Carpe Diem in Bad Iburg

Were invited here to a small celebration. The room, uncomfortable & cold. The friendly service did its best, but was mainly alone, so the tables received their food very differently Unfortunately, the food itself was cold and not tasty. The cake afterwards tasted of nothing. The latte was delicious though. The toilets were in the basement, accessible via a fairly steep staircase. In addition, the rooms were not very clean. Very difficult for the elderly and disabled to walk. You will receive a code in the restaurant so you can park for free. I wouldn't eat here again. It's a shame, because the location on the small lake is actually nice.

Because of the service, the quality of the food and the location I have to give it 5 stars. The prices, on the other hand, are high in my opinion. When roasting pork, the amount of meat is definitely sufficient, but the side dishes are absolutely not. For €20 you could serve a few more vegetables and one more dumpling. With the schnitzel it's the other way around, far too little meat for over €20. It's a shame because the quality and taste are really good. The staff was very friendly and competent, everything went very quickly and card payment was also possible

Definitely an enrichment for American food in Bad Iburg. The menu selection is very modern, so that new recipes are always included in the offering. I particularly like the chili cheese fries, which are absolutely trendy and delicious, as well as the general concept, which has vegetarians in mind and also provides something for the eye (keyword: design)! However, there are two shortcomings. On the one hand, the burger packaging is not environmentally friendly and is not particularly suitable as a base for eating - I personally think a cardboard box would be better. On the other hand, I had one! Stem from a head of lettuce! In the order. A pity.

Had a kebab plate here yesterday. The interior of the shop is more of a katine in terms of furnishings. Not a feel-good atmosphere. When I came in and saw that there was no kebab skewer on the device, I should have walked out. Just as I was eating, the new skewer came on. This means that the meat, no matter how it tasted, had been in a warming pot for a long time. Salad had no dressing and the cocktail sauce was inedibly chemically sweet. Unfortunately, the hot sauce wasn't homemade either, but rather the Asian Chinese sauce. I wouldn't have written a review for 11 euros, but for 14 euros I don't find it acceptable.

Very nice and helpful people! They pulled me and my car out of the mud at 9 p.m. because I got stuck. Happy to be a guest next time!
