember things you do or say!! They wanted cash at the door and at the bar, I had just my card and made things difficult for me, my friends had to lend cash. Definitely don't go especially if you are a lady, I felt rather unsafe and awkward, thank goodness I was with friends that live in Cologne.

Terrible Dj, told us beforehand entry is 5 € for women, had to pay 10 € and security pretended they never said 5€.

The food was too salty and the waitress was very rude, always remember to complain immediately after taking a bite if it’s bad, if you complain Abit late, they’ll literally shout at you infront of others when you politely express food wasn’t satisfactory but you’d anyway pay. The service was bad.

We went there after seeing good Google reviews. The food was mediocre; upon complaining of way too salty pizza, the waitress got visibly annoyed and started schooling us, even though we were polite, the lady started shouting at us as if we did something illegal. If you don't know how to treat customers with respect, please don't work in hospitality.

Super Ambiente zu gerechten Preisen Wir waren das erste mal hier aber wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder

Erst würden wir vom Kellner umgesetzt. Dann haben wir das falsche Essen geliefert, obwohl wir dreimal gesagt haben, was wir eigentlich wollten. Der Kellner war darauf hin sehr böse und meinte es sei unser Problem. Aber es war sein Fehler, weil er uns nicht zugehört hat, wir haben am Ender 30 Euro mehr bezahlt, wegen seinem Fehler. Deswegen müsst ihr sehr vorsichtig sein! Ganz am Ende hat er uns gesagt, dass wir doch mit Karte bezahlen können. Obwohl am Anfang er uns gesagt hat, dass wir mit Bargeld bezahlen müssen.

Ich finde es schade, dass man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann. Dann auf die Bank gegenüber verwiesen zu werden und fünf Euro Gebühr zahlen zu müssen finde ich schade. Ein Cocktail kostet 10€ mit wie viel Bargeld soll man denn rumlaufen abends in Köln? Im jetzigen Zeitalter sollte man mit der Zeit gehen und auch kartenzahlungen anbieten, wenn ein Abend zu zweit schnell über 60€ kosten kann. Die Anordnung der Tische ist sehr ungünstig, da man in die hinteren Reihen nicht durchkommt und der Kellner sich an die Gäste aus der vorderen Reihe reiben muss. Würde eine andere Cocktailbar bevorzugen... Sorry

Wir saßen draußen unter einem Schirm mit Heizstrahler, welcher notwendig war, da es kalt war. Nachdem wir unsere Getränke bekommen hatten, wurde uns etwas später gesagt, dass draußen die letzte Runde gemacht wird. Wir zahlten daraufhin, bis hierhin alles in Ordnung. Zwei Minuten danach wurden die Heizstrahler abgeschaltet und die Tischdeko von unserem Tisch genommen ohne mit uns zu sprechen. Einige Personen bekamen grade erst ihre Getränke und teilweise Essen. Es ist eine Sache die letzte Runde auszurufen, aber eine andere die Gäste so unfreundlich rauszuschmeißen. Wir hatten erst die Hälfte unseres Getränks getrunken als die Heizstrahler abgeschaltet wurden und wären nach dem Getränk ohnehin gegangen. Super unfreundlich und keinen Besuch wert!

I went there with friends shortly before midnight, but they didn't mention that at 12 they will close the outside area. After we ordered they immediately turned off the heating and it was freezing outside. Then they started pushing everyone to hurry up and finish. The music was also very loud and you can hardly hear anyone on the same table.

Service, Preise und Cocktails richtig schlecht und ich war schon in echt vielen Bars. Kein Alkohol in den Cocktails und dafür zahlt man 12,50€. Kommt mir auch super asozial dort vor. Kann nur von dem Laden abraten. Würde lieber das Sausalitos ein paar Meter weiter empfehlen!

Los cócteles son súper caros, no hay hay happy hour y los cócteles son muuuuy malos! Pedí un Mojito razz y me llego un mojito normal con 1 UNA frambuesa…. Sabia a limonada con azúcar! Y cuando les pedimos mas alcohol el mesero está enojado y no intento dicutir que si tenia alcohol… por cierto desde que llegamos no fue tampoco el mejor servicio….

Food and drinks were the best. Would definitely recommend but only issue was they had really less space in between the 2 tables. Every time someone was passing so we had to stand up. We couldn't enjoy our drinks and food because of that. Otherwise they had the best drinks and food.

Wir wollten gemütlich ein Cocktail trinken die Kellner sind sehr aufdringlich weil wir kein 2 genommen haben wurden uns jedesmal Blicke zugeworfen und 3 mal gefragt ob wir nicht noch was trinken wollten. Wurden theoretisch mit blicken rausgeworfen

Sehr lässiges Personal. Schöne Location und dank des Gamescom2023 Event etwas besondere. Die Cocktails waren lecker, einzig das Kölsch hätte ich mir in einem bedrucktem Glas gewünscht. Für Gäste ist es immer cooler wenn auf dem Glas steht was sie trinken, zumal Kölsch quasi etwas besonderes ist. Die Bewertung zum Essen lasse ich weg, wir waren wegen der Cocktails da. 😁

Das Essen würde ich definitiv nicht bestellen..

Wir haben uns dafür entschieden unseren Abend im Casa Cuba zu verbringen. Als Vorspeise bestellten wir Nachos, diese waren kalt und überwiegend ungewürzt, dazu gab es einen kleinen Salsa Dip, welcher flüssig war, es fühlte sich schon fast so an als wäre der Dip mit Wasser aufgefüllt worden. Alles in allem eine 1/10. Als Hauptgang bestellten wir einmal die Pene mit Gambas, sie waren durchschnittlich, die Portionsgröse war angemessen, auch der Geschmack war ok, doch fehlte uns persönlich noch gewürzt. Gesamt 6/10. Ich bestellte mir ein Putenschnitzel mit Soße Hollandaise, die Pommes dazu waren gut, auch wenn der Ketchup in kleinen Tüten zum aufmachen kam, das Schnitzel war gut, doch die Soße zu dünnflüssig mit einen Faden Beigeschmack. Gesamt 6/10.

Wir waren ein paar Tage in Köln und den letzten Abend hier in dieser Bar. Sehr freundliches Personal, super schnell. Große Auswahl an Cocktails, egal ob mit Alkohol oder ohne. Essen ist auch super lecker!!! Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert!!

Super Lokation,tolle Bedienung!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier essen die Bedienung war absolut top. Vor allem Sofia. Ein Herzensmensch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Zamówiliśmy dwa burrito 🌯 i dwa drinki. Burrito w ogóle nie przypominało tego dania, w sumie to była obraza tego posiłku, wołowina to jakieś suche wióry nieprzypominające szarpanego mięsa z cebulą, wrap nawet nie był przypieczony, całe danie kosztowało 13€ co nawet nie warte było 5€ ani w smaku nie było dobre ani w wyglądzie już lepszy byłby kebab 🥙 z knajpy obok. Drinki były OK. Miła obsługa. Ogólnie nie polecam... Lepiej zjeść kebaba...

Super Cocktails und Longdrinks zu super Preisen! Selbst die Hardcore-Cocktails sind super gemacht und schmecken einfach. Bedienungen ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

Wenn man möglichst kundenunfreundliches Ambiente sucht, ist man hier richtig. Zusammengefasst gibt es hier: -Überteuerte cocktails die kein Alkohol enthalten. -einen Rausschmiss gegen 23:45Uhr ohne Vorwarnung oder alternative. -Bedienungen die bis auf beautycare keine umgangsformen kennen.

Das Ambiente ist angenehm und rötlich abgedunkelt. Die Musik ist abwechslungsreich und nicht zu laut. Das Personal ist einigermaßen aufmerksam. Die Auswahl ist umfangreich und die Preise im normalen Bereich.

In Casa Cuba sollte normal spanische Musik laufen. Wir haben nachgefragt, daraufhin wurde uns gesagt: bis 20 Uhr wird spanische Musik abgespielt und danach „das hier“. „Das hier“ ist eher Charts. Schade. Cocktails sind gut, Alkohol ist auch enthalten. Aber leider nicht die passende Musik.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Essen schmeckt wie die Mülltonne auf die man beim Verzehr schaut. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Die Getränke waren gut. Allerdings hat mir eine Kellnerin ausversehen einen 0,5l Cocktail über die Jacke und den Pullover gekippt und es gab keine richtige Entschuldigung und keinen Preisnachlass. Nie wieder

Sehr aufmerksamer und toller Service. Schnell einen Sitzplatz bekommen. Auch wurde die Bestellung ohne lange Wartezeit aufgenommen und gebracht. Ebenfalls kam die Rückfrage, ob alles ok ist und ob es noch was sein darf. Alles bezogen auf die Getränke. Wir waren zu zweit dort und hatten einen tollen Abend. Was die Lautstärke angeht, würde ich sagen, dass es normal ist. Wenn es leiser sein soll, muss man in ein Restaurant oder Ähnliches hin. Von uns gibt es auf jeden Fall für den Abend und der Erfahrung 5 Sterne.

Innerhalb der letzten 6 Monate zwei Mal hier gewesen. Zwei mal leckere Cocktails mit genug Alkohol. Zwei Mal leckeres Essen. Einzig die Ungebungstemperatur könnte in Winter 2 Grad höher sein. Ansonsten sind die negativen Bewertungen nicht reproduzierbar. Und beide Bedienungen, einmal weiblich, einmal männlich waren nett und freundlich.

Preis Leistung hervorragend. Essen wird optisch toll serviert und Service ist freundlich. Geschmacklich war alles in Ordnung auch die Cocktails waren voll in Ordnung. Würde dieses Lokal nochmal besuchen
